I have bought a Health Insurance policy from ICICI Lombard (Policy No: 4034/FPS/02200268/00/000) FOR Rs 3, 00000 ON 21st MAY 07 to 20 MAY 2009.
Total Premium Assured to me was Rs.11331.00 for duration of 24 Months I submitted 17 EMI OF 24 Emi.
Bank assured me that Rs 472.12 would be deducted every month up till 24 months from my credit card (card no: [protected] ), Interest free .

But Bank went against there assurance & get Twice Emi deducted every month, for single policy.

Rs 497.81 EMI PRINCIPAL on 18th of every month.
Rs 69.90 EMI INTREST
RS 8.64 SERVICE TAX

Rs 505.02 EMI PRINCIPAL on 20th of every month.
Rs 70.92 EMI INTREST
RS 8.77 SERVICE TAX

Note: Since 21 May 2007 up to 21 Nov 2008 I am paying without any default.

I personally went to Icici Lombard office in Borivili (west) branch and submitted the related Complaint and supportive credit card statement to the Executive, He confirmed me that I am holding single Health policy of Rs 300000.
I called up Icici banks customer care executives & send many mails regarding this. But I did not get any satisfactory answers from them. Regarding my problem of wrong deduction.
Company should take it seriously; it is the matter of, A Company's wrong assurance.
I feel like cheated with company and get the feeling that after having policy received they even did not care about the customer, they completely forget & try to ignore him. On the other hand they publicly shout & try to convey the message in market that they care the customer better than anyone.
When I call there customer executive they talked with me in a very rude & improper manner & said that I must have taken 2 policies on the same day and same time with same name, and Bank could not return my money as per their Company's policy.
I want Company to take prompt action in this matter and assured me that they will return me my complete money without any kind of deduction.

Please do the needful and reveres above mention amount extra paid by me in my account.

I had a credit card vide no. Is [protected] company had deducted an amount of rupees aprox-7500=00.When I enquired about this amount from the call center they told me that I have canceled my insurance policy after 90 days so that this amount had deducted.
But here I want to tell you that I clearly denied for any insurance policy. Some executives try to convince me and at last they told me that if you are not interested please take an insurance policy for your child.
Then I told yes. But your insurance division had denied because my Childs age is below to 5-years. I dont received over statements for that I made a request to the customer care and received three months statements then I see the premium amount are regularly charged then I again made a complain against these charges they had given a cancellation no.[protected] and assure me that blocked and deducted amount will reveres with in 7 days in my account. Amount is reversed but after deduction of 75% (aprox-7500=00)
Please check your confirmation calls tape I never confirm for policy always denied. For child I confirmed company had denied due to the policy norms. I do not understand why this policy had issue. Please do the needful and reveres above mention amount in my account.

I agree totally towards the complaint made by Sarfraz Ishrat. As I too faced the same situation. A Call centre executive called me as soon as I received my ICICI preferred Credit Card and informed that, she would give an absolutely free Health Insurance Card, for which no amount will be charged. I informed that I being working with HSBC Bank Ltd already hold a health Inusrance card. She persist to take the card as it is absolutely free. I was shocked when I went to check the balance on my credit card online an amount of Rs 1300/- was been deducted. Initially I paid the amout thinking it is normal deduction. However since then every month 1300/- was been deducted. I filed a complained against them asking them to close the account to my shock they said that you need to pay 6,083/- balance amount to close your account.
This is a CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING ON THE CUSTOMER.

I had a credit card vide no. Is [protected] company had charged an amount of rupees aprox-4932=00 and converted into the EMI's.When I enquired about this amount from the call center they told me that there is a policy in my name and they told me that the policy number is 4034/FPS/02310921/00/000 .
But here I want to tell you that I clearly denied for any insurance policy. Some executives try to convince me and at last i denied for the policy. I dont received any policy documents till now. According to the call centre people the policy was started from June 2007. Last month i was looking at my credit card statement and i found that the premium amount are regularly charged then I again made a complain against these charges they had send me a mail saying the policy is under process of cancellation on 25th March 2008 and assure me that blocked and deducted amount will reveres in my account. Amount is reversed but after deduction of 60% (aprox-4932/-) and send me some fake document saying that i had sign the documents. But i never ever sign any policy documents and moreover the signature are not matching with my signature. It's all fraud.
Please check your confirmation calls tape I never confirm for policy always denied. I do not understand why this policy had issue. Please do the needful and reveres above mention amount in my account.

I have bought a CRITICAL CARE- SECURE MIND POLICY from ICICI Lombard (Policy No: 4065/CCSM/01659771/00/000) FOR Rs 1200000 ON 8th August 2008 to 7th August 2011.
Total Premium Assured to me was Rs.16, 600 for duration of 24 Months I submitted 3 EMI OF 12 Emi.
Bank assured me that Rs 1475 would be deducted every month up till 12 months from my credit card (card no: [protected] ), Interest free . After three months again I received a call from ICI Lombard Health Insurance “Sir ICI Lombard launched a very good policy and you take it .At the time I told him I have a ICI lombard Policy the customer care told me no problem we cancelled your old policy and give you a new policy you have no charged any cancellation our cancellation department will call you and you said yes I want to cancellation. I agree with this. I have never called icic cancellation department. After few days I received a new policy # 4034/FPP/04141169/00/000 . I received a call from ICI Lombard Insurance cancellation department automatic are you want to cancellation you policy I said yes I have two policy I want to cancellation our old policy without any cancellation charges.

But when I received my credit card statement I saw I am not received my full amount. At the same time I called ICI Lombard customer care executive she said your policy is cancellation and cancellation charges charged against you. I called up Icici banks customer care executives & send many mails regarding this they did not care about the customer.

I feel like cheated with company and get the feeling that after having policy received they even did not care about the customer,

I want Company to take prompt action in this matter and assured me that they will return me my complete money without any kind of deduction.

Some executives try to convince me and opened lombard policy, then i had cancelled the policy talking with customer care. he said that my policy has cancelled.now after one year they have wathdraw mony from my account. im very frastated about this deduction. this is totaly illegal to keep customer blind, tell lie and deduct mony from account after some year.At the same time i have not used credit card for any reason. and i have not received any information about credit card dues. Please do the needful and reveres above mention amount in my account.

Health Policy — not recieved any documents and confirmation

Hi ,
I took a Health policy on the name of my Mother Sulochana Thoodi. Its been for a month and i didnt get any mail or intimation regarding it. I had paid Rs. 2707/- through my cheque.

please concern and kindly intimate about the status of the bond.
Sir, My self is Mr DALBIR SINGH my saving account no[protected] being operating by ICICI Bank. I have been observed that rs 827/- has been deucted for QAB Charges for Juk 09. Last yr the same thing happen. I am not aware why these private bank are doing cheting with customers. Pl let me know, I am always have money into my account. If such thing happened then I think it will be better for me to close the account.

    Hi,
    I have done a transaction through my ICICI bank saving account to my friend who held his account in bank of maharastra lucknow.
    I had done this transaction on[protected] but till date it has not been credited in to my friends accounts. After a long email conversation held with icici bank, it has only have the excuses to attend the complain but no success to resolve the issue till date.
    As per the instruction given by he icicbank, I checked with the receiving bank ( bank of maharastra) regarding the same issue but the same bank not accept the transaction detail as per the Icici bank instructed.

    If the account number on the beneficiary side is mentioned wrong or the beneficiary name is not matching as per the other Bank record then the said funds would be sent back by the other bank to ICICI bank.

    Any NEFT transfer being made a RBI reference number is generated which is unique.

    ICICI to BOM - NEFT Issue — NEFT

    I have transfered the Amount of Rs.35, 000/- from my ICICI Account towards M/s Uday Constructions whose account is with Bank of Maharashtra - Nigdi Pune branch against which ICICI had given me the RBI ref ID as 82509367. This transaction was done on 24th Nov 2008 but till as of day the money has not been transfered yet. As per ICICI, they have successfully transfered the money to RBI. As per BOM, they have not received anything from RBI. Where should we go now ? Pl help.

    Same issue has been happened with myself also on 24th Nov 2008 and it happen with Bank of Maharashtra - Nigdi branch. I had transfered the amount from ICICI to BOM on 24th NOV but till as of day the money has not been transfered via RBI.

    Issue was closed finally yesterday when I had escalated this to RBI. Thanks to RBI who help us in this matter.

    Somthimes this happens. You will be able to track your payment with the transaction reference number provided by the ICICI bank. You can either write to the banking ombudsman or contact the BoM branch manager for further help.

    Normally the once the amount is debitted from your ICICI account, ICICI Bank will not have any say on the transfer. hope this helps.

    And last...dont panic. You will get your manoy back. Write to banking ombudsman.

    ICICI Bank Ltd — Delay in issuing the Internet Banking Password

    Dear Sir,

    I have two saving accounts with ICICI Bank, from last four months i was outside the country and the only way to do the transaction is thru net banking.

    i have amount of RS. 500000 available in one of my ICICI account, while in another account i have only 5000. I submitted request for the internet banking pin on 7th november and still waiting for the password.

    I have paid more than RS. 5000 in calling icicibank customer care for the new password, but still no resoultion of my problem.

    at the same thime they have charged me in another account for not maintaining the avrage quarterly balance of Rs 5000 in last quarter.

    due to all this i have paid hefty penalty on my credit cards. Amount of Rs. 500000 locked in ICICI bank account from past 4 months.

    Dear Sir,

    Date and bill No: 30/10/2009 BIL/[protected]/0107/[protected]/91994

    I have mobile recharge[Rs. 245, on date 30.10.2009] thru internet banking, but i unable to recharge that amount. On time reduce in my account Rs. 245.

    The problem is still not yet received the recharge re-fund.

    So please reprovide the my amount as soon as possible.

      I had a credit card numbered [protected] and a savings account no. XXXXXXXX844 with ICICI Bank, Shivajinagar Branch, Pune. The card had an outstanding of Rs.16493 as of December 2006. The Bank withdrew the sum from my savings bank account without any notice to me. I contacted the bank on their online mailing system regarding the same . They said that I have signed an agreement with them that the money outstanding on my credit card can be recovered from any other relationship that I have with the bank . I asked them a copy of the same agreement which the bank says that they have not saved the copy of the agreement .

      In correspondence with the bank the bank has not replied to the following points –
      • Can the bank make me sign an agreement which can allow the bank to deduct dues of one account from any other relationship which I have with the bank
      • Can the bank deduct any charge from my savings bank account without prior informing me
      • Is not the bank liable to furnish the documents ( when asked for in case of dispute)I have signed with them

      I have escalated the case to executives in ICICI Bank but to no avail. I have not received any reply from them.

        SUB- DISPUTE ON THE CREDIT CARD WHICH IS ACTUALLY NOT RECEIVED.


        I Amit kr. Singh had applied for the credit card on the month of September in Ranchi which I have received on 25/10/2008. The card no being -[protected].When I checked my statement on the net, due to non receipt of the statement till date I found the transaction reflecting there is not mine. After speaking with your customer care executive (C.C.E) on 18/11/2008 I am informed that I have been issued an additional preferred card. Which wasn’t done with my approval? How can the company issue me an additional credit card with informing me (taking my permission)? The C.C.E told me that the additional card has been delivered to me on a New Delhi addresses which I haven’t received as I stay in Ranchi. The new card no being-[protected]. The reference no given to me by your C.C.E is 86538052.

          This complaint is in regards 5177 XXXX XXXX 0009, sorry can't mention all the digits. The bank denies to send any statements from the day the card has been taken ..As a mater of fact the card was utlised for less than 2 year having a limit of 25, 000 only . Even after making regular payments during for the period of nearly 1 year and 4 months, I found to my surprise the 47, 040.71. which is unbeleivable . In the case of the HDFC, Since RBI interevened the final settlement was done 9700.
          The statemnt of HDFC also showed an amount of 36, 000 as outstanding dues. After they sent me all the statements for 2 years, I found that payments made were 25, 000 /- and hence as per RBI, the final settlement amount was decided as 9700/- in 2 installments

              Dear Sir,

              I have been experiencing very poor service from ICICI bank, Nanganallur Branch Chennai 600061. It is well known that ICICI bank is anti customer in letter and spirit. The branch here at Nanganallur at chennai 600061 should be given the highest award for poorest possible service.

              I had a very strange experience with this branch recently. I hold a savings bank account with ICICI Bank, Nanganallur Branch for the last 8 years. My Account number ends with the digits 3475. I also hold a savings bank account with KVB Nanganallur Branch. The last four digits of my Account number are 8132,

              In order o transfer Rs 30000 from my KVB Account to my ICICI Bank Account, on 11th November 2008, I deposited a cheque for Rupees 30000 drawn on Karur Vysya Bank Nanganallur Branch ( Cheque Number 887192 Dated[protected] in the drop Box Located at ICICI Bank Nanganallur.
              The latter claimed Rs 964 for this from KVB. When I checked my Account balance with KVB, I found a debit entry for Rupees 964. However when I checked my Account statement on line with ICICI bank I could not find a credit entry at all.

              I am Just wondering what re sort of people are working with so called great ICICI Bank. Is it a bank or a gambling Den. Please let me know what I should do.

              Two Banks, KVB and ICICI Bank located within 1 Kilometer distance are unable to transfer an amount from Accounts held by the same person. Should I communicate this predicament to the whole.World.

              And What IBA is doing to help Customers like me?

                A cheque was deposited in ICICI Bank Green Park, New Delhi Branch on 31st October, 2008 on my name. The person who deposited the cheque missed writing account number on the slip used to fill in the details of the cheque and dropped the same into the drop box.

                Subsequently, the cheque was put on hold until I called up customer care on 05th November 2008. It was conveyed by customer representative that an application needs to be submitted to any branch of ICICI across India with correct account number. The application was deposited in Tardeo Branch in Mumbai to Officer Rajni along with all the details on 07 November.

                While Officer Rajni confirmed that the same will be processed in 2 working days, it was until next 4 days that i realized that the cheque was not processed and still on hold.Subsequently, i visited Tardeo Branch of ICICI bank in Mumbai on 8th November, 11th November and the same was never processed.

                It was until 13th November when i logged a complaint against Officer Rajni and Tardeo Branch and visited the branch for the fourth time on 14th November, 2008, the delay on the cheque was followed up and it was told to me by officer that Delhi RPC Head is not processing the cheque and due the compliane logged, now they are following up tightly with Delhi RPC. It was assured that the cheque would be cleared in next two woking days which end on Saturday 15th November and credited to my account but until today 16th November End of the Day, the cheque is not cleared and is still held with the branch.

                I feel humiliated since i just have 40 rs in my pocket for my weekend and to reach my office in Mumbai (where i am deputed on a project).

                  I am Neeraj Beniwal cerdit card no.[protected], In sept’08 month I got my credit card statement and some amount was due. It was a valid statement and I did the payment via a local bank cheque before due date in sept08 thru Citi Bank in favour of my ICICI bank credit card according to the instructions given in the credit card statement. I dropped that cheque in ATM drop box. But due to some reason cheque was cleared &they did not inform me. Next statement, they have charged me late fee. In credit card statement they have mentioned cheque was not cleared due to some problem.
                  Then I have asked them, if you have not informed me on time, why I should pay late fee charges. After that I got call from ICICI Customer & they have assured me .they will wave off my late fee charges. But when went to Rohini office of ICICI Bank, they have refused me & I told them very clearly, if they will not reimburse these charges. I will not pay my outstanding amount to ICICI & still the charges not withdrawal & again they have charged me late fee for the last month.
                  When made payment before due date they have to informed, if there is any problem & I have not received my cheque & I don’t the exact reason of that. It is totally harassment by ICICI credit card system. System are not made for users only, banks should also follow & keep informed to their customer, not to wait to put extra charges to users.

                  I want solution of this otherwise; I will not pay my outstanding amount to ICICI.Now it is upto ICICI how much they want to delay settlement of these extra charges of payment.

                  ICICI Credit Card — Cerdit Card Added amount extra and not reverting and getting threatning calls. even after complains.

                  I have given hunders of complain to solve the below issue.
                  1. N Number of times to Customer Care ICICI - No Action.
                  2. RBI Bank
                  3. Mr Rama Rao - Regional Officer - No Action.
                  4. Again to Customer Service RE:'ICICICARE=[protected]' level1complaint/ Credit Card - No Action.
                  5. Cancelled the card.

                  Description about the event:
                  1. In the month of may 07 I have done some shopping on ICICI Credit card.

                  2. Then One day I got a call from one of the ICICI executive for transferring the amount to EMI with minimal amount of Rs 2300 +. As per executive he said that there will not be any hidden charges and nothing will be added to my account.

                  3. But to my surprise when I say the EMI break on the same day it has hidden charger which was not disclosed to me, immediately on the same day I cancelled the EMI and it was promise by Customer Service to rollback the RS 2300 + which was added to my Credit Card account.

                  4. Even after number of complain and reminder it was not reverted and seeing the situation I cancelled the card.

                  5. If you see my past records there are no due payments or any amount left from my behalf to be paid for Credit card account.

                  6. Now that I am getting call every month, each days and hour to pay the amount and even after explaining the same story above repeatedly to each caller and manager there is no positive sign and response. This hurts my personnel integrity and lively hood.

                  7. I have also spoken to Mr Anil who is a manager in Saifabad Branch Cerdit Card department and he said he will get back but no that he is not picking up the phone. Mobile NO: [protected]. Also spoke to Mr Agarwal.

                  8. Then I went personally spoken to Mr Pavan another manager in the same branch and he said he cannot help and instead said your name will be moved to CP list and you will not get any loan or any transaction in future from any other bank.

                  9. Also there where calls asking about my address, phone numbers and personnel details which make a little concern.


                  I would request you to close this issue and I had made sure that I have paid each and every single penny of Credit Card except Rs 2300 + which was added to my Credit card bill even though I have not taken any loan or EMI and as promised it would be reverted back.

                  Looking for your cooperation and giving me a comfort level and resolving the matter ASAP.

SR90537727 in my next December Statement.

                  Now in my next and current statement for the month of Jan 2009, the bank again added the above amount in my statement which I didn’t used.

                  These is taking a long time kindly look into the matter and resolve this matter on priority basis otherwise I will stop the minimum payment for my usage.

                        Ref.2: Your letter 101108/336771C dtd. 6th Nov 2008 (Attached with this mail)

                        Dear Customer Care Executive,

                        1) I have credit card no.[protected], Expiry Dt.10/2009.
                        2) In the first week of October, 2008 an ICICI bank personnel reached my residence and wanted to speak to me regarding Credit Card transaction done by me. As I was not at home but at office he spoke to me on my mobile in presence of my wife. I explained to him that there was no such transaction done by me or any member of my family. The personnel from your bank was satisfied with my answer and said he will inform the bank accordingly. I took the matter closed.

                        3) I went to withdraw cash from ATM around the mid of October and to my surprise I found out that Rs 3550/-has been deducted from my account. On reaching home I received a courier from your bank as Ref 1 as mentioned above. This mentioned a credit card no [protected], which I did not have, mentioned an incorrect (bogus) mobile no. as mine, mentioned incorrect Delhi pincode against my address. The letter mentioned a complaint no. which I had not done, however I assumed that as mentioned in point no. 1 above, the personnel from ICICI had lodged the complaint on my behalf.

                        4) I went to the Green Park Branch of ICICI to find out what was happening. I was informed that this was deducted on account of my credit card no. [protected] based on some transaction. I was shocked as I had not done any transaction with this card. Also to be noted that the letter (Ref 1) mentioned a different card no. I was advised by bank personnel to talk to a customer care executive.

                        5) I spoke to customer care executive through phone to ask regarding the same, reiterating that there was some mistake by the bank, and I was informed that the credit card department of ICICI had dispatched a new card for me which had the no. [protected]. I was very surprised as never had any such card reached me. On being asked why new card was sent when I had not asked for the same. there was no satisfactory answer After I explained to him the reality the executive said that if that was the case they are checking the same and by 45 days the issue would be resolved and informed to me and I had nothing to worry.

                        6) Yesterday I am in receipt of another letter as Ref.2. In this you have mentioned that card on your investigations you have concluded that the transaction has been done on my credit card and that I am surprised to be making the payment of the same.





                        7) For your kind information I am reiterating once again that never have I ever requested for any new credit card not has any new card been ever sent to me. I am externally perturbed with the information and am surprised how such an esteemed bank like ICICI can make such a mistake.

                        This is affecting my work in office.

                        8) Most importantly, I cannot agree to make payment for transaction which has not done by me, you are requested to immediately get the amount of Rs. 3550 credited to my account and to not harass me any more and solve the error at your end.

                        Dear!! you are talking about 3550 fraud by the bank to you...I have been robbed by ICICI for 38000/-...the amount I did not spend. All transactions are done on IRCTC...I could not inform the bank within 90 days (as per their rule), since I was abroad. So they deducted 38000 from my account---that too--without even informing me. I tried to talk to customer care, bank managers, credit card dept-Ambetur-chennai, written mail to so many people...nobody came to help. Everyone was transfering teh case to somebody else. We common people dont have time and energy to go to police and court. So I just quit ICICI for ever. I took all my investments from ICICI and also suggest you friends not to keep your money in ICICI...This bank is not safe and believe me there is no one who can help you accept you!!!--thats the lesson I learnt!!

                          Dear sir,
                          I just closed a car loan which started in the year 2004.ICICI bank has charged me 800 Rs as penalty for late payment towards monthly instalment.This was a surprise to me as i came to know during the end of tenure.When i checked with both Banks (ICICI and City bank) both claim all is right on their part. I am paying through Citi bank towards monthly instalment.
                          Citi bank claims the cheque was presented on 17th Jan 2004 and the same was cleared with in 24 hours. ICICI bank claims the cheque were presented on 1st of the month and clearance happend on 17th Jan 2004.Late payment charges amounts to 800 Rs for three months (jan, feb, and Mar 2004).

                          I need your intervention in this matter, pl help.

                              Hi,
                              I had a ICICI bank credit card with one add on card (on my mother’s name) since 2005.
                              I never used the add on card in life & remember destroying it.

                              Today I am surprise to see a fraud transaction from this add on card. This online transaction took place for Indian Railways Catering on 11/11/2008 15:11 46.

                              IRCTC transaction No. is 75176378317005991991289

                              Please advise me, what I should do?

                                Dear sir,
                                I had purchased a flat from a lady, the said flat is situated in a new consructed building, the builder has not yet transfered the flat to the lady as they are asking more transfer fee as compared to previous charge.
                                I had applied with ICICI Bank for housing loan of Rs. 14, 00, 000/- in the year February 2007. which was sancationed to Rs. 14, 42, 000/-, the said loan was disbursed in March 2007 in 3 part, 1)Rs. 42000/- to ICICI Lombard Gen. Ins, 2) Rs. 7, 00, 000/- to GIC Finance Ltd and 3) Rs. 7, 00, 000/- to Mrs. Shobha Pasupuletti. the 3rd cheque of Rs. 7lakhs is not yet been issued to me and is still lying at the lower parel branch of ICICI Bank.
                                since the seller as not yet got the flat transfered, Builder has not issued the NOC. From past 19months i have been paying the my EMI's of above flat as per loan of Rs. 14, 42, 000/-.
                                For past 2months i have been requesting the bank to look in to the matter and adjust my interest part of loan as per the encashed amount of Rs. 742000/-, and I had committed as soon as i receive the required documents from the seller i would submit it to the bank.
                                But the bank officials are not ready to accept my views, and are misguiding me.

                                  Several times over the last several months, I am receiving the ICICI Credit card bill, anytime after the due date. For example, I received the bill today(12/11/08) by courier, whereas the due date is the 5th of November 2008. However, the envelope shows a priority stamp dated 24th of October 2008. Due to this late payment charges become payable. Second example for which we did pay the late payment of Rs.400+Service tax of Rs.49.44+Interest charges of Rs.32.22+Service tax of Rs.4.00 thereon. I suspect that this cannot be an odd case of a genuine error, but there seems to be a deliberate attempt to see that the customer gets the bill beyond the due date so that you can make money by doing nothing. This is a highly unacceptable situation which you should correct by crediting my account of all the money's thus unfairly collected. If this is not done immediately I will be constrained to lodge a formal complaint at teh consumer court. Incidentally I have been trying to contact your callcentre number, but to no avail.

                                    I have been writing to ICICI Bank-Customer Care several times and also personally visited the Koramangala Branch several times. I personally met Nisha Thomas and others in the branch who are 'so called' customer care people. I also wrote to Sumit Saurabh who i think is regional manager for Bangalore, but no one seems to be botherd. ICICI bank claims to be highly customer friendly in the media with television & big newspaper adds. Is there some one responsible enough at least to revert to the customers ??

                                    I agree that ICICI loan deptt is not upto the mark.When any loan is completly repayed they dont send any communication to client.that's really disgusting to bear.
                                    I am facing similar issues. They are highly unresponsive, They have been sitting comfortably on my last two demand letters without releasing any payment. In the process i am incurring huge interest rates. All my mail and grievances are falling on deaf ears. i dont even know what to do next.

                                    Its been depressing how ICICI bank is unprofessional & behaves with their existing customer .I I had been to Kormangala branch (Near forum Mall) Home loan department last Friday Morning as I wanted do top up on my existing loan . I had spent half and hour and waiting in queue and when my turn came in I was asked to meet the Gentle named Mahesh that I wanted to top top my exiting top up loan and he told that I am eligible after taking all my details and then told me that he will connect to some (unprofessional) guy who will take care of my requirement . I waited for few minutes and the asked him where is the guy? he told he is gone to meet customer and will take 1 hour time as he is gone to meet some other customer..(only 1 guy who take care of the loan in entire branch) then I said fine will wait then Mahesh told me that he will contact me and he will collect all the documents from me after some time, I said ok and came back, I am waiting since friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and still no response. I called this Representative on tuesday morning and asked what happened he told that he had given mine contact number and he was supposed to contact you on Friday. I said today is tuesday and non one has called me then at 12 PM on tuesday I got a call from this guy telling me that I will reach in about 5 :30 PM and collect all the document, I called 5:45 he informed that he is on his way will reach around 6:00 then I called him at 6 15 he told him that I am on his way will reach at 7 :00 Pm I called him at 7 :00 he did disconnected my line did not even have courtesy that he is not coming ...I was waiting for him entire day and this was how customers are treated.

                                    ICICI bank Management has a plan to be number 1 bank in india and I am confident that the ICICI team in kormangala office will not only bring you down but gradually see all your existing customers like me shifting to other bank.

                                    I know this will not affect ICICI bank but will help some people who will take my experience as learning and would avoid such banks in future...
                                    I have requested for preEMI to EMI conversion. They are least bothered to address this.
                                    I got acknowledgement of the front page of the amendment document even that is not enough, they are asking me the name of the person I gave it to. It is worst than govt institutions.
