Dear Sir,
This is with reference of my loan application no. 60777203 with ICICI BANK LTD. for a car loan, i would like to know one thing ICICI had declined my application on basis of CREDIT CARD default with other banks. As per my information control number of CIBIL is[protected] and i am sure about my self that i am holding 2 credit cards from ICICI Bank only. Can please look into this matter and confirm me for same.

    To whom it may concern

    I have savings account with ICICI bank. Bank has charged me POS Decline Charge for insufficient balance on 13/04/2009 of Rs 56. If I bank considers it to be customer's mistake of not maintaining the right balance, then why does bank not considers itself guilty when our card gets rejected on many instances for no reason. Why always customer has to pay for his mistakes. And even if bank is paying this POS Decline Charge to some third party (VISA, MASTER CARD Etc), why don't customers get the same charge from bank.

    ICICI Bank — atm rejection charges

    Dear Sir/madam,

    I am an savings bank account holder in ICICI Bank Ltd with a/c no[protected]. I had submited a cheque for clearing on 12.10.'09. Anticipating that the chq would have cleared I tried to withdraw some money from atm. I had used SBI's atm machine where there was no provision for balance enquiry. At first the request was rejected. I thought it was a mistake from my part and I tried again. The same msg insufficient fund.But the bank debited me Rs.28/- twice. When I contacted the ICICI Bank I found that though the chq got cleared on 14.10.09 the same was not updated in the system and hence insufficient fund.
    I had to pay Rs.56/- for no mistake of me.
    I had send a complaint to the ICICI Bank . But they said it was my mistake and hence they could not waive the rejection charges of Rs.56/-.
    Since not any of our local banks charge an "atm rejection charge" I was stunt to find such a charges from a new generation bank.
    I request you to take necessary action to waive my atm rejection charges.

      Dear Sirs,

      I have taken a home loan from M/s ICICI Bank way back in 2001 and subsequently I have taken home improvement loan from the same bank around 2002. The details are as follows:

      1. LBMUM[protected],
      2. LBMUM[protected]
      3. LBMUM[protected]

      EMI Payment being followed is as follows.

      I am working in a Multinational company and all my EMIs are thro salary. Every month Andheri JB Nagar Branch sends the statement containing all the employees who have taken loan from ICICI Bank to our finanance department on every 2nd day of the month. On receipt of the same our finaance deartment prepares the cheque and sends back to Andheri JB Nagar branch. This is the procedure which is being followed since last 7-8 years.

      My Complaint: When ever our finanance department sends the cheque to JB nagar they debit all my EMIs to only one or two account instead of all the three (instead of distributing the respective EMIs to respective accounts). They use to send some goonds to my house and ask for the payments due. Around the year 2003 I have made complaint and some of the executives visited my office expressed their apologies for their mistakes. Again it started around 2004 and the story is one. I made a comptaint to Mr. Kamat (CEO of ICICI Bank) and on his intervention Head of Service quality intervened sent his apologies for their mistakes. Again it restarted during this year and it is being continued and they keeps on sending me the reminders by phone and thro letters for due amount. I am really fed up with this bank and I would like to go to court for this kind of harasement (inspite me paying all my EMIs regurlarly without my fault). Please advise.

        I am a credit card customer of ICICI bank. My credit card number is: - [protected].
        I had a due payment of Rs. 42, 257.66 last month. On 3rd of April I got a call form ICICI Mumbai from the number[protected] and the executive told me to make the payment to the executive on next day 4th April. I told her that I’ll make the payment in the bank only but she convinced me that if I’ll pay the amount to executive late payment will not be charged. So I agreed for that. On 4th April executive came to my residence address C-26, Sec 20, Noida, and asked me to pay the minimum due of Rs. 2120
        But I had paid him Rs. 10000 cash with 19 notes of Rs 500 and 5 of Rs. 100 as I want to cut the due as soon as possible. He gave me the receipt for the payment. But till now my payment has not been updated and I get a call daily to make the payment. I complained this issue to the customer care executive and got the request number[protected] but till yet nothing is done as my payment is not updated.
        I am getting frustrated as daily I get a call from the bank to make the payment. Please suggest what should I do in this case.

          I have an ICICI Bank account for the last 2 YEARS now. This account was opened with the criteria that I can keep zero balance in the savings account. Savings Account No.:[protected] is with the Devipattinam branch in ramanathapuram district. .

          On 20-April-2009, there is suddenly a debit of Rs.110 by the description: "QABChgs, Jan-Mar09+ST77". For which there has been no intimation or explanation.

          Please help to revert the charges for which there has been no explanation or reason or hearing.

            Hi,

            I have applied for 2 ICICI insurance policy about 2 1/2 months ago. The person visited my house and collected 2 cheques and and ECS format from me. I also signed the application for Smart Kin and another invest plan ( I dont even remember the name of the plan since no document was issued). I had cleared infomed the executive that i can invest about Rs. 3500/- every month. He agreed for the same and collected one Current Dated cheque for Rs. 3500/- and an undated cheque. The reason behind collecting the Undated cheque was that for the next installment in case if the ECS has not been activated then this cheques would be used. However, the cheques were deposited in the same month without my knowledge. When called and asked they said it was a error. This was my 1st bad experiene with ICICI bank. Till date i have not received any communication from this regarding the insurance document. When called up they said my policy was declined and the refund cheque has already been dispatched. TIll date i have not received any thing. After all this I receive a Call from Delhi ICICI Inusrance cell asking for Medical test. This was rediculous. Please info the status on my cheque and when can i receive the refund as i am not at all interested in the policy. In case i dod not here in next 72 Hrs i shall file a case in the Consumer Court.

              Activation of direct pay card

              Dear sir,

              Like i said, i've taken my icici direct pay card from Hyderabad.But, i need to go home to my house (Mizoram) due to some imp reasons. And about my pay card is that..they have told me to wait for 4 days to get activated, but, still now it's more than a week...still it's not activated...i tried to checked it out but still invalid card...please help me my card no is [protected].Sir, please if you...

              hi

              i had availed a housing loan from icici and at the time i took the loan 3 years back they told me i will not be charged for any pre-closure of loan.now they tell me i have to keep minimum 1 lakh loan for one year to save any preclosure charges.i can prepay remaining outstanding amount but have to keep one lakh for one year else they will levy around 15, 000 to 25, 000 as charges for prepayment.

              now i cant catch the person from whom i availed the laon as he has left the company and he had confirmed me there will be no charged on any prepayment.

              these people suck everything from your body...dont ever take any loan fro icici...

              ICICI Home Finance — UNDUE OVERCHARGING

              SIR,

              I have taken home loan from ICICI Home Finance in the year 2002. At that time I have given ECS authorisation to the bank for deducting the EMIs. ECS is deducted from my ICICI Bank account till date for last many years. However after initial few months, they have shown some Rs. 4000/- towards klate payment charges. However I have carried and shown to their help desk many times that all the deduction are made by ECS by them from their owwn bank and I do not have paid any late payment. The executives always said that it is wrongly charged and same wilol be reversed. However after so many years same is not reversed and still reflected in the loan account. Now I am not approaching tjem further being fed up. Shall be grateful if the bank reverse the the same after approach through this site.

                My self Nataraj Bitla. I have opened my account last two or three years. My account no is[protected]. I am staying at Warangal in Andhrapradesh. The icicibank why they cut the balance of my account without any information. The charges is 20/04/2009 QABChgs, , Jan-Mar09+ST77 DR INR 843.00. I will request the consumer court to give me my balance as early as possible
                I hope u will solve my query as soon as possible.
                I have an ICICI Bank account for the last 4 months now. This account was opened with the criteria that I can keep zero balance in the savings account. Savings Account No.:[protected] is with the Sector-63 Noida branch. There are also two high value Fized Deposit attached with this account.

                On 20-April-2009, there is suddenly a debit of Rs.827 by the description: "QABChgs, Jan-Mar09+ST77". For which there has been no intimation or explanation.

                Please help to revert the charges for which there has been no explanation or reason or hearing.

                Please ask your banker to withdraw such deduction and refund the same to you on the ground o[censored]nreasonableness and unfaireness. Also you may write to banking ombudsman describing the violation of rules by the bank. And thirdly, thereafter, if need be, you may consult your lawyer to take appropriate steps for refund the deduction and compensation.

                Charges — QABChgs,Jan-Mar 09+ST77

                Hi,
                ICICI is not a bonk no more. They are now working like LALA . Why any bank can impose charges on anyone account without informing them. They charged Rs. 827 as minimum balance charges from mu account without informing me. I am really going to sue them for the same in consumer court. They had to pay this back because they have not informed me for the same before implementing this .
                I too see there is a transaction “QABChgs, Jan-Mar09+ST77” on 20/04/2009 with the deduction of Rs.827.00 from my account. I maintained my quarterly average balance well above the lower limit (Rs. 5000 for small cities) and I don’t see any reason for such unauthorized transactions. I am also not aware of any change in limit of average quarterly balance recently.
                This is very unprofessional act by ICICI BANK.
                Same transaction appears on my account as well. Can anyone please how much is the minimum balance I need to maintain to avoid the fee. Previously it was Rs 5000 and I dont remember if I have received any notification of any changes.

                Sir, I fully agree with the complainant. I am also facing same problems. ICICI Bank is not functioning properly. Bank is befooling public only by deducting illegal charges witout giving any notice to account holders. I request bank high officials to look in to the matter and set it right.THANKS

                  R/s Sir,
                  We had issued cheque for Rs.4200/ chq no 589356 dtd 28/03/2009 of central bank of india and chq 262251 for 5000/ dtd 10/04/2009 of state bank of india towards minimum amount due on the card .
                  The cheque is put in the cheuqe drop box of icici atm near koparkhairane railway station which is normally picked up every day by the courier boy of ERS COURIERS as told by the watchman of the ATM.
                  The fate of the above cheques is not known till date.Inspite of repeated enquiries thru phone banking officers for connecting to the chq collecting dept. we have not been able to either get the cheque back or get it collected for our card account.
                  The ICICI bank has already penalised the card with extra charges for no fault of ours without rationale regarding their collection dept's business ethics .
                  Please treat the matter as urgent as the cheque should not fall into wrong hands or misused in future also by anybody.

                  several times i had seen, that customer are not paying in due time ( by any reasons) and when they are paying, late fee charge already been imposed, so to save that charges with gentel man image, they put the blames to bankers directly and some more smart customer may involve their vendors also.
                  it is also seen that the person order to drop chq in box to their assitant and assitant miss to drop the chq, now when query came, assitent replied yes he dropped the chq, ...Now the blame is on bank but find out the bank/their vendors fault?

                    I have taken home loan (A/C No : LBNOD[protected]) from ICICI bank on Floating Rate of Interest. The Bank gave me loan on 7.5% Floating ROI in Mar 2006. The ROI calculation shown to me is (FRR (9.25) - Discount (1.75) = Floating ROI (7.5)).

                    After 3-4 days, my friend(works in same company) took the home loan from ICICI bank for same type of developer flat and he got Floating ROI of 7.5% (FRR(9.75) – Discount (2.25) = Floating ROI(7.5)).

                    After that I complained several times to understand this unfair practise of Floating Rate. The Bank representative only talks about FRR and don’t want to talk regarding discount component. However it has two components to control the customer Floating rate of interest. First one is FRR(which has some kind of transparent process) and second component is Discount(which is entirely controlled by Bank. No transparency).

                    Now bank is giving home loan of Floating Rate of Interest of 9.75% and calculation is FRR(13.75) – Discount(4.00) = Floating ROI(9.75).

                    I would like to know on what basis Discount of 4% given to new customer and is this factor also depends upon time then what is the meaning of FRR.

                    If the bank has fund to give loan on 9.75% then why FRR has been kept on 13.75 to cheat old customer.

                    Why RBI is not looking into this unfair practise. All consumer should start raising the Issue with RBI.

                    Even media company are not helping in raising the issue. Seems Even media company don't have any interest in real public comman problem.

                    Even to me ICICI is still charging 13.5% interest rate for home loan which is around 3% higher than any other banks at this moment. When there is increase in rate they do it every month infact twice a month. For dicreasing rate they say it is on quarterly basis. They are literally cheating customers, if i ask any thing simple reply it is what our bank rules go to hell. Please dont go to ICICI bank based on their initial gimmicks of attractive discounts, once we take loan they immediately increase the rate.

                    Nationliased banks are better which has good control in handling interest rates.

                    I tottaly agrees with you. Same case with me. I have taken loan two years back when market rate was 11.25%.
                    After two year i was happy to see that my EMI reduced, Later on i come to konw that they increased my tenure by 14 months... Even though market rates droped now to 9.75% but i am still paying 11.25%!!!
                    Smart way to cheat customer. We need to takeup this issue to media. Lets starts getting together gents, and given one big punch to cheater bank ICICI.
                    After a long debate with bank manager, unofficially she agreed that bank is cheating customer and gave personal advice to approch other bank. But i need to shell out huge amount to come out of this trap... god save me.

                      Dear Sir,
                      ECS happening even after ECS stop request was given in written.
                      I have salary account with ICICI Aundh Branch. I had requested by giving a handwritten application request to the ICICI Branch office, to stop the ECS, which is on Greenpeace NGO. Officer confirmed me that these ECS will no more be there. After 2 months I again confirmed whether this ECS are really stopped or not, ICICI officer again gave me assurance that this ECS is stopped. But next month INR 1800/- was deducted from my salary account through this ECS (7 06/04/2009 ECS/[protected]/GREENPEACE ENVI DR INR 1, 800.00). I want my money back. I want this ECS to stop for future.

                        SIR,

                        I am holding a free card No [protected] having the limit of Rs.1, 00, 000/- and there is an outstanding amount of Rs.89414/- .

                        Subsequently I have received a call regarding I am a previleged customer of the bank and offering me the Amex Gateway Premium card and taken on line confirmation, and taken Balance transfer request of Rs.90, 000/- and issued me a card bearing No [protected].

                        Subsequently after few days I have received a statement dated 28/02/2009. In this statement surprisingly my limit was given Rs.1, 00, 000/- and balance transfer entries was made apartfrom that the amount of outstanding in my previous card No [protected] transferred to this new card account and shown as the limit is Rs 100, 000/- and purchases and other charges as 188537.97 and not charged any overlimit fee.

                        Further in the next statement dated[protected] they have charged overlimit fee of Rs.4285.72 and Late payment charges, and interest charges. In fact it is clearly understand that my previous card outstanding amount of Rs. 89414.09 was transferred to new card but the limit of the card of Rs.100, 000/- was not transferred. due to this transaction my new card was overlimited.

                        Therefore, the ICICI BANK have automatically change my free card to High Annual fee card, and issued Balance transfer drafts and levying overlimit fees and interest charges heavily. I am mentally got tension for settling the matter. Hope you will do needful and settle my issue for levying overlimit fee and interest charges as i have not done any purchases from my side and it was only happened due to transfer of my old card outstanding amount to new card only.

                        ICICI Credit Card — wrong charges, over limit fee

                        this is baji babu golla, having icici credit card

                        on 18th you charged overlimit of Rs 500. that means my due amount was exceeding credit limit. am i correct?

                        Then how i can purchase on 24th Rs 6852. from 17th to 24th i didn't paid anything. That means there is available balance.

                        can you tell me which of the above statement is correct.

                        I think they are charging at your wish. I want clear justification for this and i will not pay thing. Last time also i raised one doubt about avaialble balance., Then also you told that system will take 2 to 3 days to update balance. But i know system will take only half an hour to update payment through online account.

                        I am Rakesh Kumar Tiwari complaint to icici bank before two weeks when i see my credit card details check in internet, on my credit cards overlimit fees is to be mentioned then i m going to call your customer care to revert this overlimit fee, but your customer care tell me this fee is not refunded but i said that i can't pay this amount, then your customer care tell me your fee is to be refunded in 24 hours, but this fee is not refunded now & it shows in my current statement.Now today i call your customer care regarding this matter but she tell me then there is no any record to be mentioned in our side & she tells me this fees is not refunded but i said that i am not paying this fee.So, pls see the matter & solve this on priority basis. waiting for your right revert...

                          Hi,

                          I intend to register a complaint against ICICI bank wherein on 6th of April I tried to withdraw 7000 rupees and I headed for a close atm machine of State Bank of Indore (Sector 19, Noida). I first used my ICICI salary account debit card and the machine gave out a message (Response code - 072, Unable to process) and no money was dispensed. Just after this I tried with my ICICI savings account and the same message came. Upon all this I thought probably the ATM machine doesn't have cast to dispense.
                          The next customer got in and he was able to get money from the machine and this induced me to use my HDFC savings account debit card and this time the machine gave out seven thousand.
                          After half an hour I got two seperate sms's on my mobile that my salary account and savings account on ICICI bank have been debited 7000 each.
                          I immediately logged a complaint with ICICI customer care.
                          Its a terrible experience and ICICI bank is just asking me to wait. Intially they asked me to wait for 8 days, and now through another email they have asked me to wait for further 12 days.
                          Through this mail I want to make warn all ICICI customers to be very cautious in using ICICI debit cards across non-ICICI atm machines.


                          I will appreciate if you can help me find a way to get back my money. And let me tell you that this is the second time I am facing this issue. The previous case happened with me last year (one day prior to Diwali) when there was a similar transaction done for three thousand rupees and it took a painful three months period to get my money back from this bank.

                            I had received a letter for setlement of my credit card. When I called their numbers as listed in the letter, no one answers. Finally someone answered on 18/4/09 after 2 months of continuos calling and when asked whether anyone works there as I had been calling continuosly, they said yes finaly someone answered your call which means someone works..And the mand who was speaking was a Desk Service Manager - Rinku Raj Datta, Ph # [protected]. He didnt know how to talk at all, he was only insulting on the phone. In the past I have also put an NC on the bank as they were calling and giving me threats. When I asked him whether I can pay in 2 instalments he says " You want to pay the money, pay it in one installment, or else keep receiving letters. He tells me that you have pocketed (robbed) the bank..and it is the banks money and if you dont settle it we can do anything we want." Is this the way t talk to a customer. Even if I have a problem they should be willing to settle it in 2 installments, finally they are receiving the money bank. I want action to be taken on ICICI for talking so ruthlessly to customers.

                              I had applied to join in to your prudential life insurance scheme on 22.4.09. I had received message from your call centre on 29.4.09 who had confirmed my policy No.11822080 with assurance to get the policy document within 7 days. But till date I have not received my original policy document. Pl look into the matter and reply.

Now the same policy is due for renwal. what is the use of renewing the policy when already claimed amount is not settled...????

                                Subject: Reverse the Late Fee Charges & Interest

                                I am holding ICICI Bank Flexi Cash Account[protected]. I have got a call from Customer Support on 28th November 2008 and they requested to settle the account by November end. Bcoz of some personal I could not able to do on time (Met with Accident) and I deposited money (Rs. 20, 000 + salary Amount Rs 17, 000) on 4th December 2008.



                                Without any information my Salary Account has been lean on 1st December 2008, there is no any formal mail or letter with regard to this. When I checked my account on 1st March 2009. The Flexi Cash account has not been settled, From December to March but Interest & late Fee Charge has been deducted from my account. I called Chase and spoke with two customer service reps. They both told me there is absolutely no way that my fee and finance charge would be removed. I explained that this has NEVER happened before and that I thought it just good business for a
                                company to give the customer a break given the circumstances.I explain that I have already paid, call up the customer care and register a complaint the executive says that every thing is ok and he will forward the request and things will be settled. Are u running bank or doing some mafia activites of sucking human blood(money). We are earning money by our hardworker and paining ourselves. So each paise is very important to us and we have all the right to ask you. But your customer service persons putting charges against us for their mistakes.I hope this mail is being read by a person who has good soul and know the customers value.Pls take necessary action against this complaint and reverse the charge which was stated in my account statement. Hoping u will reverse the late fee charge and interest

                                ICICI Bank — CHARGES LATE FEE

                                Hello Sir,

                                I am Ansarul haque working in a private company, my problem is that, i got a statment in which they charge extra amount as late fee but i paid before due date. After that i write a mail about that and waiting for mail, i got a mail and SMS also that your amount is wave off you paid the actual amount and i paid. than next month again same problem they charge late fee than i contact CC and said all this thing than he said you paid 300 next time all amount will be wave so wait for the next statement, during all discussion we cross due date but they said dont worry you not charged for that all amount will be wave off and next time you got only EMI amount which is payable to me.
                                than Again they charge late fee and now i fed up and i need your help to short out all they charge every month extra amount so please help to get out. I am agree to pay whatever the actual amount.

                                  I am a policyholder of ICICI Prudential. Of the various options given by ICICI Prudential, I chose the Auto -Debit facility through ICICI Credit Card around October 2007. I was told that this mode was without any charge. Thereafter:

                                  1. Once in late 2008 I was informed by ICICI Prudential that my premium payment was refused by the ICICI Credit Card. Being surprised to hear this as I never defaulted in payment of Credit Card Bill, I immediately contacted ICICI Bank on which they told me that ICICI Prudential did not present the bill and hence no payment was made. Finding the version of both the companies contradictory, I had to make numerous calls. After a lot of follow up this facility was restored.

                                  2. However, again in February 2009 I faced same problem and replies of both the companies were same. Again I had to make a lot of follow up but that same was of no avail and I received a message from ICICI Prudential that if my payment was not paid my policy would lapsed. Then at last I had to visit the office of ICICI Prudential and make the payment through cash.


                                  3. It may be mentioned that in the begining of this year i.e. 2009 ( i cant remember the month exactly) I received a call from ICICI bank that I had registered for premium payment through Bill Junction to which I replied in negative. That time I was not able to understand why this call was made but now it is very clear.

                                  4. In March 2009, I received a call from ICICI Bank saying that I had registerd for bill payment vide my request made on August 15, 2008, which was a false statement from ICICI Bank. I asked the representative that what was purpose of making this call and whether she can give me proof of my such request, to which she had no answer.


                                  5. Then on April 12, 2009 I received an SMS from ICICI bank that my autodebit facilty has been deleted at my request, which in fact was never made by me. Then I visited the site of ICICI Prudential and by logging in I made the payment through same credit card. One day after I received a call from ICICI Bank representative that why dont I get registered for bill payment then I informed her that on one day the facility is withdrawn and next day facility is offered. Then she told me that I could gain get registered and I would have to pay Rs. 100/ per year.

                                  In fact this last line made the entire picture claer and I understood why this entire things had happened. All this was to collect the new charge which otherwise I was not liable to pay under auto debit facility. But as I was not willing to opt out of that facility it was done by ICICI unilaterally and then falsely stating that the same was done at my request.

                                  There I would like to say that such practice folowed by ICICI bank is quite unfair. First they attract the customer and therafter to charge them adopts various means. In this process they unnecessarily harass the customers and waste their valuable time.

                                    Hi,

                                    These is regarding the statment of ICICI credit card. I'am being using the icici credit

                                    card for billing my MTNL Bill (which is autogenereated). I had been charged double then

                                    my actual billing amount showing me as an late fees, Service tax, interest etc which

                                    are not applicable.

                                    Breifing about my issue, I had an talk with ICICI officer in month of December he told

                                    me that i had an due which would be settled after paying an amount of 24500. He told me

                                    that these would be my final amount to clear all my dues. But after doing al my payment

                                    on 19 Dec 08 i got another statement on 20 Dec 08 mentioned with 120 Rs. balance amount

                                    is balance and also they applied me 400 Late fee charges on that.

                                    Now from month of Jan to Mar the amount exceeds to 2850 out of which only 1600 is my

                                    billing
                                    amount i find no reason to pay them extra.

                                    Please help me going further others wise they would again charge me late fees for these

                                    month also.

                                      ICICI Bank — Loan rate is not reduced

                                      My ICICI Bank Loan A/c No. LBMUM[protected]
                                      I have loan received from ICICI Bank on may 2005. My floating loan rate was 7.50%. after 2 months my loan rate was increase upto 0.50%. In another with in a short period they have increased upto 13.50%. Since 11 Jan 09 loan rate was decresed as per their messege. But it is very sorry to say that neither my loan rate was not decresed nor the installment amount also not decresed. Yestarday I met to Ghatkopar branch regarding reducing of my loan installment & rate of interest but I exclaimed that they are asking me for make the payment of 1.93% to be charged levied on me & after the payment of this charge they will reduce the amount of loan rate only & not in the amount of installment.
                                      Sir How the laws says that loan amount & rate can be increased as per their rules, but loan rate is decresed they are asking for charge of conversion charge. we are not converting our loans to others so we should not to be charge as per floting rate. we are not in a fixed loan. So floating loan rules says that whenever the rate is reduce, it is promptly to be reduce to clients. After the known from News papers, we have already asked they have answered your loan rate will be decresed from time to time, & you should not to bother regarding this. It will automatically reduce in your account & you will get the letter for this but still yesterday asked personnally regarding this reducing but they are failed to give answer properly. So I would like to solve my this problem urgently because my next installment due on 7th June 2009. My track record is very good so I would not like to make fair track record. Hopping your prompt answer & guidence in the matter will be highly solicited & appreciated.

                                      ICICI Bank — Home Loan Interest Rate Not Reduced

                                      Hi,

                                      this is to bring your kind notice that ICICI bank indias largest private bank ..i have taken home loan Amount 1950000 in Sep 2007 @11 % floating but as meaning says for floating is not applicable as such because now i am being charged @11.5 %...icici is now giving loan to new customer @8.75 for under 20 Lakh...
                                      my query is how to tackle this issue...why my interest rate is not reduced and is matched to 8.75 %from 11.5 %..
                                      please guide me where to complain and how to get the benefit...
