I have received a statement dated Nov 20, 2008 on Nov 28, 2008 showing excess bill amount of Rs 564.47 along with the late payment fee, service tax, interest charges, service tax dated Nov 7, 2008, Nov 12, 2008 and Nov 19, 2008 for Rs 400/- Rs 49.44, Rs 28.50, Rs 3.52 resp with notice of immediate payment. I have to inform you that i have paid Rs 564.47 vide cheque no 969068 dated Nov 03, 2008 drawn on Maratha Sahakari Co-Op Bank ltd, Eksar rd branch, before due date Nov 06, 2008 as per statement dated Oct 20, 2008 .My credit card no is[protected].Please confirm and send new fresh statement after deducting Rs 564.47 which is shown as previous balance but paid and the other charges so as to avoid double payment and other excess charges.

ICICI — excess bill for credit card of icici bank

I have use my card and make payment with in 45 days for that bank is telling interest free but they raised the bill of excess by about rs. 5500/- and after one month they make it about 7500/- so by which rate of interest they are making it i don't under stand please make me clear all the used-up amount and amount paid by me and rate of interest the bank is charging .and why the bank has paid the amount of rs 1857/- to the make my trip 2/3 emi principal whereas the full amount of air ticket was paid one time by my card .please clear all the point and i donot want this card facility till all the things will not be clear to me.

    Ok there is no offer, but the person was calling he was telling all the secerate details regarding my credit card, past transactions, my DOB, Mother Name, Iam not focusing about the offer but this case creates Question mark for ICICI Bank about the Confideciallity. How secure the Customer can feel? Kindly take some necessary action. I have given all the necessary details regarding the group of persons who were doing such thing. The telephone num are of ICICI. It is ICICI duty to track out those people.

    This is the last level upto which a customer can support any service provider.

    To ensure the confidentiality is Service providers Responsibility.

    Kindly take necessary action.

    He was telling that on 21st there is BANK Aniversary, and ICICI BANK is launchingin UK, during this auccasion 10 customers are shortlisted to attend, but due to some reason only 4 customers got the chance to attend, but rest of 6 will get the additional advantage, that as my credit card [protected], having credit limit 60, 000, and cash with draw 18, 000, due to this offer my credit limit will increase to 2, 00, 000 and cash with draw limit 2, 00, 000 will be done. I can with draw the 4, 00, 000 without any transaction charge. I can pay the ammount upto 41 months without any inerest. this will be effected when I'll make a health policy of ICICI LOMBARD having 15000 yearly installment, it will be converted into 12 (1334 per month).After paying fist intallment in JAN my credit limit will increased and asfter that I'll request him to Cancell the Health Policy and I'll get 30, 000 from that policy, Against that ICICI lombard will block 15000 ammount against one policy, this offer will be provided for all family members of mine. When ICICI Lombard person will call u, don't tell them regarding this offer they don'y know about that offer, this offer is provided by ICICI bank.I have registerd five members of mine and my uncles total policy nine, Ammount blocked on [protected], [protected] & [protected].

    Credit Card — leakage of information from bank

    i just want 2 complaint about the leakeage of information from bank to other.one unknown person called me and tell me about my card update he has all the information about me which was provided by me only to bank. He then cut my card in front of me and next day he is done with shopping of 41000.i am just messed up in this case. i am really dissapointed by the poor service of bank. i just want to know i[censored]r bank cannot keep information in private with them why they call them secure hi technology bank.i really wannt to take action in this case where an certain person from open market get my information from bank and help to make a prank on me causing me suffering loss of 41000.i want the higher authorities to have a strict action on my case.

      I am having account no LADEL[protected] (loan number ).
      after court order Mr Abhay Ranjan( SHRI Manu Rai sethi room no 266 tis hazari) was appointed Receiver of the car
      now as per court order(lok adalat patiala house P 1 ) when i went to receive my car back .
      it was damaged . that was not in same condition in which i handed the car to him
      And the phone numbers provided on your letterhead was totally wrong
      from last two days i am harassed. the car is damaged from right side, left side
      its parts are missing .back side bumper is broken. number plate is damaged
      and when i went to your yard the people has threatened me also

      Faulty notes withdrawal (18 Notes of Rs.500 each Total value Rs.9000)

      Hi,

      I am a customer of ICICI Bank and my account no is :[protected]. I have done an ATM cash withdrawal on 14-April-2016 18:57 at Mohan Co-operative Sony building ICICI Bank ATM in New Delhi-110044. I got 18 faulty notes of Rs. 500 each note and nobody is ready to take this type of notes. All are torn and stiched by tape and glue. Bank is also not accepting those and suggest to register complaint to customer care but I have loose my patience when customer care said that there is no any option or procedure to register this kind of complaints. Seriously this is pathetic and I am fed up with this kind of activities.

        dear manager,
        you know very well how much time & money we need to spend to reach your customercare operator to know about our queries compared to other banks.
        there is no proper response from your customer care department.
        you can see my problem in the below letter. for this problem one of your executive asked me to raise an request and fax this letter to this number [protected]. i have done the same. after some days for the second call they are saying that they haven't received any fax. i have the bill of fax with me. they again suggested to send me the EMAIL to this "customer.[protected]@icicibank.com". i done the same. now they were saying for my 3rd call that they havent received any EMAIL and time to complain is over and request is closed.

        MY COMPLAINTS WERE
        1) WHY THEY GUIDED ME FOR THE FIRST TIME TO SEND THE FAX/EMAIL IF THE TIME TO COMPLAINT IS OVER
        2) HOW COME THE CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT WILL NOT RECEIVE FAX/EMAIL send BY THE CUSTOMER
        3) WHY THE CUSTOMER NEED TO SPEND THAT MUCH TIME WHILE TALKING IN YOUR "IVR" FOR TALKING TO YOUR EXECUTIVE.

        Please intervene in this issue and take the necessary action.point is not for the money. it is matter of the process you were following towards the customer.

        if i will not get any justuice in this, i will consult the customer-court for the same.

        My credit card bill had reached nearly 20, 000 and I cleared the all the bill except this 650
        Rupees.

        I already send the FAX on[protected]p.m. But there is no revert to me.

        There is an online transaction of 650 on 21april 2008 with the name: ccavenue.com which I have not done.
        So I requested to the bank for excluding this money(650) from my next statement.

        So please close my account. I don’t want to keep any more transactions with this card.
        Clear this issue and tell the final amount. I will clear it.

        Credit Card — Customer service

        Hello
        I am using Gold Plus card of Axis Bank
        On receipt of my 1st statement I came across certain additional cost added
        I have sent e-mail to customer care twice and asked for clarification but no reply
        I have even asked for the payment across counter in axis bank near my office but no reply.
        What sort of service can I expect from the bank where I am thinking of long term relation with the bank

        Parveen Sharma — Misuse of my credit card

        my citibank credit card no. [protected] has been missued by parveen sharma, shop no. 04, opp indira market, sector-27, noida, uttar pradesh 201 301, mobile no. [protected] as per tax invoice no.[protected] dated 03.03.2008 for rs. 27140.00 and tax invoice no.[protected] dated 21.02.2008 for rs. 13730.00 issued by future bazaar india limited, mumbai, maharashtra-400010, these bills arranged and sent to me by citibank for payment.

        but, i never have used my credit card in e-shopping, further i wish to inform you that these transactions have reversed earlier by the bank, but today i got a letter with attachments for debiting the earlier temporary credits.

        please suggests me what i do, should i go with the police, because i am not in a possition to pay or bear these wrong debits

        Personal — ICICI CREDIT CARD

        Dear Sir,

        Goodmorning!

        The grieveince is regarding settlement of my ICICI credit card number [protected]. Sir, I rahul Jhaveri residence of Ahmedabad need to address my complain as under

        1. I was Holder of Above mentioned credit card and due to some financial constrainsts I was not able to pay in Big amount. I use to pay in small amounts. Than It was decided ( mutually agreed) between mysefl and ICICI customer care - Ahmeabad office for the settlement of the same. The amount agreed was INR 38000 / - in 2 instalmentsas under

        Immediate cheque of INR 4000/- &
        1st cheque: INR 15000/-
        2nd Cheque: INR 19000/-

        The cheque of INR 4000/- got cleared as per the schedule, but they also debited extra 10240/- from my account without any intimation. Than after when I contacted them they regreted the same and then told me replace one of the cheques. even after such mistake from their side I agreed to do so. But due to reason known best to them they never turned up to get the cheques replaced. even after lot of follow up from my side they did not turn up. One fine day when they found time, MR. Nishants from Ahmedbad office cals me that he is depositibg the cheque of INR 15000/- as it was due, I rather tols him to deposit INR 19000/- and told / reminded him to get the other cheque of INR 15000/- replaced with cheque of INR 4760/- which I was liable to pay. The cheque of INR 19000/- too got cleared. Than fater I caled up Ahmedabad Represenatives many times but they never turned up get the cheque replaced.

        Than all of a sudden my account is debited with INR 11000/- instead of INR 4760 for no reason.

        Now in this whole case where is my fault???

        I have sent them mails for the same and can be sant to you if needed.

        I have requested them to credit my acocunt back for the excess amount they have debited, that too without any intimation. All thier repsentative had been contacted by me.

        ICICI Credit Card — Misleading the Customer

        Hi,

        I had a Credit card of ICICI and was using from last 2 years. In between i got a Imint card. Then i thought to get my reward points in Imint (and ICICI is offering the same) in future. For that i requested them to transfer my Points old/new to my imint card. They said that your card is not fulfilling the requirements for that and you have to take a new card (Gold Credit Card of ICICI) .Then i got agree to take that and i got it also. After some time i noticed that still my points are not going to my Imint card which i am earning now. then i again contacted them and told the whole story. Then they told me again that your card is not fulfilling the requirements for that because that card was given to you as ad on card under the old card and we can't transfer your points to Imint. Then i was feeling like fool that they wasted my 4 months in this processing and now again the problem is same for me. I was thinking that was it the way of marketing of their card. On the last conversation with Sanjoj from ICICI he straight way said that we can't do this and the talking manner was very rude and he accepected that "the mistake was done from their side."
        Now if they commited a mistake then why a customer should suffer for that.
        I have all the mail conversation of each and any stage. Please help/suggest me on the same.

        I am trying to reach to ICICI Bank customer care to resolve my credit card ([protected])issue...but Im unable to reach to you, either through your email ID [protected]@icicibank.com, since message delivery failure is reported and even through phone banking, they need PIN number, which I do not have since I dont use this card anymore. Below is my chail of emails, which i followed up from last year to resolve the issue, whereas the same is not addressed till now.

Reviewing my previous e-mails revealed that post my email during August 2008, no reply from your bank or any grievance redressal action taken by ICICI bank till now.

        I reiterate that I understand that If the card is used, then customer has to pay the same and as a genuine customer I will honour my liabilities with respect to the actual amount of card usage but why should I pay the liability posed on account of penal interest, late payment interest and compounded interest charges and other charges etc since I never received the statement of account since December 2004 onwards and neither i was aware of my actual liabilities (however you have already collected almost Rs. 21K during previous year from my parents from the card limit of Rs. 34K), in fact even after my followup with your bank for more than a year, I have not received any statement of account. For the complete issue...you may see in my below emails and hoping that your bank will listen and take the merit of customer concerns in resolving the issue.

        I would like to mention again that Iam still a customer of ICICI bank by way of ICICI housing loan and I have been honoring my commitments promptly without any delays.

        Iam surprized to get this kind of response from you wherein you have not at all addressed about the issues i have reported and what course bank is going to resolve the same. Does this mean that ICICI Bank do not want to listen to customer concerns and resolve the Issue, if so please let me know, then I may resort for other course where my grievances will be listen. The liability you have mentioned is not acceptable on account of the reasons I have earlier mentioned. I do understand that If the card is used, then customer has to pay the same and as a genuine customer I will honour my liabilities with respect to the actual amount of card usage but why should I pay the liability posed on account of penal interest and compunded interest charges and other charges etc since I never received the statement of account since December 2004 onwards. Further the payments which you have received so far was just 5% of the balance (minimum amount), I hope you must realize the fact that nobody would like to pay 5% minimum continously and then take a 2.95% interest permonth on the balance which effectively nullifies my payment and this happened due to the fact that I was never informed about the actual liability, other wise I would have paid the entire amount in lumpsump and the 5% amount was automatically unknowlingly got deducted from the ICICI account balance.

        Further you have not also mentioned the reason for withdrawl of my request for removal of my name from CIBIL. I need to close this issue and also make sure my name is removed since the reason for non payments are already explained below.

        I have tried to contact Mr. B Godi at the number given below but either I am getting phone to be always engaged or no body picking up the call. I have to resolve this issue on a priority and hoping to listen a positive consideration on the my issues.

        This is with respect to my ICICI bank credit card No. [protected]. I have deep concerns on the dues reported against this credit card which is not yet resolved so far. This mail is being written with utmost expectation that the concerns of your customer is heard.

        The above mentioned credit card was issued to me sometime during 2004, post November 2004 onwards, I shifted to Bangalore city and accordingly I have communicated to ICICI customer care about my change of address, however no actions was taken since then I have not received a single statement of account so far. As a matter of fact, I hold several other credit cards as well and based on the statment of account I am clearing all my dues however with respect this card (a) I think i have used this card not more than twice or thrice so far (b) never got to know the amount due since statement of account never send, hence I could not make the payments, however to my surprise, the ICICI bank has never took up the issue of non payment since 5% of the minimum card due amount was always being debited to my ICICI account (may be that this card has ECS facility) and I was not aware of this fact untill 2007 when the balance in this account was not sufficient and ECS did not happened and ICICI bank associates had touched base with my parents. The point I want to meniton here is that my salary account is with HDFC from Decemeber 2004 onwards and I used to transfer certain funds for my parents on a monthly basis to my ICICI account and I never reviewed this account balance hence the above fact of 5% ECS debit remain unknown to me.

        During August 2007 end, ICICI collection associates had called up my parents for the amount due and they provided my contact details of Delhi, when they had contacted us, we asked for the statment of account, since we were not aware of the balance to be paid, they provided false promise of providing the complete details only after remitting the current month minimum due and colletion cash of Rs. 6200 but again i have not received the statment. Once again for few months the minimum amount got automatically debited from my ICICI account and later when I realized that why the account balance is short even after transferring the funds and I stopped transferring funds to ICICI account since even on my repeated request I have not got the statement of account and your bank has utilized the facility of ECS. Then again ICICI assocaite had approaced my parents, instead to me for making payment and we again requested us to send us the details, but they once again given false promise to send the details but only after reimitting the minimum balance of Rs. 6100 and I asked them to use ECS for that month (ie. January 2008) since I will make the funds available. But even after receiving the funds the story remain the same.

        Later there was numerous calls happened between you bank associates and myself and in every call I have requested them to atleast send my a email copy of statemnt of account to my know principal balance and also the complete mailing address of delhi . I also informed that I will not be paying any penal interst charges and any other levy since I was completely unaware of the balance. Also given my mobile number, email ID and address of communication of Delhi. But since as a genuine customer i was expecting a positive reponse but instead of that suddently i got a call stating my due are 74K, and I need to payfor it and no details were provided.

        Please find below the email which was send to Mr. Satish, Collections manager and where in I have written first email based on the limited knowledge about the above issue (as I did not have any details with me) and on the same day Mr. Satish had checked the details and accepted that the statement of acccount was not served to me hence he forwarded a monthly details just from July 07 onwards. It was surprise to me that my card limit is Rs. 34000 whereas my liability was Rs. 74K. I request him to provide the my principal due but he could not provide the same. Since it is pretty evident the balance which has gone up to 74K is only the interest, penal interest and compounded interest. He offered my that he had reduce 22K from the current balance and pay Rs. 52K. I am very surprised that even after remmitting unknowingly Rs. 21k (Jul 07 to Jan 07) my principal has not reduced due to the inappropriate debit of compunded interest charges. I requested him to let me know the principal due amount which I will pay and would like to close the card since I am not at all using the same and infact this card is adding mental tension to my parents since you bank is always calling to my parents intead to me. But he expressed his inability to do any further on this and suggested to write e-mail to customer care. Hence forth I am writing this e-mail but the reason for delay in sending this mail is that my job entails frequent travelling to all over India hence could not send it immediately post discussion with Mr. Satish.

        I would also like to mentioned that I am a customer with ICICI bank with almost 8 years and this is first time where I am facing very bad time. With respect to my credibility, I have promptly repaid a personal loan taken from your bank, further I have preclosed a Rs. 11 lac housing loan within two years (where the tenure is for 20 years) further I still hold a housing loan (Rs. 15 lacs) for which Iam remitting Rs. 15371 per month very promptly.

        Request you to please look into the matter and expect to listen soon a positive response. Hope you will consider your customers greivance.

        Hi Madhu, I am facing a similar situation.Infact in my case the mail to customer care has bounced.I had informed the bank of a possible fraud as i have received an sms of a fictitious trx but the same did not reflect in my account on that day(e-statement-online).The customer care online told me that it would not materialise and it would not reflect.However inspite of the assurance the same reflected in my account withun 46 hours.Now i am being taken for a ride.

        On 12 July 2009, I made a transaction of Rs 22000/- (ref No 74182279194000000023300) with Holiday Home Makers through your credit card. I was told that as per arrangement with ICICI Bank amount will be repayable in 9 installments with due interest thereon. After 01 or 02 days, I got a confirmation call from your Bank informing me that amount of Rs 22000/- would be recovered in 9 equal installments and interest of Rs 2100/- (appx) would be charged thereon. However, to my utter surprise, the entire amount of Rs 22000/- is included for the payment in my credit card statement for the period 13 July 2009 to 12 August 2009. When I contacted to customer care of the Bank, I was told that Bank has discontinued the above facility and as such I am required to pay entire amount at once on due date. Now, question arises here is that when Bank has already extended the facility how and why it was withdrawn abruptly without informing me, causing enormous inconvenience to me and other customers like me. It just seems that Bank is resorting such undesirable practices just to make the regular customers, defaulters and earn hefty interest to increase the profitability, which are fully against the established laws and practice of the Banking.

        I would like mention that I am not only holding Credit Card but also availing your following services:-

        Demat account with Saving Bank Account
        Regular Savings Bank Account with ATM Card
        Insurance Holder for two Vehicles
        ICICI Prudential Life Insurance (Life Stage Pension with annual premium of Rs 1.00 lakh)

        I have also been identified as "Privileged" customer by the Bank. However, such tall claims of the Bank for efficient services remain on the papers only and in reality no such things are experienced. I may now please be informed reasons for resorting such fraudulent practice by the Bank and hope not to repeat such instances in future to continue our relationship. I am also writing to Banking Ombudsman in the matter to make them aware.

        I am holding Kotak Credit card bearing card No. [protected] and also savings account with them. In Aug month i had taken a balance transfer of Rs.30, 100/- with all procesing fees and intrest amounted to Rs.2000/- with other amount out standing Rs.34000/-. I was paying regularly minimum payment to them, but suddenly they cancel my BT and telling me to pay total outstanding of Rs, 61000/- immediately, by blocking my FUNDS IN SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT WHICH RESULTED MY ECS RETURNED BACK THIS MONTH.

        I Had been contact with their Nodal officers by mail, to pass my ECS DEBIT for which i had deposited sufficient funds lying in my SB ACCOUNT, but this bank doesnt take care of the customer and just they blackmailing me from last two months by holding funds from my saving account with out even showing credits in my credit account account. They make me defaulted by telling me they will automatically credits my card account funds which they holded. Now from oct, 03 they again funds holded from my SB ACCOUNT illegally and telling me they had rights to hold by showing cards agreement. This bank is just blackmailing the sb account holder telling me to pay whole amount immediately to PASS A ECS IN SAVING ACCOUNT..

        Now my ECS had been returned by this bank knowingly and delibrately by which my crediblity has been spoiled by this bank brutual service to the customer and inspite of free funds avalible in my sb account to clear ecs, they had billed ecs returned debit charges to me without honouring ecs of other bank.

        Still they doesnt bother to reply and debited again the ECS return charges of Rs.202*, it is shameful to see to collect charges of return ECS without honouring my ECS even i had sufficent funds well before date . I had been begging and requesting them to release the hold funds and clear my ECS hitting my sb account to keep my track record of paying good and well with other bank. Now they had delibrately RETUNED THE ECS without carring the customers plea in sake of collecting credit amount by hook or cook method. I had actually paid Rs.10.000/- minimum amount as per this month statement, they had cancelled my BT and want full amount to be paid immediately to pass a ECS which is very CRITICAL INSTRUMENT to a customer who does banking with a bank. This bank doesnt have any answer and their officers are helpless to the customers, when i had been requesting from last two weeks, and just washing their hands to go to COLLECTION DEPARTMENT managers, executives who are making days and nights nightmare by calling and telling me to pay full amout.

        I had been charges ECS return charges by other bank for not honouring my commitment of paying ECS by this bank and lost creditbility and they will show in CIBIL and customers had to suffer their creditiblity.         I am getting unwanted calls and SMS on ([protected]) from your ICICI credit card comapny while i am not using ICICI credit card. This is a corporate number of Vodafone, earlier Mr Amit Raman was using this number i doesn't know who is Amit Raman but after his resiging from Vodafone. This number has been alloted to me, and from the day one I am getting calls on SMS on this numbers to get your pending amount clear. While on each call I have reminded to each telecaller that Please delete this number from your data. On each call telecaller has told me that your number will be deleted from their data. But still i am getting calls from your bank.
        Today I have received a call from[protected] to get your dues clear. I again informed all the things to them. The telecaller has given the phone to her senior to spoke.He said to me "Ki aapka ki kismat kharab hai ki jo aapko ye number mila" inspite of giving any solution to me.

        Finally i request to you to please get this number deleted from your data. If you want to clearify, you can also do the verifaction against my number and address.

        I had applied for a credit card from HSBC Bank and the credit card is created having number [protected] in 2007 when i was in Hyderabad.
        On the day I left Hyderabad, the Credit card came on that address, i was unable to recieve the card.

        Now I have applied for a personal loan from HDFC bank and it is found by the HDFC bank from my PAN number AOHPB1766M, that the HSBC bank is declared me as a defaulter..

        Without receiving the Credit card & without any use, how can I be a defaulter?

        Please clarify and provide a clearance from HSBC bank, so that my Personal Loan request can be processed.

        I do not have a complaint rather i have to tell you that not only you people are deaf to the requests made by the consumers but also keep on telling your part of the story.
        In spite of my repeated requests that please cancel your stupid credit card which has become the misery of my life you people do not just do it. instead of abiding by the requests you keep on sending me the bills every month specifying the renewal fee and putting interest on it.

        It is seen from your above credit card statement of accounts dated 22nd Feb 2011 that you have debited a sum of Rs. 1, 079/- on various amounts towards various charges to my account on account of delay in payment.

        It is very clear that you are not maintaining the correct accounts of the Customers and there is no co-ordination between your staff from one section to another section. Due to this reason, the customers feel unhappy and facing lot of inconvenience. It is better you advice the concerned staff to verify accounts correctly and properly before entering/making into the correspondence to avoid criticism, displeasure from all the customers.

        Please note that the due date of payment of the above said card was on 8th Feb 2011 whereas I have paid Rs. 10, 600/- by cheque well in advance (ie) on 02 Feb 2011 before the due date. After one week, your Executive staff called us over telephone stating that the cheque not received till 9th Feb 2011 and asked us to pay in cash, promising that they will not deposit the cheque in the Bank, if received subsequently. Believing his statement I have paid a sum of Rs. 10, 000/- in cash leaving a balance of only Rs. 564/- as on the day. But your executive has failed to keep up his promise and deposited the cheque after receipt of payment of Rs. 10, 000/-. This indifferent attitude of your staff is adversely affected my image.

        But to my surprise you have charged and debited a sum of Rs. 1079/- to my account which is not appreciated. There is no delay in payment on my part. If there is any delay, the same shall be on your part. The amounts debited to my account are therefore not correct and not agreed to. The undersigned is very much unhappy for your indifferent attitude.

        Secondly, when I operate my above said credit card, the same is not accepted by the ATM machine.

        In view of reasons mentioned above, I request your goodselves to kindly reverse the said amount of Rs. 1, 079/- already debited to my account and credit to my account and confirm as early as possible.

        Please note that if the same attitude is continued further, I shall be constrained to close the credit card account without further notice. Please confirm by mail.

        No:-[protected] Last month by mistake droped a cheque no:-188812 amount of Rs 10000/
        at an hdfc ATM center at Rabodi naka.Because the cheque drop box of icici at kalwa ATM had been lifted
        with out any information to customers for convenience there is no security gaurd to question, all happened on23/04/2011
        .
        I cross checked with an manager at ur icici
        branch sayadhri nagar wether the cheque dropped at hdfc ATM drop box will reach the icici for clearance
        for that i was told to draw another cheque at sayadri
        branch, immediately issue cheque No:-188813 for the
        amount of Rs 10000/ which was cleared on 28/04/11
        The cheque deposited earlier at hdfc ATM
        center ( No:188812 ) is also cleared towards icici credit card on 24/05/11 we were told that the cheque deposited at hdfc will be returned at residence address.
        There is no regular physical statement delivery for last few months.
        We request u to stop the clearance of the
        cheque No:188812 for the amount of Rs:10000 / if not
        done so. Please reverse the amount deducting only
        Rs:2000/ from total of Rs:10000/

            Icici Bank's money2india is one of the worst service. They never give the exchange rate mentioned on the website. The rates provided are always beefed up and when you do the transaction they say that rates depends on that hour or minute and always lower.

            So i request all the public to stop using it. I have a bad experience during my last few transactions.

            My question to them is, whatever you have mentioned on the website should be given at the time of transaction? O atleast provide on the website that hour's transaction rate. Not like say something and give something.

            They don't have a disclaimer on the website saying, rates will be different (always less) that mentioned on the website.

            Guys, I have been sending money thru money2india few times for the last couple of years. I did notice there was a difference in the exchange rate, but I would say they are a much better service compared to Citibank and other services. I am planning to send some money back home, can someone please suggest if there is anyother service where I can get a better service as well as good exchange rate.
            I agree with comments and complaints. I had a same experience with ICICI remit2india. They mentioned exchange rate as 48.65 on their website on date of remittance to bank account in india but they offered only 48.27 is really rip off. I have used HDFC Quick Remit and SBI Money transfer to india to transfer money to india and they honor the exchange rate what has been mentioned in website. I wanted to try ICICI because exchange was good compared to SBI, HDFC. Finally due to cheating by ICICI, I have decided to use SBI which gives better exchange than HDFC. If you need referal for SBI, let me know.
            Exactly, they say something and give something. I had the same experience with ICICI money2india. It is fishy.
            Yes, they are fraud. I opened an account with ONLINESBI they atleast dont fiddle around with the exchange rates for cheap commision. It would be rather nice to see them charge something straight as a transfer FEE instead o[censored]sing this cheap desi banking tactics.
            Use SBI guys help indian govt banks and they give the rates that they promise..pass it along.
            I have found that if they cant commit to the rate there is really no point to give them your business.
            I have used www.transfermate.com as i saw it recommended by others and have not been disappointed. They normally only handle larger amounts as their main focus is to assist businesses however at least they stick to their rate

            Ya I'm agree .. ICICI banks Money2India is clear ripoff. They take lot of time and give you minimum rate of the week. I transferred some money on friday and everyday I analysed their rates. Next week friday I got it transferred. And the rate was minimum of whole week. They are crap. I did 6 transfers from Money2India and never got proper rates. Even their comission is also higher. Don't use this service better go for SBI.
            I too had the same bad experience in the past week.
            It took one week and the exchange rate was very bad. In the X rates I couldnt see that exchange rate in the past 2 months. I dont know how they decide on the rate and simply send some amount.
            It went on 46.60 and the exchange rate didnt go below 47 in the past month. I am going to stop ICICI it is a junk.
            I too had a very bad experience with Money2India. I started the transfer and it took more than a week to get transferred actually. The exchange rate displayed in Money2India for all these days were more than what they actually gave. There was a minimum of 40 paise less than any day's rate.

            Then I switched my salary account to local ICICI bank. Through that I can transfer at good rates (actually a bit less than what Money2India displays for the day, like 30 paise. But they give what they show). And its just a 30 sec transfer.

            I fully agree, this is a big scandal by most of the banks when it come to Foreign Exchange Remittances. There is no transperency in these transactions. RBI also has not streamlined this process. I do agree banks have to make money but not to this extend. This is every day stealing without being caught.
            i am also bad experience with money2india because their exchange rate was too lower value as compare to the market value. so this is one of the humiliation. i would like to inform please select the trusted transcation service.

            I agree with all the above comments. In every sector ICICI bank is cheating to the customer. I have read on NET some customers writting about DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHEATING icici is doing in HOME LOANS.

            I had same experience in SWIFT transfer. My friend working here in gulf gets good rate in SBI and I get less rate in ICICI. difference in SBI and ICICI was 60 paise/euro. If I send 3K euro, then its 1800 Rs difference. This is a big money. ICICI, please stop cheating to customer like this. Be straight forward.

            I would like to share my experience with ICICI which has been equally bad. I have been using SBI GLS for sending money to India from US for last 5 years without any issues. This time I needed to send a big amount urgently so I decided to send some money through ICICI money2india. Its been more than 10 days, and I'm still waiting for the credit to my Indian bank account. SBI completed the transfer as promised in 6 days flat.
            ICICI money2transfer is a big scam. They say they take 5 business days, but the day the transfer is initiated is not counted. So no matter what day you initiate the transfer, there'll be one weekend in between. So effectively it would always take more than 8 days. And that's not all. After the money is transferred by ICICI to the beneficiary bank in India, it takes another 1-3 (read 3) business days for it to show up. So net net, it takes almost 2 weeks for you to get your money in India. In this day and age of electronic fund transfers, its a shame! I'll never use ICICI money2transfer again and would not recommend any one to use it.
            I have been using ICICI money2india for some time but only for the last couple of transactions followed the exchange rate on daily basis.
            I am very frustrated to say the least. From what I analyzed, they seem to be using the lowest exchange rate during the 9 working days it took for the transfer to happen.

            I am looking for alternatives now and don't want to put up with how they rip of[censored]nsuspecting consumers.

            ICICI is one of the forgery bank in india, why because, they lost the customers hope due to money transfers, I had sent 4000 dollars on jan 2010, they specified one rate in site 46.16 and but given 45.81, then i called customer care, they were not able to provide right answers then i decided to transfer through SBI and i noticed for couple of months, they did forgery, I suggested my roomates 3 of them, They also decided to go for SBI online money transfer...
            I have the same story. Transfered money through money to india and their exchnage rate on the date of transfer (status date) does not match with the exchnage rate for that day. The excahneg rate they give is not even the lowest on that day. It's lower thaen that. Their exchnage rate does not make any sense. Their customer service is horrible as they have no explaination on how the exchange rate was derived. Wish we could do a law suit...
            The Exchange rate page is is not working. It usually does not open on any browser. I am unable to see the exchage rate for 31-Aug2010. My amount has been credited through your money2india website on 31-Aug-2010 but I am unable to verify the exchange rate you have charged. On other websites it is showing much higher rates. This is really very sad and creates doubt on the mind of customer and certainly a disappointment.

            I used this ICICI money2india few times. They were giving lower rates and you would never get the same rate as they are showing on their website.
            Few things I noticed.

            1. They take money from intermediate bank (MS) ASAP.
            2. Hold the money as long as possible.
            3. Send money through NEFT when the EXCHANGE RATE IS LOW, in general NEFT transfers takes hardly 2-3 hours.
            4. If you call customer service the explanation is 'the exchange rate we give is the rate at the time we transfer your money to your INDIA account'.
            5. They hold up all transactions for a min xnge rate then they do BATCH transfers, so they get profit on all transfers we made in that period.
            6. Your transaction will not be processed as a single transfer, if they do that they have to give you correct exchange rate and they get less profit.
            7. Batch transfer dis advantage: there is no transaction reference number when they transferred from intermediate account to your India account. If something went wrong at this point no one can help you. You need wait for 2-3 days.
            8. Customer service. They know only a few things. write a email, server is down, wait for 48 hours, we cant help you now.
            9. Customer service (who is handling calls), email receiving group and technical team (who tracking your transfer when something goes wrong) and 3 independent parts. there is no co-ordination between them. they takes 2-3 days to exchange a message between the teams.
            10. Email team gets email, sorts it, then sends it to CS team. It takes at least 24 hours.
            11. CS team: everyone in this team feels they are correct and they wont allow you to talk to a senior/manager who knows the best. Or ICICI managers not for to help customers.
            12. If something went wrong and if you want your money back, better to prepare for 10-15 days waiting time. The reason they would say is 'the server which makes refunds is down now, it takes time to resume it'. Server down in a bank for 2weeks?
            13. All ICICI cs staff, including managers, are well trained to bluff. The reasons they say are unbelievable. They treat you like you dont know anything about computers/servers/banking.
            One more thing.
            14. If you transferred the amount today(1st mar) at 1am (IST) also, full 8hours working day for both uk and india banks, today is NOT counted under their 5 days period. ICICI's 1st day of transaction starts from tomorrow, so it's 4-6 business days for a single transaction, if you are lucky.
            I agree with comments here, specially the last one point 14 . The transfer time is varying based on the exchange rate.

            I have few transaction which got transferred on 4 day (5th day) and some on 5 day (6th day) from the request date - These days calculated as per their website transfer time .

            Transaction 1 : request date March 1st and amount transferred on March 9th - Number of working days 6 or 6th day amount got transferred
            Transaction 2 : request date April 17th and amount transferred on April 23rd - Number of working days 5 or 5th day amount got transferred

            For Transaction 2 the exchange rate is 70 paise higher April 24th.

            When i mailed customer care about this i got total contradicting responses on transfer time. Going forward decided to use xoom.com

                My credit card was dispatched by icici bank through ELBEE courier company and I told them that I will be available from 08 am til 01 pm but the courier person came at 4 pm in the evening and I was not available..And I was told that courier person will call me before coming and nobody in your company have money to call me.Please deliver my card at my address between 08 am and 01 pm.I have even left an authorization letter but he didnt deliver it with the auth letter

                  I have to get a courier from ICICI on 1st Dec. Yet to recieve the same.I enquired about it from ICICI customer care.They gave Courier name (First Flight Courier) and consignment number. I went to First Flight courier website and got a phone number[protected]. I called them and they gave another number to get the details that is[protected].I called this number and again they have given another number to know the status that is[protected].I called this number minimum 100 times it was ringing there is no one to take the call. Really It was very bad experience i had with your (First Flight Courier) courier service. Think about a common man how they will get information about their consignment. Is this the service you are providing to your customers?

                  Please let me know the status on my consignment number (CC4500421).

                        Inspite of having discussed with the customer service centre over phone as well as through various mails to customer service centre, ICICI Bank has failed to respond by mails and also not giving me refund of Rs. 2500/- charged illegally to me at the time of foreclosure of my house loan a/c no. LBSNP[protected], which was clear breach of contract of loan agreement signed between ICICI Bank and the undersigned. Moreover, while I send the mails to ICICI Bank Home loan customer service centre, they did not accept receiving of my mails sent through my above e-mail ID and each and every mail shows delivery fail. Why? Could you help me in getting me refund of Rs. 2500/-alongwith interest w.e.f[protected].

                          i am using the above mentioned credit card but now i want to cancel these card because i am suffering unhealthy as i am a handicap i am not able to run my business due to my health condition and not able to pay the amount so please allow me to settle my card as three installments i have given one payment of rs 5000/- by cheque and your receipt no is c[protected] and next two installments will be made after receiving your full and final settlement letter and i had already given a request to your executive with the cheque on 24/10/2008

                            i am having icici bank credit card they transferred reward points from icici to i mint account i redeemed 5500 points for micro wave Owen on[protected] i received product on[protected] it was damaged i called at the same time to i mint they told me that they will replace it within 15 days till now it has not been replaced i have called hundred times every time they give same answer, product will get replaced within next two or three days what to do know?

                            Gift 360 — defective item

                            i bought a watch, tie, napkin and cufflink prodect from gift360, the watch has been stop working even sfter one month, i complain to company but didnot get reply till time.
                            I have not received the AVI convertor for q13 Ramos MP4 Player as I was informed that I would have receive that by
                            one month, Six months passed away but i'm yet to receive the software.

                            I do not agree with you guys. The service rendered by Gift 360 to me was outstanding. They delivered the product to me at 9:30pm as I had to leave for my sister's wedding the following day. There team leader Mr Edwin gave me a complete support over phone. I am really thankful to them.

                              I have an ICICI Bank credit card and had given an application for address change at their branch when I changed my address. The bank never sent me any statement on the new address for now more than a year. Now, suddenly they deducted around Rs. 11, 000 from my savings account (for which I get the statement at my new address). On talking to the customer care they told me that some amount was pending on my card and then there was hefty interest and finance changes which they deducted from my account. They took all the effort to link my savings bank account and make debits without any consent. If they had the right intentions they would have cared to inform me first - they never tried to contact me on my new address, they did not even try to contact me on the address that was there on my savings account. They were more than eager to charge their customer hefty charges and steal that money from the account. This shows bad intent on the bank's part. Their intent was reflected again when I contacted the credit card department, the banking department and the collections department. I am willing to pay all the genuine expenses I have made through the card however the bank should refund the unreasonable charges.

                              ICICI Credit Card — Deducted from SB A/C without consent

                              In Dec 2005 I used ICICI Credit Card for purchase of a Mobile handset worth approxRs10000. The merchant converted the purchase to EMI for his advantage without my consent.After 3 months follow up with merchant and Bank the mode was changed to one time payment. But bank started charging delay on EMI charges and service charges and what not...
                              After many many follow up once a lady called up and said you pay Rs.750/- matter will be closed, however next month onwards again getting statements.Personally visited their office and spent half day without anybody really attending, to settle the issue.I had send complete detail of purchases and payment since the card was taken.All payments for the purchase was made without delay.All efforts from my side was wasted, the bank used their might to debit Rs.13000/- from my salary Account without giving a chance to defend my side.
                              Rs 13, 000 was "stolen" from my account as I was a helpless customer.This is a lesson for all the people taking ICICI credit card."Beware they are having muscle power " only mantra they follow is make money at any cost.

                              ICICI Credit Card — Amount deducted from my salary saving account without my permission

                              Hi,

                              I m holding a card for few yrs now . In oct i purchased a laptop and paid Rs 45000/- through this card . Every month i was charged almost 3000/- extra, so i requested to settle this card and i was ready to pay in emi. Several times collection dept people came and collected minimum due amount and promised to settle the account but nothing was done and agian next month Rs 3000/- was added and statement was sent . I wrote emails to icici customer care on 9th august and on 14th august Rs 57, 712 /- was taken from my SALARY SAVING ACCOUNT without my permission . After several reminders also i m still getting credit card statement with additional charges . i get 10-15 calls everyday for reminder of payment and they are too rude also.
                              When i m in office or driving they call and use harsh language. i m scared that agin they will take these amount from my account. i have gone through enough harrasment and lost lots of money because of it .

                              Pls. advise .

                              ICICI Saving A/c — Over charging the customer without explaination

                              Hi,

                              I am really fed up with ICICI bank they are always deduction amount from the account without explaination. The authority should check and fine them or even close them. The bank should be sued for eating customers hard earned money.

                              ICICI Bank are playing this with lot of customers. I have closed an ICICI credit card almost 20 months ago..And I am living abroad..I updated all the contact details with the bank. But one fine morning I found that an amount of 80, 000 has been debited from my icici savings account towards the credit card which was not in use for 20 months(My actual credit limit was 37000). I called ICICI cutomer care and it took me one and a half hours to get somebody...I made this call from USA to chennai...They told me they will send me statements by email..But Why didnt they do it for past 20 months...And nobody from the bank has contacted me regarding this payment..and they debited the amt +interests+charges+some blah blah..(The final amt was closer to 2.5 times my actual credit limit)..They said that there's a sentence in the credit card agreement which allows them to do this...So better not apply for ICICI credit card...NEVER...EVER...They're blood suckers...

                              WIPRO — saving account

                              i have deposited payorder from karur vaisya bank on 31 st mar in valasaravakkam branch.till the amount not been credited in my acconut
                              ICICI is a thug and please do not associate with it. they will steal your money. they have fools for customer care. they same happened to me.
                              Luckily, there was very less money in my account. so lost only 4K. they had tried to debit 51K. I will never ever do banking with them.
                              I also have similar experience with the Bank and Bank, who is spending so much of money to advertise about so called "Trusted Bank" is no more visible in their actions.

                              I had sdaving Bank account for more than 5 years with Bank, all loans that I ahve taken (Car loan) has been paiud on time, every time by me. One day suddenly, without any intimation or consent from or to me, they deducted money from my account for 3 year old CC which is not linked with this a/c by me.

                              From this incedent, I do not trust this Bank any more as my money is not safe with Bank. I already am closing my a/c in this bank as well as closing any other relationship that I have with this Bank.
                              This w.r.to the statement recevd by me in the month of April, there were so many service tax and late payment fees amounting to 3000/- has been debited on one day.

                              How is that possible, and in the past wherever thier executive called up I have asked them to come with a settlement form and give no dues certificate on the last payment( which was the late paymenet cahrges left unpaid by me after paying all my principal amount) i.e 1490/- due.

                              But nobody, turned up and today suddenly I come to know by chance that my account has been blocked for 5200/-Rs and which has made my EMi bounced, which was due today, that too without informing me or taking any consent from me.

                              How can you debit my saving account account?

                              And the bank behaved in a haste manner in which they have even not seen that there were no money used by me due in the card it was late payment charges levid many months ago and for which I have been told by customer care that will be reversed but that amount has not been reveresed and they have aharges late payment cahrges on late payment charges and subsequently they blocked my money which resulted in this day,

                              I do not understand are we customer too helpless in placing our genuine facts and get justice form such service provider who claims to be atrustworthy name among customers???

                              If I would have to react in the same way as they have reacted then I would withdraw same amount from my another credit card of same bank and also close all my saving accounts witbh ICICI, is this the solution??

                              ICICI Bank — Money debited from my saving account

                              Hi,

                              My ICICI Bank Account is debited with Rs.55 with description as Charges for sign verification.
                              when contacted with Customer Care, ICICI Bank officer said that these charges were charged for check issused, i have not given any check to anybody else.
                              ICICI is doing this kind of Business with large number of Customer i think also.
                              This is my compliant against ICICI Bank Saving Account Department.
                              This bank should be penalised for this.

                              ICICI Credit Card — Debiting of the salary account without the consent of the account holder towards credit card payment

                              We have received an SMS from ICICI Bank on January 16th 2010 stating that the minimum amount of Rs. 8120 should be paid on or before February 3rd 2010.
                              But I found out that the salary account was debited to a zero balance and a total of Rs.34500 approx. was debited from the account without any intimation or consent on 29th January 2010.
                              I spoke to the concerned authority, but there is no positive progress as such.They have been advancing things and meanwhile i receive calls from the credit card section making false allegations that we have not paid the money.
                              I would like the transaction to be reversed at the earliest.
                              The payment history shows that we have paid decent amounts and we never have an idea of turning into a defaulter.
                              I would like to know whether we can approach legally.

                              ICICI Bank is habitual in harrasing customers. I sent a complaint to them regarding the same matter. Mail is attached below. but they hav not resolved the matter. I dont know what to do?

                              I am suffering too much due to confusion over some credit card that you claim i have received and i have reiterated so many times that i never received any such card. For last two weeks you, your call centre, your chennai credit card department and everybody else whom i am interacting with, are assuring me that this case has been taken for investigation and will be resolved shortly.
                              But, today, I have experienced the most disgusting thing any bank can do to its customer. All the money that was lying in my acount has been debited without my consent and my account balance today is zero.
                              You didn’t inform me before leining my account, because of which checked issued be me got bounced and damaged my reputation. Informing me about such outstanding and account leining was the least thing you should have done before leining my account.
                              After this, you guys are just not able to resolve the case after more than two weeks.
                              In addition to this, you have stopped responding at all.
                              And, now to set an unique example of customer service, you have debited Rs. 11050 from my account without my consent. Forget about consent, you have not even informed me that you guys are going to debit my account.

                              icici bank/saving account — Debited money without my approval

                              Respected Sir,

                              I am John Jayaraj, Working in Wipro.
                              Yesterday, ICICI bank (saving account) debited Rs 7,706 for credit card payment from my saving account without my approval.
                              I am not paying credit card money since they are giving proper response for interest.
                              Background information:
                              I have saving account and credit card and Lombard insurance in ICICI bank. ICICI Lombard is giving group insurance for Wipro employee. So that I decided to cancel my insurance in ICICI. But they told you can’t cancel now and you have to pay for one year. I told i can’t pay for that amount.
                              But they continuously added insurance fees 350 in my credit card bills and also they added interest for it. So they stopped when is reached Rs.7, 706. (Total interest is 3500)

                              I told to credit card department saying that I can pay this money if you remove insurance fees from the bill. (This issue not closing...still now)
                              They debited 7,706 Rs from my saving account without my approval.
                              There is no security in this bank..
                              Kindly do the needful for this issue.
                              Is your credit card also issued by ICICI? If yes then they have a right to deduct the amount from your Credit Card account as it is mentioned in their terms and conditions section of the application form, both for Bank account and CC account.

                              Now, you can file a complaint regarding your interest charged for the CC usage and immediately visit any nearby ICICI bank and get these standing instructions disabled in front of you and also apply for the cancellation of the Insurance policy which you do not want and ask for the refund of the amount the Insurance company has taken till date with interest. They will deduct some closure charges which you will have to pay ( or will be deducted from the refund )

                              Don't stop paying for your CC account as after some time they will put your name in the defaulters list ( CBIL database ) and you will not get any kind of loan from any bank in India.

                              I have a savings salary account with ICICI Bank.

                              Last weekend ICICI bank has deducted about Rs 14, 000 from my salary account. I called ICICI customer care and they told it has been linked with the credit card I used to have around 3 years ago. There was a disputed amount of around 3-4 thousand which after my repeated complaints, was never taken care of and it seems they kept charging interest and other fees. I had always been willing to pay all the genuine expenses I have made through the card however the bank should refund the unreasonable charges.

                              I had asked for settlement but never got any letter for settlement and now suddenly they have deducted this amount from my salary account last monday.

                              As far as I know the savings account and credit card both are separate entities in a Bank. Bank cannot make any transaction without my consent. This is totally unacceptable and frustrating. I even called up customer care but in vain.


                              Kindly suggest how can I recover.
                              Any help would be highly appreciated.

                                Dear Sirs,

                                I have applied online for ICICI Bank EMI Card on 8th November 2008. Subsequently I was contacted by the bank staff for verification and confirmation etc. They even sent their executive for this purpose. But since then I have not heard anything from them as to whether my applicaiton was accepted or rejected. I tried to equire about this from their customer service number [protected] but was unsuccessful to get through to them every time I dialed this number. I want to know the status of my application but I don't know how to get through to them.

                                  I needed to withdraw Rs. 1000/- and tried to do so from an ICICI Bank ATM with my HDFC Bank ATM card. No money in first attempt. Tried again. No Money again. Tried Again. No money again.

                                  Next day, I opened the net banking and saw Rs. 3000/- deducted from my account.

                                  Several phone calls to the phone banking service of HDFC Bank

                                  I lodged a complaint with HDFC Bank. ICICI Bank refused to pay back (as per HDFC Bank) and said that cash was dispensed.

                                  I then went to a branch and filled a charge-back form for further investigation

                                  Almost 2 months have passed and I am surprised by the unconcerned behavior of the bank.
                                  Also, machines like ATM are meant to be totally fool-proof. Guess here too corruption leads to inferior quality.

                                  Even I hv faced the same issue with ICICI bank when I tried to withdraw money with my HDFC bank card. This was on 3rd Dec, apparently the HDFC phone banker asked me to give in writing / fill up charge back form & they will take legal action against ICICI.
                                  I will do that but dont hv much hope...
                                  This is to inform to all ICICI BANK authorities that the ATM at Thermax Chowk, Chikhli Road, Chinchwad, Pune, is not functioning since 09/06/2009, This is not a first time that this ATM is out of order, last month also it was shut down for nearly 4 to 5 days.
                                  There are 2 slower cash dispensing machines one of which is always break downs, especially from 6th to 15th of every month.
                                  The ICICI BANK's a/c holders of Chikhli, More Vasti, Sambhaji Nagar, HDFC Colony, Triveni Nagar, All employees of FORCE MOTORS, THERMAX, & a lot of small scale industry workers are depending on this ATM,
                                  Can the high paid authorities of this Bank wake up & replace this toys into Express Type Cash dispensing Machine, Can they provide at least some Lower grade service to its customers,
                                  May god give them more strength to over come with this problem.

                                  icici ATM — ATM malfunction

                                  Yesterday (19.07.09) I went to take some cash at ICICI ATM, located inside the Guindy race club, chennai. My citibank debit card got struck as the power went off suddenly. Even after the machine restarted, i couldnt get my card back, after trying for more than 30 minutes. There was neither a helpline number nor a security personal. I finally had to call up the Citibank customer care to block my card, for which I am being charged Rs.275. This is no fault of mine! Kindly do the needful.

                                  This has reference to failed ATM transactionof Rs.4000 on 24/12/2009 vide ATM card issued by ICICI Bank. The transaction was totally paid however my account No,[protected] was twice debited. Based on my immediate complaint only one enrty was reversed on 29/12/2009 and the ICICI BTM layout Br. Bangalore 560 076 maintains that one transaction was successful and was paid. The entry is not reversed till today inspite of several complaints.Unlike other ATMs ICICI Bank ATMS are fitted with CCTV 24X7 coverage and my request to produce video clipping to substantiate cash being paid out is not complied with. I realised now that RBI Banking ombudsman is just an eye wash.

                                    Dear all

                                    This is with regards to the loan given on my my wife's credit card without any repayment instructions and options. On February 14th I gave Rs. 80000.00 to a collection agency appointed by ICICI to regularise the loan account.

                                    Till date this money is not trace able and I have recieved unlimited harrassment and threatening calls from all corners and collection agents of all sorts.

                                    Since the time the money has gone mising I have stopped paying up the EMI's

                                    Would like to know what can I do, what legal action can I take against ICICI to recover my lost money and how far is ICICI liable as I desperately wish to settle this account and not deal with these collection agents anymore.

                                      I have filed my complaint to Mr. Kamani, Mr. Mehta & Mr. B. Madhivanan but did not get any response from them. Hoping that you can solve my problem with the ICICI credit card.
                                      I had tried to make PVR cinema transaction of 300 Rs. which was not completed but still i was charged money by ICICI. And for that i was asked to send FAX to ICICI. I sent it 3 times & finally i got confirmation in 1st week of sept that it has been received & under process. Now when in november i went to branch to check the status of my request, i came to know that ICICI executive had closed the request with the STATUS showing the "FAX TO BE RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMER".
                                      Now you tell me what should i do. Bank branch do not accept the written application for Creditcard. & i am charged so many times for servicetax & late payment fees.
                                      requesting you to solve the issue AsAP.

                                        As usual along with my credit card statement I have received an enquiry for availing personal loan & on receipt of it I have made some enquiries with the bank and told them I will come back if I need and as I never required I didn’t ask for any loan to my surprise I’ve checked my ICICI bank a/c statement/ balance in first week of March I have noticed Rs.50000/- has been credited in my a/c. since I have not deposited any amount in my a/c I have immediately brought the issue to the notice of Dadar Branch.

                                        Then I was given to understand that the money has been transferred from ICICI Bank’s Personal Loan Division which I have never asked. As customer of the bank I have immediately informed the bank and asked S.R.58527453, dated 7th March, 2008 and in spite of repeated following with your officers as usual there was no reply from your end. All the commitments by your officers to solve the issue within 24 hours with no effect and whenever I call them for senior persons I got a constant reply that they are not authorized to reveal any senior’s name & their contact numbers.

                                        But adding to my surprise all of a sudden a collection agent has come to my home for asking EMI of the loan which I have never asked for. The collection agent has taken the S.R. no and promised to take prompt action with authorities and close the issue.

                                        Again the same episode repeated with no replies from bank, when I checked with the back officers about the status of the S.R.s they asked me to raise one more S.R. bearing the nos. 62613813, dated 11.04.08 and again the back officer has promised to come back within 24 hours and resolve but nothing has happened till now.

                                        I am a professional and getting paid only for doing my assignment I had no time to follow up the case but your bank personnel even they are paid for it never bothered to give a prompt response. This utter negligence in the part of your bank is very very irresponsible and resulting me lot of inconveniences. Now I got a notice from your bank’s legal department to pay the loan or to face legal action. Immediately I have contacted the person responsible and he has promised me to reinvestigate (I fail to understand the meaning of re-investigation) the case and come back to me within 5 days but he never replied.

                                        Again, today i.e. 3rd August, 2008 I have called back your back office people regarding the issue and according to them, I have given verbal consent for loan on 25th of April 2008 against which they have credited amount well before on 7th February, 2008. THIS IS STRONG PROOF OF NEGLIGENCE OF YOUR STAFF AND HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS.

                                        It is too much and I have no time to waste with you AND finally advise you to take prompt action and to solve the issue once and for all failing which I will be left with no option but to initiate legal action against the negligence on the part of your useless, irresponsible staff.

                                        now the curent scenerio is they have taken this Rs 50000/- from my ICICI account on 18th Aug, 2008 with out my consent. I thought the problem is over but now also i am getting the loan bill with the intersest.
                                        when i am asking back office they say talk to their recover agent, ahen i spoke to their agents they say talk to the bank officer.

                                        i would appreciate if you could extend your help to resolve this case.
