Dear Sir,

I have been using online payments system of ICICI BANK. I now find that every time I do such a transaction, I am being charged some fees. Can this amount be returned as the bank has nevere levied intimated that a fee will be levied if the facility is used.

    I am a customer name: sarab.udaykumar a/c no:[protected]SRNAGAR BRANCH).

    I had dropped the cheque (no: 048784 hdfc bank .amount of 9717/-) at motinagar atm centre on 20-04-09.

    Till now I didn’t get amount in my account .when I asking to call centre they said that you have go to sr nagar branch for details & status of cheque.

    On 01-05-09 I have visit the SRNAGAR BRANCH, there one lady employee (customer service officer) gave the suggestion for give the request letter and you will be get result on before 7days.at the time I have submit the req.letter to same employee.

    And daily I am asking for my cheque details to call centre. I am not got the status of my cheque.

    Then I am visit the sr.nagar branch on 25-05-09 and asking about the same. There the same lady saying that ‘sir that req.letter is misplaced .pls submit the one more letter’. I am agreed with that. So she telling that ‘I am not received the any req.letter from you’. Do you have a acknowledgment for that.’ and she shouting to me .i am not satisfy with she’s behaving and way of talking. Then I meet the branch incharge. He promised with me for submit one more letter to branch .and he will be solved the problem within 3days.so, I had submit the one more letter to branch..

    Already its taken 48 days. More how many days I have to wait? Why should I wait this much of day for your employee’s mistake?

    Till now I am not received the amount in my account.

    So pls do the needful ASAP.

    I have deposited the cheque (Cheque No. 984586, Cheque Amount.11753 Rs.)) on 29.12.2013.Which was given by Compass group.

    (That cheque validation was almost to be expired)Currently i am leaving in bangalore.Due to valitdation expiry this cheque has gone to my base branch (AURANGABAD).

    I request to the Base branch manager to please Retrivew my check i Bellandur branch, bangalore.

    He said he should get the mail from the bangalore branch . Then i request to the bangalore branch to send the mail to Aurangabad branch Regarding the Cheque Retriew. The bangalore Branch two time have been sended the mail to Auranagabad branch. But thier is no Response from the Aurangabad branch.

    This is my kindly request to you that please do the needful.

        Dear Sir,

        I got a call from icicilombard had taken a health insurance of 3 lakhs for my family(spouse and kid) and they said they will convert it into monthly emi of Rs 530/- stated on july 08 now i want to discontinue this policy I had already paid all my instalments on time and as per cancellation policy they said that I will have to give Rs 2600/- which doest not fit in our cancelleation agreement.. As per cancellation agreement its only Rs 1600/-
        Which I have already paid. I requested them to take check whith the credit card division for the same and Credit card division and Mediclaim are of ICICI. ie.
        this is one company, when they have to promote any product they become one.. like our credit card division will finance this. and when we talk about settlement then they say, we can'nt talk to them as they are different group... I am fed up with their rude behaviuor while this.
        Please take strict action against them.

        This is what we got after paying all installments on time and being asked for more money as pe rthe agreement we dont have to pay this extra amount of Rs 938.65/-

          SIR,
          I have an A/c no.”[protected]” at the name of HARMANJIT SINGH AND MANMINDER KAUR with your bank and also one locker no “336” & it’s key no.”363” related to this account.
          On 11/06/2009 we came to you bank to operate our locker no.”336”, but the concerned person Mr. NITESH KUMAR said that “336” locker is not yours now; you have surrendered this locker in 2007. We asked him to provide us the copy of that letter on which we surrendered .Then we questioned him if the locker has been surrendered then the bank why not collect the locker’s key from us.
          We have the key till date and we also did not give any written information to surrender the locker.
          Then after some discussion he and his seniors came there and said that there may be some error in our records and said to concerned person let them operate the locker.
          When we went with him to operate our locker it was great surprise for us when he said that the key did not work he attempted 3-4 times but in-vain then we tried our self but the locker did not open
          After this Mr. NEERAJ and his boss also did some attempts but they also fail to open the locker.
          When we were doing all these I noticed and said to Mr. NEERAJ and his boss that my locker and its riveting are not in proper condition, the upper aluminum plate is not fitted properly.
          I asked them for this and they said “give us some time to check out all this matter that what had happened”.
          After that n phone Mr. NEERAJ admitted that the locker no. “336” had break open by mistaken and your material is safe sound and said just come to us to solve this problem.
          When we asked them to open with the key that they have after changing the locker they said we did not have any key to open this.
          After that Mr. NEERAJ and his boss decided to break up the locker in front o[censored]s at bank cost and check your belongings (material) and admitted if there is any loss our bank is responsible for all that.

            Dear Sir,
            This is regarding to wrong loan taken against my credit card (no. [protected]) and loan amount debited from saving account number[protected] in the above mentioned subject. I have observed the same wrong entry of Rs.63, 990 dated 8th May, 2008 from my Bank statement about wrongly installment withdrawn amt. as following

            The ICICI Bank Loan Deparment People were coming to my office and were asking for the installment for the bogus loan, so because of that I didn’t attended my office I was mentally and physically distributed. For that I was Hospitalized and I was on leave from my office for about one and a half month this created me a financial loss.
            Mr. Vinod Pawar assured us that he would give the money within one week but he failed to fulfill his commitment. I send an email to ICICI Bank for that purpose after that we received a letter dated 31st Dec, 2008 from ICICI Bank mentioning that they have initiated my complaint and the investigation will be taken within 45 days but instead of that the amount has still not been transferred to my account
            I am a Govt. Servant so can’t donate much time to this matter but there are no action taken from your side.
            I have already loged a complaint in your Helpline No. of R.No. 91300859 Before Two Months & I again Loged a complaint & had a talk with your helpline person Mr. Shrikant Gundu on Dated 22nd May, 2009. He gave me the S.R. No.[protected].
            So I emailed Mr. Kamath & Smt. Kochar ICICI Bank Dated 24th feb, 2009 But there is still no reply till now.
            Moreover, I have also planned to lodge complaint in the Samata Nagar Police Station, Kandivli (E) about the same bogus loan mentioned in the above subject.
            I request you to kindly reverse all these bogus entry from my saving account along with interest @ 20% PA and also nullification of loan (no. [protected]) from my credit card. And Please cancel my credit card.
            Further I request you to take the strict action against my Mentally, Physically & Financially harassment.

              Hi,
              My brother and I were doing shares trading through ICICIdirect.com. We did short selling L&T shares in F&O at Rs.950/-. After election results, the stock market raised to higher. L&T share rose to Rs. 1440/. The next day it came down to around Rs.1380/-. Therefore, we thought wait for some more time. We received a call from ICICI that it was better to square off the share because it would go further up. So I squared it off it at Rs. 1350/- . But that share came down to Rs. 1225/. I got loss of Rs. 50000 /- due to mislead information by ICICIdirect.com. Not only this, I observed whenever we want to buy or sell shares in peak time the site will be down.
              So I request you all don’t believe in the information provided by ICICIdirect.com and the site too. I thougt atleast some people would be saved by this information.

                dear sir.
                i m having nri acc( no:[protected]opened with icici bank mazgaon branch mumbai before leaving to usa.
                i was promised by bank staff that i ll b informed by bank thru email about sucessfull opening of my account.
                till date i have not recd a single mail (already 2.5 months over) and moreover the internet id and password provided are not working.
                i tried thru their site..every time i am given 1 complaint no. but surprisingly till date problem is still persisting.
                i really doubt about their SO CALLED NRI SERVICES attitude.
                i really dont hope that they will ever solve my problem.
                still looking for a positive response.

                  I tried to withdraw 20, 000 Rs. from one of the ICICI Bank ATM in Bapunagar, Ahmedabad on 6th June .09. Although i got the message " Unable to Process your transaction", I got SMS that 20, 000 Rs. was debited from my Account. It must have been credited back to my account as the transaction was unsuccessful but this is not the case.Till date i haven't received the amount back. I had raised the grievance but response was negative stating the transaction was successful from ICICI bank's point of view. How is it possible to have the two differenct status for single transaction as i havent received any money from ATM.This is not at all acceptable.I have stored all the SMS's that i had received for each transaction.

                      I had taken a Car over draft (Car OD) loan from the ICICI bank. The bank had taken my car original Registration certificate (RC Book) for the purpose of endorsement, for which i have an original acknowledgement letter from the ICICI bank; the bank has not returned the RC book. I have paid the entire amount due and asked for the RC book, the ICICI bank has only provided me the NOC certificate and did not give back the original RC book. I immediately sent a letter to the bank asking the bank to return the original RC, for which there has been no response from the bank. I had repeatedly made many calls and even went personally to get back the RC book, but none of them responded positively. The bank has accepted that it has lost the RC book but was not willing to do anything in this matter. Later I filed a complaint in the ICICI customer care, which is a totally a useless department which responded to me only after weeks. The issue was again forwarded to the Chennai branch and i was asked to contact a person called Venkatesh by the customer care department, Mr Venkatesh dragged the issue for almost 6 - 7 months and did not come out with any solution (which was the same case with the ICICI bank representatives who handled the case earlier). There has been no proper response for about a 18 months now. The bank has been literally harassing me in this issue. The ICICI bank has lost a VERY VITAL DOCUMENT that I have given to the bank trusting the bank. The ICICI bank has lost my RC book and has not come out with any solution / compensation in this regard. One of the ICICI representative even claimed that the acknowledgement letter given by the ICICI bank on the original letter head duly signed might be a duplicate, I was surprised and shocked on this statement.

                      icici bank loan dept. — no proper solution of problem

                      This is make to the notice that I (Ketan Khaire) bearing loan no. LUVP[protected]. For second hand car is being totally fedup by your service. I have a problem and I am running since last 15 days to solve but its very embarrassing to say that still I didn’t got any result to it. If a normal, educated man is being harass so much what about others?

                      So this is to warn that if I don’t get any reply today and final sort out till Thursday all that happens ICICI will be responsible for it. I have prepared for an advocate, media and newspaper to naked out ICICI bank.This is a case mental harassment, 420 and we have all legal proof and document in our favour.

                      I am sunil kumar pandey" working with Wipro Ltd, And as per company policy I must have to keep an salary a/c with the icici Bank, And per the corporate rules I completed my all formalities woth Bank on the dated 26 of April and afetr having the followups, they provide me kit on dated 4th of june 2010, But still awaited to activate, there is no one who taken the responsibility to short-out my problem and no one is there who tell me by this coz your a/c is pending Mr Rituraj Ganguly has attend me two times but now he is not entertaining me.
                      I am pasting here my all mails that I sent to Bank but there is no responce from there.

                        hi, in 24/11/08, 9185 Rs check( check no.893664) comes in begusarai icici branch from income tax office but this amount does not credit in account(Ac.No.[protected], branch manager gives me comments "they are missplace the check", after that on one give me response since last six month(Branch manager/operation manager, Mr. ajay singh/Mr. nilesh kumar)., i am in big trouble and my last step is going to consumer form, so take action as soon as possible.

                          I’m holding an ICICI Bank HPCL Gold Credit Card # 4477 **** **** 6000



                          On 8 June 2009, I received a call from ICICI Lombard for a health insurance policy. I consented them to send me the policy papers at my home address but as soon as the call was disconnected I received an SMS from ICICI bank that an amount of Rs. 8640 has been debted to my credit card account. I have not given any signatures or my CVV number for this transaction and I do not wish to make the payment on the basis of a simple telephonic conversation which was marred by network interruptions.



                          The dispute was not suitably resolved at the Customer Care Centre on phone, neither in the credit card department nor at ICICI Lombard



                          I DO NOT AUTHORISE ICICI BANK OR ICICI LOMBARD TO TAKE THIS PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT IN ANYWAYS WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE ON A RELEVANT DOCUMENT. This kind of lacuna was not expected from a bank of your repute whom I trust with my salary and other personal informations.

                            A recovery personal Mr.Jitender Mobile No.[protected] took 13 Post Dated Checqes for the period March 2009 to March 2010 from me in the month of March. Despite repeated requests he did not issue numbered receipt and kept assuring that he as submitted the PDCs to their Chandigarh office. However the PDCs does not seem to have been updated in the records of ICICI Home Loan Ltd. and I am being harrassd by frequent phone calls for no fault of mine.

                            ICICI-home loan — Repeated phone calls

                            Even though the post dated cheques for the month of April,May and June 2010 were given to ICICI Bank-Green Park branch-Newdelhi on 23rd December itself, we are getting phone calls from their call center every day for the last 15 days. This is in spite of telling them that the cheques were already given.Incidently these are the last three cheques required to be given against the loan.

                                I wanted to open a NRE demat account with ICICIDIRECT. I already have a NRE a/c with ICICI. In spite of that ICICI wants me to open another NRE account, 3-in-1 i.e. savings+demat+trading. It is absolutely unnessary.

                                A new Demat a/c can be opened easily and the same to be linked with my existing NRE a/c. On top of that ICICI charges INR 4000 as joining fees.

                                  Sir, I had applied for home loan from ICICI bank home finance from their Gwalior branch on[protected] and handed over some blank cheques of my saving account of Axis bank.
                                  After two weeks I got call from ICICI bank Gwalior branch that your loan has been processed/sanctioned (vide reference no.60786893 through SMS) and now we are going to submit the cheque for clearance to our branch towards processing charges( i.e. 0.5% of loan amount since the loan amount was Rs 18, 00, 000/- the charges were 10127/- inclusive of service tax), so you are requested to maintain the sufficient balance in your account on this I told them ok if the loan is sanctioned and documents have been processed then you can go ahead and you can send the cheque for clearance. Accordingly it got cleared after three days and money got transferred from my account.
                                  Again after five days, I got call from branch manager saying that there are some of the documents submitted by builder are not valid and we can not sanction the loan. On this I requested them to revert my money back to me, he said no it will not be given back ..
                                  Sir, it is purly a cheating case by ICICI bank.
                                  I would like to request the bank management to look into the matter give justise to the customer like me.

                                    I opened a trading account with ICICI direct four years back, at that point of time I was forced to open a saving account with ICICI bank since ICICI direct was not having any tie up with any other bank. Now few month back ICICI bank increased minimum daily average balance to Rs 10, 000/-. for saving account Still ICICI direct does't support any other bank for saving account. ICICI in a way has monopolised and is forcing all ICICI demant account holder to maintain a considerably high balance in their bank. ICICI is deliberately not doing any tie up with any other bank, As a customer I am feeling cheated and victimised

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I sent a online request to ICICI Bank for sending me a DD for Rs. 200 in favour of M/s. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bangalore on 04 May 2009 vide Service Request No. SR[protected]. The Bank failed to deliver the DD to me within promised 7 days. Since I lost the opportunity to submit the application for the post of Deputy General Manager to HAL for non receipt of DD, I asked them to cancel the DD and refund the amount of Rs. 200. Since then correspondences are going on and till date the amount is not deposited to my account. Every time the Customer Service executive changes and get all the information and promise to settle the same within a day or two. In view of this, I would like to complain to the jurisdiction to look into the case and give me justice at the earliest.

                                        Dear Sir/Mam,
                                        I didnot apply for any Credit card of Centurion Bank of Punjab, But i received a card and use it normally. Imy Card limit was 36000 and i used my full card limit in April 20 08, From till date i pay 2500 to 4000 every month. Till date i pay appox 25000 rupees, but in may 2009 my outstanding was Rs 51000. From Apr 2008, i didnot received any statement. i dont know which charges levied on me because i already paid Rs 25000. But now my outstanding is Rs 51000.

                                        I paid last payment on may 2nd, 2009, A cheque of Rs 6350 dated 09/05/2009. But icici presented the cheque on same day to my bank. result that the cheque has bounsed. Than i received a legal notice from icici regarding bounced,

                                        i have no any mistake. bank is liable for that. Than what can I do. My card no is [protected]
