Tenure increased and no decrease in EMI

I have Taken a loan in 2006 for 1900000 and FRR was 10.25.It was increased 13.25 and I was still paying all EMI correctly.Currently now 2009 I recieved a msg that EMI has been revised and decreased by .50%, but my EMI remains the same and tenure has been increased to 300 months without informing me.I am not sure what they mean by saying your FRR has been reduced by .50% when my EMI is the same and tenure increased?...

I am yet to get my imint card linked to my icici bank credit card [protected].Because of that, i am not able to redeem my reward points accrued on swiping the the above said credit card. therefore kindly arrange to send the imint card to the address available on record.

    Re : Loan No. LOCAL[protected]- Loan amount – Rs. 5, 00, 000/-Loan cancellation

    This is with reference to your letter dated[protected], I am to inform you that the vendor M/S TECHNOPARK of 54 Strand Road, Kolkata 700006, has cancelled the deal of selling Computer equipments to me as they were unable to supply the models and configurations required by me.

    I have paid Rs. 1, 20, 820/- by cheque which they have refunded in cash and one cheque for Rs. 1, 60, 000/- was cancelled by be as it was not returned by them.

    I have discussed all these events to Sri Indranil Dasgupta. Asst. Manager & Sri Ajay Singh of Sarat Bose Road Branch, Kolkata. However they have not taken any action and the Loan EMI of Rs. 24, 846/- was presented to my bank and I was given assurance that I will get refund of the same.

    I therefore request you to look in the matter, cancel the loan and refund the amount of Rs. 24, 846/- at the earliest.

      My PAN no-baypk0568e is matching(DOB, mob no, address) with Manoj kumar Sharma and showing a two wheeler loan from 2001.Due amount is approx Rs-5000.
      But I have not applied for any loan till sept 2008.Also my pan no generated in april 2008. My personal information is as given below:

      All the information s are matching in CIBIL with someone Manoj Kumar Sharma who take the loan in 2001.
      How can it possible that my PAN CARD made in april, 2008 and someone taking loan against the same PAN CARD from 2001.

      Kindly rectify the same as I am facing many problem due to this wrong updation .

      ICICI Bank — WRONG CIBIL

      DEAR SIR,
      I TOOK LOAN BY ICICI ON MY PROPERTY.AND ALSO SUBMITED IT.NOW MY NAME IS IN CIBIL REPORT.AND BANK TELL ME THAT 2LOAN I HAD TAKEN.SO I WANT TO TAKE MY CIBIL REPORT.

      ICICIBANK — wrong information on my pan number

      sir, i am staying in chennai for 32years on 2006 i open a account in icicibank after three months they send a creditcard with a limit of 15000, i used 12000,only. i coudnt repay correctly so i come to a settelment of 24500,as a final settlement from icicibank creditcard division mountroad branch .in three instalments i finish it correctly,but now i apply for a home loan in hdfc bank my loan has not been approved i ask the hdfcbank,they told me a news? i get very shocked that news was my name in cibil for credit card pending from icicibank ,i went to icicibank and fighted with bank represative mr.suresh,he telling me what can i do you put a case on icicibank ,then i went to my advocate to give a nottice to bank. he send. but there is no response from bank i can put a case against but i am having lot of work i cant go to court for case because i am a bussiness man, so please help me to take my name my pan number is BBMPS6315N,and my credit card number is [protected],sir kindly please remove my name in cibil i will seek u as a god thank you sir

        I am using the ICICI platinum credit card since last one year. On 10/10/2008 there are two transaction occured on my card of 36000 and 40000 which I have not done. I reported these two transcation as the disputed one on 13/12/2008. On 15/10/2008 they charged back credit the amount to my card and told me that they will do the enquiry.

        On 13/12/2008 they debit the amount in my favour saying that that disputed transaction have been resolved. And it has been resolved in favour of bank means I am liable to pay that 76000/- amount. After that I called the executive many time asking the verification document done by ICICI. I want to know that what they have done as pat of the verification process.
        Since 15/1/2008 I am doing these but I have not received any document from ICICI department yet.
        On top of this on 8th Jan, 2009 they have generated my new statements and charging me interest on that 76000/- amount.

        Please advise what should I do in this case. I am sure I have not done this transactions.

        ICICI CREIT CARD — transaction dispute

        my self pooja, i have a credit card with icici bank,
        my card no[protected], credit card dept paid my lic pemium Rs.4889/- without my permission, my lic premiun due date was in aug, i have already paid my dues to lic, thats way double preimun was submitted in lic dept, icici credit card dept send me statement of dues Rs 4889 against payment, i called to custmer care & ask why u have pay my due, they tel me madam apne kaha tha, i told why shoukd i pay this amount, u have to take that amount from lic, i will sign any document regarding that, they dont have takn any action, right know icici bank make a case against me,
        pls take it serious our problems

        ICCI CREDIT CARD — Dispute for transaction

        An unauthorised transaction is happened from my credit card for an amount of Rs.24375 on 14 Nov 08.I make a call to customer care as soon as I knew about this.Bank requires 60 days time for the investigation and advice me to make payment before 5 Dec.Please give me your valuable advice about the steps to be taken

        Reg : Incorrect Statement for My Credit Card No. [protected]

        Dear Sir,

        I have been using your card no. [protected] from 2007.
        In the month of Nov 2008, the bank credited amount Rs 2481 from my account against the payment for Vodafone essar mobile. I checked with the Vodafone and found nothing has been received to them from my account. I complaint the same to ICICI. The bank corrected the same against my complaint no. SR90537727 in my next December Statement.

        Now in my next and current statement for the month of Jan 2009, the bank again added the above amount in my statement which I didn’t used.

        These is taking a long time kindly look into the matter and resolve this matter on priority basis otherwise I will stop the minimum payment for my usage.

        Hope for your quick and corrective action.

        Here is update on this. After adding the complain I got a response from head service quality people through mail. And they had sent me the documents (credit card receipts and invoice (bill from merchant)) few days back 20/04/2009.
        1. Signature present the receipts those are sent by bank to me, are not matching with my signatures.
        2. Invoice sent by the Bank is totally FAKE without my address and my name on the bills.

        I am interacting with Sheetal Thakur of HEAD SERVICE Qualit. I repeatedly asking the same questions to her and she is repeatedly sending the same mail to me again and again.

        On what basis these two transactions are reported in favour of bank.
        Sigh on the receipt are not matching with my signatures.
        Bill which you had sent to me is not in the name of my.

        I had reported these two transaction as disputed one’s before you had paid amount to merchant. Ideally you should have not paid to the merchant as once you got the receipts from mercent you should have matched the sigh which is not matching in this case. So ideally there should not be any payment from your side to merchant.

        Please clearly suggest on what basis these two transactions are reported in favour of bank.

        I dropped a cheque nr lalbunglow circle at icici bank atm, but the cheque got in clearing after one month, I called up the call centre but no response, I wrote a mail to icici care but only they reversed 50% charges, they promised me to send me the xerox of my cheque but havent sent. I was waiting for that cheque copy. but today I received another statement where I was charge 517 late payment charges over the amount 250/- which was the previous month late payment charges. I told ICICI care that I will pay after receiving my cheque xerox but yet no response I received. Totaly dissatisfied with their service

          Here is the text which was sent to ICICI BANK on 17th October 2008:

          Respected Kamath Sir,

          I bring it ur kind notice that Rs 70, 000 has been wrongly
          transferred to an account with Pune branch in the name Mr
          Gaurav Grover on 16th August. The amount actually was to be
          transferred to Mr Suarabh Agrahi from my account. I have
          requested Pune branch of ICICI Bank to revert the amount of
          Rs 70000 to my account at ICICI Bank, Trivendrum but so far it has not
          been done. I understand that two letters have been sent to
          Mr Gaurav Grover but there is no response from him. Further,
          his account with Pune branch has not been in operation since
          last more than one year & Mr Grover is probably not present
          in India.

          I, therefore request U, Sir to look into the matter and
          instruct the concerned officials to revert back the whole
          amount Rs 70000 in my account as more than one & half months
          has passed & I am loosing interest on this amount.

          Hope that an prompt action will be taken by bank.

          Susequent to above, lot of correspondence has taken place through e-mail with the bank as well as with wrong beneficiary, Mr Gaurav Grover. Mr Grover is not in India at the moment. His present contact no., his parent tel no & their address has also been passed on to ICICI Bank. Mr Grover has sent his consent twice for debit the amount from his account as the money doesn't belong to him. But ICICI Bank isn't doing the needful by transferring the amount to my account on the plea that bank needs written consent from the wrong beneficiary.
          ICICI bank representative has quoted honorable Supreme court judgement as per the following details:

          Dear Ms. Gupta,
          As discussed with you, please find the Supreme Court Judgement below.
          " The Supreme Court in Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd v.
          Attar-ul-Nisa (1967) 37 Comp case 62 (SC), the Supreme Court
          held that if a third party, by mistake deposits the money
          in the account of some other person, as soon as the money is
          deposited in the a/c of such third person, who is a
          customer of the bank, the money becomes the money of the
          customer, and it is not open to the bank in such
          circumstances without obtaining the consent of the customer,
          to reverse the entry of credit made in his a/c and in effect
          pay back the money to the person who had deposited it, even
          though it might have been deposited by mistake "

          The above judgement mentions deposit of money in third party's account by mistake & the same can be revert back after obtaining the consent of the customer.

          In my case the money was transferred on-line in wrong account & the same was bought to the bank notice immediately and bank put the money on lien. After lot of efforts, the wrong beneficiary was traced & pursued to do the needful. Accordingly, Mr Gaurav Grover (NRI) has sent his consent twice to bank through e-mail on-line to debit the amount from his account. Bank so far hasn't credit the amount in my account.

          Pl get my money back along with accured interest as on date.

          ICICI Bank should immediately revert back the money to the First party's account along with interest.
          Bank doesn't have any moral right to ho;d back the money.
          There is no justification for the same.
          The same incident happens for me too.
          But still didnt get any positive hope from ICICI Bank.

          ICICI Bank — Reverting back of money to the account

          I am a customer of ICICI bank. I tried to withdraw Rs. 2500 from SBI atm with my ICICI debit card. Transaction was not processed but the amount got debited from my ICICI savings a/c. Date of transaction was 5th of Apr '09. I registered a complaint with my bank for the same.Was told to wait for 8 working days. I contacted the bank back on 17th Apr '09 after the given time frame. Money was not yet credited to my a/c. ICICI told me to wait for another 8 working days as the request is with SBI. After this new time frame has passed I again contacted my bank and I was told to wait for 24 hours as they were going to initiate a CHARGEBACK and I'lll get my money within 24 hrs. Even after this my money wasnt credited back. I was told that again a request has been sent to SBI for the same. When I checked on 4th with my bank I was told that SBI has responded to credit back the amount on 7th of May '09. But by 8th May EOD also there was no credit. Again I had to raise a request and all the stuff for the same. Today on 12th of May I am told to wait for 12 more days. ..!! This is a sheer fun of RBI policies and the so said facilities customers are entitled to.

          I feel that interest need not be paid by the bank but amount must be paid fully.

          Yes, there is a loss of money(interest) for the first party because of the delay caused.
          But, Bank cannot have control on customers(third party) money trusting on just and email.

          Either, the third party must physically approve this or send a registered mail (since he is not available local) which is checked by Bank itself.

          Am talking for all o[censored]s here, Bank, with just an e-mail from an mail address cannot and should not take hold on the customers bank account and money. (when fraud and hacking is high, people can easily fool you).

          Yes, They Should return your money
          I was checking my bank account at 11am yesterday & found suddenly all my money have been transferred to that account online.Then I spoke to customer care & they advised me to lodge a complain in Preet Vihar police station.I did that .Then submit the copy of the police complain & incident letter to them.

          They are saying that investigation is in place & might take 30 days time.

          My money has been transferred to this account.

          ICICI Bank — Transfer of Funds without Customer consent

          Kind Attn: Chanda Kochar:

          I am having a saving account in ICICI bank, SD Road Secunderabad. I wanted to open an RD account in the name of my kid - Dishank. Bank authorities asked me to open a saving account to enable RD account. I requested them to take standing instruction to transfer from my salary saving accounts. After the eight months, I needed to take account statement for my visa, I found that the there were no transactions for the RD. I checked with the bank. They informed that the RD amount is not being transferred as Kid account did not have money.
          I have following observations:
          1. As the kid saving account was more of a dummy account, as I did not want to open saving for the kid. The standing instructions were to transfer the money from my saving account to kid RD account. For eight months, there was no transfer of funds and I was not even intimated about it in the last eight months.
          2. I went to bank to open an FD in the name of my kid - Dishank. Bank has taken chaque from me to transfer the money. I was contacted by Bank Executive that the FD is not possible because the money has been transferred to kid RD account.
          I have following points to make: If there was not even a communication about it, how can bank transfer the fund for different purpose without even asking for it from me?
          2. I have been contacting various people in bank. Everytime a different person gives me a call. I have to repeat the whole story to him/her.
          Now they are asking me that provide a proof that you have given standing instructions to transfer of money. I believe they do not even provide any acknowledgement for standing instructions. I have been completely frustrated.
          For me, this is diversion of funds - not being used for the intended purpose for which it was given. It was not a loan from the bank where bank had right about it.
          I request you to look into it and resolve the problem ASAP.

            I have been using ICICI bank Visa Platinum Card ( [protected]) for last many years. Recently I upgraded to Platinum Identity Card as I was told about its added benefits by your tele-sales lady. I was assured that Lounge facility at the airports will be free of charge with New card. (No. [protected])
            When I received the printed manual along with the card, I found that Lounge facility is not free but chageabe. I had specifically asked about the annual fees, which I was assured that if my transactions are above Rs. 1, 00.000/- per annum then I won't be charged any annual fee. Imagine my shock when I received the first statement ( Dated 08/01/2009), in which I was charged Rs. 2000/- as annual fee - 1st Year.I talked with your Representative on phone but he said that he was sorry but can not reverese these annual fee charges.
            I really feel cheated. My credit limit is the same. What is the advantage for me using this Platinum Identity Card? If I would have known earlier, that I will be cheated like this then I would not have gone for the new card at all. This kind of CHEATING is not at all expected of ICICI Bank. If an old customer like me is being treated like this, I can imagine the plight of new ones.
            I am in a mood to discontinue with your card if I don't ger a reversal of the annual fee. I will clear out the full balance (minus Rs. 2000/-) and tear my new and all old cards.

            what are the charges for using Lounge at Dubai for 5/6 hours ?

            How much is the extra for your service charges ?

            Why can't you reverse the wrong entry ?

            How can we surrender the card if services not found up to the mark ?
            I fully agree. I had similar experience but in a different way. Refuse the phone calls of ICICI platinum identity card promotional people and stay away from their cheap tricks.

              Re : Housing Loan a/c No. LBNAG[protected]

              I have taken one home loan for rs.6, 23, 040 from ICICI Bank, Nagpur for 180 months (15 years) @ 9.50% interest rate and after that they have increased rate of interest. Today I received one SMS to my mobile No. [protected] stating that your rate of interest is reduced by 0.50% from Jan. 2009. Revised rate is 13% and term is 302 months.

              In this connection I would like to inform you that I have taken loan for 15 years (180 months) and not 302 months. but they were increased rate of interest and also the term which I am not understanding. I have taken only rs.6, 23, 040 and my present monthly instalment is Rs.6883/- per month and if I pay this amont for 302 months the total amount comes to morethan 20 lakhs. How it is possible. I request your replay at the earliest.

                Dear Concerned

                Ref Ref SR88933586 i have applied for DDA(APPLICATION NO#0379724) via DDA Registration Money Financing Scheme however after rigorous follow up with ICICI BANK Officials i came to know that i need to get in touch with DDA Authority if the same is not enrolled on the website, Moreover i received a call from Regional Sales Manager Mr. K. Abir of ICICI BANK stating that they have already deposited the application to DDA. i tried to make him understand that how can it possible that you have deposited the Application and same is not registered and enrolled on DDA site wherein i have already checked on the site and it was very clearly reflecting as "NO RECORD FOUND".and also we believe what we see as a verdict.

                Now i think this is just like washing their hands when there is some fault from there or DDA Authority end. However if these people would have registered then why it was not enrolled, secondly it seems that these guys are pretending and are not transparent while resolving customer querry and are imposing all the faults on the customer head that we have to get in touch with DDA for clarification. Moreover as a matter of ethics we have depsoited the application to there bank as finance and not to DDA wherein these people have taken the sole charge & responsibility for depositing it to DDA on our behalf and get the same enrolled to DDA. This been more than 2 months that these guys are giving excuses and pretending just like government offices and babus... My only queery iwas why my DDA APPLICATION is not registered on it ?and if so why my interest amount is not returned to me if it is not registered.

                Also need to understand what does it mean"Customers to go to DDA and clarify" well was there any intimation send to usby them? Answer is no and this is what we get to know from DDA site wherein it was very clearly mentioned that in case there is any mismatch then we need to take the clarification from bank authority itself.What about people who do not have internet access at all? How they will get the information. Thinking logically finally its the customer who is looser and sufferer. For charging Interest amount of 5990 rs# for Registration money.Was that not there responsibility to intimate the customer about the same if the Application is not enrolled or send to DDA .

                Secondly when they have not send the application to DDA then there is no question of taking interest amount for which they have not provided the loan, since application was not send to DDA and the entire money is in there pocket ie 150000 registration amount is not given to DDA against that application. Moreover when we are paying interest amount in advance for Financing of registration money its there reponsibility to submit the same to DDA and DDA should have enroll in it for draw its not my fault to interact with DDA Authority and if so then you should better not take the responsibility to deposit the application on our behalf.Also in future its better to deposit the same directly to DDA Authority wherein atleast we will be assured that my application will processed and enrolled.

                Surprisingly it was not even send to DDA for enrollment and no further intimation has been send & as result of which all my dreams shattered and i loose the trust which i have been assured while applying for Financing with ICICI BANK by there executive that we will receive the intimation about the same. Is this type of services and resolution we are seeking from such a big private bank? Sorry to say but i cant expect this type of resolution from such a big bank with no work seems like washing their hands when there is something rediculous from there end.

                Request you to please intervene into the matter and take some legal steps against these culprits and as a matter of ethics i would only request that atleast i receive the compensation amount against these careless acts which is not justifiable because i strongly belives the laws and constitution of my country.

                  Respected Sir,

                  I am Digvijay Nath Mishra. I applied for a loan in ICICI Bank, SHAHIBAD Branch at 15.5% rate of interest and 60 month of tenor period. And, I received documents from ICICI Bank showing rate of interest 20.25% & 48 Month of tenor period. Same I discussed to Mr. Ankur Singh, Loan Department, ICICI Bank, SHAHIBAD. Mr. Ankur Singh agreed to close my Loan account. Same day I filled a form to close my loan account, according to instruction given by Him. Mr. Ankur Singh promised me "your loan account will be closed within a week".

                  I shocked by a SMS from "ICICI HFC" received on Dated 4th Nov 10:54 AM that "EMI for Rs 15282.00 towards your Loan A-c LPDEL[protected] will be presented for clearing on the 05th of every month. Pls ensure you a-c is funded adequately”. I presented the same to Mr. Ankur Singh, ICICI Bank. He said you Deducted amount will be revert back, closing process is on progress,



                  Sir, Now ICICI bank has deducted three EMI of Indian Rupees 15282.00 in NOV-2008, DEC 2008 and JAN 2009 from my saving account.



                  ICICI Bank Executive & Customer Care is not taking my problem seriously. My humble requests to you please look in this matter and solve my problem.

                    i have credit card no. [protected] and paying within time limit whatever was dues. but without my permission they made my payment in installment and after all last payment i made full as per my bill. but the next bill i found with late fee 600/- and installment of 400/- with other charges. meanwhile i make payment to TATASKY for rs 1000/- and they make total bill around 2800/-. when i try to discussed with helpline they didnt respond. now still they sending me bill of regularly and taday i received bill for rs. 8048.47. when i was suppose to pay rs 1000/- only.

                    ICICI bank is a Violator of guidelines issued by RBI. Despite no. of complaints no action has been taken against the defaulter bank. Mr. Rao do something for Aam Aadmi also. You r an outstanding RBI Governor.

                      The payment for EMI has been ALREADY MADE from ACCOUNT NUMBER 12151 of CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, BRANCH-FEROZEPUR CANTT, PUNJAB on DECEMBER 5, 2008. The transaction amount was Rs. 3151. I have been continuously receiving calls from your Delhi office that the payment has not been made and they have been sending their recovery agents at my place without any cause. The DETAILED STATEMENT carrying Payment Details have been TWICE provided to the different recovery agents sent by your bank. Please RE-CORRECT your Management Information System/Person Concerned about the payment which has already been made for the Personal Loan Account number LPFER[protected] and take the suitable action regarding the above stated problem.

                      Personal Loan — PERSONAL EMI - PAYMENT

                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                      My personal loan a/c no. is 10806982.
                      The EMI cheque for the month of April 09 was returned due to insufficient funds.
                      Afterwards, your executive had collect that EMI is cash from me.
                      On same day that returned cheque was redeposited from your bank and got clear.
                      It means in the month of April, I had paid two EMIs.
                      Your bank had first told me that they made refund and amount after deducting bank charges deposited to my savings account.
                      Evenafter15 days there is no deposit to my account.
                      Afterwards they had said that a DEMAND DRAFT is made on my name and send it to me.
                      which is still not received from my side.
                      I had send mails to your executives about the matter and even regular telephonic talk with them but still I don't have the details whether the DD had send or return to the bank, if send on which address it is send, by which courier it send, nothing.

                      Please do the needful.

                        I am having Salary account in Noida Sec61 branch. I tried

                        withdrawing money from my debit card from other bank ATM ( Punjab national Bank ATM at MIG

                        Flats Market, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi -110027)on 5th Dec, 2008

                        First I tried withdrawing Rs 8000/- Money didn't come nor did ATM slip but transaction

                        timed out message dispayed on ATM machine
                        I again tried withdrwaing Rd 8000 but same thing happened.

                        Immediatley after that I recievd two SMS( at 11hrs 43 min 32 sec & 11 hrs 45 min 13 sec)
                        on my mobile that each mentioning that Rs 8000 has been debited from myaccount . On

                        checking my account statement online, i verified the sane, and logged comliant with ICICI

                        SR 88545774 on 5th dec 2008 and i was assured that request will be procesed in 8 working

                        days. Again i followed up and this time on 18th Dec 2008 i recived mesage that " We have

                        initated a chargeback process on paying bak for Rs 5000" requesting me to wait for 12 more

                        days. I followed up with cistomer care and they said that SMS of Rs 5000 ( instead of Rs

                        16000) was sent by mistake and siad that it would max be done by Jan 03 2009. I logged a

                        call again on 07 Jan 2009 SR 92288441 but still nothing has been done
                        Its been more than a month that my Rs 16000 is stick up
                        Kindly arrange to get it released with confirmation to me immediately as I can't affoerd

                        further delay
                        I live in Indira Nagar in Bangalore. The Primary USP of ICICI bank was the large number of ATMs spread throughout the city. But their new ploy seems to be to close all the ATMs and just keep the ATMs near the Bank branch open. What is the purpose of ATMs when you have to go all the way to the bank just to access the ATM. And of late the frequency of ATMs having no cash is increasing alarmingly. It is either that or there is no power at the ATMs. How is it possible that none of the four ATMs in the Kormangala branch had cash today morning? This is very irritating!!!

                        I had an account in ICICI Bank & I did an ATM withdrawl from CITIBANK ATM on 8th Feb 2009 at about 6.30pm.But there is some problem with that CITIBANK ATM of Sector-18 Noida, I was Rs 12000/-withdrawn from that ATM, but I was able to collect 5000/- Rs.only, and rest 7000/- Rs.taken back by ATM and my withdrawl slip showed 12000/- Rs debited. I had complaint on Citibank customer care, they told me, they can't do any help of me. I had complaint on My bank(ICICI Bank) Customer Care, he told me that I am forwarding you compain (SR[protected], we will get back to you after 8 working days. After 8 working days, when I contact customer care, they told me your amount can't refund. But I debate they said, we will foward your compain (SR[protected] to higher authorities. Please advice me what should i do now, so that I can get back my money

                        I am having my salary account on ICICC bank in chennai.On 1st of April 2009 i used citibank ATM and tried to get Rs 9000 but the message i got from ATM is "Machine is temporarily out of service".But the next day when i checked my account in internet banking it said the amount got withdrawn.Then i called customer i launched a complain on this with SR[protected], the reply i got was it would take 8 working days to process.Then on 16th April 2009 i got a message "We have initiated a charge back process and it would take 12 working days to process".This is absolutely ridiculous that my money of Rs 9000 which is being struck in bank people.We are from middle class family and each penny is earned from our hard work and when someone cheats us it is very bad.Please help me in this regard...

                          I had a ICICI Gold Credit Card and after using it for some months, I plan to close the card. During that time I had a balance which I couldn't pay fully and visited the Bank and they negotiated the amount and given the "letter of settlement" with some reduced amount. I then paid and got the reciept and this happened on 31 Mar 2008.

                          From the next month itself, I got the reminder through email / SMS saying the balance amount to be paid. I called the customer care and they said it is automatic for 3 months after that it will stop. Even I still got it till today, and on October 29, 2008 they simply deducted the balance amount of Rs.5765 from my savings account and didn't inform me via any kind of communication. After massive follow-ups with emails and phone calls, they returned the amount completely after 2.5 months and I still getting the payment reminder phone calls / SMS even though the Bank said the Account was zeriosed.

                          Really ICICI Bank is cheating even you think you settled the Credit Card as their software is a CORRUPT one as well as their customer service meaning no body of them know who is currently handling any of the request as they only know the status of an issue.

                          Worst bank to deal with is ICICI Bank.

I got a call from ICICI bank regarding the transaction which is held against my card on 17th Sept 2008. These were 3 air tickets booking. It was not done by me so I told him to block my card immediately and I have asked him what I have to do now? So he told me that, sir don’t worry I will put your request for dispute. So he raised the dispute request (SR[protected] for these 3 transactions and bank received the money back for third transaction.

                            I have also put the request in Samta Nagar Police station for the same. But still there is no result.

                            And I am also receiving the statements from the ICICI bank for the payment of these transactions.

                            I need your help and guidance what I have to do now, because I have not done these transactions and bank is forcefully asked the payment of these transactions. This incident is affecting my personal life.Sir I am in big tension since last three and half month.

                            I have also forwarded the booking details to ICICI Bank that i have received from travelguru.com, but still there is no response from the bank.

                              I am really scared with this. On wensday I hava called from Bhandarkar rd branch, Pune ragarding collection of pay order. Wen I reached to the bank, they (MS. Poonam) told me. Your pay order haven't received yet. Huh!!!.

                              This is second time I am writing complaint against branch, still not have positive feedback from these guys. Even if you guys doesn't make any sense for complaint, Do I need file the case against branch in court on coming sat OR go to Media.

                              What the careless these guys are!!!

                              i was used the icici credit card, and i closed my credit card in the month of dec 08. for this i issue 3 pdc cheque to icici bank.
                              first 2 cheques are deposit and the amt debit from my s/b account.
                              but the last cheque they missed out and they r not deposit to bank. reg this i m not getting any info thro mail / or mobile sms alert also.

                              after 2 months suddenly they block my s.b account and with out any info to me, they took my entire salay amount.

                              u just think of my situvation on this month.

                              even i approch bank in-person and sent n no of mails there is no proper reply.

                              they r not ready to accept their mistake, they simply said, cheque bounce, i check internet bank / its shows the cheque status is "UNUSED" CONDITION.

                              TILL DATE THERE IS NO REPLY.

                              I LOOSE MY MONEY.
                              THERE IS NO DIFFERECE BETWEEN THEIF AND ICICI BANK.


                              STUPIDE BANK, FRAUD BANK, CHEATING BANK IN INDIA IS ICICI BANK ONLY.

                              PLEASE DONT HAVE ANY ACCOUNT IN ICICI. I[censored] HAVE PLEASE CLOSE UR ACCOUNT AND BETTER OPEN THE ACCOUNT IN INDIAN BANK,

                                I am having credit card no.[protected]. I surprising to see the credit card statements for the last two months that I am dropping the cheque to your ICICI ATM, but it is going to clear only after 10 to 13 days, in meanwhile my minimum amount due date also passes. Finally, it will attract late fee charges & interest charges and also loosing interest free period. I want to know why it is much delaying on clearing the cheques (normally it is going to be clear within 1 or 2 working days), the same was already brought to notice to your call centre executives. But, till now I have not received any clarification on this issue.

                                Being one of the private largest bank, i opted for your credit card. It will be appreciated take up this matter as urgent so that I can remitt the part payment immediately and request you to waiver of late fee charges and interest calculation etc.,

                                I too agree with this complaint, if card holders are dropping the cheques in ICICI ATM's, why it will be delay on clearing i.e., 10-13 days. It clearly says that the bank intensionly going penalise the card holders i.e., late fee & interest etc.,
                                I think on every due date an employee frm ICICI bank credit card should call the customer and confirm the payment and mode of payment... so that they can have a track on what mode the customers are making a payment... If this is done the said issue wouldn't have arrised at all...

                                  I was holding a EMI card which I never used. According ICICI EMI card, a transaction around 8000/- Rs had been done on the card. When I received first statement, I cancel the cards and asked company to investigate the issue. Company has sent me the xerox copy of the transaction and asks me pay the bill. I requested company to instigate the issue sincerely as I had not done the transaction. So instead of investigating and finding out the root cause company has keep me sending bill which 16000 Rs. then after they had reduce it approximately 13000/- From last month recovery agent is call me now and then and asking me to pay the bill. They are testing me potions. Today, what I decided is to go on consumer court and file a complain.

                                    this is to inform you that i have not received the last monthly statement and so will be charged the late payment fees. if you would take the care of going through my past payment records you will find that i clear my dues in full every month. it may be reffered in this regard that i was charged late payment fees couple of months ago in spite of my payment on the last date.
                                    i do not have the time to pursue such irregularities, but i will manage a time to convey my intent of discontinuation of my card if the above mentioned irregularities are not rectified within this week. you must be knowing that i am working in RBI, and if i want i can seriously give the complaints a grave colour.
                                    pl communicate your steps over my cell no.[protected],[protected] positively within this week or else i'll cancel my card.

                                    ICICI Credit cards — non recipt of monthly statements

                                    since four months i am not receving statements, i have been complained this problem on phone banking but there is no chnage the service.
                                    since from last three months iam not received my creditcard monthly statement, now adays iam not received a sms mesage from icici bank credit card amount due,

                                    in the last date i cannot give cheque, if iam paid in cash cover, you people charging penalty of RS-100, this way is not create good opinion in customer side, iam also want to closed the credit card, so pls give clear instructon, how to close, in mean time, icici lambard insurance policy imade in credit card in emi system, how to settle that amount .

                                    My e-mail address is noted on capital letters whereas my email address should be in small font, that's why i am not receiving the email statment in my mail. Further the monthly statements are also not received regularly, I did not receive the statement for December also. Please send a copy of November statement an statement of the current month

                                    Credit card payment — non receipt of Statement for the month of May

                                    I intimated the change of address to the concerned of Citi Bank Chennai office and I received a couple of bills in my address. A couple of days before, some body from a courier office called me and told me that, they had to reach me my statment and confirmed the address.

                                    Today I got a message fromt he citi alert stating that, mys tatment has gone back due to the non avilability of the addres.

                                    This is nothing but a sheer negligence and irresponsiblity of thecourier people and iwill not be responsible forthe delay in payment due to the non receipt of the documents which Iam eligible for.

                                    An damages causing due to the non receipt of the statment will be at your cost and if you debit my account with any penal charges for the above, I will be forced to approch the cometnent authority for getting justiice.
                                    i too am not reciving any statments from thebank. As per mobile alerts
                                    and sms i have been paying all the amounts due at time. never i have delayed
                                    payments later than the due date. Yet, i have been charged simple fee in outstanding
                                    balances and service tax thereon. i have contacted to the customer care many times,
                                    but they put on hold for a almost more than 20-25 minutes. i hav also dropped
                                    letter alongwith the cheque payment to forward me the hard copy of the statement.
                                    i hav requested for transaction wise details, specially with indian railways, for
                                    claiming the refund against LTC etc., however the same is not recived and transactions
                                    on sms are charged at more rates than the original ticket amount.
                                    please arrange to dispatch the hard copy of last 10-12 transactions, of sept.2009
