RESPECTED SIR,

I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT MY ICICI CREDIT CARD IS MISUSED BY SOMEONE THROUGH NET BANKING. TOTAL FIVE TRANSACTION WERE DONE WITH EZEEGO TRAVEL SERVICE, I CAME TO KNOW THIS BY SMS FROM ICICI ON MY MOBILE, I HAVE NEVER USED THIS CARD FOR ONLINE PAYMENT BEFORE, SO I CANT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS PAYMENT IS DONE BY SOMEONE. IT IS A FRAUD WITH ME AS WELL WITH THE BANK.

THE DEAILS OF TRANSACTION DONE ON MY CARD ARE,

1ST TR: 13, 076 RS
2ND TR: 18, 021 RS
3RD TR:7, 053 RS
4TH TR: 6, 353 RS
5TH TR: 6, 499 RS.

I NFORMED MY BANK REGARDING THIS MATTER. THEY HAVE REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT. AND THEY ALSO BLOCK MY CARD.ONE OF THE EXECUTIVE OF ICICI TOLD ME TO WAIT TILL JUN 13, I CANT UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC BEHIND IT.
NOW I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH TIME THEY WILL TAKE TO SOLVE MY ISSUE. TILL THE TIME I AM THE ONLY SUFFERER.EXPECTING THE HELP AND SUPPORT FROM YOUR SIDE.

ICICI Credit cards — Transaction

The ICICI has arbitrarily debited an amount of Rs.17615/-from my ICICI savings bank account without taking cognizance of my repeated complaints to the Nodal officer ICICI credit cards on[protected],[protected] and[protected].

    I AM HOLDING TWO FIXED DEPOSITS IN ICICI HOME FINANCE COMPANY FROM BARODA AS AJOINT DEPOSITOR WITH MY WIFE. LAST MONTH I HAD PURCHASED HOUSE AND WANTED SOME EXTRA MONEY SO I TOOK LOAN FROM ICICI HOME FINANCE AGAINST MY FIXED DEPOSIT. BUT TO MY SURPRISE IT TOOK 13 DAYS FOR ME TO FINALLY GET THE CHEQUE THE REASON IS ALL THE PROCESSING IS DONE FROM THEIR MUMBAI OFFICE AND THEIR STAFF IN ALL OVER INDIA IS JUST SITTING THERE WITHOUT ANY JOB. I HAD TO BORROW MONEY FROM MY FRIEND IN SPITE OF THE FACT THAT I HAD ENOUGH MONEY. NOW MY BIGGEST WORRY IS IF IHAVE ANY MEDICAL EMERGENCY AND I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO WAIT 15 DAYS WHAT SHOULD I DO.

      On 29th June & 30 th june I padi twice premium for same policy.I got receipt of one premiumof 50000 Irs which were debited from my account on 30 th June but which were paid on 29th June 09 is been ideal(not added as unit on my policy) on account of my policy no[protected] Life time gold).so my request is to redirect these money to my account from which it had been transfered.
      i have not received premium paid receipt for life stage pension policy No.13050810. very poor service rendered to customers by company

        Dear People,

        Do we really think one day we Indians would be really smart as I don’t see that happening anytime soon. Recently I had trouble paying bills online through visa bill pay site which integrates through ICICI Bank to securely transfer funds from your account to the biller. Due to some system problem after three attempts my Net Banking userid got disabled (problem has been between visa bill pay site and ICICI Net Banking site). To activate I had to place the request with the customer care department and they assured that the ID will be activated within 24 Hrs. (Activation takes 24 hrs? Seems like it 1990's where the file would be sent to Sr. VP Activations and once he approves then only a field executive will switch on the account).

        That is not it the second part is more interesting I requested a password reset and they assured it will take 8 Days for the password to reach to my address (Seems like ICICI Net Banking Passwords are generated in Hawaii as it takes 8 days for the courier to reach your place in Mumbai - Highly optimized process kudos you are "B" age banking).

        Now the twist I needs to correct the misspelled Name of the building in the address but it can’t be done for 7 days as the password request is in place (Reason as explained is the password has to reach the destination before you can change the address) I can’t do the wither way to change the address and then request a new password as change in address takes 1 month to be effective(Seems like people from Interpol and FBI verify it before you new address which just had a spelling mistake to be rectified.)

        Kudos ICICI Bank for "B" Age banking - Buffalo Age banking. To make the system secure for customers trouble the customer always.

        On last Friday my Transaction Password got blocked, and as informed by your customer service it was due to Technical reasons at your end. Now I am unable to generate new Password online, as they say my Mobile number is not registered for this purpose. Please clarify how many times and where all I have to give my mobile number for Registration. It is registered for all mobile alerts.

        Why should I have to bear the brunt due to Technical reasons at your end. Please call me back at [protected] and resolve.

        This is my last complaint and if it is not redressed, I shall be constrained to discontinue banking with you.

            Dear Sir,

            I am ICICI Bank Credit card holder (no. - [protected]). In Jan 2007, there was an online transaction of Rs. 4000 with this card. (That time I was not even aware how to do online transaction). As soon as I knew this, I called customer care & the Manager told to submit application. I submitted application at Empire mill Complex, Mumbai (Request no. SR[protected] as per the guidance.

            After few months, a collection boy visited my place & I spoke to the manager on phone. He appreciated my PAYMENT RECORDS & told to give a copy of Application already submitted.

            After that, they sent me couple of new cards. I was getting the statement having mention about payments for Disputed transaction. (I decided not to use Card till the issue is resolved). I received calls couple of times regarding it, and I told every time that I have submitted the application & customer care dept would terminate the call with a good note & apologizing.

            So it is obvious that I, as a customer, would understand that my request has been heard & trusted that these charges will be waived off.

            Even Bank stopped sending me statements from Jul or Aug 2008.

            On 13-Nov, I came to know that there is negative balance. On, 15-Nov, I called customer care & they informed me that due to non-payments of credit card, A/c has been blocked & I’ll have to meet collection officer (& I got the letter for the same 6-7 days late i.e. on 19 – Nov). I met Mr. Shiv Kumar who assured me that he will zero-ise my dues & henceforth A/C won’t be blocked. (& that was done).

            The A/C started as normal. So I issued cheques from this A/C & on 27-Dec, I came to know that again my A/C had been blocked. My cheques had been dishonored & the bank charged me for that. I was not having any cash that time & ICICI Bank deliberately delayed the case & removed lein on 23rd Feb. Due to this I had to suffer FINANCIAL LOSSES (the details of the same will be provided in front of BO Official) Apart from the monetary losses, my family life had been disturbed & everyone in my family is worried about this. My mother was very much tensed & remained depressed.

            So considering the long time relationship with bank, I had asked for the compensation of only Rs. 2000 (the details of the same will be provided) from the ICICI bank however the bank refused to pay.

            All these have been done towards the non-payment of credit card as claimed by ICICI Bank. But the same case was resolved in my favor in 15-Mar-2007 & the amount of Rs. 4000/- was to be removed. However they claim that the Amount accumulated (Rs. 9600) was the interest charged on Non-payment of Rs. 4000.
            The bank says that I should have informed about the reversal of these charges. However they never sent any letter mentioning that the disputed transaction (Rs. 4000) has been resolved in my favor. How would I know that they are charging interest (on the non-existing Rs. 4000)? Please let me know if it is possible in India, to calculate interest on the amount which you don’t have to pay.
            This sounds very idiotic.

            Now I ask for the compensation of Indian Rs. 5, 00, 000/-.

            I would have initiated the case immediately but my mother passed away on 17-Mar-2009. She had been under tension when my Bank A/C was blocked. So now I will not let bank go Scot free come what may!

            It is the duty of the ICICI bank to disseminate the information & the Bank should have voluntarily cancelled all the charges.

            Consider the following:

            **Had I gone for settlement, I would have been at loss.
            **If I had not fought & paid the whole amount, I would have never come to know that I am paying interest on the amount, the case of which had been resolved in my favor (i.e. the amount ceases to be existing). I would have been at loss.
            **The Bank disclosed about resolution of case after I fought & submitted the complaint to RBI. It’s a cheating to hold back such information.

            Had I not fought, the Bank would have kept the resolution hidden. (This is what the ethical banking practice is?)

            I would have been at loss for the Bank’s mistakes such as lack of co-ordination amongst their departments, not disseminating information, misuse of their authority by blocking the accounts & harassing the customers (LIKE GOONS).

            Above all, the Bank registered my name in CIBIL showing my profile negative. I wonder how CIBIL can accept such claims from the banks. Isn’t CIBIL doing any inquiry on its own? I would request CIBIL to go deep into the matters, because the baseless & wrong information can ruin the credibility of an individual (one who believes in Indian Laws, pays dues regularly at any cost, & wants to live peacefully.)

            To earn meager profit, bank misused its authority. Now that they had caused great trouble for my family. So I have decided to initiate case against ICICI & I claim Indian Rs. 500000 towards all these harassment. I have to pay 4 installments of Rs 4953 towards my personal loan. However right now I will hold the payment till I do not get the compensation. I repeat, I will hold the payment & this doesn’t mean that I will not pay.

            All the rules & laws have to be observed by the common people whereas the institutions act as per their whims, misusing their rights, harassing genuine customers to recover the losses made from bad loans. However when they commit mistake, they go Scot free.

            There has to be some limit to all these.

            I seek help from Banking Ombudsman officials to act as an intermediary to resolve the case and give justice to me. Now I do not trust ICICI Bank at all.

            Also, I have decided to hold on to the installments of PL to ICICI till I am not being compensated for my losses. I have paid 33 installments of Rs. 4953 & 3 are left. I will pay the installments later however there should not be any interest or charges claimed because due to the bank's mistake I had to suffer.

            Note: I have paid all my installments to ICICI Bank whether it’s credit card, demat A/C or savings A/C. You can check records. Still the bank has acted in very unethical way.

              sir,
              I'm a customer of the so called esteemed ICICI bank at hubli, karnataka. I've taken the decision of writing to you after repeated futile attempts of making my woes heard to the sr.mgt and authorities of the bank regarding my problems with the branch manager, Ms.Prafulla Puranik. that I've forced myself to write to the ombudsman makes it clear that the magnitude of the problem is much larger than it actually looks.
              the exact prob for me is the adamant, arrogant insolently proud and irritating behavior of the BM. i 've been the customer of the bank for the last 6yrs and I've had good support and relation from the staff and the prev BM, Ms. Vaishali Mahishi, but this prob has cropped up from the last 3-4months since this BM took over!!
              she doesn't allow me the normal/min rights of a customer just because I've not agreed to give her investments when she wanted. I feel that customers invest wen they have the need and its ridiculous for the banks to force and hunt us for them!! and also that in case investments are not made, we are devoid of the basic services and also dished out with abusive language!! i now am giving u the details of my problems so that u can have a feel of what is exactly going on with me-
              -i don't get the denomination i ask for.
              -I'd be kept waiting wantedly by the BM after the staff are forced to direct me to her for everything and anything. that clearly shows that the same staff who serviced me well before have been forced to deny me the same service, evidently due to her pressure.
              -if i have any complaints or small issues, she started saying that they cant be solved until and unless i make some investments and wen i said i wanted to talk to her superiors she says nothing is gonna happen and she didn't provide me the contact numbers of any authorities!!
              -I've had a really tough time finding your address too as one day i was forcibly warded off the branch as i was noting down ur address there. then i went to another bank where I've an a/c and collected ur address there!!
              -they say they bank from 8-8 but one day i was denied a transaction at 7:50pm saying that their watch read 8!!
              -wen i wanted to put some amt lying in my father's a/c as FD she wanted to invest that into life ins.i told her that i had already made huge investments in ULIPs and they were in a bad shape and she kept insisting on that. at last i could make an FD of it and as my father was a Sr. citizen, i remember submitting form 15H along with it for non-deduction of TDS.but to my astonishment, later i found that the TDS has been deducted from my a/c.as there'd be no acknowledgement for form 15H i could not debate wen the BM bluntly argued that the form was never submitted by me! i asked for my TDS certificate in the month of march and the answer i got was that i'd receive it in may/june, until wen i was asked to wait and that issue is still pending as on date!! this was stated as a reason for which i cannot even close my a/c till everything gets settled.
              according to some classification made by the bank on the basis of my a/c balance which always runs into lacs of rupees I'm termed as the high networth client but this is the treatment I'm being dished out which is irksome to the core.my prob would have ended if i closed my a/c here and transferred all my funds to other banks wer i've immense pleasure banking but i've restored to this complaint as there might be many other mid-aged customers who are facing the same prob but for some reason aren't able to bring it to ur notice!

              all said and done, im unwilling to reveal my name and other details as i fear a backlash! but im ending this communication with a hope that the banking ombudsman would bail me out of the trouble and safeguard the interests of many customers who are falling prey to these type of officials who have profit as the prioritized motive to customer service!

                Dear Sir,
                I did a icici prudential emerging star growth fund in my name. That time in my pancard my name was printed as Bjohn Madhukailya. But now I correct it and my name is printed as bijonjyoti sarma.
                When I go to the mutual fund office and show my pancard's both copies they refuse to take it without the signature of bank manager. When I go to bank the bank manager again refuse to sign because it is not related with the bank account. Now what I have to do ? I did not understand why pancard's attested copy required whether my pan number is same in both copy of pan card. I also submited my pan site copy but the mutual fund office did not accept it. Please guide me in this matter as soon as possible.

                  I am an 10 years old customer of ICICI Bank, having saving account No.[protected]. I was issued an EMI Credit card by ICICI bank after lots of calls and follow up by their sales executives. I was told by the sales team and executives that for any purchase the amount will be converted into interest free installments. This EMI card no. [protected] issued to me was used by me for the first and last time at Dr. Batras Homeopathy clinic for Rs. 5760/-. When I received the statement, to my surprise I was being billed the whole amount and additionally charged some finance charges for the usage. When contacted the helpline I was told that since Dr. Batras facilitate the customers with interest free installments therefore it will not be done on this card and you will have to pay the amount and fees. I objected and since I felt cheated I asked them to get the payment collected immediately for the usage and cancel the card.

                  Executive from ICICI collection center (Vicky) visited on 25/04/2008 from Jhandewallan branch at my office and collected the full payment for usage of Rs. 5760/- vide cheque no. 725351 dated 25/04/2008 of SBI A/c no. [protected]. The payment receipt No. T0308C – 0147310 for the payment made bears clear comments that the full payment is made and please cancel the card. There after I have cut the card into four pieces and scrapped the same. This card was used only once by me that to by mistake. I am user of Saving Bank Account in your bank for past 10 years and there has been no default or deviation in any manner in the account.

                  I started getting statements every month for interest charges and late payment charges. I mailed and called manier times to ICICI that if I have made the full payment, than why I am being harassed and troubled by sending all these statements and annoying phone calls. I even called and replied all calls from your helpline and requested them to cancel the card and clear all dues. Finally the case was resolved and I was sent an No dues statement and NOC from ICICI stating that my account is clear... I was very happy and satisfied finally with the services of ICICI after a struggle of almost Six Months...

                  But to my surprise when I applied for a Car Loan a week before from ICICI Car Loans I came to know that I am a defaulter and my name is showing in negative list on CIBIL...I could not believe...I called so many people, visited ICICI branch and car loans office but all in vain... Finally my loan was rejected just becuase of one mistake... I TRUSTED ICICI, I USED THIER CARD FOR ONE TIME, PAID 100% WITH IN DUE DATE AND STILL CONTINUED TO BANK WITH ICICI...

                  Now I request to please clear or remove my name from CIBIL as I fear, I will be named as a DECLARED DEFUALTER all my life just because of one mistake "USING ICICI SERVICES"... I may not get any loan all my life just because of ICICI Credit Card Department thier CHEAT DSAs thier pathetic services...

                  I dont want to be known as a DEFAULTER thru out my life... My TEN YEARS long association with BANK could not make them understand a difference between a Defaulter and CUSTOMER...

                  Please HELP, I am losing faith in sincereity and loyalty as aCUSTOMER...

                  Attached is my mail to ICICI... I saw more than 400 such complaints against ICICI only on this site... Dont no how many others are paying for trusting ICICI????

                  I am S.Stephenjeyaraj from Trichy and i purchaseo[censored]r icici credit card on 02/2008 and my card no [protected].I made some payments and during the time ur excutive from Delhi spoke over the phone and without my knowledge, ur bank has taken an amount of Rs.10300/-and after the week policy came to me and immediately i spoke to ur excutive regarding the policy and he said "i can pay the due for three to four months after completing four months i can claim for the payment of Rs 6 lacks.Suppose the hospital amount is only Rs.60, 000/- i can get the whole amount of Rs.6 Lacks and i no need to pay for further dues".This was the statement ur excutive told.My friends are working in trichy in ur bank saying that The excutive from Delhi made wrong commitment . And there after i stopped paying dues.Now what shall i do. Is there any excutive in Trichy (Tamilnadu) to finalise the problem.

Refuse this bank serice even its free. tell to your frineds and family not to use it.

                      I am tired with visa bill pay facility system. its so costly. that time they told me this is free of cost.
                      now there is some hidden charges.
                      I am regularly paying my icici credit card bill but every time my icici credit card come with 400/- Rs. late payment fee. this is very wrong system. if i am paying timly so why they charge late payment fee.

                        i am an platinum customer of icici bank.recently i got an offer for an watch for 5900 rupees from some swiss co named louis.

                        seeing the picture i ordered the same.however you will be astonished to know that withinh 15 days the watch started rusting and developed blisters. it was rough from all edges. i checked with a local watch shop and to my horror cam e to know that it was actually achionese watch worth not more then 50 bucks. when i contacted customer care there response was that this is not covered in warranty. we should really show these companies there worth.

                        They only do business by cheating,

                        I am Sunoj, applied for ICICI bank demat account on 29th november 2010 at Yelanka Branch Bangalore. Mr. Azgarali - [protected] (Sales person at ICICI -direct)

                          Twice, the ATM did not disburse the money. When I contacted the customer service rep, they are saying that their records show successful transaction. So, they will not revert the transactions. How does one handle these guys who are robbing off people during daylight!! I am planning on closing all my accounts and my family accounts with this bank, because of teh poor customer service I received. There is no protocol or procedure that these guys follow when the ATM does not dispense money properly!!

                          On 30-03-10, I went to ICICI - ATM, Sector 63, Noida, at 2.10 pm to withdraw the cash amounting Rs.1000.00 through PNB card no.[protected] and transction particular is ATM/CWDR/S1CW4584/7599/[protected], after completing all the formalities from my side then in the last money has not come out. I complained to Bank Manager but he ignored me and told me to contact on [protected], there also on one responding.

                              Dear Sir,

                              This is in regards to my father's ICICI Bank Credit card.
                              This card was offered free to my father.
                              My father never ever used the card, until one day a telecaller called him up and told him that since " you dont use the credit card, could we please pay your Vodafone bill from it ". my father replied in the affirmative.

                              for next few months the mobile bill was paid by ECF facility of the credit card. however one day when my father went to pay the credit card bill he realised that it was better if he directly paid the bill to vodafoneand wanted to withdraw from the facility.

                              we wrote an email and also a letter to the bank to cancel the facility.A telecaller called up and asked us to cut the card and send it to the bank.(we did the same )

                              Post this my father started paying his own vodafone bill only to realize that the bank still was paying it.there was double payment of the vodafone bills.

                              We once again called up and the bank telecaller said it will stop.. however it continued.
                              We decided not to pay the bill for the credit card and told the telecaller so.. she said its ok dont pay and the card will automatically stop.

                              we were surprised to recieve a bill of Rs.10, 000 /- for the same .

                              Next we realised that, the money was taken away from my sisters school fees account withing 48 hrs.

                              Is This what you call service.???

                              I would like to know of what next could be done.. I want to take this matter to the highest authority in ICICI Bank and.. bring to their notice o the fraud that the company does.

                                closure of recurring deposit

                                one of my recurring deposit was matured and was supposed to get debited in my saving bank account on 18 April 09, i waited for some day after 18th april hoping it will be done however it was never done. When i checked with ICICI customer care they informed that money is with icici bank and than i place a request to debit the amount in my icici account. I was promised it will be done in 1 working day and as if now 5th may the money is no show.

                                ICICI customer care agents and supervisor have no clue on this and they keep giving excuses like system is not working, we’ll forward the request to the backend department etc. Most of the time these agent done have any idea what they are speaking. Even their supervisor have no access to the information.


                                Please help me, i’ll provide all the relevant information along with service request nos. And call recording of call centre agent.

                                  My Name is Miss Akshata R Chettiar, I had been a customer with ICICI Credit Cards, I had made my first purchase in June 2007, the purchase was made for 5647, from Richie Rich Shop in Vasai West, and I had also taken membership with Real Player, and since then my problems have begun. As i could not pay the whole amount at a time i kept paying minimum amount and also did make a lump sum amount payment. But each time they kept increasing everytime, after sending an email to the Real Customer Care, they sent back the amount they had been charging me, even after that the amount didn't decrease. I had broken the card and sent it to their company but got no response, but I also got threatening calls, and also got a call from a employee from the collection department, and she spoke rudely, ridiculed me calling me names. For which I complained to the ICICI customer care but got no proper response, and they keep sending me bill and also charge me for the purchases that has not been done by me. I got the latest bill for 15, 357... I will be sending all the emails that I have sent ICICI and the response from them. Please help me. I would like to get a proper clarification from your accounts department, to my ever growing amount that I have to pay, even after receiving the "RealNet" amount back, i am being charged for its interest, and even after me break my card in to four pieces and sending it back, i am being charged an amount for some expenditure that has not been incurred by me. I am an employed person and hence dont get time to come up to ICICI office and sort out my issue personally. So I would like to request you to check in to the matter, do a proper calculation and give me a correct bill, Coz the bill that was sent to me does nothing but make me suspicious of its nature. Please do the needful, and if possible please send a representative at my residential address to sort this issue out for once and for all. Hope to get a favorable reply.

                                  Thank you for replying, but this is not helping me in any manner, I have been asking you to clarify the bill that been sent to me. There was a dispute about me being charged for the "REAL PLAYER", but the refund was done by the "REAL NET" to the account, but still that did not lower the rate in my bill, and to top it all I am being charged for a purchase that has not been done by me, time and again I keep getting bill with and increased amount every time, I have sent the credit card back to your company with a letter attached but have not received any reply, I am just tired of all this nonsense, I have received no help from your company whatsoever, and what telephonic conversation you are talking about, I got a call from your department, when I was busy and requested to be contacted later in the evening, but nothing as such happened and you send me this automated email.                                   my name is Sunil Nandula. i had been ur icici credit cards customer . i am an army officer . i was posted in J&k for past 4 yrs .. my credit card had been blocked for long dues, which i have cleared later. but inspite of repeated letters to ur customer care my credit card had not been re activated . my credit card no is [protected] . valid upto 09/2010. my contact nos are [protected] and [protected]. it feels like a defaulter when such a thing happens . now that online banking is common, i assure no such delays in payments will occur. please help me feel that i am not a defaulter . pleace check ur transactions if i was a regular late payee . hope, to get a positive response from icici credit cards .

                                    I don't know what is wrong with this Express IT courier. They delivered my courier (Internet Banking Password) from ICICI Bank to wrong people though the address mentioned on the courier was correct. I am really astonished at this inefficient service. WHY ICICI BANK STILL KEEPS THESE KIND OF COURIER COMPANIES AS SERVICE PROVIDERS?

                                    Here, more than Express IT, ICICI Bank is losing its reliability and trust of its customers.

                                      Hi all,

                                      I don't have to tell how unethical ICICI Bank is. And our judicial system is such that such banks are growing more confident day by day. I deposited a cheque against my balance to be paid after few days. I got a call that they didn't received any amount and that due date is near so I am requested to pay before that date. I knew it was a case of misplaced cheque so I blocked that cheque and deposited another one. After a month i get a statement that they received the misplaced cheque so they credited and then debited as the cheque is already blocked now. On top of that they also charged me with cheque return fee of 250/-. I thought, ok i cannot prove that its there fault and that they misplaced, so I kept quiet and accepted the credit card statement. After 6 months I again get a statement with that cheque again debited increasing my outstanding balance to be paid. I registered a complaint in customer care saying that how can they debit same amount twice that too after six months. They accepted the mistake and promised to call back. Did the call came..whats your guess :) Yah! never came. so I had to get back to customer care and threatened them with consumer court and non payment of any amount until they resolve the mistake. And you know what the customer care professional says " Sir you can very well give a complaint to consumer court". Great they are so used to it that now they are very confident that nothing will happen.

                                      I will not leave them just like that, but before doing anything foolish I just wanted to have your guidance so that I am protected by law.

                                      Thanks a lot. And please avoid ICICI the most corrupt bank in India.

                                      on the above mentioned card, I have done settlement on 27/10/2008
                                      and have also got the settlement letter, bearing Ref No. HYD/840/[protected].

                                      even after seelting the account the dept. has debited my savings a/c with Rs. 33, 000/-, saying that there is an outstanding amount.

                                      this is not the first time they have done this to me, infact this is the 5th time it has happened.

                                      everytime I have to go to the bank and request to release my a/c
