ATM charges reversal

Sir,
I am an ICICI Bank account holder. My account number is[protected]. When I opened the account I was told that I can use any bank`s ATM without paying any ATM charges. So whenever I used any other banks ATM, ICICI Bank charged some ATM charge but at the end of each quarter they reversed the ATM charges subject to maintenance of a minimum balance of Rs. 10000.

I received a call from ICICI first saying that i have been sanctioned a sum of 25 Lakhs without the need to produce any document and i can avail them in the next 6 months. I am the CEO of Helios Outsourcing and am fully aware of the service levels that is expected in a call centre of your nature and the service I receive is simply no where in comparison. I have imint card issued by icici bank & it is claim by that it's India's largest point sysytem.

I have issue imint card for point accumlated in my icici bank credit card my imint card no is [protected].

wrong billing of tata tele no.the no is somebody else

i had icici credit card no [protected].in month of apr 07, there started the probelm of billing of tata tele visa bill. i told them that i donot have tata no and i am wrongly billed. but to no awail. i requested them no of times at there helpline.but couldnot get reply/i told them to settle the account, but they least bothered. at last they had freezed my salary account. please guide me what to do in future....

Rules regarding credit card payments not made clear by the Company

Hi, I have an ICICI Bank Credit card, and was due to make a payment on 3rd September 2008. I dropped a cheque for the entire amount at one of the ATM drop box on 1st September, 2008.
