    Dear sir, I am a/c savings of icici bank, himayatnagar branch, hyderabad.

    working in emcure pharmaceticals ltd, it is my salary account.my credit card usage is 10000/- insted of that they deducted 4800/- and 18000/- they bloked my amount in bank account without any intimation or without any notice.
    so, kindly help me and please recover my balance amount as soon as possible.

    ICICI Credit Card — Salry account blocked without intimation

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Am Dhijai. M.G working with Vodafone writing this mail with great pain, being your customer for almost 3 years holding the salary account yesterday my account got blocked without any intimation. Later came to know that this was related to my pending amount in the credit card bearing number -[protected].Am using this credit card for almost 4 years now and my track of payment went on fine but since last 7 months was not able to make payments regular since I had a major financial crisis as I was hospitalized for a surgery on my right knee. But had requested for settlement couple of months back when contacted by the collection executive .They were just beating around the bush saying pay the minimum due your settlement will be made later but I was adamant to settle it rather than prolonging the same .They in fact dint contact me later and yesterday without my notice they blocked my account saying whatever the salary credited would be taken to credit card account. Had consulted the call centre even they are adamant on the same and said RBI has given them the authority to do so.

    Am ready for the settlement of Rs 60000/- give me 2 installments installments if not more. If you actually see I would have paid over and above the used amount in these three years as interest by paying the minimum due .if they take the full amount from the salary how will I survive the month and I do not have single check bounce in my account, there are ECS which hits on first week of the month and if it bounces due to your blocking who will be held responsible. And I repeat this was not my fault alone I had requested for settlement and delay was from your end .It is ridiculous act that without intimating and without my authority how could the bank operate my savings account.

    Collection guys knows my office also had given the residence address at least one intimation on the same would not have lead to this activity. It is very sad that you treat your account holder in such a pathetic manner. I have never thought to change my account despite been transferred to Kerala from Bangalore. Now this account is giving me an insecure feeling that my account is not safe with ICICI. I was not a fraud ran away from you . I intimated the bank once I was transferred and even updated my mobile number to the collection guys, if I were to be a fraud I would have changed my salary account and would not have updated my current details ….please do understand that. Agreed could not make payment for 7 months but had genuine reason for that, I know that bank need not know the customer’s problem when they have liability on him .MY only concern is intimating me before such a cruel act. Am also taking this to my corporate Vodafone who have provided me this account as to know why I do not have control on my savings account. If I remember I have not signed any form which gives bank to authorize my account without consent

    I urge you to please give me a concrete solution on this and would want to settle this immediately and rlease my account……

      Sir/Madam,
      I am having one current a/c with ICICI Bank by name of Lakshya Financial Services Prop. Anoop Garg. My a/c no. is[protected]. My a/c was opened with zero balance facility & no condition of QAB/MAB.

      In may'09 i was charged by 441/- for month march'09 for non maintainance of monthly average balance.

      On 28th may i am contacted in kota branch regarding this matter then i came to know that my account variant has been changed & i have to maintain 25000/- monthly average balance. I was not having any information regarding this change in my a/c. They suggested me to mail my complaint on [protected]@icicibank.com. I was mailed to icici bank corporate care team on 28th may 2009. I am not getting any answer from them till date.

      Kindly take some action to revesal my charges & rechange in my account variant with past facilities.

        Dear Sir,

        I am a customer of ICICI bank Credit Card and have taken a silver card vide card no.[protected]. The Credit Card Company has raised a bill of 5301 due on May 15, 2009. I deposited the cheque in their drop box on May 14, 2009, the credit of which was given on May 21, 2009. They have penalised me with penal interest of Rs.441.20 and late payment interest of Rs.230.71, thus total charges of Rs.671.91.

        On contacting their customer care, they informed that I must deposit a cheque in drop box at least prior to 5 working days for ICICI Bank cheques and in any other case it should be deposited at least prior to 7 working days, to get the effect in correct time.

        May I know, where in India, in which bank, one is required to give 5/7 days processing charge to clear a cheque?

        Why should a consumer should suffer for flaws in drop boxes of a credit card company?

        Even if the Credit Card Company got the collection on May 21, they have charged a sum of Rs.671.91 against outstanding of Rs.5301.00 for 6 days only. It means they are charging at none less than 771.07% per annum. It seams Jamindari system was much better than these private banks.

          Money not dispended but balance get deducted

          I am a customer of State Bank of India(S/B a/c-[protected]).

          On 26/05/2009 around 13:30 hrs I had used ICICI Bank ATM(ATM ID-S1AD0030) in Patna for money withdrawal but the txn failed with a network error.

          I didn't get the money but my SBI account was debited.

          Please investigate and get it credited back to my SBI S/B account ASAP.

          The feedback says that ICICI delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.

          ICICI - Saving account — Money withdrawal from Saving account in lieu of credit card

          I am holding an ICICI salary account at Andheri branch A/c no.[protected].One day i was surprised to find my acct. being deducted of approx Rs.12,000/-.I enquired with the bank ,for which they replied that it is the credit card payment.I told them that Ido not posess a credit card of any bank.They made me run from pillar to post without giving me any proofs of the said credit card,either signed application form,courier reciepts,etc.Its one year and the bank is doing nothing about it.Can u help me in this regards?

          ICICI SAVING ACCOUNT — AMOUNT DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT

          As i am having a saving account in ICICI Bank they have debited 13000/- Rs. from my account saying that i have used 6000/- Rs. 2.5 Yrs. back through my credit card and rest is pannelty.

          No call or mail in last 2.5 Yrs. and suddenly amount debitted from my account. This is worst and how can i say that over amount is safe in bank accounts.I am working in MINDA Group of companies and i have already converted one company account from ICICI to HDFC.But i want my money back which ICICI has taken without any proof so i need your help.

IT WAS SOCKING TO ME, BY SEEING THE CHEQUE THAT HAVE THREE DUPLICATE (ILLEGAL) SIGNATURE OF ME.HE TOLD ME THAT TWO BOYS CAME FOR WITHDRAWING THE MONEY THE SIGNATURE WAS NOT TALLING SO TOLD TO CUT AND SIGN AGAIN THEN THE SECOND SIGNATURE ALSO DID NOT TALLING THEN AGAIN HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO CUT AND SIGN THEN ALSO IT DOES NOT TALLY.THEN THIRD TIME HE WAS TOLD TO SIGN THEN ALSO HE COULD NOT COPY MY SIGNATURE BUT THE RS 9000/- HAS BEEN ISSUED TO HIM.
          HOW IT IS POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE SUPPORT OF STAFF WHEN ALL THE THREE SIGNATURE IS NOT TALLING AND MONEY HAS BEEN ISSUED FROM MY ACCOUNT.ALSO I AM EMPLOYED IN ARMY MEDICAL CORE I MYSELF OPERATE MY ACCOUNT AND THE STAFF OF THE BANK KNOWS VERY WELLME. THEN ALSO THEY ISSUED THE MONEY.SO I SENCE SOME SHORT OF NEGLIGENCE.
          I APPROACHED TO BRANCH MANAGER HE ASSURED ME AS THEY ARE HAVING CCTV IN THE BRACH SO THEY WILL FIND THE CULPRIT AFTER REVIEWING THE RECORDING. WHEN I REAPPROCHED TO MANAGER HE IS TELLING THAT PERTICULAR CAMERA WHICH IS LOOKING THAT COUNTER IS UNSERVICEABLE SO WE ARE UNABLE TO TRACE THAT MAN BUT I WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

          ICICI Bank — Not able to withdraw money

          I am holding an SB Account with ICICI and i had a balance of Rs.5464/- when i went to ATM for withdrawing some amount its showing avilable balance as only Rs.2335/-

          i contacted bank several times they are telling they will look into the matter and its almost 15 days are over till date no proper communication & the money is blocked by the bank..

          if the bank is facing the financial crisis is it right to hold customers money ...

          dear sir, on 23.10.08 at 19:16 i have tried for withdrawl of Rs 1000 from my a/c from HDFC bank in Rishikesh (ATm No S1ACHK01), BUT NO MONEY CAME OUT in Ist shot and on IInd time money came out but money debited twice. please trace for recovery of my money.

          ICICI Bank — Account debited but money not received physically from ICICI bank

          I had put my ICICI Debit card in SBI ATM, Manicktala (Kolkata) to withdraw Rs.10000 at around 6 pm on 1.11.08. I didn't get any money but I got a message that my account is debited INR 10000. I put a request on 3.11.08 (SR[protected], they said that I would get it in 7 working days but I didn't get till 11th. Again I called Customer Care and they confirmed that I will get it by 12th evening but I didn't get it. On 13.11.08, I called up Customer Care again, now executive informed me that my request is not processed. On 14.11.08 I wrote to Mr. A.Kamani of ICICI bank but no result so far.
          The new story start on 16.11.08 when I withdraw Rs.20000. To my surprise I have seen there were 39 pc. Rs.500 note and inside that 500 note 1 pc. Rs.100 note was there, it means I got only Rs.19600 though Rs.20000 has been debited from my account. Again I put a request (Request no. SR[protected] on 16.11.08.
          Will you please help me to get back my money.

          Dear sir,

          On 28th October 2008 I tried to withdraw Rs.11000.00 ICICI branch ATM at Palani in Tamilnadu. But there was a problem in the ATM and was unable to process the amount but it has been debited in my account. The above compliant was taken to ICICI Palani Branch Manager. They informed to launch the complaints through Axis Bank.

          On 1st November 2008, the complaint has been given to Axis Bank. They informed that only after 45 working days, the money would be credited in my account. But while enquiring on 23rd November 2008, they informed that the compliant launched in ICICI only on 26th November 2008, hence would be credited after 45 working days. Already 55 days gone from my first complaint at ICICI, even though, I am not getting any positive response from Both ICICI and AXIS bank. I request you to consider this matter and give me a feedback at the earliest.

          Kindly help to credit the amount as earliest.

          SBI AND ICICI BANK — NO AMOUNT RECEIVE FROM ATM BUT DEBIT FROM ACCOUNT

          i am having my icici bank account no[protected] but i try to withdraw amount Rs 10000 from your SBI ATM at jhangirabad bus stand, bulandshahr, up. it give a print on which "sorry unable to process" was written i try some more but same message was print, now my account balance is debited with Rupees 10000, so kindly the same amount may be credit in my icici bank account

          icic bank — lackadaisical response and functioning by icici bank

          i opened my icici bank account at Mathura branch in the last week of jan2009 acct no ****** i was given a pre-activated kit but it was not functional for netbanking saying it is old password and disabled.
          i applied for new password on phone banking as well online form in first week of feb2009.
          no response from icici bank till 18 mar2009. when enquired was told that the they despatched password by spped post which was returned for no service area reason. not understood depatment of post does not having no service area in mathura is not understood.

          so icicic bank told me to apply again.

          this is the state of icici bank customer care. i suggest people must think twice before opoening account.

          state bank of india/ATM — money didn't withdraw but it showing in account

          ICICI Bank Limited — Cash not dispensed but Amount debited from Account

          Hi,
          I have made a transaction using my ICICI Debit card on 4th April 09 at Dena Bank ATM at Chennai and the transaction was declined. Later I tried to withdraw from Indian Bank ATM and that transaction was also declined. However to my surprise ICICI has debited Rs 10, 000/- from my bank account. Unfortunatley I didnt collect the Transaction slip since I was thiking that the transaction has never happened.

My accounted is oriented from Ringroad, Surat, Gujarat. I am right now in hyderabad so, i dnt know where to complain. I am fully depend upon my salary, so kindly look in to this matter, and do the needful.

          icicibank ATM — not trasition to my money

          ICICI BANK ATM WITHDRAWAL — COUNT YOUR MONEY WITHDRAWN FROM ICICI BANK

          Hi,

          Any money withdraw from ICICI BANK, please count your money, I was cheated with Rs 400 when I whitdwar a sum of Rs 10, 000 from my account, I just got Rs 9600 instead of 10, 000. How did they acieved it.

          I got the following currency from the ICICI BANK CMH ROAD BANGALORE
          500x18= 9000
          100x6 = 600
          Total = 9600

          PLEASE NOTE : If you withdraw the same amount you are likely to get the same number of currency that is 24

          The actual currency that will be deliverred to you will be as follows:
          500x19=9500
          100x5=500
          Total = 10, 000

          HOW was I cheated when the number of currency that was delivered to me was same.
          I received one 100 rupees note in between the five hundread rupees, so the total count remain the same that is 19, and then another 5 of amount 100 rs so the total count of current from the ATM was 24.

          I have been cheated and I am expecting ICICI BANK coulld trace it easily if they want to. They just need to find out who filled the amount in that ATM, who actually replaced one 500 RS with one 100 Rupees note.


          Instead of ICIC bank calling me I reeveived am message that they will address my complain launched on 24-April by another 14 days. Isnt it strange.

          IS ICICI BANK STARTED CHEATING OR ONE PRESONSEN RESPONSIBLE FOR FILLING THE MONEY IN ICICI BANK ATM.

          ICICI Bank — Amount Debited From My Account , but money not dispensed

          Ref:- Dated 4/4/2009, Time 21:38, ATM ID S1AN00445601, TXN NO. 1153, ICICI Card No. xxxxxxx5014 By SBI ATM.

          On 4th Apr'09, while withdrawing money from SBI, whitefield(ITPL campus) Bangalore ATM, Rs 10000 has been debited from my savings account .. but in reality I have not received any money from the SBI ATM machine and I have the ATM receipt (saying that " Unable to process" ) also with me to substantiate the same.


          As I have savings account with ICICI Langford road Blore branch, I have lodged a complaint (SR[protected] with ICICI Customer Care on 5th Apr'09, but the matter has yet not resolved..Only receiving the extended/false dates from customer care dept to resolve this issue ... i.e 16th Apr, 18th Apr, 28th Apr... Also, got an SMS saying that 10000 Rs will be charge back before 28th Apr'09

          On this issue, I had a talk with various people like Anirban, Venkatesh, Swapma...etc for atleast 11-12 times in last 24 days. But the matter has yet not resolved and still pending for your action, though I was promised by Mr Anirban of Mumbai to get the refund/charge back amount positively by 28th Apr'09 ..

          Just now I had a phone call with the customer care dept and now, I am getting a new date of 1st May'09, which is again a holiday...

          I am very dissapointed with the service & response time.

          Please look into this matter and take the necessary action ASAP.

          ICICI Bank — Debited Money From My Account Without My Concern

          I have an account with ICICI Bank for more than 5 years on behalf of which i was given a credit card with a limit of 15K . I had used the card in nov2005 for an amount of 13K and since then there was an autodebit done from my account for an amount ranging from 700-900 every month.This continued for atleast 23months and i had almost paid Rs 21000/- till then. Noticing this I had put in a request to stop auto debit from my account which was not accepted initially but was honoured in next couple of months. I had also approached to ICICI creditcard dept. for settlement for which they did not agree and asked me for 14K to close the creditcard account. Since then, I did not make any payment for my card for atleast next 5months due to which the bank had activated an autodebit of 27K from my account. Pls note that this was my salary account where my company use to credit my salary everymonth. I was lucky to withdraw all my cash from this account just hours before they activated a debit note on my account. This debit note continued and it was to my surprise that my brother had credited Rs7510/- on 10th of May 09 and the same was taken by the bank without intimating me. Pls help as I have already paid almost more than double of amount which i actually used it on my card but still this bank is after my life for more money. Request you to please help me in getting a reversal of Rs7510/- into my account and further help me in settling this case with the bank so that i do not face any such problems with ICICI in future. I have all the documents in support to my above said statements and can be furnished whenever required.

          I visited ICICI's ATM on[protected] at Shevashram Road, Bharuch-392001 to witdhraw Rs. 300 but at that time sufficiant cash was not availble in the ATM and cash not came out, although my a/c is debited Rs. 300/-. I had already made a complain but below revert received from bank :-

          ICICI BANK/ ATM cash withdrawal — Double debit for one withdrawal

          I withdrew Rs. 2000/- cash on 4th of May 2009 at around 3 p.m. from HDFC ATM, located at Russel Street Kolkata by using ICICI Bank ATM card. First time when I inserted the card, nothing happened. I waited for 5 minitues before inserting the card again. Next time the machine dispensed with the requisite cash. However, my statement showed that my account has been debited twice. I lodged my complain next day(5th May 2009, at 1 p.m.) by visiting ICICI, Salt Lake(BJ Block) personally, when branch staff advised me to lodge my complain online. I did so at 1.10 p.m. and was alloted complain no.[protected] dated 5th May, 2009. S0 far the money has not been refunded to me.

          In your case you will have to contact the bank whose ATM you were operating, giving them the account details of the Debit card you were using. Once they find the discrepency in the cash disbursement from the ATM machine, they will refund it back to the same account.

          The bank should be able to trace this at the EOD settlement and the money should be back in his account. It would take sometime as Bank would need to dig out the cash totals from the ATMs and not all of the ATMs are maintained by banks.

          Please be also advised to keep the slips containing the error messages handy though, in case they were required.

          Trust this would suffice.

          SBI — delay of dispensing money

          sir,
          i am sonu kumar. i use sbi atm to withdraw money. one day when i was withdrawing money on the date 11 june, 2009 from atm in patna electricity suddenly got off. i did not get money but balance cut off. 3000 was deducted from my account. i went to patna head branch where i told to go to the branch where i belong to. i went there and complained to the concerned person of the bank. i was assuerd that i will get money within 10 days but it did not come. again i went there but in vain. i did not get money despite repeated request to the bank. meanwhile my study suffered because i had to go bikramganj(rohtas) from patna again and again to enquire about money.
          its been 72 days since i did not get money. its been very painful for me since i am a student.

          ICICI — Withdrawl of Money from Savings Account

          Dear Sir/Madam

          It is with great pain, anguish and distrust that I am writing this mail. I Have been an ICICI customer for long and have had a clean track record so far.

          Due to insufficient funds I was unable to pay the Credit Card Bill dated- April,May,June '08 in time. Later I sent a cheque payment to you guys which for reasons best known to you was not deposited and never got cleared. Later on 12th july 08 a sum of Rs.34120 was transferred from My ICIC Bank Account No.[protected]. On account of settlement of Dues of the Credit Card Outstanding. Then again Rs 17000 has been kept as reserved for the same reason which I am not able to use.

          Since then I have spoken to customer care a lot of times and have also visited the bank as well but to no avail. To My utmost Disgust and shock your Bank has now also Frozen my account for reasons best known to you only.




          Now:

          1.Please let me know how can the ICICI Cards Division draw money from my account without my permission? And how can the ICICI Bank let them do that?

          2.I would request you to please send me My Money Back with interest till date

          3.Do let me know how can u Make Good the Losses (Opportunity Loss as well) I have incurred due to my funds being locked and illegally transferred from my account by ICICI Bank

          4.Then Settle the credit Card Outstanding amount that is pertaining to my purchases which can be validated by evidences / proofs and not on the basis of absurd interest amount. As I would have anyways paid the amount if you would not have cheated me and transferred my money.

          5.If my issues are not resolved within a week I will be forced to move to the consumer court and media telling them about the Heist that ICICI Bank has carried against me.

          Call the customer care they say – no information and no idea (better you close the customer care its of no use and waste of money )

          On 28-nov-2009 I tried to withdraw rupees 8000 from state bank of patiala ATM Counter, Garkheda branch (instead of ICICI ATM). @ 10:27 am. but cash was not dispensed from ATM, only slip came out which showing message - unable to process (Transaction No. 762 and response code 072)
          After that at 10:34 am on same day, i tried to withdraw Rs. 4000.00 from same ATM counter , cash was dispenced but balance showing only Rs.720.58. Initial my balance is 12720.58 hence i came to know that earlier Rs. 8000.00 also deducted from my account which is not received by me.
          I have all the proofs of statement of ICICI bank, ATM receipt, inciedent report to State bank of patiala, service request to ICICI bank (No.[protected]

          Complaint sent to ICICI on 6th Aug 2010 @ 1400hrs

          Hi Mr. Manager,

          This is in regards to the charge of Rs. 28/- x 5 times on 6th August 2010. Account Number :[protected]. The reason mentioned was I tried to swipe the card when there was no sufficient balance. Which I believe such practice is ridiculous. I called customer care on 28307777 and spoke to Varun, I was not satisfied with this answer. so I wanted to speak to supervisor, the sup was not around so I was promised a callback.

          I believe it is a daylight robbery as if I think the balance of 9000/- is there I get declined message from ATM then I withdraw what is there after checking the balance. So for this reason you will charge Rs. 28/- for every transaction which didnt took place...

          I want to protest on this and will be taking this to the Financial concerns of India to get this fixed. Please first of all refund the balance which has been deducted & second this make sure this doesnt happen again.

          I know you are a corporate and has all the chance to fool common man with one or the other clause which a person will never know unless he commits any transaction. But I will not leave this.. Which is hard earned money. The copy will also be sent to Indian Consumer Complaints Forum and other relevant financial concerns.

          ICICI Bank — Amount debited but cash not dispensed from ICICI ATM

          On 20-Sep-2010 I have used my ICICI ATM card to withdraw money from ICICI ATM (@ Bhubaneswar) at about 18:27. The transaction completed and money got debitted from my account but I have not received the cash as no money came out from the ATM machine . I waited sometime and got the ATM receipt. I made a service request to ICICI customer care for the same but after 2 days got reply "We can't reverse the transaction as it is fully paid according to our record" and no other solution provided.

          Every other time I am requesting them to recheck they are sending the same reply with the request number I made at first time not even checking the issue once again.

          I am to bring in your notice that, my S.B.           Indian Bank ATM in Madurai — ATM Always Out of Order

          One Indian Bank ATM located in Theni Main Road, Near Kalavasal Junction, Madurai, Tamilnadu. The Particular ATM Machine is always in Out of Order Condition. If suppose the Machine is functioning mean the Machine Screen not properly displayed Half of the Screen only displayed remaining half not displayed.

          The Particular ATM under Indian Bank Gnanaolivupuram Branch Maintenance; Some time the Said branch officials only done some repair works.

          As per Rules more than 5 time if the particular customer withdraw cash from another bank ATM, mean some service charges deducted in the customer a/c. So lot of customers loss their hard earned money due to improper maintenance of the Particular ATM.

          Suppose the machine is functioned mean no Cash inside the machine. So Immediately "Temporarily Out Of Order" Notice displayed in the ATM Screen.

          For this useless ATM the Bank also appointed one security person. The person some time sitting inside the ATM and take Rest in the AC. Most of the Time the security also not available in the ATM.

          So we request the concern Indian Bank Department to take necessary action in this matter without further delay.

          On 10/01/2015 around Appx. 1PM I had used ICICI Bank ATM counter of DARA BUS STAND BARABA NAGAON ASSAM as I did not get the slip, I don't know the ATM ID in Nagaon, Assam for money withdrawal but the transaction failed with a network error.             I got a Loan for my two wheeler form ICICI bank Karur. Loan Account Number is LTKRR[protected]. At first bank use to get RC book. By this Bank got my RC book too. I have settled my entire loan amount. But yet I didn’t get my RC book back. I was requesting to the bankers directly for the past one and half year. But I couldn’t get a good answer. In karur ICICI bank I asked to an ICICI employee. Her name was Jamuna. She utterly showed her face to me. She said that all loan activities have been shifted to Trichy bank. She was not at all polite to the customers. This happened not only to me but to the customers who came to bank and asked for such things to her. Actually I am working in Coimbatore. I got loan in Karur. So I went to Trichy with loss of pay and asked there the same. There I met Jahir. He didn’t mind what I said. The answer was you will get all the papers to your door step through courier before the month end of Feb. But it has crossed almost two months, His answer is not only for me but to the people who all asked for the same kind of query. I really need my RC Original at any cost. Please do the needful

              I've been doing business and I had a big loss. I've all my transactions in ICICI for the last 5 years. Credit cards to Saving accounts to personal loans. I never took any other bank card. I've paid so much interest to ICICI cards. But now, since I'm in bad situation, I'm unable to pay interest. I've been requesting you come to one solution, Since I've credit cards and personal loans. They hell bent on taking cheques and bouncing it from me. I've big list of ways of ICICI cheat their customers. Since I've experienced, I can guide others how to avoid these frauds and avoid getting entangled in mess. I'll be happy to share their methods. They do sell their insurance products to credit card customers. All through back door methods. Unfortunately, I fell into their trap. Everytime, I saw different ways adopted by ICICI personnal to cheat me. Latest one, they deposited one of post dated cheque, with date modified by ICICI collection agent. How can they change a cheque given by me dated June 2009 as May 2009. Unfortunately I wrote /06 and they changed into 05. They deposited and made the cheque to bounce. They clearly have people who are good at talking nicely and know methods to forge people signatures. I doubt ICICI bank and credit card division people work closely. When I deposit cash, they delay my deposit so late, and I end up with bouncing of cheques. Today evening I deposited cash at 5.45PM in a branch. Cash deposit is done so that it can get credted quickly. But till midnight, it is not credited. If they cannot credit in the same day, why do they take money?
              Though my credit history is too good for the last 4 years, all ICICI people are interested in collecting cheques and deposit and make the cheques bounce. They collect the cheques before hand saying, that this is for creating settlement letter. We don't get letter, but hear cheques being deposited. Morever, they change dates and deposit. Herafter, I need to take a snap of all collection agents. Don't trust anyone. I've their vehicle numbers and I've taken their phone numbers. Anyway, nobody will attend the calls. I'm ready to share more details. I'm collecting all missing links.

                I am trying customer care number[protected] of Chandigarh location from last two days.But no one is picking up the phone at other end.If you are not able to attend the customer calls then what is the reason behind providing this phone number on ICICI websites.Also when one of the number of sec 9 Chandigarh worked then person at other end has behaved very rudely.Such a complaint is shameful to a world wide organisation like ICICI.

                  Sir,

                  I was shocked to see a debit of Rs 400 as late payment charges in bill dated 29Apr 09. My credit card no is [protected]. I had dropped payment cheque well before due date and yet this levy.

                  On the contrary charges should be levied on your staff and compensation paid to me since I had to face humiliation in shops etc for failure of my card.

                  I have been using your credit card for over 10 yrs and making monthly payments before due date without default. in fact i have been flooded with calls from mumbai office to take enhanced credit limit - being a good pay master.

                  Please look into this lapse. I had dropped cheque at sushant lok-1 gurgaon atm drop box.

                  Kindly credit Rs 400 ( late payment fee) immediately and restore my faith in you.

                      I m Poornima Chaturvedi from delhi...on 2nd of may i hv missplaced my dabit card.i got locked tht card nd requested for new card...Around 20 dayz bck i hv written a complain, as i applied 4 my new dabit card.icici customer care ppl r not giving me ny kind f proper information.evn i hv written so many mails to their Customer Relation Manager Mr.B Madhavan, bt didnt get ny proper response.Again n again m getting mails frm their customer care excutive side tht we'll deliver ur card in nxt 2-3 days bt its all fake...m realy pissed offf this kind f service..again.i got a call frm icici tht i'll get my card in nxt 5 working dayz, bt i didnt get.this is not the way to make d customer fool..if its like wht kinda f service they r providing to their customer..m vry upset with their service..whnevr i call in custmr care they starts their own offer n all, evr they r not bother thn if d customer is in problm, thn 1st they shud listen 2 customer..m not able to go bank 4 withdraw money, nd m out f pocket..so finally after 24 days today i got a call tht curier guy wants 2 confirm ur address..i got confirmed ..after tht he is saying tht ur name is not right on tht packet so i cant deliver tht card 2 u..nw u tell tht this is not my mistake .Due to kidney problm i got inflammatin in my body so i cant go outside for so long nd thr is no branch in uttam nagar so tht i can withdrawl money frm there.m realy pissed off this bank..m realy not happy with this kind f service..M requesting u to Plz do need full...

                        Hi,

                        I am an old customer of ICICI bank as well as ex-employee of the bank.
                        I had worst experience with the bank many times and many of my friends shared their bad experience.

                        You take any product from the bank and i will share my experience.

                        - ICICI BANK ACCOUNT- salary. Normally for salary account, it should be good service, bank does so many unnessary entries in your account that you have to go and complain.
                        - The charges that you should not be debited with, unnessary debit and credit entries which bank does without to knowledge to you.
                        - Bank statement never on time. and if you want it urgently, then visit bank and pay for statement of your own account which they say that it is free. Wait in the bank at least 3-4 hours to get your number and then bare the ICICI person sitting in front of you, who will always try to be busy in work other than you! Means customer is the least priority for them!!

                        - CREDIT CARD - Here problem starts from applying for the card.
                        First, They themself do not know the PROCEDURE and REQUIREMENT for the card. ICICI spend at least 1 month in finalising this.
                        Second, they do not have co-ordination between themselfs, credit card dept, collection dept...etc.

                        - Customer care - You at least have to take out HALF AN HOUR to call to ICICI customer care. Beacuse the music runs for 10-15 minutes and then the person confirms the same information 100 times.
                        - Third, customer care executives have absolutely without knowledge and they do not listen to the customer. They tell you that within 3 working days this will happen..and so but within 3 weeks also it does not happen and we end up calling ICICI nunber of times.

                        It also agrred that ICICI has good faicilities but they do not let you enjoy that doing above things.

                        ICICI bank, if you really would like to give good service to customer then please take above points seriously and work on it.

                        Other wise only solution we have it, STAY AWAY FROM ICICI BANK and save your tiem and energy.

                          Sir,

                          My Home loan with ICICI bank is LBHYD[protected] is at the rate of interest 13 percent. When I went for foreclosure they offered me a ROI of 9.75, but they asked me to sign on an agreement, which is full of clauses favouring the bank completely. They also asked me to a pay 0.5 percent of switch fee.

                          I am asking why I should sign a new agreement for switching the loan .I am on floating scheme .Why the interest is not as per the market condition.

                          I request the officlals to help me get the ROI on current market. I like ICICI for its customer service but I do not appreciate the one sided terms on rate of interest.

                            at rajahmundry on 20.04.2009.for this i gave my bonds, cancellation letter & refund letter in same date.and they are gave me acknoledgement also.but till now i didn't recive any money.and they have no responce for this matter when i was called to your branch especially Mr.. kishore operations (rajahmundry).please take care about this matter before on 24hours.otherwise i want to decided to give a legal complaint...on iciciprudential & operations kishore (rajahmundry).because every day i am calling him, he cheated me a lot .and he told me on that day i will recieved my money in 7 working days.so pls take actionoin on this matter .

                                I took a Loan Against Securities (LAS) from ICICI Bank in 2003. The starting rate of interest (variable) was 7.75%. In the last 1.5 years alone, the RoI has increased by 6% to 13.75%. When ICICI Bank has increased the rate nearly two fold due to market conditions, it is unwilling to reduce the same when the markets have been falling. They replied stating that this is one of the lowest rates in the industry. I agree, but I dont understand why they could only increase the rates in line with the markets and not decrease even after the RBI announced a slew of economic measures to alleviate the burden of the consumers. I tried escalating my grievance as per ICICI's escalation matrix, but to no avail. I have also forwarded my complaint to the Banking Ombudsman, but have not heard from their cell till now (3 weeks). I would be glad and thankful if my grievance could be rederssed through this forum.

                                  Are you sure that I have used the ICICI card for shopping of Rs. 4679.43 or this is the charges that ICICI has levied on me for no reason. Secondly as discussed with sutomer care in May 2008 I have been asked to pay only that amount which is being used by me for shopping and not the other charges levied by ICICI. But again I did not receive any consolidated statement till may 2008 in time from ICICI to clear this transaction.



                                  I shall once again repeat that if anything in this amount is being used for shopping I will pay else I will not, as ICICI has not paid proper attension to my querries and complaints that I am reporting since January 2008 (I have records of my telephone bills).

                                  Thanks for writing me and reminding me that I have not used ICICI credit card since a month. To tell you I have not used it since two months, please verify. The reason for not using it is the late payment charges which were levied in January 2008 still not waved off even after reporting to customer care and the amount due to late payment charges and interest is increasing.

                                  You see before January that I have used this card sincerely and paid all the dues spend by using ICICI credit card. So if I did not receive the proper communication from ICICI I will prefer to close this card and get something else.

                                  I am really very sorry to say that I used to get ICICI statements sometimes late and many a times cheques from ATM are not properly collected. Please correct these small errors from your system and I am sure that you will get more customer satisfaction than complaints.

                                    My father has an account in ICICI bank(A/c No.[protected], Name Surender Kumar Gupta), hanumangarh Jn. Branch which was earlier in Rajasthan bank but after ICICI bank has taken over Rajasthan bank so my father account has been shifted in ICICI bank, hanumangarh branch, my father had taken a loan through rajasthan bank and some installment has been deduct in Rajasthan Bank, after shifting of account the same has been deducted by ICICI bank and all installment has been paid in Month of Feb&#039;2014. Now my father has been retired on 31st may 2014. After that when my father had gone to take no dues, Branch manager told him to that they have due of near about of Rs.40, 000/-, so when all loan has been cleared in feb&#039;2014 my father asked him to give the bank statement but manger of your good bank branch has said him to come for next day but next day the same story was repeated and now when the one and half month has been passed branch manager still not giving the statement and mentally and physically harass them.My father daily go for bank while in age of 60 he is not fit to continue make round of branch, even it is not under stable if the loan is not completed than why bank not given any information through call or letter while all installment has been paid by direct salary and deduction was stopped after feb&#039;2014 this indicate that all loan has been completed. So i am requesting you to please provide the all bank statement of Jan2010 to till date of above bank account number and take acion against such type of manager who is harass the people.My email address is [protected]@gmail.com and mob no is [protected] and [protected]
