Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been issued ICICI credit Card: XXXX XXXXXX X5005 (On-line) in Nov 2008. I have not used this card for purchase of any ICICI product or did not fill / sign any form. The card was safe in a locker. Nobody else has access to the card. I have never provided card details to anyone on phone or internet. Thus there are no chances of getting the card details such as card number, CVV number, and expiry date etc.
On 11/12/2008 I got 4 SMS for following transactions
Transaction 1: 1101-00 on 11/12/2008 ICICI Prudential 6.31 PM
(declined as self preset limit was low)
Transaction 2: 4300-00 on 11/12/2008 ICICI Prudential 6.46 (paid)
Transaction 3: 1101-00 on 11/12/2008 ICICI Prudential 6.50
(declined as self preset limit was low)
Transaction 4: 1101-00 on 11/12/2008 ICICI Prudential 7.11 PM
(declined as self preset limit was low)
None of the above transactions were done by me or authorized by me.
I called up the call center as soon as I realized foul play and blocked the card.
I called up at ICICI Prudential customer care & personally visited branch. No record of policy on my name found. They could not give satifactory answer w.r.t. above transactions. Why I should suffer ???????? I gave written application at ICICI Prud., Dadar, Mumbai- 400014 branch. Also, sent fax message on 66466683.
Please investigate this dispute and provide me with a written statement of the outcome.
