Dear Sir,
I did a icici prudential emerging star growth fund in my name. That time in my pancard my name was printed as Bjohn Madhukailya. But now I correct it and my name is printed as bijonjyoti sarma.
When I go to the mutual fund office and show my pancard's both copies they refuse to take it without the signature of bank manager. When I go to bank the bank manager again refuse to sign because it is not related with the bank account. Now what I have to do ? I did not understand why pancard's attested copy required whether my pan number is same in both copy of pan card. I also submited my pan site copy but the mutual fund office did not accept it. Please guide me in this matter as soon as possible.

    I am an 10 years old customer of ICICI Bank, having saving account No.[protected]. I was issued an EMI Credit card by ICICI bank after lots of calls and follow up by their sales executives. I was told by the sales team and executives that for any purchase the amount will be converted into interest free installments. This EMI card no. [protected] issued to me was used by me for the first and last time at Dr. Batras Homeopathy clinic for Rs. 5760/-. When I received the statement, to my surprise I was being billed the whole amount and additionally charged some finance charges for the usage. When contacted the helpline I was told that since Dr. Batras facilitate the customers with interest free installments therefore it will not be done on this card and you will have to pay the amount and fees. I objected and since I felt cheated I asked them to get the payment collected immediately for the usage and cancel the card.

    Executive from ICICI collection center (Vicky) visited on 25/04/2008 from Jhandewallan branch at my office and collected the full payment for usage of Rs. 5760/- vide cheque no. 725351 dated 25/04/2008 of SBI A/c no. [protected]. The payment receipt No. T0308C – 0147310 for the payment made bears clear comments that the full payment is made and please cancel the card. There after I have cut the card into four pieces and scrapped the same. This card was used only once by me that to by mistake. I am user of Saving Bank Account in your bank for past 10 years and there has been no default or deviation in any manner in the account.

    I started getting statements every month for interest charges and late payment charges. I mailed and called manier times to ICICI that if I have made the full payment, than why I am being harassed and troubled by sending all these statements and annoying phone calls. I even called and replied all calls from your helpline and requested them to cancel the card and clear all dues. Finally the case was resolved and I was sent an No dues statement and NOC from ICICI stating that my account is clear... I was very happy and satisfied finally with the services of ICICI after a struggle of almost Six Months...

    But to my surprise when I applied for a Car Loan a week before from ICICI Car Loans I came to know that I am a defaulter and my name is showing in negative list on CIBIL...I could not believe...I called so many people, visited ICICI branch and car loans office but all in vain... Finally my loan was rejected just becuase of one mistake... I TRUSTED ICICI, I USED THIER CARD FOR ONE TIME, PAID 100% WITH IN DUE DATE AND STILL CONTINUED TO BANK WITH ICICI...

    Now I request to please clear or remove my name from CIBIL as I fear, I will be named as a DECLARED DEFUALTER all my life just because of one mistake "USING ICICI SERVICES"... I may not get any loan all my life just because of ICICI Credit Card Department thier CHEAT DSAs thier pathetic services...

    I dont want to be known as a DEFAULTER thru out my life... My TEN YEARS long association with BANK could not make them understand a difference between a Defaulter and CUSTOMER...

    Please HELP, I am losing faith in sincereity and loyalty as aCUSTOMER...

    Attached is my mail to ICICI... I saw more than 400 such complaints against ICICI only on this site... Dont no how many others are paying for trusting ICICI????

    Dear Sir,
    I am S.Stephenjeyaraj from Trichy and i purchaseo[censored]r icici credit card on 02/2008 and my card no [protected].I made some payments and during the time ur excutive from Delhi spoke over the phone and without my knowledge, ur bank has taken an amount of Rs.10300/-and after the week policy came to me and immediately i spoke to ur excutive regarding the policy and he said "i can pay the due for three to four months after completing four months i can claim for the payment of Rs 6 lacks.Suppose the hospital amount is only Rs.60, 000/- i can get the whole amount of Rs.6 Lacks and i no need to pay for further dues".This was the statement ur excutive told.My friends are working in trichy in ur bank saying that The excutive from Delhi made wrong commitment . And there after i stopped paying dues.Now what shall i do. Is there any excutive in Trichy (Tamilnadu) to finalise the problem.

    I appreciate you that you have returned your card imdtly. you are much cleaver you may be cheated more if you still used it. but by concern is still you are using icici a/c pls withdraw all the amt from icici and go to some other good bank... read others customers complaint understand about this cheating bank. Refuse this bank serice even its free. tell to your frineds and family not to use it.

    again i appreciate you as you returened the credit card imdtly...

      Dear Sir,

      Credit Card No: [protected]


      My due date for payment of above credit card is 16-4-09 and amount is Rs 66xx . I have presented cheque No: 000025 The City Union Bank Ltd., A/c No 68364 on 15 apr to local Karur Icici branch. The Amount Rs 6700 has been debited on 16th of Apr 2009.

      But to my surprise you debited late paymet fee in my account and interest charges for the late payment.

      Kindly verify the above details and reverse all those the charges in my account and intimate me.

        I am tired with visa bill pay facility system. its so costly. that time they told me this is free of cost.
        now there is some hidden charges.
        I am regularly paying my icici credit card bill but every time my icici credit card come with 400/- Rs. late payment fee. this is very wrong system. if i am paying timly so why they charge late payment fee.

        Now i want to close my icici credit card but when i close my icici credit card, after one week they have send new credit card.

        so you are requested to kindly close my icici credit card. pls help me.

          i am using your (icici) cradit card i complening last three month
          my billing there is 2 lombade police bill on me wich your given free

          police that time talk from it is free for credit card costumer for
          icici bank talk benefit so give free i have telephonic talk recoding

          hi,

          i am an platinum customer of icici bank.recently i got an offer for an watch for 5900 rupees from some swiss co named louis.

          seeing the picture i ordered the same.however you will be astonished to know that withinh 15 days the watch started rusting and developed blisters. it was rough from all edges. i checked with a local watch shop and to my horror cam e to know that it was actually achionese watch worth not more then 50 bucks. when i contacted customer care there response was that this is not covered in warranty. we should really show these companies there worth.

          They only do business by cheating,

          Hi,

          I am Sunoj, applied for ICICI bank demat account on 29th november 2010 at Yelanka Branch Bangalore. Mr. Azgarali - [protected] (Sales person at ICICI -direct)
          has taken my all documents and one check of Rs 900 - ICICIBank. But this is going to be around 5 months. I called up Mr. Azgarali many times but he is not
          responding properly. Finally i got his manager's contact number Mr. XXX [protected]) but unfortunately this fellow also did same thing. Pls tell me one solution
          to get out from this.

          Could you tell me how many days it will take to create a D- mat account?

          If it is rejected then dont you have minimum courtesy to retun back my check and documents?

          Dont you have commen sence to call me and let me know the status?

          Could you tell me what should i do next ? I cant wait more than 5 months for Dmat account open !!!

          Please please please return back my documents... i dont want your account...

          Icici providing one of the worst service i have ever seen..

          This is the first time in my experience ICICI bank services are harassing me.

          Im really unsatisfied and frustrated coz of bad service.

            Twice, the ATM did not disburse the money. When I contacted the customer service rep, they are saying that their records show successful transaction. So, they will not revert the transactions. How does one handle these guys who are robbing off people during daylight!! I am planning on closing all my accounts and my family accounts with this bank, because of teh poor customer service I received. There is no protocol or procedure that these guys follow when the ATM does not dispense money properly!!

            On 30-03-10, I went to ICICI - ATM, Sector 63, Noida, at 2.10 pm to withdraw the cash amounting Rs.1000.00 through PNB card no.[protected] and transction particular is ATM/CWDR/S1CW4584/7599/[protected], after completing all the formalities from my side then in the last money has not come out. I complained to Bank Manager but he ignored me and told me to contact on [protected], there also on one responding.

            You are requested to check your and refund my amount immediately. After confirmation from your side, I will forward my account number to you to transfer the same.

                Dear Sir,

                This is in regards to my father's ICICI Bank Credit card.
                This card was offered free to my father.
                My father never ever used the card, until one day a telecaller called him up and told him that since " you dont use the credit card, could we please pay your Vodafone bill from it ". my father replied in the affirmative.

                for next few months the mobile bill was paid by ECF facility of the credit card. however one day when my father went to pay the credit card bill he realised that it was better if he directly paid the bill to vodafoneand wanted to withdraw from the facility.

                we wrote an email and also a letter to the bank to cancel the facility.A telecaller called up and asked us to cut the card and send it to the bank.(we did the same )

                Post this my father started paying his own vodafone bill only to realize that the bank still was paying it.there was double payment of the vodafone bills.

                We once again called up and the bank telecaller said it will stop.. however it continued.
                We decided not to pay the bill for the credit card and told the telecaller so.. she said its ok dont pay and the card will automatically stop.

                we were surprised to recieve a bill of Rs.10, 000 /- for the same .

                Next we realised that, the money was taken away from my sisters school fees account withing 48 hrs.

                Is This what you call service.???

                I would like to know of what next could be done.. I want to take this matter to the highest authority in ICICI Bank and.. bring to their notice o the fraud that the company does.

                  closure of recurring deposit

                  one of my recurring deposit was matured and was supposed to get debited in my saving bank account on 18 April 09, i waited for some day after 18th april hoping it will be done however it was never done. When i checked with ICICI customer care they informed that money is with icici bank and than i place a request to debit the amount in my icici account. I was promised it will be done in 1 working day and as if now 5th may the money is no show.

                  ICICI customer care agents and supervisor have no clue on this and they keep giving excuses like system is not working, we’ll forward the request to the backend department etc. Most of the time these agent done have any idea what they are speaking. Even their supervisor have no access to the information.


                  Please help me, i’ll provide all the relevant information along with service request nos. And call recording of call centre agent.

                  Recurring Deposit — Pay order credit

                  I was closed my RD account in Valasaravakkam on 31st and i aws recieved pay order.

                  My RD account number 1264.160.8871

                  It was posted in HDFC bank account .Till the amount was not credited in the account .

                    Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                    My Name is Miss Akshata R Chettiar, I had been a customer with ICICI Credit Cards, I had made my first purchase in June 2007, the purchase was made for 5647, from Richie Rich Shop in Vasai West, and I had also taken membership with Real Player, and since then my problems have begun. As i could not pay the whole amount at a time i kept paying minimum amount and also did make a lump sum amount payment. But each time they kept increasing everytime, after sending an email to the Real Customer Care, they sent back the amount they had been charging me, even after that the amount didn't decrease. I had broken the card and sent it to their company but got no response, but I also got threatening calls, and also got a call from a employee from the collection department, and she spoke rudely, ridiculed me calling me names. For which I complained to the ICICI customer care but got no proper response, and they keep sending me bill and also charge me for the purchases that has not been done by me. I got the latest bill for 15, 357... I will be sending all the emails that I have sent ICICI and the response from them. Please help me. I have all the evidence and the information needed but it is in a hard copy, will be sending them as soon as possible. My contact number is[protected] and my home number is[protected].                     Late payment fees are charged if the minimum amount due is received after the due date. It is charged at the rate of 30% on minimum amount due, subject to a minimum of Rs. 300.00 and maximum of Rs. 600.00

                    Late Payment Charges will be levied in the following cases:

                    Interest charges: As per card holder manual, interest charges are accrued in any of these cases:

                    * On the transactions in previous statement from the respective transaction date till the statement date
                    * On the total amount outstanding from the statement date till the part payment date
                    * On the remaining amount outstanding balance till the next statement date
                    * On the fresh purchases done thereafter, till the next statement date.

                    Rate of interest @ 3.40% is applicable on your ICICI Bank Credit Card whenever a part payment is made.

                    my name is Sunil Nandula. i had been ur icici credit cards customer . i am an army officer . i was posted in J&k for past 4 yrs .. my credit card had been blocked for long dues, which i have cleared later. but inspite of repeated letters to ur customer care my credit card had not been re activated . my credit card no is [protected] . valid upto 09/2010. my contact nos are [protected] and [protected]. it feels like a defaulter when such a thing happens . now that online banking is common, i assure no such delays in payments will occur. please help me feel that i am not a defaulter . pleace check ur transactions if i was a regular late payee . hope, to get a positive response from icici credit cards .

                      I don't know what is wrong with this Express IT courier. They delivered my courier (Internet Banking Password) from ICICI Bank to wrong people though the address mentioned on the courier was correct. I am really astonished at this inefficient service. WHY ICICI BANK STILL KEEPS THESE KIND OF COURIER COMPANIES AS SERVICE PROVIDERS?

                      Here, more than Express IT, ICICI Bank is losing its reliability and trust of its customers.

                        Hi all,

                        I don't have to tell how unethical ICICI Bank is. And our judicial system is such that such banks are growing more confident day by day. I deposited a cheque against my balance to be paid after few days. I got a call that they didn't received any amount and that due date is near so I am requested to pay before that date. I knew it was a case of misplaced cheque so I blocked that cheque and deposited another one. After a month i get a statement that they received the misplaced cheque so they credited and then debited as the cheque is already blocked now. On top of that they also charged me with cheque return fee of 250/-. I thought, ok i cannot prove that its there fault and that they misplaced, so I kept quiet and accepted the credit card statement. After 6 months I again get a statement with that cheque again debited increasing my outstanding balance to be paid. I registered a complaint in customer care saying that how can they debit same amount twice that too after six months. They accepted the mistake and promised to call back. Did the call came..whats your guess :) Yah! never came. so I had to get back to customer care and threatened them with consumer court and non payment of any amount until they resolve the mistake. And you know what the customer care professional says " Sir you can very well give a complaint to consumer court". Great they are so used to it that now they are very confident that nothing will happen.

                        I will not leave them just like that, but before doing anything foolish I just wanted to have your guidance so that I am protected by law.

                        Thanks a lot. And please avoid ICICI the most corrupt bank in India.

                        and have also got the settlement letter, bearing Ref No. HYD/840/[protected].

                        even after seelting the account the dept. has debited my savings a/c with Rs. 33, 000/-, saying that there is an outstanding amount.

                        this is not the first time they have done this to me, infact this is the 5th time it has happened.

                        everytime I have to go to the bank and request to release my a/c

                          ICICI Bank Complaints - Bank robs off my money

                          Hi,
                          I have a salary account with ICICI bank. It is a visa card.
                          On 4th April - 09, Saturday i tried to withdraw money in SBI ATM. Initially i tried for Rs. 6000. But, it did not go through. It said transaction declined. Then, i again tried for Rs. 6000. Even that dint not go through. All the two transactions got declined. The ATM did not give any money. The next day when i went to withdraw money, I was shocked to find that the bank has debited Rs 12000 from my account. I filed a complaint for this on 6th Apr-09. They asked me to wait for 8 working days. I am still waiting and there is no update from their side.
                          I am in high emergency for the money.
                          For the past few days I have been looking into lots of incidents of people getting cheated by banks. Obvious, I dont want ICICI to rob off my money.
                          Please advice me on what immediate step I can take.

                          Hi,
                          I am asoftware engineer. I have a salary account with ICICI bank. It is a visa card.
                          On 6th September, saturday i tried to withdraw money in canara bank ATM. Initially i tried for 16000 rs. But, it did not go through. It said transaction declined. Then, i tried for 10000 rs. Even that dint not go through. Finally, I tried for 1000rs. That too did not get through. All the three transactions got declined. The ATM did not give any money. Also, on that day until evening the Canara bank ATMs did not accept ICICI debit card. The next day when i went to draw money, I was shocked to find that the bank has debited 10000 rs from my account! I filed a complaint on this. They asked me to wait for 8working days. I am still waiting and there is no update from their side.
                          when I contacted them in person they just said me ATM is a different sector and they cant do anything. The ATM people can be contacted only through phone.
                          I am in high emergency for the money.

                            I have never received any card from Centurion Bank of Punjab ( Now ICICI Bank) but the ICICI people have called me several time and came to my house to collect the payment. I got a mail from the ICICI bank stating as below which includes my reply to them.





                            Hi Prasad,
                            I have already informed your executives about the payment due. See the first thing is i have never applied for any card provided by ICICI bank. And you people are forcing me to pay the bill. And some third party is coming to my residence for payment collection. If this will continue then i will take legal action against you people. I need a clarification on this.

                              My ICICI HP Credit Card No [protected] since 5 months I am receiving Statements to my residence or to my e mail without my nowledge they have deducted Health Card annual fee which I now when they sent me the details to my residence. The ICICI Bank is trining a Big cheating gang over telephone like customer care their they fix all card holders with their conning training ie what first told me is for health card that first they are going to deduct only one month fee and if you satisfy with Health Card benefit then only the remaining fee will be deducted by monthly but not at a time, this what they told and now what they are doing is deferent method and now they are fearning me that they will complaint to M/s.CIBIL this is the way they are doing. Now kindly deside the solution for this to me please. In India the mazor companies are looting Banks amounts in Lakhs of Crores in the way of loans and no one is bother with them and Banks are squeezing Comman man if they make late payment by keepikg heavey penalities this is very cruel thing.
                              Pakistan is creating Human Bombs and ICICI Bank is training Human Cheaters (Customer Call Agents).

                                BEWARE OF ICICI, NRI Customers, NRE Savings A/c - dont invest your moeny. ICICI Account holders be CAREFUL
                                It took more than 6 weeks to open/ activate NRE A/C; Internet password took another 6 weeks after making lot of calls while in India in August 2008 visit. What an awful experience?

                                You can not remit/ deposit check by mail in USA. Did you know that?
                                Have you visited the NRI internet banking? You can not browse easily through the website. They do not have direct link to close your account. It is a very tedious process to maneouvre the website.

                                I can not trust the money transaction by risking as there is always phishing going on.

                                Recent incident


                                I had Rs. 15, 115 balance as of September 23, 2008 (well above Rs. 15, 000 balance minimum not even known/ disclosed to me at the time of opening my account on August 16, 2008 at Patna, Bihar).
                                My Account no. is[protected]It is no longer confidential, good for internet banking because of PRIVACY).
                                I was given Debit card (which can't be used in USA and the charges were not disclosed.
                                They deducted Rs. 224 on November 5, 2008 which brought the balance to Rs. 14, 891.00 (below Rs. 15, 000 minimum rquired). This helped ICICI Bank to start bilking me and charging Quarterly fees of Rs.843 (charged on February 3, 2009) and again receently Rs. 827 on April 16, 2009.
                                I was charged total of Rs. 1, 894 for my account that started with Balance of Rs. 15, 115 (I paid 12% to the bank, rather than getting paid as interest).

                                Can this happen in USA? You bet NOT.
                                We NRIs and Indians are treated like TRASH by PRIVATE Banking as ICICI Bank, ING BANK.

                                I still believe in State Bank of India (Excepting too slow for changes).

                                I was planning for furure to put in Rs. 20 Lacs in Fixed Deposit in ICICI Bank for purchasing Apartment this year. I just opened to experience the phenominal changes in INDIA (I visited after 1992) and was ghastly disappointed.
                                HINESTY is no longer the best POLICY. DECPTIVE practices and quick profits will DESTROY INDIA.s ECONOMY.

                                Easy solution to avoid any QAB charges...!!! Open a FD of 25000 INR under your customer id and your accounts become 0 balance..!! as log as you have that FD. More over its not that your balance goes below 15000 INR and bank will penalize you straight away.!! Its a QAB - Quarterly Average Baance.

                                You have a leverage to keep as good as 0 INR in your account for 45 days. just fund your account with 30000 INR for rest 30 days... NO CHARGES..!!!

                                Tips. Keep a track on your statements .. Atleast check them once every month..!!

                                  I am to submit that I am having SB account bearing No.[protected] in ICICI Bank, Tirupati.Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh.

                                  In this connection I am to submit that while issuing me a ATM card. The above said ATM Division has promised to keep " 0 " balance. I have been made many transactions since 2004. But unfortunately I noticed in the year 2008 that an amount of Rupees above One Thousand and odd was recovered date not exactly not known and again on 20/4/2009 Rs. 827/- again recovered as QAB Charges with out any kind of intimation.

                                  With this action taken by the ATM Division of ICICI Bank.I was much felf inconvinience in with drawing the amount from the ATM Counter and fooled in front of others. Which cause much mental egony.

                                  As such I requst you to take necessary action acording to Law which the ATM Division of ICICI Bankt caused to me and arrange to inform me if any act made against the " 0 " balance.

                                    ICICI squeezing the blood of house loans customer - the facts are here

                                    i took house loan of 1800000 in aug 2005 at 7.5% interest rate, soon the interest have been increased to 9, 11.5 and then 13% pa. I had requested ICICI thru various channels for interest rate reduction, every time i got the same geneirc cut/paste response. Every time they tried to educate me about PLR. Finally i moved to another bank at low interst rate, Suprisingly the out standing loan amount while closing the loan acctoun with ICICI was 17, 99, 000 after including fore closure chares of 2.21%. During the 44 months period i had paid to ICICI nearly 7, 68, 000 for EMI, but i could see only 1000 drop in my outstanding loan amount. (is 1000 = 768000, perhaps is correct with ICICI)

                                    ICICI just squeezing the blood of house loans customer. I am not sure what statuory bodies doing in respect of protecting customers and virtual robbery of customers by banks in the name of foreclosure charges. I think all banks collectively playing this game.

                                    What is happeing to leading US bank( about collaspe), what happend to leading Indian IT company( accouting mal practices) -So nothing is static - I am sure ICICI will soon collapse - Offcourse companies can survive for short term by showing attaractive results but not always. I do not think the day is far away to see that for ICICI bank ... ...

                                      Sir,

                                      I have taken Home Loan from ICICI bank (LBMUM[protected]). This is floating one. While taking the loan I had been informed by them that when rate of interest increase it will automaticaly increase & reduces with same fashion. But now these peaople are asking to pay 1.93% amount on balance amount. I did checked with them before 1 month they said that its 0.5%. Which increased without intimetion.
                                      Now how can this be resolved? ICICI Bank is never trusted & transperent. Everything remains hidden under cover.

                                      Please help me out.

                                      When RBI increased repo rates the banks (private like ICICI) pushed the burdens on Consumers within hours of the announcement but when the same when down they reduced deposit rates within hours but loan rates remain where they were there. RBI should understand the they are using TAX PAYERS money to give these benifits and at the end of the day some capitalists like ICICI and taking the benifits out of it..
                                      please help and have fair deal.
                                      Hi i am resident of South Mumbai i have applied for housing loan from ICICI Bank my loan approval has happened almost 3months back and all related documents for Loan processing has been submitted to Valsad branch which in turn has forwarded for Loan disurbsement to Surat branch since last @75 days but till 2day my physical loan disbursement has not happened and whenever we try Surat ICICI Branch phone number there is no conform reply as to when things will happen .I have been left with felling of total frustration and would really think hard in future for any dealing with ICICI Bank as there is no Customer Support from there end.

                                      Write to Banking Ombudsman under copy to Reserve Bank of India. Many people have complaints against ICICI.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I had submitted my EPF application in June 2008. Iam an ex employee of ICICI Bank, having employee no.-130328. I had submitted completed form 10C for withdrawal of EPF amount. ICICI Bank had also submitted my EPF application to RPF commissioner in January 2009.

                                        They had given me the contact number at [protected] for checking the status of EPF withdrawal. However nobody picks up the phone and it always remian busy. Moreover till date I have not received any cheque or credit to my account for EPF claim.

                                        My account no. is MH/18796/52775.

                                        Kindly advice.
