    Sir, i am maintaining my SB A/c with ICICI Bank Mohali Punjab.Recently I approached one of their branch in Ludhiana and requested them to change my name in my SB a/c. I submitted them all the required documents like copy of the new passport and PAN No. with regards to my new name and address but my request was not accepted by theme and I was advised to get a copy of the Government Gazette for name change.I do not know what the Gazette is and how the name is changed in it .
    I surprised that all the other banks like SBI, PSB, Kotak Mohindra Bank, HDFC Bank, PNB have changed my name in their records on the submission of the above documents but why ICICI Bank is not accepting my request.
    I want to know further whether same guidelines apply for all the banks for changing the name or it depends upon bank to bank .?

    Sir, i am maintaining my PPF account with ICICI Bank, which I want to transfer to another bank.I submitted my request to ICICI Bank for doing the needful but I was advised to approach the bank where the account is to be transferred.
    Kindly inform me the correct position and what the formalities the bank has to observe while transferring such accounts from one bank to another as most of the bank do not know exactly the procedure .

      This is my second complaint for the same issue where in the bank and their agency are making third party calling and sharing my personal information to my friends and cousins,
      Even after warning them and doing my due payments, also the agency people tell us that they are calling from the bank, after telling them that I'll drop a complain here they seem to very okay with this and not at all bothered with the cosumer forum.
      Had dropped a complaint to the bank also but no actions taken yet, they say its an internal process but no actions taken.

      Considering third party calling is illegal, I am submitting this complain and expecting some serious action towards the agency.

        This is not the first time that cdm is not working. the icici bye pass branch madurai 625016 has two cash deposit machine but none is working for the past 2 month. Every time we have to fill the challan and the employee in this branch is damn slow. The main reason for opening account in private sector is only for customer satisfaction and if you are failing to provide it then why the hell should i open account with you.

            If the bank employees cant provide good service to customers so please dont make them work... Yes i am talking about arrogant behaviour of your banks employee named mr rajendra kanathe of icici, vakola branch, mumbai -400055.-whenevr i go to deposit in this branch this branch, when has many pending work in their branch they just give an excuse that the server is not working properly we cant accept the cash and the cashier/teller i want a strict action against that person whenevr anyone goes to deposit he cant cooperate them instead of that he keeps on telling how to bring the money in an arrogant way... Actually saying i would have not complaint but this has happened several times now so take a serious action against tht branch and the employee tooo otherwise close tht stupid # irregular branch...

              I purchased 1 mobile 5000/- on 23/03/17 in amazon with my icici debit card but i cancelled that order after amazon done refund (Ref no[protected] initiate to icici bank on 27/03/17 but that bank told the transaction successful... Bank people didn't check simply told to transaction successful but amazon told refund already initiate to your bank.. No one response i am send lot of mails to head of the icici bank

                Writing to you regarding a money multiplier bond issue which has been ongoing since the past 3 months. It's very unfortunate to share my experience over the last few months where all my calls to your head office have been going unanswered. There is no response to emails sent out and even after making physical visit to your delhi branch in cp, our issue remains open without any resolution. It's ridiculous to see these kind of services offered by your bank when the only issue in this whole matter was to change the name of the bond owner, where we had already shared the necessary docs more than a month ago. I am sharing the details below along with the trail mail with your team. This is my last attempt and hope of getting this issue sorted failing which i dont see any other option but to take this matter up legally. Looking forward to an earliest response and resolution .

                    From last 2 months from my account charges are applying illegally without any notification for me.in the one of emergency case i was having about rs300. But it was deducted without knowing to me. I was in big trouble. It was very panic moment for me. Bank have illigally applying charges every month. I want my money back. This is absoulutely frustrating and ridicules. I have lost trust on icici bank....

                    My A/c has been debited Rs.11.50 on 05.12.2016 on account of Surcharge Industrial Service dated 05.12.2016.& 30.12.2016&06.12.2016&05.01.2017&12.01.2017&07.02.2017 again debited of surcharge for fuel at petrol pump.
                    How can ICICI bank debited surcharge on fuel to my account without my knowledge.
                    ICICI bank is discouraging customers to use Debit card and going cashless at POC. Please resolve this issue, this is not the first complaint in this issue, I have seen number of complaints by people on the same.
                    No one is reply from ICICI bank.

                    In ICICI online payment website, payment for irctc is done i.e Rs.285 amount is deducted from the account. But not booked.It says an error Payment Status: Payment Settled Late and reason -No response from bank

                        सर मेने चेक नोएडा सटेलर पार्क मे अपने खाते मे डाला ।
                        यह चेक rejecte हो गया इसे मेरे घर ना पहुंचा कर मेरी होम ब्रांच पहुंचा दिया पर यह ना तो वहां पहुंचा ना घर मे 10 दिनो से परेशान हूं कि यह चेक गया कहां Icici [protected] फोन करने पर बताते है यह चेक मेरी होम ब्रांच पहुंचा दिया गया है पर वहां बताते है यहां नही है ।
                        मे प्रत्येक दिन वहां जाता हूं जिसमे मेरे 2000 हजार रुपये खर्च हो गए सर चेक नही मिला कृपा कर चेक जल्दी देने की कृपा करे।।
                        सर मे इतना परेशान हूं

                          This is in regards to my credit card ending with ***2005 which i took in the year 2014 and using properly. since i was not available in mumbai around 5-6 months i am unable to pay my outstanding which I came to know about recently when I received a message from ICICI bank. However i ready to pay my outstanding amount in a part but they wanted me to pay complete amount at one shot which started a series of harassment calls for me both at my contact number and my office number.ICICI collection agent Sabhajeet Yadav has been threatening me and calling me continuously even when told that we will connect with him later.I have ICICI bank account also because of this i stop using it.On 8th May, 17 collection agent Sabhajeet yadav with out intimating me come to my home where my wife was alone & he started abusing & using wrong words in front of every one there because of this my wife fall sick & under high depression. he is not having any rights to disclose my information in front of every one & sit at my home when my wife was alone at home.
                          He was very unprofessional because of which my wife now not ready to continue relationship with me. This is a pure harassment & unethical practice request you to take some action against this collection agent.

                          if anything happen to my wife or my relation i will catch hold icici bank for the same.i am also in to customer service & i know the rules & regulations.

                          I have been repeatedly getting calls from number [protected] (sabhajeet yadav) & executive Swati[protected] for harassment.

                            My name is Gyanender Prakash. I have a salaried account in ICICI Bank at Suncity Branch Gurgaon. Spelling of my name is Gyanendra Prakash which is incorrect in the Account details and needs to be corrected. My PAN number is linked with my account and it has the correct spelling. I have visited the ICICI branch office and they say I have to get my name published in news papers along with notary. But its not a Name Change and its just a clerical mistake which should not require any publication in newspaper. I have discussed the problem with my sister who is a Manager in SBI. According to her a PAN card is a Government Document and is sufficient for this update. I am not sure what are they Branch Officials upto. Are they to help us or to make our life difficult.

                              Icici bank, best net banking but worst customer service, my account was opend with you. And i inform you that name which is mention in my aadhar is not correct your agent told me that go ahed with the aadhar name once you change/update/correct your aadhar you have to visit our branch and we will update. From that time till now what i am doing is just going to your branch and try to update/correct my name. No help u guys just wasting my time.. If i need to give u the rating from 1-5 it will be - 0, not only poor it is worst...

                                I have received a credit card recently with monthly credit limit of 20000 so after some time I have make the payment of Rs 28 from my credit card. When I'm seeing my credit card detail as "view and manage your credit card" using icici netbanking then there is a colunm as "Total amount due" it is showing 2.0 cr so could you tell me why this showing such amount as due of my card limit is 20000 and I haven't make any payment as well recently received card so please this query as soon as possible

                                  I would like to raise this concern and complain against ICICI bank, ICICI bank has processed one of the personal loan without any agreement and consent from customer, they have not even notified my about this personal loan, I came to know when it was processed and amount were disbursed,
                                  I immediately file the complain with ICICI but seems for them no value of any customer, I raised three complains regarding this but they themselves closed all my complains with out even confirming from me. below are all Service request and loan number, they are not even showing any agreement for this loan.

                                    Please be aware of ICICI bank - it is full of misguiding and looting public funds.

                                    1. 18 years back they issue Money Multiplier Bonds for public to invest Rs.4700/- per bond and get Rs.50, 000/- which matures on 28.04.2017.
                                    2. No word / publication on the matter for 18 years and they happily announce the procedure in some Financial newspaper which is hardly read by business class.
                                    3. With great difficulty we manage to get their number which turns out to be a call centre - typical careless attitude.
                                    4. After some 5-7 attempts a lady comes online and gives a list of documents to be sent along with the original bond. With no care of mention either of cut-off date / Form 15H / passbook copy etc.
                                    5. Surprise part - you invest in ICICI Bank and are asked to get funds from some 3i Infotech Ltd. Ask their contact number the call centre lady refuses to give and disconnects.
                                    6. Send all the documents and wait endlessly. 3i Infotech does not care to even acknowledge on the speed post Ack card.
                                    7. Call the caall center to confirm receipt of originals - after some 5-7 attempts they come online but are unable to confirm information. After insisting to speak to a Senior / Manager - they put you on a hold and play music for 29 mins.
                                    8. For days you are left to worry of your original documents / bonds.
                                    9. Google 3i Infotech Ltd. numbers and none answers any of the numbers.
                                    10. Had I not put in efforts my money would have been left hanging with 3i Infotech / ICICI Bank to keep and enjoy. Though they confirmed having updated address and bank information.
                                    11. Finally able to reach Senior Manager who helps out asking to mail further details.
                                    12. Now the master surprise - amount being paid is way lesser than what is payable. A shock of Tax being deducted - which was neither informed earlier nor mentioned by the call center official.

                                    ICICI Bank forgets that 2 decades back it was all these investors money and trust we put in them that let them do business and earn and grow into what it is today.

                                    Not that money is paid to ICICI and we are made to run pillar to post to some other organisation to get back our little savings.

                                    And the most irritating part of IVRs and call centers - if only one can understand how irritating they get. All youngsters are employed at call centers who care a damn without understanding the concepts. Just got to achieve their call targets collect salary at the end of the month and all is done. Can someone put an end to this.

                                    If some director / chairperson of the bank is reading this - time the woke up and assessed their customer / investor grievances. Let them touch base and face ground realities. They would know how they making money fooling customers / investors.

                                    One who reads this sure would feel a frustrated investors venting. Yes, I am frustrated at the approach of the bank and hope on receiving my credit for investments made I will put an end to relation with ICICI Bank for ever.

                                      Hi, I have taken women advatage account, with no advantage given.
                                      1. I was told by your employee, that if i open RD of minimum Rs.2000, then, i donot have to maintain a minimum balance of Rs.10, 000. But every month, I can see lots of deductions for not maintaining my minimum balance of Rs. 10, 000.
                                      2. Then there there are IIN charges deductions, every month. Whata are they?
                                      3. Then, SMS charges deduction of Rs 17 every month,
                                      4. Posdec charges deduction os Rs. 28 twice or thrice a month.
                                      5. 5 rs. per transaction you already deduct for transferring amount to another account.
                                      6. MAB charges decuctions of approc 250 every month.

                                      Why the hell are you guys making us fool!
                                      There is no notification on mobile for these deductions.
                                      This is theft! This fraud!
