Hi Sir,

I have one ICICI Bank Account at Gurgaon with number[protected]. There was around 27000 balance as of today at 4 PM. Suddently I have seen an amount of 26,478/- is debited against one credit card number [protected], which credit has not been received by me till date and I am not owning such a credit card.

When I called the customer care they are simply telling so many numbers to call but no number is picking up.

I request you to immediately intervene in the matter and do the needful to get the amount of Rs.26,478/- credited to my account back immediately.

I opened one current account at borivali west , but after some days i found that icici had opened another branch very conveniently situated near to my work place in borivali east .
I went to Borivali west br. of ICICI and gave them letter to cancel my account , I received signature as acknowledgement from their staff dtd. 04/01/07 on my copy of that letter. There after l went to icici borivali east branch and i received signature from them as I forwarded to them again copy of that letter.
I sent e-mail to their officeand copy ofthat forwarded to borivalieast office with geting acknowledgement.I requested several times to borivali west staff.
I am 64 years of age and unable to visit to icici west br. to follow the matter . Although I visited there they told me to write agin to bank manager . Other branch must coordinate with previous one
I received call from dadar branch of theirs and they said that they run collection department . I reolied them of my status that i needed cancellation of my account as soon as possible.
On top of this I am getting bank statement sas if I need to run the account. They are ignorant to letter they have acknowledged for substantial time, I have never expected such kind of service

I have purchase N-70 music adition Nokia Handset, on 28-DEC-2008 from FUTURE BAZAR and till a am not getiing, then i have cancelled my purchase requiredment due to my order not flow in Future Bazar Sustem.
And 10,800 rupees amount has already cut my credit account, till iI contect to Future Bazar reply me we have not recieved amount from ICICI credit card,
Please send me details for this probblem and payment statement,
Kindly attand my problem and give me feedback.

    Hi ,

    This is with reference to the personal loan I had applied with your bank.(ICICI)
    Mr. Mahendran collected all my documents on 30th Oct for the personal Loan. On 2nd November night I got a call from Mahendran stating the cheque has been dispersed from ICICI bank and it would reach me via courier in two days time. On 5th evening I called Mr. Mahendran and informed that I haven’t received the cheque. He then asked me to wait till evening for an update. He then called me in the evening to check if I received the cheque. I then told him I Haven’t received it, so he provided me with the Telephone num of ICICI to check on the status. From then I am in touch with Customer care for an update. I spoke to Sunitha the agent who was rude. Hence I advised to put me across to manager. Then Sirisha the manager who took over the call from then set all incorrect expectations with me. She said she would revert to me in 2 days with an update. I did wait for her call but she dint return to my call. I had to call ICICI CC to get through her again and then she promised a follow up call back in the evening on Saturday. Again she failed to do so. New week and a Monday (12/11/2007) I had to call ICICI CC and finally got through Sirisha. She then was blaming the Rep Mr. Mahendran stating he is responsible for my cheque and she is not responsible. I then explained to her that all are working for ICICI hence all should be co-operative and help a customer to get the issue resolved. She then was arguing on the cal. I have recorded all the conversation had with customer care. I got a call from Mahendran yesterday (12/11/2007) who gave me the courier details with the guy carrying the courier and his number. He also provided with office number of the courier. Mean time I got a cal from Kavitha from Team United express courier who informed me that in 1hr my cheque will be delivered at home. Since 10days my parents are at home waiting for the same. I did get a call from Ashwni on Monday from Mumbai ICICI bank who did give me the same info. The courier guy’s mobile number given by kavitha was not reachable at any point of time. I did call ICICI bank and Kavitha and I informed the same. The ICICI managers also tried to reach him but in vein. Kavitha still promised me that it would be delivered in the evening. Finally I got through laxmanan who was carrying my courier. I asked him for it then he gave me a Number to call and the guys name is Shankar. This guy never picks up the call. Finally I got through him and he said he would deliver it by 8pm..After 8pm I tried calling him but he does not pick up the call.

    Today (13/11/2007) I did call ICICI bank and escalated the issue. Post lunch I got a call from Kavitha from the courier who was very rude and informed me that my mother has signed and taken the cheque 10days ago. My mother has not collected it at all. I asked for POD then she said it’s been signed by my mother. I spoke to Mr. Suboth (Manager in the courier firm) When I said I am coming to his office to check the POD he was avoiding me and telling me not to come. I asked him to send the POD as email then he says there is no power at his place. I did communicate the same to Ashwini the manager from Mumbai branch, Mahendran and his manager. Then they asked me to come to ICICI bank BOMANAHALLI. I met Mr. Shastry the Ops Manager who also spoke to the courier guys who were carrying the courier after taking the number from me. They both confirmed that they haven’t delivered it at my place and it’s been returned to the courier office.
    Then Mr. Shastry called Mr. Suboth who was not sure what he is talking about. Now he says he is not sure if the cheque is delivered or it’s misplaced in his office. So Shastry asked for POD even then he denied to send it.

    Finally Mr. Shastry informed me that either the cheque will be delivered to me by tomorrow morning (14/11/2007) 10am or he would deposit the cheque at CITIBANK directly by (14/11/2007) 5PM. I would wait for his response till tomorrow COB.
    I have taken an off from my work place yesterday and today for this issue. The amount I wasted making calls to ICICI bank customer care, calling Mumbai and Hyderabad numbers to get through managers is huge amount. The stress and mental tension caused by the bank and the courier to my parents and me. Finally the amount I paid for my taxi to shuttle from one branch to another to get an update.

    I would like to hear from some of the manager on the same at the earliest. I am looking forward for compensation for all the inconvenience caused all these days for no fault of mine. I had applied Loan to complete the house construction. As I dint get the Amount on time the contractor has stopped the construction which is caused a huge inconvenience to us.

    I don't have words to say something about ICICI bank, the worst bank in india for providing geniune service to customers. I am sure you guys always loose money with ICICI bank and its a big pain to NRIs.

    I brought a home loan an year ago for the amount of 10, 00, 000 rs, now i am seeing 10, 28, 500 in my online bank account. They were saying the extra amount is providing Lombard Insurance. I never requested for that insurance, they added it for automatically with out asking me. They didn't send even one email or message alert. I started communicating with them from feb 2009 - its almost mid of May 2009, i hope they will solve my problem by end of year.

    I am searching for ICICI bank directors or GM email address, i need to escalate the issue upto them otherwise it may not solve in comming months. Because i sent a min of 25 emails to customer service so far.

    Anways Guyz - please let me know if you find any ICICI bank directors emails id.

    ICICI Personal Loan Division — Fraud Signature

    The Bank had altered the Most Important Terms & Conditions(Bank's Copy) pre-clousure charge of 2% to 5% and had put my fraud counter signature for validation. Whereas I am having the Most Important Terms & Conditions(Customer's Copy) where pre-clousure charge is only 2%. Kindly Guide me for appropriate steps to be taken against the Bank

    defence — missing amount from ICICI bank

    sir my acount no in ICICI bank is[protected] at bathinda in Punjab. there were Rs 75,554 in my account as per statement of account 31 jan 09.My wife went to ATM Machine of vijaya bank on 2 feb 09 at 1716h she received ruppes 12000 at first withdrawl command.she again gave the withdrawl command of Rs12000 at 1724h but she did not receive any amount and receipt from the ATM machine but the amount get dedected from my account. then i gave the witten complaint to ICICI bank coustomer care SR No 95434021dt 03 Feb 09, again i gave the complaint no 99079417 dt 06 mar 09.third srl no 99403406 dt 09 Mar 09,fourth Srl No[protected] dt 06 Apr 09 Fifth Srl No[protected] Apr 07 . The bank was promising every time that your amount will be caraditrd in your account but till date No Action has been taken by the bank for crediting of my aamount .
    I have number of proof for not withdrawl of amount from the bank

      I am a serving Army officer presently posted at College of Military Engineering, Pune and shifted to Pune in June, 07 from Bangalore. I have been subject of a fraud at the hands of ICICI bank. I hold an account with ICICI Bank at Hissar (Haryana Branch) as I was posted at Hissar from Jan 2002 to May 2004. I have never been to Hissar since May 2004 as I was transferred to Bangalore from Hissar, and then in 2007 (after three years) got posted to Pune. I was operating this account for primarily paying bills through cheques and online internet bill payments etc.

      I hold an ATM card of the bank with me which is valid for another decade or so. Now ICICI informs me that a new Grid based card has been issued to me which could not be delivered to you as I stay in Army Colony and couriers are not allowed inside.

      I informed them to send the ATM card to any ICICI Bank and I would collect the same from the given address. Then ICICI informs that the ATM card has been sent back to parent branch in Hissar and I collect it from them. So I informed them that I am located at Pune, please send the card in Pune. Now ICICI says that the card has been destroyed. So I was satisfied.

      But on 29th October 2007, I find that two withdrawls of Rs 2522/- and 22522/- have taken place from my account. I ask ICICI about it and I am informed that these are ATM withdrwal from a non-ICICI bank. I ask them to refund the money as I have not authorised the withdrawls. They said that they will revert with fraud investigation after 34 days and registered a complaint SR 43001554 and now they say that money will not be refunded. I have lodged an FIR with Bhosari, Police Station, Pune with inward number 9524/2007 dated 30 Oct 2007.

      I am sitting in Pune and money has been withdrawn from Hissar AXIS bank ATM (as per information of ICICI bank). The ATM card issued without my authorisation and then not delivered to me. And then money withdrawl from Hissar where the ATM card was finally lodged and allegedly destroyed by ICICI. All point to a major security breach at ICICI and they are not responding to any of my queries. I tried talking to the bank but I got a reply that speak to customer care. And customer care is just repeating one fact that the card has been destroyed and there is no other card.

      I am attaching all the transcripts of the emails (after my mobile numbers) that I have transacted with ICICI on their Infinity banking site.

      I have all the details with me in hard copy too and also the FIR copy with police station. I am located in Pune and would be willing to hand over documents if you so desire.

      When someone defaults on payments to ICICI, he gets beaten up or even killed and here a customer has suffered loss at the hands of ICICI and can not do anything about it. All he gets is a two liner reply. Please help me in getting my money back from ICICI.

      I have already wasted a lot of time and effort in filing an FIR and then talking to ICICI customer care and even visiting their branches but to no avail. I hope something can be done. It is really frustrating dealing with ICICI bank. I have become quite paranoid about money, and it has just destroyed my mental peace and affecting my health too. Also I have wasted a lot of time in sending emails, going to the ICICI bank, police station for filing the complaint and also talking to ICICI customer care which put you in a loop. Please help me.

      It is really sad that a bank of your repute has some bad hats. I have suffered a huge monitary loss for no fault of mine. I have my debit card with me and have never disclosed the pin. Actually I have hardly ever used it for withdrawl of moneys from ATM. This was used for Internet transaction authorisation both in Bangalore and here in Pune for payment of Bills or otherwise.

      I am not able to fathom the amount of security leaks at your Hissar Branch, that all the details have been revealed and also a debit card either the one that you said in your mails that has been destroyed was never actually destroyed. I would like to know whether you actually destroy a card or just erase its contents, what is the surety that the contents were erased???

      And if you physically destroy the card, what if it is not destroyed and lands in someone else's hands who happens to be an insider and knows all the details like PIN etc. from the main server or database.

      I want all these questions answered. It is my hard earned money which has gone in minutes.

      The fraudulent transaction has taken place at Hissar, EXIM bank. And my account is with Hissar ICICI bank. Naturally someone insider has done this job. Can we really trust you with our money in this way? I am at Pune and transaction takes place at Hissar....

      I have been a regular customer of ICICI bank, both debit and credit card but I never thought that I can be duped of my hard earned money like this. Also I have never defaulted on any payment schedule. I am a customer of ICICIdirect too for a long time, 2001-02. I thought that you value relationship but I am disappointed.

      I was given to understand that I will get a resolution in a day but I had to ring up the customer care and again go through the full rigmarole of explaining to a plethora of customer care executives to reach the manager for an answer of EXIM bank and no resolution of complaint. It is a fault of your system, I have my card with me, someone has done the fraud at the location of the bank. Had it happened in Kerala, then it would have been different. But it happened in Hissar , even a kid would put two and two together and say that there is somthing seriously amiss in your Hissar Branch.

      I have lodged a complaint with Bhosari Police Station, Pune for unauthorised transaction in my account. I have also contacted the Cyber Crime Cell for advise and if required I shall not hesitate to go to consumer court for redressal of complaint. You are custodians of our money and also the data. If I am in possession of my ATM card how could someone get a duplicate of it??? It is a serious lapse. I had heard that such things used to happen in the West that Debit cards are cloned but never thought that happening in India and that too Hissar. Or it is the Grid Card falling in wrong hands???

      I want resolution of the complaint at a quicker pace. So I would request you to act in an appropriate manner.

      Your response is just great, a two liner stating that photos of the person who has fraudulently withdrawn money are not available thus money can not be refunded. You, who profess customer relations, did not even bother to go into details that the customer is a reputed Army Officer with absolute clean track record of a more than five years of banking with you. If this is what you do to your trusted customer, I really can not fathom your response to general public. I had thought that you would go all the way to find how it happened but you have just done a lip service, probably your bank has become large and unwieldy, kind of going out of control.

      I also thought that you would initiate an inquiry and try to find the security breach but your operators are stating that there is no duplicate card. I had stated earlier that the card is held with me in my person and while I am in Pune the money has been withdrawn from an AXIS Bank ATM in Hissar. On the day of the transaction 29 Oct, 07, I had requested your ICICI Customer manager that I am willing to show the card to any bank in Pune, as I am stationed in Pune, but I was told that we believe you. And now, you say that that the card is unique and can not be duplicated.

      I state that the breach is at your bank and it is major security breach. I also state that I have trusted the money with you, I have trusted my details with you and you have compromised the details for this fraudulent transaction.

      True the PIN is with me but it has to be in your system too, otherwise how would one log into IVR by PIN and ATM card number. Now for an ATM transaction, both are required that is the card and also the PIN. If the fake card has been generated after obtaining my details from your bank, then why not the PIN. But the Card is unique as told to me by your operators, then major security breach is from your bank that someone has stolen my account details and generated a fake card. And the reason that the card has been used in Hissar also points in the same direction.

      Another small but very important issue, what is more serious security breach the DUPLICATE ATM CARD or PIN???? A hardware has been generated and used. I am not aware but it would require my account details and certain security features to access my account, how these details have been obtained by the fraudster??? The finger points to your Hissar bank. Now if he can obtain such classified details and also the security features of the card, is PIN a difficult job for him??? I hope you understand.

      Also why have you generated the GRID Based Card without my request?? When the present card is valid till 2016, what was the need to generate another card?? There are many questions which I would like you to answer.

      But first you must recognise this as a major security breach and initiate measures to avoid further frauds of this nature. Second I would like you to initiate enquiry at the highest level of your fraud control division and refund my hard earned money. Always remember, the justice is gradual. I can approach Sessions Court, then High Court and then Supreme Court. Just a tinpot enquiry can not say that the money shall not be refunded. You have more liability in protecting my money. You must institute measures for safe banking.

      Now if passive investigation has not been successful then do pro-active investigation. You enable my card and then keep the same in a vault in any ICICI bank, under lock and key. The individual would again try to use the dupliacte card and my point that there is a duplicate card and a mojor security lapse would be proved. But then you should be willing to accept that such a thing is possible. Now for no fault of mine I have lost a sizeable sum of 25044/-.

      Another small observation, if I have to withdraw 25000/- why would I withdraw in two installments, I am a netbanking customer with a number of net transactions, would I not be aware of the balance in my account and why would I waste Rs 22/- in the second transaction.

      If you look at the withdrawl pattern, the person has withdrawn Rs. 2522/- first and then 22522/- after checking the balance and he has been in the ATM for more than eight minutes. If you can not find the identity of the person from AXIS bank why have you tied up with them for ATM withdrawl?? You should have ensured compatible service standards before allowing such a tieup.

      I would like the enquiry to be escalated to the highest level and also would want a direct telephone number of the person incharge. I would also want the telephone number of your IT manager. I have wasted a lot of money in telephone calls to your operators and explaining all the details time and time again. It is really taking a toll on my health, it is raising my blood pressure and causing mental agony to me. The frustration in getting to the right person aggravates my condition of high blood pressure. This is the service of ICICI bank, this is your committment. You make a person fall into a loop to avoid liabilities.

      I would request an elaborate investigation of the incident with detailed report on all facets.

      BANGALORE: Rs 14.31 lakh was stolen from an ICICI bank ATM in ATR complex in Murugeshpalya. On June 15, Rs 14, 30, 400 was loaded into the ATM machine. The following day, it was discovered that the money was stolen. However, the ATM was left untampered. Police suspect bank officials to have committed the offence. The manager, Ajith Kumar, has lodged a complaint.

        Dear Customer Care Manager - ICICI bank,

        Just want to report another set of excesses , deception and un professional treatment enforced by your 2 worthy credit recovery officers from Delhi unit i.e. Mr. Siddhant ( Mob No [protected]) and Mr. Shailendra Sharma ( Mob No [protected]).

        1. Your notice dated 22nd November'07 received by me at residential address on 26th November'07.
        2. I immediately contacted Mr Siddhant and explained my side. Like many in your bank , he had no clue as what I was trying to say. So I sent him one track of follow up, well documented in my file sent to you in earlier mail.
        3. On 27th he understood and on phone offered me settlement of Rs.36,000/-. I disagreed and conveyed my calculation of Rs. 21,000/-. He promptly refused. He said he has limitations under jurisdiction in which he is operating.
        4. Hence, I requested for his immediate superior's number. He gave me mobile no of Mr Shailendra Sharma.
        5. Mr. Shailendra Sharma was very sympathetic on phone and said he has written to ICICI Mumbai H.O. and by 28th morning 10.45 am , he will call me to convey final settlement offer.
        6. To my shock and surprise on 28th morning I received sms alert at 12.56 noon that Rs. 47,875.62 are debited to my salary account in Pune no[protected].
        7. After that when I called Mr Shailendra Sharma, he flatly refused of any promise or any thing to do with this matter. He said he is not aware of any details of my case and when I posed that question to Mr Siddhant, he casually replied as why he should inform his boss when he has not asked and to speak with him was my choice!!! On my insistence , he took Mr Siddhant in conference call and result was that he requested Mr Siddhant to re look in my case and try the best possible. Mr Siddhant refused that he ever made any offer for Rs 36,000/- as settlement and what he had spoken was for Rs. 42,000/-!
        8. Both of them could not explain that in the midst of discussions they have taken extreme step of again wiping out entire bank balance without even courtesy of telling me or even informing by simple sms?
        8. From 29th November'07, since the "target of credit recovery" is met at expense of customer like me or utter carelessness or scant respect to customer need and feelings or combination of all , Mr Siddhant is refusing to speak with me. Instead he sent an sms that he is busy and will call back within 10 minutes. That was today afternoon. Still those 10 minutes are not over... I have tried 20-30 times but Mr Siddhant is refusing to pick up or even have not shown any courtesy of informing as when he would be able to call back.

        Look at my behavior , which is only reflected in actions, as follows :
        a. Pro active follow up
        b. record of written communication
        c. from the word go, I have declared my willingness to pay and indeed have paid all amounts interim as per advise of credit officer's request hoping that I will get some facility to wipe out these dues.
        d. in the episode from 26th till date I have made not less than 30 -40 calls and sms's ; compare this with your responsible officer's behaviour - ask them how many times they have called me ?

        Now, look at ICICI bank's behaviour :

        a. I have not received any statement beyond April, 2005. If credit recovery notice could be sent by your bank then why not statements, please ?
        b. At least for final settlement, along with notice, you could have sent a detailed statement. Have you done that ?
        c. Ms. Sarika Sharma and ICICI bank Gurgaon Account Manager are on records that a team of senior officials is looking in the case and revert - Could you please show any correspondence to that effect, please ?
        d. Mr Siddhant and Mr Shailendra Sharma were not aware of any case details - I had to feed them all by mail. Is this your professionalism when these two supposedly responsible officers were not knowing what the organization's left arm is doing?
        e. Just go on unauthorized debiting customer's account for than 5 times!!!!

        So my conclusion is that responsible officer's are encouraged to take such short cuts; no one is there to question them accountability of their actions as long as they meet monthly targets ; scant respect for customer feelings or feedback and to say finally -
        HUM HAIN NA - TO RIP APART DEAR CUSTOMR YOUR REPUTATION, NAME AND BANK BALANCE TO MEET OUR TARGETS

        Will I get justice, please ?

        ICICI Bank - Credit Card — Pen Drive not received

        Sir,
        I have an icici bank credit card no. [protected]. During January-08 to March-08, ICICI Bank launches a free gift scheme to their Credi card holder i.e. "if credit card bill are of Rs. 15, 000/- : A One GB Pen drive" & "if their card bill are Rs. 25, 000/- : A Two GB Pen drive will be given as a free gift" to the cardholder. As my purchases between January-08 to March-08 is More than Rs. 25, 000/- (Actual Rs. 36304.44) and I am eligible for a 2 GB Pen Drive. But till date (29.5.08) I have nor received the same niether any information about it given me to. I contacted customer care no.[protected] One month back they replied it will reach you before 31.5.2008. I again contacted customer care on 28.5.2008 and got the reply that "till date there is no despatch particulars are available and no pen drive has been despatched".
        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

        the following card statements have been recieved from you.

        ICICI bank - Credit card — credit card not applied - but billed to me

        i am a icici bank customer . i have the account since 1 and half years.
        in jan 2007 some frauds have applied credit card on my name producing false documents and forgering my signature.
        first of all i say 100% and prove 100% that i didnot apply for a card.
        now company has freezed my amount in the savings bank account

        i have given to the bank some documents which shows where i was working at that time and my 100% attendance from my Company HR also (the attendance, given by the company cannot be false and the documents my offer letter and salary slips given by company cannot be wrong.can even check with the company iam working.)
        and if conducted forensic on the signature also it can show that forgery has been done.
        the documents and my attendance clearly show that on the date of applying and submitting the card i was present in the different state at my working location.
        then this shows the fraud has done.
        a/c to RBI, if the customer didnot apply or receive card, the bank should take full responsibility for that and should be in favour of the customer.
        and how can company rule in its favour when i have produced evidences which are 100% guaranteed.
        this shows that any fraud can apply card on ur name and take money.
        pls investigate the issue relating the SR #75440886.
        which i have raised .
        and if any documents required i will send it to u.
        pls see that the issue is resloved sooner.

        ICICI Bank - Credit Card — Fraud in billing

        In my credit card ([protected]) statement dated 26/07/2008, payment received for Rs 4000/- vide cheque no 473774 was shown on date 9/7/2008. The last date for payment as per the previous statement was 12th July 2008. Surprisingly, in the statement a late payment fees has been added on 14/07/08 and later, on 17/07/08 debit return of the payment made vide chq no 473774 is also shown.

        On checking from customer care service on 5th Aug 2008, I was informed that the cheque was returned by Vijaya bank (issuing bank) on account of "Stop Payment". Whereas, no such instructions to issuing bank were given by me. As a proof, I have the bank statement from Vijaya bank also, where the debit/return/stop payment for chq no 473774 is not mentioned. On telephonically checking from my bank I was informed that no such cheque has been returned by the bank. Also, the sufficient funds were available in my account, hence there is no chance of cheque bouncing on account of insufficient funds. When I confronted the customer care officer (Ms Savita) i was very rudely asked to write to customer care. When I asked her to atleast send me the copy of Vijaya Bank's advice of stop payment, I was told it was not possible.

        ICICI bank has shown me as a defaulter in their statement for no fault of mine. But when I wanted to set the records straight bank did not cooperate with me.

        This is not my first such experience with this bank, ICICI bank has done this to me earlier also, without even presenting the cheque to the bank they show it as a return only to earn few rupees for late payment fees.

        They are prompt to show/report their customers as defaulter but when they are at fault they are reluctant first to accept it and even if they accept verbally, they do not tender apology to customer in writing, which he/she can use it as a defence later.

        There are numerous episodes of malpractices by ICICI bank. It is the most unfriendly bank as far as Credit card customers are concerned. It is high time that the regulatory agencies shall take suo motto case against this bank for irregularities in their dealings with credit card holders.

        ICICI Bank Credit Card — Forceful debit of dues from my bank account

        Having a savings account with your bank since 2002, A/c. No.[protected], have one query.

        I had a credit card with ICICI Bank Ltd No. [protected] subscribed in Jan 2007. Due to sudden demise of my father in Aug 08, I decided to close the services of card through Settelment process. However unforfunately the same could not materalise as I could not make the payment. However I made a payment of Rs. 1700/- Cheque No. 601421in Feb 09.

        Surprisingly without any intimation an amount of Rs. 25, 813.49 was debited from my account on 31/3/09.

        I want to settle the card and refund the balance amount and close the card.
        For all such banking queries i would suggest you to Banking Ombudsman. This is a RBI department which handles complains against banks.

        ICICI Credit Card — Fraud billing

        ICICI is charging for Rs. 4000.00 cash withdrawl which i never withdraw from any ATM. Also they are refusing to show Video recording from the concerned ATM.

        ICICI bank - Credit card — Harassment by BOSS

        Dear Sir,

        This is Nagaraj B R, having a credit card from your bank and paying my debts from last 3 years.

        I was on family emergency due to father’s health during the last month and I missed my payment.

        When I got call first time, I explained them that the situation and told them that, I will make the payment by 20th Dec 2009. Since I was expecting my funds to come by 18th Dec. 2009. This explanation I gave atleast six times, whoever called me earlier. By that time, I started getting calls around 15 calls originating from Chennai, Hyderabad and also some mobile numbers asking me for the payment. I also told them not to call again.

        Even after all these explanation, I have been getting calls again & again, (everyday around 15 calls, asking for same thing). I also checked those callers, wheather my previous call status has been recorded, he said yes but tells me, I will be getting these calls till I make the payment.

        I don’t know, is there a such a criminal offence, by missing one payment, you need to call 20 times a day and create mentally agony for your customers. Is your bank creating these kind of teams to get your collection.

        Its quite unfortunate, a bank of such repute going in this direction, to get their collection.

        Hope to get this problem sorted out at the earliest.

        I have receive an SMS for 6,000/- outstanding on my old card [protected] which was replaced by your bank which gave me a new dard [protected]. There was some misundertanding on payments made last year please refer request no 81839330 dtd. 14 Oct,08 wherein I had sent a mail to Sheetal (Head Service Quality) and the scanned copy of all payments made. The matter should have been closed please reconcile and forward me the new details if any. The old card was surrenderd last year.

        ICICI Bank - Credit Card — DEBIT THE SAVING A/C WITHOUT OUR CONSENT

        The bank has lost the cheque which I have paid for the outstanding and they levied the interest and surcharged and piled up the interest and surcharged amount of Rs.17000/- and in the same contest I reply again and again for this but they now sent the letter dt 05 March 10 which was despatched from them on 15 March (date mentioned on the envelop) and received on 20 March 2010.         ICICI Credit Card — Billed me without a credit card

        Dear Sirs,

        I had applied and taken delivery of ICICI Bank credit card in early 2008. The same was surrendered by me personally in the HO of ICICI Bank at Bhandarkar Road and the card was destroyed by the employee there itself. Now, after two years I get a bill of 15,000/- for the purchases made at Shoppers Stop.

        I am shell shocked and moved as I am not holding any credit card of ICICI since then and am wondering as to how it had happened. I wrote to the grievances cell at Hyderabad and they called me back only to tell me that the bank cannot do anything about it. They have asked me to lodge a police compliant.

        In the meantime I called customer care deptt. of ICICI bank today and wanted to block/cancel the card in case it is shown as operative. However, I am told by their employee Shalini that the card is already blocked and cancelled. I really do not know how to solve this as it seems to be a fraud of some internal bank employee. I am employed and working to earn my living and will never go in for such activities.

        Wish to request you humbly to help me in sorting out this jumble as I will not be able to pay for somebody else's misuse.

          i am a icici bank credit card holder.the card number is 4477********8004.the bank is paying somebody else's NDPL electricity bill for the last few months without my knowledge.and i am being asked to pay for that sum of money.when i tried to reach the bank through the coustmer care they said,the server is down so your request cannot be processed.then i tried again and they gave me a similar excuse.when i didnt pay that extra bill they are charging late fees and other such fees aswell.there is no chance that the bank is paying my home's electrcity bill because i myself pay it through cash or cheque and i have all the receipts to prove my point.when i tried reaching the bank through the coustmer care they again and again said that the server is down and we cannot register this complaint of yours.this reason has already caused me unnecessary haressment already so i want the bank to pay the due attention to my problem immediately otherwise i will be left with the only alternative to move to court.i want the bank to reach me as soon as this complaint reaches them.please note that since the time i tried rechin the coustmer care my phones after that has not been answered.a man named Mr.Ram is whom i talked to who said this sort of a complaint cannot be registered.i am not going to pay any late fees or any such dues regarding this.

            i dont think merely discussing on the forum or sending email to icici customer care would solve the problem,every customer whenever face should register their complain with banking ombudsman in india core dot nic dot in is the site u can search on google by typing banking ombudsman in india. and take a legal course to solve this issue anyone reading this message is requested to spread this msg as much as possible as there are laws for everything and registering complain online is hassle free too .
            ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            ICICI DIRECT — Poor Customer Service

            I wanted to open a online trading account. Since i have had a pretty good experience with ICICI Bank for almost 3 years, i chose ICICI Direct for opening the online account.

            However, it has been several weeks since I first registered with ICICI Direct. My account is still not opened. Despite repeated reminders, I have been unable to get through them.

            Lastly, i get a call from some courier company that my documents from ICICI Direct are going to be returned unless i go to their office to collect them.

            NOW AGAIN YOU HAVE SENT A LONG LETTER SAYING THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ALL THE DOCUMENTS!!!!...HOW COME.
            I ASK YOU TO IMMIDIATELY CONDUCT AN ENQUIRY ABOUT THIS WHOLE MATTER & YOU WILL FING SHOCKING REVELATIONS AS TO WHAT IS HAPPENING AT KOLKATA ICICIDIRECT.COM REGIONAL OFFICE.
            DUE TO THEIR LOCAL OFFICE CALLOUSNESS & LETHARGY I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GO ON LINE FOR TRADING FOR OVER 4 MONTHS!! SHOCKING ISNT IT??. THEN IMAGINE HOW MUCH MONEY I HAVE LOST???

            Here I want to inform you, i opened my nri account in ICICI Bank at Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, india branch before 4 month from Al-rajhi bank, jubail, saudi arab. After one month of open the Account i got the ATM card and cheque book, but still after 4 month i didn’t get the ATM card Pin code and Internet banking id and password. I asked many time to the your representative at here in Al-rajhi bank, jubail, saudi arabia. But he didn’t give me positive responce. And since last 2 month nobody here in the bank from ICICI. I asked to the Al-rajhi bank person then he told me ICICI bank get him back to riyadh office. So please i request to you give me positive reply or advise me how can i get my ATM code no. and Internet banking ID and password.

            dear customer services manager , icicidirect,

            you have poor services. when a person complaint's against you on the customer services number, you must arrange to manage it accordingly. just placing it to hold tune, and saying that we shall call you back does not serve any purpose.

            there are other compnys too in the market, like reliance money, share khan, india bulls, kotak securities etc. most of the traders will leave you and go to the new entrants. am elaredy hearing exceptional news about a few. and most of all pls stop distributing the mobile numbers of the people who trade with you to third party. so many calls keep bothering about loans, personal finance, and auto loans.

[protected] and my saving account is open on 16.04.08 but since 16.04.08 no update is find for demat account procedure and it shows message that the next update is in 1 days since i daily check update in two or three times so it is very very bad experiance from icici bank compare to other bank.

            I have applied for ICICI Dmat account. Past 5months and I am yet to receive the service. Almost every weekend I visit the icici center only to get false promises by their employees.

            The hights: They kept my form with them for four months and my cheque validity expired and I have to re-sign my cheque with the current date.

            Basically I found that the Empliyees's are not educated to know the proceedings and are themselves confused. Even I found that the Center Manager "Narayana Rao" was highly confused with the proceedings. They even don't know where to take the customer's signature in the d-mat account opening form.

            This is a disgusting and most impudent customer services I have ever experienced in the corporate world. ICICI can't even open an account of a customer whose all the documents are correct.

            The Trading Interface is Down when the market are in heavy momentum [either ways] why can't icici invest and upgrade its infrastructure. I couldnt log on the whole day today and i am stuck in some shares. someone drag the company to court.
            Every day your site is having technical problems and due to which i am suffering & when i am asking for complaint No for site Technical problems, for delays in the status, site down, no current updates, site not avalable, on customer care no :[protected] giving unsatisfactory answers and not taking the complaints, just now also i have talk to Madam (Cima), yesterday also i talk to incharge of call Center he was also not given the complaint no and replied very aroguntly and rubishly, many times i am sending the E-mails on the same id, from this also i am not got any reply till date. Few hours back also i have send the e-mail with all snap shots also given copy to : sebi, finance ministery and many more. Now i was surprise, when at 6:59 pm i have checked the status of my order, from more than 1 year i am trading in Margin Plus but never i have seen the order get executed before 3:00 pm(but today now it is showing executed before 3:00pm at i.e. at 14:46pm), in status when i was checking it was not executed upto 5:00pm.I am dam shure that this order you have manupulated and it is not system generated.             I had dropped a cheque bearing # 024383 dated 31/01/2009 for Rs.6000/- on 9th Feb which is not credited to above mentioned SB account till now.

            My account was not in active when I had dropped my cheque.

            Icici bank has a pathetic service to there customers because of employee of this company are uneducated. They don't know how to deal a customer. They are making fool to customers. First they make wrong statement and take a security cheque from me after that they put in my account for clearance. now they are asking for amount why should i pay an unnecessary amount to your company. I firstly said that employee of your company, i don't want a paid account. Person says no mam this is an 0% account only and no opening charges. Now your people misbehaving me will take amount from you. We will visit your home and your work place and while talking on phone they put on hold without intimation. What is this?             Following this reply i had an intereaction with this gentlmen Jesee Kiron Paul, he said they have taken a decision not to sell this scrip on my behalf, who the heck are they to decide my risk taking factor.
            they are only a service provider and they should server only in their limit. this gentlemen is yet to comeback to me with a valid clarification, its been 3 days and hasnt turned up.

            now becouse of this disabling im under loss in this scrip since i couldnt sell it at that point of time. is ICICI direct is going to bear my losses ?

            I have a demat account with icici from past one year. Earlier I was doing cash trading. Now, from past 4 months, I am into margin trading everyday. However, I have a number of problems with the website.

            -> The charts and graphs do not get updated at 9 am. Only at around 9:15am, I can see how the market is. When I complained regarding this, I was asked to check in 'GetQuote'.

            -> 'GetQuote' is also problematic. Many times in a day, I get the message 'internet explorer cannot display this page'. Unfortunately I incur losses due to this as I cannot see the current market price of stocks and decide on buying or selling. At 2:30 pm everyday, the server has loading problems atleast for about 15 minutes. This is a huge problem in margin trading in 'broker' mode as I have to square off by 3pm.

            -> I would have called up customer care atleast 15 times in the past 3 months regarding these issues. I simply do not understand why the guys at customer support are not taught basic manners like politeness and patience. They really do not bother to listen to the problems completely and start blabbering even before I tell them what exactly the issue is. And I have come across 3 or 4 females who literally shouted at me over the phone. Plus, they do not give any solutions to the issues.

            -> Most of the times, the orders do not get executed although the price matches with the ones in 'GetQuote'. I was told that there would be many orders in the pipeline. But even if I would have placed the order much earlier it simply does not get executed. The software is not efficient enough to speed up the transactions. Plus, we day traders are not dumb not to know about slippage and other manipulations done by the bank.

            -> All these issues along with high brokerage charges are really causing me trouble.

            I would really not recommend icici direct to ANYBODY !!

Today I went to ICICI Direct for details it is a very pathetic experience ever faced in my life. The branch manager shouted at me and started using abused language asked me to get out of the office. My money is gone account status is not confirmed, I dont know what to do this happened at ICICI DIRECT, GUNTUR, ANDHRA PRADESH.

            Highly dissatisfied with the pathetic service offered by icicidirect.com. This is nowhere good for trading and investment. I have faced lot many challenges on accessing this website. On calling up the RM (Sumit Talwar - [protected]) or branch contact no. ([protected]), I found number not reachable. When I called the customer care they provided the justification as the possibility of RM being in meeting. On the issue I had with icicidirect.com, the executive was unable to provide the certain solution. Meanwhile, on this entire episode I faced financial loss as I was not able to sell my shares on time.

            I'm a icici direct customer since 24 Nov 2013. My queries &amp; doubts are about the brokerage charged which are not at all clear to me, as no single document clearly mentioned what is been charged, i have opted for OPM 195 plan thinking that options will be charged as per the the written plan details, but, No, It is all anonymously calculated in unjustifiable manner. My intuitions before applying to icici direct are absolutely correct, that it is a fraud company.

            Till now i have only lost heavily &amp; more because of the your suspicious brokerage charges, i applied for icici direct upon being recommended by my father who is a long term cash segment investor (buy &amp; keep), i never saw him earning any thing, instead only loosing money unnecessarily, he don't even see the brokerage charges on his buy &amp; sells, he is an investor since more than 12-15 yrs, his 50 lacs portfolio has strunk to 15 lacs now &amp; upon seeing his porfolio, it doesn't seems to even get his capital back, as he is not aware of other options which are offering very much better brokerages today. Now i have already burnt my hands into your stuffs, before, leaving this platform i thought of making you aware why i left it, it matters to your or not, i don't think, as what i saw up till now it was only &amp; only for your own benefits. Options are enabled &amp; disabled as per your wish, the people who buys options, they never know when they are get disabled &amp; no body even if interested in buying are allowed to buy them, all goes worthless (Why such limitations are imposed on the name of liquidity?, when your are your self limiting the buys interests? if they are disabled than how the liquidity will come in picture for those options).

            Options are heavily charged on buy side as well as on Sell side? i bout options for Rs. 3200, 16 lots of Nifty (as per OPM 195 plan, 10 lots brokerage = 195 + (6 * 15) = 285), even you double it it won't come to 2000 on every buy &amp; sell side, the brokerage i paid for above in total is Rs. 4000, when i sold it in profit of Rs.2.22/Scrip (Rs. 888 Profit), now the brokerage i paid is 4000, i i'm left with Rs.2200??? How? Acc. to which plan are you calculating?
            Worst demat account in india is ICICIDirect.com. Very high brokerage .55% and if you trade below 6500/- its almost 2%. Also charge Rs.5 per sell transactions. No help from relationship manager. Poor customer services, false promises they made.

            Never open account with ICICI Direct, because nothing is beneficial to you.
            I opened a trading account with ICICIDirect in 2005. I received a letter from ICICI Securities in 2006 that I had submitted all documents while opening account. Unfortunately all the documents were damaged in floods and I was asked to submit them again. Promptly I did as required.
            Now in August 2015 (after a decade after opening my account) I received a letter from ICICISECURITIES stating that I had requested for delinking an old account and linking of a new account with my trading account and they could not trace my application for that. I told them that I had never asked for delinking or linking of any account with my trading account. But I again received a similar letter in September, 2015 and this time it also warned me that if I do not oblige them, my trading account will be deactivated. To this my answer was the same that how can I give a signed application when I had never made such a request for linking or delinking. And very promptly, ICICIDIRECT deactivated my account. Now I am not able to access my account and during SAMVAT also I couldn't do anything. I wrote to ICICIDIRECT to let me know clearly which account was delinked and which was linked. They had no answer for this. Next the ICICIDIRECT officer phoned me and I explained to him my position. He apologised heavily for all that happened and conveyed that the correct issue is that he is not able to trace POA for one of my Dmat accounts, so he wants me to sign the papers for this when his officials will visit me. He further asked me my convenient date and time for this. I readily agreed, even though in no way I was responsible for the loss of the document, and gave him a date, but I also requested that my account should be activated first as I should not be penalised like this for no fault of mine. To this the polite answer from the other side was "impossible". Later I found two email ids for grievance redressal (grievance will be redressed in in 2 working days. (1. and 2. ).
            I wrote in detail to them twice and no response from them so far. From website I got a contact number ([protected]) for complaints. I tried to contact the number and always I got the message, "please check the dialled number".
            So being a customer of ICICIDIRECT, one gets definitely frustrated.
            I DONT KNOW WHEN SOMEONE WITH SOME GOOD SENSE WILL LOOK AT MY COMPLAINT AND SAVE ME FROM FURTHER HARASSMENT.

              I have taken home loan from ICICI. After registration they took the IGR copy (i.e. receipt for getting deed) from builder. The IGR is sole proof of registration of property and that needs to be submitted to get the Conveyance deed from the Registration office. They took that saying that they will withdraw the deed and will keep in their custody as per process. However I have now come to know they don't have IGR nor the Deed. So I can't get the property documents. Such a huge blunder and irresponsibility from such an institution is unimaginable. Also they are not cooperating at all and denying that they have lost it.

                we close the saving account of icici due to the deduction they deduct from saving account without our permission. they send addtion card without our concent and deduct money. once my huband use credit card by mistake and withdraw money. we cant remember how much money deducted and why from our account. as we close the account we never got any statement or call that we have to pay any thing. after more then two years we come to know that icici register a criminal case along with fraud case. we cant even sleep and dont know how much amount they show in this fir. icici ki es cheating se ek aam insaan to sharm se hi mar jayega. ek sharif ensaan court ke nam se hi darta he. anybody please suggest us what we have to do>

                Hi , I did a transaction of 10,996 using my credit card . I was sent a statement of 10.500 which i paid before the due date. After that the bank sent me a bill of 896 where they have added 400 Rs of Interest which i don't understand as i had paid whatever they asked me to pay on time. This is Cheating and i would like the consumer court to take action against the bank .

                ICICI Credit cards — cheating

                I want to cancel the health card done through my credit card some months back because its being done by cheating which is not recorded by the so called voice recording facility of yours. The agent told me to increase my limit to 85,000 if I will do the health card, I did it, but with no result.

                Secondly, I had not paid my due on time in February or sometime during that period this year or last year, I do not remember because I did not got the statement, I got the statement after the due date. So, I paid after the due date and there was late payment charge of some 386 or something. When I applied for a PL in Citibank, it was canceled saying that you have a outstanding amount of Rs. 386.00 in ICICI credit card, while I had already paid that amount, but it was not updated for whatever reasons, none of my business.

                These are a few reasons of being "so happy" being a customer of ICICI credit cards.

                ICICI Bank — Credit Card Cheating

                I got a call from ICICI BANK regarding my CC settlement 3 months back from collection dept. We agreed for the amount of 50K and bank requested to pay 8k in advance to process settlement application. Now the bank says I have to pay 99k. Do not know how amount got doubled in 3 months?????? It is cheating on the part of bank they took 8k and now they have doubled the amount. They are not adhering to the commitments.
                what commitment ? do you have any written document for the settlement ? if no then welcome to the world of collection tactics by the collection agencies - hahahahahaha - kuch nahi ho sakta - get a settlement letter first then pay the full amount at once ;)

                Ref:-The Loan of Rs. 2 Lakh taken by the applicant from the ICICI Bank (Branch at Gorakhpur)LAN No. LBGOR[protected] on dated 12/09/2004

                Respected Sir,

                This letter of request is submitted for your kind consideration that the applicant is acting as on Income Tax Advisor at Gorakhpur,who is being mentally and economically harrassed by the aforesaid bank.

                The fact is this,that the applicant was allotted a piece of land by the G.D.A.(Gorakhpur Development Authority) in the year 2004.The applicant took loan of Rs.2 Lakh from the said bank and after lodging the D.D. issued by the Bank in favour G.D.A.office on 22/09/2004 and the remaining cost of the land was deposited in cash to the G.D.A. office.Thus the total cost of land was deposited to G.D.A. and the applicant became entitled to get the land being transferred in his name.The bank started the recovery of the said loan regularly and the applicant paid the instalments emerging to an amount Rs. 165000/- approx by now.

                Due to some departmental dispute of the G.D.A. for land use pattern,the land was not transferred in favour of the applicant. Now after clearing the issue of land use plan, the G.D.A. invited the allottees of land to get the land being transferred in their favour.

                When the applicant reached the G.D.A. office for transfer of the land in his favour,he was shocked to learn that the said loan amount sanctioned by the bank in the year 2004 was not yet credited in the G.D.A. bank account.

                The bank was regularly realizing and depositing the refund of the loan amount from the applicant but never bothered to see that the loan amount is not debited from bank account to the credit of the G.D.A.(It indicated illmanagement of the bank.)However there is no fault at the part of the applicant.The bank intimited regularly about the increase the rent of interest by post on the said loan .Now, the applicant rushed to relate his aweful story to bank,the bank took no interest to redress his request from February 2010 till June,while he visited several times to the office of the bank,when the applicant requested in writing to get a reply in the matter,the bank now gave a letter on 19/07/2010 and intimated that the loan amount is unrealised from the bank and the cheque was not cleared from bank loan account.

                Now G.D.A. office is also asking me to deposit the said amount of the Two Lakhs along with an interest of Rs.65000/- for the said outstanding amount (which was an allowable concession in the case of fully paying allottes).Sir,the applicant is suffering by double jeopordy of the folly of bank and whim of the G.D.A.

                Now I pray your high office to ask the bank to refund my total paid amount of Rs. 165000/- and its interest along with an other 65000 Rupees as demanded by G.D.A. for non payment of cash by the bank on the initial day of taking of the loan .
                In case if the matter is solved by your intervention Sir,I may not have to tile a suit in the law courts and demand any further relief of compensation for loss of the practice and mental agony of the applicant.

                ICICI Bank — Case of Cheating by ICICI Bank

                This is to inform you that I, Biswamoy Mukherjee , availed a pre-approved cash offer from ICICI Bank amounting Rs.1,95,000 against my ICICI Bank credit card. I had been paying my EMI at regular intervals without any hiccup and I was enjoying a clean record as far as repayment is concerned. But since..August,2009, I have failed to make regular payment as my office UNI started passing through an acute financial crunch.Though I had good intention to pay the EMI, but financial circumstances had forced me to go for a settlement with the Bank.Accordingly I had a telephonic talk with the the Bank's Debt Manager Soubhik Chowdhury of ICICI Bank,2B,Shambhunath Pandit Street,Kolkata regarding the settlement. After several bouts of bargaining regarding the settlement amount, Mr Chowdhury agreed to me through one of his executive Mr.Tarun Modal that if I pay Rs 40,000, I would be provided with an NOC and the Bank will not charge any more amount further. And my loan will stand closed. He then sent me a Dummy Settlement Certificate for making the settlement payment of Rs 40,000 through E-mail on 24/04/2010 When I enquired why he had sent me a dummy certificate, his executive told me over phone that after making the payment at any ICICI Bank branch, the Bank would
                despatch the original settlement certificate. But to my utter consternation I had found that even after making the requisite payment of Rs 40,000 on that day itself, the said person, Mr Tarun Mondal, had been flatly denying that he had made any such promise to me and on the more he told me that it was just another payment and not a settlement payment.After that he and his colleagues threatened me and my wife also regularly with some abusive languages and told me if I did not pay total dues amount within this month then he would send some goondas in my house for recovery of this dues and put me into the jail.When I wrote to the concerned Bank's highest authorities, they are also flatly denying any such happening and on the contrary backing Mr Chowdhury and have asked me to contact that same person for the final settlement.This is nothing but pure forgery on the part of the Bank just to realise the money.

                remind you about the Bank's legitimate dues and not intended to harass

                the code of conduct for collections and recoveries laid down in
                accordance with the guidelines of RBI/IBA/BCSBI. It is denied that the
                Bank is resorting to illegal means for recovery of the unpaid dues as
                alleged in the complaint by you. We clarify that, the Bank functions
                as per the guidelines, rules and regulations set by Reserve Bank Of

                charges on your PLCC account. The current outstanding towards your

                you a settlement of Rs. 80,000/- in 4 installments subject to approval

                This is to inform you that I,Biswamoy Mukherjee had one ICICI Bank

                regularly within due date in all these years. In the middle of 2008,
                one of the executives of your Bank informed me over phone that after
                verifying my good credit record they were offering me one pre-approved
                cash offer (Rs.1,
                95,000) over and above credit card limit against this above mentioned
                credit card and he had also informed me that no need to submit any
                paper or documents for this loan, just you tell me "YES" so that we
                can send demand draft within three working days. At that time my
                mother was very serious so I had accepted this loan. After receiving
                this loan(Loan account no. [protected] ) I had paid EMI
                regularly as fixed by your mentioned Bank.



                It is to inform you that I am working in one of the media agencies since
                1987 but my company has been sick since August 2009 and so that I
                could not manage to give monthly installment since August 2009.During
                this period several threatening phone calls received by me from your
                bank and also some of your agency people threatened me in my house as
                well as my office. On 15/04/2010 one phone call was received by me and
                the caller introduced me (Mr. Pradyut ,Telephone No.44026665 and
                mobile no.[protected] of ICICI Bank, 2B,Shambhunath Pandit Street) over
                phone that I should settle the payment with the Bank but he told me
                some huge amount which I could not afford this because of my severe
                financial condition and I had requested him to reduce this amount for
                this settlement. After that he used some bad languages against me and
                gave me one mobile no.([protected], Person Name is Souvik Chowdhury)
                for further query. When I contacted this person and requested him for
                reducing some money for this credit card settlement because of my
                pathetic financial condition and also requested him if needed he can
                enquire my office about my salary and financial condition of our
                office then he threatened me with some abusive languages and told me
                if I did not pay total dues amount within this month then he would
                send some goondas in my house for recovery of this dues and put me
                into the jail.
                After hearing this abusive languages I fell sick. Next day same man
                called me around 1530 hrs and my wife picked up the phone and again he
                shouted and threatened my wife also with some abusive languages.

                Two days later one Mr.Tarun Mondal called me and first he informed me Rs.
                50,000 for the settlement amount but that time I requested him I will
                be able to giving this amount for two installments. Next day he again
                rang me and informed me that if I will agree to pay for one
                installment then he can reduced the settlement amount of Rs.40,000.
                After I agreed to pay Rs.40,000 on one installment then I asked him to
                send someone to collect money with settlement letter but he informed
                me that as per the ICICI Bank rules first I have to deposit the
                settlement amount in any of the ICICI branches then the Bank would
                issue settlement letter and NOC certificates. Several times I had
                requested him for any of the documents of the Settlement letter but he
                told me the same ICICI Bank rules which is not compared to any of the
                Bank within India.

                After several conversations, he sent me one E-mail on 21/04/2010and
                told me that settlement amount must be paid on that day itself.After
                receiving this Email I had confirmed him and asked him why he
                mentioned "Dummy Private & Confidential" in the subject line. He
                informed me that after depositing the settlement amount I will receive
                the print copy of settlement letter from ICICI bank within two days.As
                per his request, I had deposited the settlement amount of Rs.40,000 to
                the Nager Bazaar branch of ICICI Bank on that day itself
                (21/04/2010).But two days later when I asked that person( Mr.Tarun
                Monadal) for settlement letter and NOC then he told me I can ask this
                issue to the ICICI Bank authorities and then he switched off the
                mobile.I am forwarding this e-mail which I received from one of the
                executives of ICICI Bank, 2B,Shambhunath Pandit Street) Mr. Tarun
                Mondal with this mail for your kind perusal.



                Now everyday several phone calld received by me from that ICICI Bank,
                2B,Shambhunath Pandit Street and sometimes the caller was threatening
                me either with some abusive languages or threatening me to take to the
                court if I do not settle the dues. So, I am asking you why I should
                settle my credit card dues two times?



                I do hereby request you to look into the matter and send me original
                settlement letter with NOC within this week otherwise I will be
                forwarding this letter to the RBI and will also lodge a complaint to
                them and am also requesting you to take stringent action against this
                type of man who has recruited by the agency through your Bank.

                  There is a harrasement for ICICI collection department, Bombay from the phne numbers given as below,

                    Your out sourced agent entered my office on17jan08 ,time of entry n his signature too recorded at security. he had shown a defaulter list,in which my name was written. i was shocked before my colleauges n shown him the online money receipt.

                    To be very very judicious,i would like to say the pecentage of failures mistakes must be below 3%-4%in case of a private sector companies where employees r better paid of n system is well equipped.

                    The most important is the time taken for the solution which should be 1-2days .the biggest failure is pending unsolved casea where cusomer suffers for a long period even years together.

                    Respondinding too becomes zero in some cases.
                    evev after paying i was asked for payment by credit card bhubaneswar.An agent had come to me with a list, where as i paid it 3days before n received the receipt online,which is too bad .i lost my image before colleauges.but somehow they know me n saw the MR online n convinced.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have a ICICI Credit Card bearing number: [protected].
                      This card was on my address in New Delhi, Since I have shifted out of Delhi - I have given repeated request for Change of address and contact number, thereafter I had also raise a request at Customer care for e-mail statement around Oct 2006, since then I did not get any statement on my changed address or any intimation on new phone number or my email. Recently I contacted customer care again to make payments and re-activate my card, to my surprise thay have added multiple late fee and other charges and the final payment due had become 18000/- odd. After this I sent mails to customer care and other grievience boards and also called customer care and collections department in Hyderabad for discussing my problem and closing this issue. I have made repeated efforts to communicate with ICICI Bank Credit Card division, ICICI Bank itself and ICICI Bank Credit Card Collections, but there is no response from them. Recently I received one more email statement and the amount stands to 21000/- odd.

                      This is ridiculous and a real harrassment, I have repeatedly been trying to settle this for once, on my last call to collections department I had told them that I am not looking for any kind of settlement, but would like to pay the whole amount so that my card gets activated, inspite of showing such co-operation to the bank because of my 8yrs relations with ICICI bank, ICICI prudential and ICICI credit Card, I regret today that I am being harassed and the concerned people are trying to add more and more to my payment due but not closing the card, because I guess they understand that I am willing to pay. This is my last request to all the concerned people in ICICI to help me with my problem and find me a solution, else I would like to withdraw all my relationship with ICICI, including my salary account as my trust in ICICI is being repeatedly stabbed.

I did not receive statement during the month of June, 2008, even I no SMS alert regarding any pending payment was received by me. However, in the statement dated July 18, 2008, received by me, previous balance of Rs.1065.18 has been shown and late payment fee of Rs.400/- has been imposed. It is submitted that there is no fault on my part, I have been regular in making payment. Therefore, it is requested that late payment fee of Rs.400/- including service tax on it may kindly be exempted/waived off.
                        I had called your executive on 30th July 2008 at about 15:15hrs.
                        I requested your bank executive for reversal of Rs.100 charged for payment made by cash at your branch towards of credit payment for the month of June 2008. Your executive informed that the charges cannot be reversed by any means even after discussion. So i felt very much for the above levied charges. Even though we have made the payment through hard cash, why can't bank make the adjustments internally. why is the bank penalizing the customers & further asking the customers to pay through other modes like cheque/DD etc.,
                        Hence I request the bank not to charge any penalty for its customers even though the payments are made on time.
                        Also when I called up the number 41131877, I had to wait about 20min to reach your executive to discuss the above matter.
                        So if the above penalties are not reversed I may have to think about surrendering my credit card.

                        I will be visiting the nearest ICICI bank branch in Bank with my leagal advisor in next 48 hrs or at the earliest.I will be taking action leagally for delaying the statements and find the flaws or any frauds/errors and for this also i will be taking necessary actions.

                        I will also take the statements of sb accounts and credit cards on purchases (printed) at the nearest branch and find the reasons for the delay.

I made the payment Rs 1700 by Cheque no 798269 Dt 5.10.08 but in this month statement i was asked to pay Rs 2432.57. according to the statement my cheque was returned. for what reason God knows . because ur bank has not informed me the reason. this is happening second time with me .when this happened first time with me I tried to enquire the reason from your bank but it failed.I even tried to contact on telephone but there was no responce .At last i paid all penalties . But this time I am not going to pay even a single penny as penalty.I know i have enough money in my bank . and my cheque can't be returned for this pretext. As long as i was paying the amt. in cash there was no problem but as the bank has started imposing 100 Rs for cash payment we will have to pay by cheque. as i told u when i have enough money in my bank why should i pay a fine of rs 832 against a payment of rs 1602 . so if the penalties are not reversed i may have to think about either stop using my card or surrendering it.

                        I agree with all the comments so far. ICICI is a blood sucking bank. They will offer good rates for the new loans. Once your loan is approved, then the rate will go to the maximum in market. They will also increase the rate along with RBI repo rates. But they never mind to reduce the rates for existing customers when the repo rates are decreased by RBI. I would suggest all the newcomers to AVOID ICICI. They might be very polite to process your loan at the best possible time and rate but it is a BIG TRAP. BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH ICICI BANK. Existing customers, please try to move your loan from ICICI. You need to spend 2% processing fee, but it is worth doing that. I see only that option for me.
                        ICICI bank is the worst bank, I have ever come across. I wanted to ask these [censored]s, WHENEVER RBI INCREASES RATE THEY IMMEDIATELY REACT AND CHANGE THE INTEREST RATES OF THE EXISTING CUSTOMER. BUT WHEN RBI REDUCE THE RATES WHY THEY DONT PASS THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

                        CAN'T RBI HAVE CONTROL ON THIS? IF IT INCREASES, WE EQUALLY BEAR THE LOAD, WHY NOT WE GET BENEFIT IF IT IS RBI REDUCES RATE. I THINK, IT'S TIME FOR THINGS TO CHANGES.

                        I WOULD REQUEST PEOPLE NOT TO TAKE ANY LOANS FROM THIS BANK. THEY HAVE WORST POLICIES YOU CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE.

                        I took Loan from ICICI in 2006, they after there was a change in the interest rate, first they change the tenure from 20yrs to 25yrs, within 2months again there was a change, this time EMI's was changed. Again there was a change in the rates. The bank without asking me changed the tenure to 40years :)). I wanted to ask these who will pay EMI for 40yrs. When I checked with dumbbest people at customer care they didn't had any answers to it. Moreover, the kind of information you get from customer care, and from branch is extremely different.

                        I was on continuous tour from Mid June 09 to End September.However I was remitting the payment towards my card on due dates.The payment details are given below
                        1)For June 09 -Rs 991 vide cheque no 269660 dt 27/6/09 of SBI, Kalyan deposited at yr Bangalore branch.
                        2) For July 09 -Rs 5778.83 vide cheque no758289 dt 27/7/09 of SBI, Kalyan deposited at yr Bangalore branch.
                        3) For August 09 -Rs 1921.39 vide cheque no 269659 dt 29/8/09 of SBI, Kalyan deposited at yr Tellicherry branch(Kerala).
                        From the above, u can see that eventhough I was on continuous move, I was depositing the cheques for the amount due before the due dates eventhough I did'nt get my statements.However it is regretted to note that u had charged RS 400 /as late payment fees and Rs 405.16 as interest charges in the bill of 12 th August 09 and Rs 100 as outstation cheque payment charges in the bill dt 12 th Sep 09.The question of charging late fees/interest charges/outstation cheque charges does'nt arise as I had deposited the cheques before the due dates.Hence it is requested to reverse the the total amount of Rs 400+405.16+100 in yr next statement due on 12 Oct 09.Considering our long standing relationship, I hope u will do the needful.

                        I made Aug payment on I st sept and it was confirmed from the statement that you have received cheque on 3rd, On 18 th i received SMS alert mentioning i need to pay outstanding amount of 27650/-.
                        recovry person called me on the 20th of SEPT & asked me for cash payment.but he could not able to explain what is the problem in cheque which i had sumitted, Finally with lot of effort and calls i came to know from phone banking officer, that cheque is not accepted due to misamatch,
                        But surprisingely till 18th no infrmation or alert from ICICI bank.otherwise i would have made immediate payment. After cofirmation from phone banking officer immediately i have made cah payment from ICICI savings a/c,
                        Considering my long relation ship with the ICICI bank and card uasge i request to waive 100 % intrest charges levied on me.

                        Dear Sir
                        I have a Big Bzar Credit Card No. [protected].After getting this card I got a offer for Lombard Health Insurance.I use to pay the amount regurarly. I never received a single statement.I used to receive the due through SMS only. So many times I complain to customercare. But no positive response from customercare.Suddenly I find that you have charged late fee & other taxes. I asked for verification, but no response.This card I was used for only Lombard Insurance purposes, not any other puposes.After so many complaints & due to poor response I got very sorry and lastly I was cancelled the Lombard Insurance by telephonically.I never used this card for any other businees.

                        Sorry to say that, I found from e-statament that my due is Rs.17, 725.25.Request please send the detailed amount due statement/ actual amount due for me, so I want to settle the issue as soon as possible and request for cancel my credit card.

                        I Debasis Mahapatra have a Big Bazar Credit card No [protected] from Feb 08 & I used to for payments this card only for ICICI Lombard Health Insurance. Inspite of timely payments by cheque your bank is imposing late payment charges and diff. type of service tax. So many times I informed to custom care regarding this issue but no positive response.                         I have taken a loan of amount Rs1, 00, 000/- in credit card ([protected]), and i payed emi regularly, on 03/08/2007 there was Rs72, 716/- balance which i payed as Rs49, 000/- on 05/09/2008 and Rs23, 716/- on 06/09/2008, now all my settled but still yoursending me the bills for emi.

                        Actually you shoulkd should have sent me a statement of nil amount balance instead your sending still.but your taking my money and putting interest for the amount incliding service tax, emi, emi interest..

                        last month FEBRUARY you have sent me a staement as total amount Rs500.28/- and minimum amount Rs 500.28/-it means there is no more amount to be paid, i payed that Rs500.28/-.but again this month(MARCH) again a statement with Rs3, 670/- as minimum amount and Rs3704.58/- as total amount to be paid is stated...

                        i want to know whats really happening.if i dont get proper responce within 10 days, i will suely take this issue to CONSUMER COURT

                        Sir,
                        I am holding a credit card of ICICI bank since 2005.I have never been in any default of paying any dues towards the Company. I have been facing a problem of late payment charges & interest charges levied on us since October'05.The Company didn't send me the credit card statement on time & henceforth they charged interest & late payment fees. I had followed up with the customer care employees & they reversed the same. The bank repeated the same mistake again, & I followed with them & explained them that I had received the statements after the due date. In spite this, the customer care employees gave me vague reply that my address of communication has changed etc. After their complete ignorance on my complain I started to pay towards my purchases made & not paying the interest charges. I have also visited the bank branch & I have a complete evidence of the employees whom I have called throughout the years. Please suggest me how to approach on a waiver of these interest charges.

                        i am a credit card holder of icici bank.As per my november 2010 statement i had to pay rs.654/= which i promptly paid by depositing my cheque for the full amount in the drop box on 5/12/2010 before the due date of13/12/2010.On my return on 28th december i checked with my bank pass book where there is nodebit for the amount. I received an email message stating non payment of the bill.when contacted the customer care executive first denied the receipt of the cheque and subsequently said that the account number mentioned is incorrect as such ihave to pay a fine of rs.400/=along with the due amount. My question is when credit card payment is not received, they have informed me over sms on my mobile in such a case when they discovered that the account number is incorrect they should have intimated me the discrepency in the account number and I would have promptly isssued another cheque.Now for an amount of rs654/=dues i have to pay rs400/=as fine and this is not a good practice.                         Total amounting to Rs .550.04 as penalty. which is highly regrettable. I always pay the Credit Card balance well in time that too I usually remit extra than whatever bill amount.

                        Secondly, as long as cash remittance was there this type of problem would never arisen as I would have arranged the cash remittance but the bank has started imposing 100 Rs for cash payment. Due to unavoidable circumstance I could not able to drop the cheque and the date of the cheque was 21.10.2011 instead of 20.10.2011. Under the circumstance stated above, I request you to kindly waive off the Interest and service Tax to the extent of Rs.550.04 and oblige. Hope my request will be considered favourably and allow me to remit the actual payment of Rs.971.

                          This is to update you that ICICI bank has cheated me in terms of Personal Loan Amount.
                          I am working in Computer Sciences Corporation Noida and I applied for Personal Loan.
                          When the ICICI executive came for proceedings , at that time they updated me that my loan has been approved for 3 lakhs and Rate of Interest will be 13.27%. I was interested to complete the loan within 2 years but then they updated me that as per my salary structure it will not be possible for 2 years but they can make it for 3 years.
                          I agreed on that also. And I issued 8 cheques to ICICI Bank Ltd-Personal Loan. Each cheque was issued for amount of Rs 40614.
                          Cheques no. starting from 371566 to 371573.

                          Now on 14th Nov 07 , I got a call from ICICI Bank stating that they will provide me only 2 lakhs and that also for 5 years with 14% Rate of Interest. My first point of contact was Shalini ([protected])and after that the executive who came for proceedings and collecting cheque was Jeetendra. And he gave me the contact no. of Sudhankar for any urgent issues ([protected]).

                          PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS ASAP.

                            I, hold my savings account and credit card account from this icici bank
                            my due date for statement is nov-9th
                            i started getting calls from the collection dept to make payments from date nov-2nd
                            i told them that the payment will be made by the due date till then DONT CALL ME
                            still the agent is asking me why ?
                            hes telling me to make payment asap
                            plus so rude as if i have taken some loan amt frm his family or him ...
                            i also told him if the payments are not made on time im ready to pay the charges applied to my card ..still he was very annoying and suggested me to make the payment as he will be sending his personell to my home ...finally i had to disconnect the call in the middle of the conversation

                            i told him im out of my home since its a diwali vacation and the payments have been made thru my icici bank account in thane
                            he still insisting me to give the details ..
                            i explained him CALMLY that i was out on a vacation trip and i DONT CARRY MY CHEQUE BOOK
                            so i cannot give uthe cheque details
                            He rudly said why dont i carry the cheque book
                            i also told him this will also reflect the payment by monday in ur icici bank still he could not understand
                            either icici bank is heiring dumb guys who cannot understand the customer support or the bank itself wants a bad reputation on its name

                            Dear Sir/mam,

                            I am Tara Sharma from Delhi. I have taken personal loan(LIDEL[protected]) from ICICI Bank & continiouly paying the monthly installments within due dates, But on 29Oct 08, i recived a call from Nikhil Awasthi from the custmer care of ICICI bank the number was[protected] on 29Oct08 evening & he was asking for the installments for the month of June & Oct 08, which was already paid thru cash on 29June & 18Oct by me & the recipect number is T0408L0730927 & 0980L1716750. But the most important thing in Nikhil's coversation was the way of talking as he is on the important seat of ICICI bank custmer care & he was talking in a very wrong manner & with a very high pitch & used some improper words which is not accpectable from ICICI bank custmer care excutive & also recived many call from the custmer care asking me to pay the installment which has already benn paid my me. I dont understand whats the problem with the bank & there should me a huge miscommunication inside the bank because if the custmer has paid the money then why the bank is continiously asking for the money. As ICICI bank is one of the best banks in India, this type of misbehaviour & mis communication is not accpeted & this is very bad on the part of such reputed & leading bank.

                                  Wrong interest charged in Credit Card statement

                                  i having a credit card NO Card No : [protected] . On the last statement card shows outstanding balance of Rs. 6391.18. On due date i paid Rs. 4700 as part payment. On the next statement they charged interest on whole amount and the next fresh purchases. They charged or Rs. 277.81. Customer care people says that amount of interest is ok and interest will be charged on whole amount and fresh purchases.

                                    i am sanjay maini, working in pvt. organization as a sr. accouts officer in mussoorie. i have financed Honda eterno from your reputed bank (my loan ID No. ITDEH[protected]) and purchase from my local authorised dealer. my emi come every month for rs. 1412/- in my saving a/c and i am regular paying emi in time,running in dehra dun O.B.C. evening branch clock tower. problem is that your delhi collection branch person mr. pankaj dawrani called me that your cheque bounced on dt: 05.11.2007 so you have to pay bounced charges + emi then i told him that i am working in mussooriee just now, its not possible to me that i go to dehra dun but i told him by younger brother lives in dehra dun & i give him mobile no. of my younger brother he talked to him then he went to O.B.C. evening branch and find out the transaction had done by bank on 05.11.2007 no any single transaction done by my bank on 05.11.2007. the transaction have been done by my bank on 06.11.2007 but i don't know what they have done in my account that have been credited 1412/- emi & also debited for rs. 1412/- my younger brother asked from bank for this transaction done on 06.11.2007 then bankers says you come at 7'oclock today we will trace out the transaction voucher of particular day then tell you what is actually happening then my younger brother went to the ICICI dehradun main branch showed him the pass book their mr. pankaj sharma he saw my pass book & advised us after taking our mobile no. that we will find out delhi branch then call for for further proceedings. my younger brother come back after that your delhi collection branch person mr. pankaj dawrani called me up from [protected] phone no. i explain to him whats happening in dehra dun branch then he said you just now deposit the amount then i tell him i will find out from my bank they called up in the evening 7 o'clock then he say to me tomorrow what time you will go in the bank & talking very badly behaviour. really i am not satisfy with that person talking behavior he is not understanding to situation he talk to me very rudely way. i don't know what kind of person you have employed who doesn't know who to care the customers. its not my mistake for bounced the cheque & transaction has not been done on 05.11.2007. i request you to please take the action against the mr. pankaj dawrani collection person of icici bank. if you want any clarification from me then you can mail me on my email add : [protected]@yahoo.com or call me my mobile no. UP 45 C 7247 and UP 45 C 8149 Siezed by your representative on 17.10.2008 at Allahabad and informed me by Mr. Ashish Puri manager Lucknow branch over fone and ordered me to deposit the full dues to release them.So on next day we met them with ready payment but they not recieved the same which is up to Rs. 400000/-. thereafter many times we met them but now they are saying that it will be deposited at Allahabad but when we will inform you then you have to go there not now. (Lucknow and Allahabad is about to 250 Km.from our residence). So in between we are bearing Freight loss as well as Interest on loan is also increasing.                                       This is connection with the credit card no.[protected] in my name i.e. ankush bassi.

                                      The story is as under

                                      Till april 2007 I had a credit balance in my account. In may I made some purchases and the debit balance was Rs. 300.00 which I wanted to deposited but found a long queue on the cash counter and thaught I would pay it at some later date, since the amount was quite insignificant.

                                      In September I again enquired about the balance so that I could pay off but was surprised when I was told that the balance had swelled upto some 3100. I had never got any statement from the bank nor was I told about such hafty charges at the time of my buying the credit card. This is definitely an exploitation of innocent customers. No one was prepared to listen to me at icici ludhiana about the exorbitant and unjust charges being levied on me.
                                      Agitated and disturbed on this, I made a request for settling the account as I was not anymore interested in continuing with such an expensive card which can cut your throat at its whims and fancies. I was told to contact your delhi office as the card was issued from delhi. My job again started on telephoning delhi, customer care chandigarh and your creditcard office in Hydrabad. It is indeed very hard to get a telephone through to anybody in ICICI and I feel I have spent more on telephones than the actual amount due, but have not been able to be successful to fulfil my desire of paying back the amount due. After having failed to get in touch with anybody, I got back to your chandigarh customercare office and told them my problem. The gentleman on the line told me that he was sending an E mail to the concerned department and I would get the reply within a week but no news.
                                      Finally one fine morning I was fortunate to get in touch on telephone with one Ms. Rashmi of your credit card department in delhi. She directed me to talk to her at 5.30 pm. For the final settlement. But again as it happened earlier I could never get her back on line. It was after 15 odd days that I found her on line again and she told me that my account was likely to be settled for 1800.00. I rightfully made a request for a further concession because the amount had inflated at an unimaginingly high rate.

                                      I was further directed to make a personal request at your delhi office in case I wanted to request for a further waiver. Accordingly I requested my father to go to delhi personally to settle the matter. There he met Ms. Rashmi who reffered him to a senior named mr. deepanshoo. My father explained to deepanshoo that we are interested in clearing off the account and as the present demand of Rs. 1800.00 was rather high we look for a further rebate, as we feel that the charges levied on us are quite out of proportion. Deepanshoo was no less a boss than the earlier bosses and he promised to give the settlement letter within 5 minutes but after waiting for good 60 minutes I was told that the settlement letter would be mailed to me the same day but to my dismay more than 20 days have passed and I am waiting for the mail. Telephonic calls to rashmi and deepnshoo have not brought any results except false promises and assurances.

                                      I am a law abiding citizen and want to clear the bank dues but probably the red tapism in the bank does not want me to do so.

                                      A simple question I want ask is that are all the customers are as obsessive as me to settle the account and if this is the fate of a client like me what would be the fate of others. It looks that the bank is more interested in creating more and more defaulters and harassing them so that the bank can extract unreasonably high amounts from the innocent clients.

                                      Now after finishing my duty of following up for my settlement of account, I have taken another duty of telling and educating the society never to buy a credit card specially form the ICICI bank.

                                      I request you to kindly settle the account at a reasonable and legitimate amount at an early date so that I can settle the account otherwise I shall be forced to resort to a legal recourse through the civil or consumer court for redressal of my problem.
