Service request no. SR[protected] Dr 09 may 2017. I want to know the status of my request. Whether my card cancelled or not. I have not received any information so far. My contact no. [protected]

Again I requested once again vide service request SR[protected] on 21 may 2017 for cancellation of my icici credit card no. [protected]. But no response till now. Kindly settle my grievance.

    Within a period of 2 months, ICICI has deducted more than Rs 500 without prior notification. These are the transaction description:

    What the hell is this!!!

    I want my money back. This is totally absurd.

      This is to inform you that i had tried for debit card purchase of inr 228/- on 15/05/2017 from kamila super market. Upon trying the payment slip could not be generated and the pos machine was showing “try again”. Again i had tried and the same message was coming and the purchase was abandoned and i had purchased with my axis bank card. But on that day i had received a sms at 1.56 pm on 09/05/2017 informing me that my account is debited with inr 228/-.

      On verification with the kamila super market they confirmed and shown me the details that they have received only one payment from axis bank and from icici they have not received any credit of rs.228/-. You are requested to verify the same and reverse the entry and give credit of rs.228/- to my account.

        Hi money was debit from my bank account without my knowledge, when i called up tbe customs care they told that i hv swipe my debit card last year for which the amount was not debited that time so now after almost one year that money has been debited without my kknowldrge,. I hadn't nt made any such transaction neither i have any details for that. I want my money back

          For my ICICI credit cardan auto debit return fee of INR 450 + service tax was levied on 18 may 2017. There were sufficient funds on the due date (11 may) but still the bank levied the fees.

          I have been pressurized to pay these charges without any fault of mine.
          Please assist me out. I am not going to pay these charges at any cost.

          Will switch to other bank as soon as possible.

              3 fraudulent transactions total 1364 Euro approx Rs 1.15 Lakh happened to my credit card on 12th May over 10 hours. ICICI did not tri to contact or block the card as security measure which they normally do. After I raised dispute resolution and asked for a explanation to ICICI initially they started the process but could not explain to my satisfaction. I tried to contact their higher management for better explanation. Higher management simply blamed me and card issuing authority without tried to understand my situation. As I argued against them, Now after 7 days they are asking for proof of my communication to merchant whom I do not even know otherwise they will not raise dispute and resolve. They are simply troubling me rather than helping though I have no control over the incident and am only suffering here. They are simply denying their role by putting everything on me. I can send all the mail communication between me and ICICI team.

                Greetings!!

                This is reference to fraud transaction with my wife's account No.[protected].

                The detail of transaction she did is as below:

                Transaction No. 1
                Date: 4th May 2017
                Time: 7:29 PM
                Transaction amount: Rs 1000

                Transaction No. 2
                Date: 4th May 2017
                Time: 7:31Pm
                Transaction amount: Rs 9000

                Transaction No. 3
                Date: 4th May 2017
                Time: 7:33Pm
                Transaction amount: Rs 30000 ( Fraud Transaction)

                The location of ATM of ICICI bank from where she withdrawn the money is Ashiyana Arcade, Near Ashiyana Green, Ahinsha Khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (UP).

                She has done the transaction No. 1 and 2 and 3rd was not done by her as after 2 transaction she checked the balance on screen and then clear and canceled.

                Sir this is 5th time such kind of fraud happened on this ATM.I don't know whether other people has taken any action on the same or not..

                I am running behind the nearby ICICI bank.First time i raised the complaint on 4th My sr. no. SR[protected] and on 5th May i got the confirmation that ICICI bank can not reverse the money as they have successfully paid the whole amount.

                Again i raised the concern to check and verify the footage with Sr. no . SR[protected] on 6th May and again on same day i got confirmation message that as transaction was successful so we can not reverse the money.

                Again on 7th May i raised the complaint that please share the footage and prove that we have withdrawn this money. But till now there is no action.

                We are unable to understand that how someone can withdraw the money from others account if they don't have bank card and Pin.

                Definitely there is something fishy with this ATM machine which is looting the end consumer. In fact i also told to ICICI bank employee that i will write a mail to MD of ICICI bank which i have written also, but that employee replied that Miss Chanda Kochar don't look after such cases, so there is no benefit to write .

                I request you to take immediate action against ICICI bank as Rs 30000 is not small amount and stops such action in future with genuine customers. am expecting positive reply from your side and immediate action.

                          I work for an mnc and i have my salary account with icici for 8 years now. I had an emergency i thought i will apply for an personal loan for 1 lakh. I have called up the call centre and they sent an agent for document collection. I have handed over my documents and signed the application form on 8th may. They said that my loan will be approved in 2 to 3 days.

                          It is been 10 days now and i haven't got any acknowledgement on my application or the money credited. I tried calling up the phone banking and they gave me an number in which no-one is answering. I called up the folks who collected my details on the phone and the guy (Girish) who called himself as the manager of dsa was very rude. He asked me to wait till icici calls me back. He was talking like as if he was doing me an favour.

                          I am frustrated with the level of courtesy these people show towards their customers. I wanted to cancel the loan application now and i am stuck as no one knows loan application number. I am planning to move my salary account to axis bank now.

                              My A/c has been debited Rs.11.50 on 18.05.2017 on account of Surcharge MCC 5541 dated 12.04.2017. for fuel at petrol pump.
                              How can ICICI bank debited surcharge on fuel to my account without my knowledge and that too after one month.

                              ICICI bank is discouraging customers to use Debit card and going cashless at POC. Please resolve this issue, this is not the first complaint in this issue, I have seen number of complaints by people on the same.

                                My name is baban kumar singh from noida. On 18 may i rcvd. Credit card bill with an amount of rs. 6608.59. Transaction held on 24.04 is fake as per my understanding. I didn't do any transaction on that day. I phoned twice at customer care but not get any positive reply. Can u help me u to find out this transaction is ok or fake. I don't know but any one has stolen money from my credit card and paid to mops-sbc-cr-card-e mumba. Will you please help me to get hold of this person and try to get this money back.                                   This is Ram Mohan, i recently applied for loan with ICICI the process is too slow its been 5 days i have submitted all the documents.
                                  they approved very less amount with 15.6% interest
                                  i rquested for 6lkhs with 14.58 interest in online through ICICI site and they approved 3.72 and all verifications are done.
                                  After approval the concerned manager and executives are not even answering my call, this how you treat a customer that to i have my salary account with ICICI and the verification is 4days and trust you have on customer is minimal
                                  They mention 72hrs for processing now its been 5days and it is becoming hectic, i am taking tensions for your irresponsibe behaviour.

                                    Dear Sir/Mam,
                                    The situation of your Alpha Commercial Branch, Greater Noida is very pathetic and nobody is ready to work and not ready to listen, even other government banks are not so poor in their services as you are. I am visiting continuously in this branch to reduce the rate of interest from the date of my first visit i.e. in the month of January 2017 but nobody is ready to handle my case. Always they are saying that we are not getting approval from our heads. Kindly see in the matter otherwise I will be bound to transfer my both loans in any other government bank.
                                    I, Dr. Manoj Kumar Agarwal, took a home loan in two accounts- LBDEL[protected] & LBDEL[protected], from your ICICI Bank. In the month of January 2017, I went to ICICI (Alpha Commercial Branch, Greater Noida) to reduce the rate of interest from 9.5 to 8.5 because you have reduced rate of interest on home loan to 8.5 in the month of January 2017 but they always said to me to come in the next month and we will do it. After so many visits and requests now I got two letters of reduction of rate of interest from April and May 2017 while I am requesting from the month of January 2017. Kindly reduce my rate of interest in both the account numbers from the month of January 2017.

                                      I am holding ICICI saving account[protected] using as my salary account from past 6 Years.
                                      Recently I realized my Sur Name spelled incorrectly because I submitted voter Id and Pan card as proofs at the time of opening the account. Voter Id itself contains incorrect Spell, So I updated Voter Id Name with Correct Spell and visited my Home branch Begumpet Hyderabad with Voter ID, Pan card, Adhar contains correct Name but ICICI bank not accepted my request and they are suggesting me to close the account and open a new account.

                                      All the my legal Proofs Pan card, Voter ID, Adhar, My education Documents and Passport are having Right Name but ICICI is not accepting any one of this documents as proof to make it correctly. Simply they are saying at the time of account opening You submitted the proof have incorrect name we considered it.

                                      Please consider it as High Proiority I am seeing so many people are facing the same issue with ICICI bank. Other Banks are accepting same requests I don't know why it is not happing with ICICI.

                                        On 17May, 2017 when I made attempt for payment to flipkart using Phonepe UPI linked to my ICICI account. The transaction failed / cancelled for two times. But my ICICI savings account is debited with amount of ₹ 1438/- debited for the failed ransaction. So I kindly request you to refund the amount deducted for failed transaction.

                                        The two cancelled / failed Phonepe UPI transaction ID are as follows

                                        1. P1705171011385388062434.. another cancelled transaction ID is
                                        2. C1705171010550028062178.

                                        the Icici transaction Id for the deducted amount of 1438/-... The No. is UPI/[protected]/[protected]@ybl. Please kindly do the needful at the earliest.
