Fake Information by Credit Card Call Centre

Hi,

I had recieved a call from ICICI Credit Card Call center, who said that I have been offered by a Platinum Card of ICICI Bank. For this he said that I will have to pay 2000 annual charges which will be paid back as a reward points of 2000 which I can redeem later while shopping. I had posted a very important document my bank cheqe book send by IMS Speed Post on 25th Feb'09 Mumbai from Ghaziabad.
