I have opened my salary account[protected] on[protected] on icici chinchwad branch and my salary has to be debit on 1th may 2017, but due to account status still in dummy i am not able to get my salary, i called in bank for the same but they are not responding, this is first time i start my relationship with icici bank but its really disappointing for me, i think i should close my account before opening. This complaint is regard your worst service to customer you provide, i registered complaint in consumer court for the same.

    I would like to draw your attention towards the fact that there was a unauthorized deduction of Rs 50000 from my Account (three transaction of 20, 000, 20, 000 and 10, 000) on 8th May 2017 at 5:30 PM. The Customer Care of ICICI Bank signifies the ATM Cash Withdrawal was done from Chandni Nursing Home ATM in Kanpur City. I was present in Gurgaon, Haryana at my office Axtria Inc. I have a signed letter from my office about my presence in office on 8th May 2017.Moreover, i lodged a complaint (with my Debit card present with me) in Sector 50 Police Station Gurgaon at 7:15 PM on 8th May 2017. Both the documents are attached herewith.
    Considering the fact that I was present in Gurgaon on 8th May 2017 with my Debit Card, this looks a clear case of Fraudery. This could be due to the Card being cloned or Private Account Details being compensated by Bank.
    I have registered a complaint with the bank (SR[protected] regarding this on 8th May 2017. Please look into the matter and notify me for further actions.

      Fraud on personal loan interest rates

      I took a personal loan from ICICI bank on 31 May, 2016. At that time, i was working with Intelligrape software Pvt. Ltd. (MNC in Noida). My company had a tie up with this bank. Also i have a salary account in the bank. At the time of discussion, bank executive committed me a rate of in between 11-12%. Some paper work was done. But my loan amount was credited to my salary account with EMI at 17.75 % which is unbelievable. They don't provide...

          I settle this above mention card of 21.04.2017 rs. 12900/-. I have settlement letter and money receipts. When the settlement my card o/s was rs.29700 (Approx). I received a phone call from icici bank mumbai[protected] one person call me and he told me your card o/s is rs.39000/- (Approx). I told him my card is settle on 21.04.2017 and i have letter and money receipts. He told me give me the letter and money receipts. I want know why i disclose the letter and money receipts. If they are icici bank staff he see the account details. I call to local icici bank person what is the status of my credit card. He told me your card is closed on 23.04.2017 when your cheque is clear.

          Please see this matter as a complain and give me the advice.

            On 5th May 2017 I was watching net entertainment FITCAMBOGIA.COM all the programme free/free download and one of their product is Rs.1950.00 and for the free shipping. So, I order the product Rs.1950.00 on their sight and given my credit card details for shopping on online. I shocked I got message from ICICI Bank Rs.8970.00 using my card instead of Rs.1970.00
            Immediately I discuss with ICICI Bank Customer care on 5th May 2017 ( SR.No.[protected]. I had raised dispute against excess amount paid to them.
            Kindly take necessary action and reply immediately.

              Respected sir,
              My name is raghavan srinivasan iyengar was working in very senior level in it industry now living a retired life since last 4 years. When i was working in zenith computers ltd chakala midc mumbai icici bank issued me with a credit card [protected] in 2005 and i used to utilize the services of this card for the benefit of my company’s travels across the globe. During my employment in zenith computers ltd, i have paid whenever the bill was sent to us.
              In the year 2014 january, they sent a bill for₹ 1, 94, 000/- and requested me to pay the entire amount or else icici bank would cause dire consequences against me. The person used to call my mobile numbers from mumbai mr ashok and their collection agent mr ganesh, at that i was a consultant working a different company at mumbai.
              In the month of march 2014, i cleared the icici bank credit card dues making a total payment of ₹ 1, 94, 000 and they also sent me an email of the receipt from their email id [protected]@icicibank.com, they have also given a letter receipt signed by ashok of icici bank mumbai
              The same is attached for your reference.
              After 3 years of my payment to icici bank when i checked with cibil records, it was showing outstanding wherein i was shocked and furious.
              I contacted cibil and requested them to remove the same but they in returned reply that i should contact icici bank, icici bank representative mr giridhar h s regional manager debit contacted me and stated, i have not paid the said amount and now visited our residence and requested us to pay which i have denied. I gave the email proof of payment, he states that email was faked and it is generated. He stated me for an investigation, and i have also said i am also doing investigation personally through our advocates i also gave me all the necessary information to whom i paid the amount. I have also applied a petition through my lawyers in the civil court. Again, mr giridhar has called and harassed me and my wife for no reason. Ultimately, i addressed you this complaint for an immediate help.

              I shall be obliged if you could kindly consider this matter and instruct the bank to stop contacting us with immediate effect.

                Sir. I used icici bank platinum credit card at hpcl petrol pump. Before buying fuel bank told me that i will get back surcharge 2.5% of fuel. So filled 100 rs at petrol pump and swipe credit card. But my credit card statement showing 101.15rs and even not get back surcharge of fuel. Why they cut extra money? I also contected icici bank but they didn't give me satisfy answer.

                  Today i received a call from unknown numbers, claiming to be icici bank representative. The lady calling offered of changing of my debit and credit card for security reason and upgrading to better secured card.

                  However i did not reveal any details and disconnected the call.

                  When checked with icici bank to confirm if the call was from their end, the representative denied.

                  Sharing the mobile nos from which the call was received [protected], so that the fraudster can be traced and lot of other people can be saved from being duped.

                  I never used ICICI Bank Demat accout. I dont even know why money has been deducted from my account. I want it back. My account number[protected]. This is very bad, without any deduction message, deducting amount from my accout is not acceptable.

                      I have a saving account in your bank. On 6 may’2017, someone has withdrawn 27, 000 from my account without my permission. I called customer care, they people told me someone has withdrawn money from bangalore location. I have submitted all the documents in your branch (Nirvana courtyard, gurgaon) including dispute form. Could you please let me know how it could be possible that i live in delhi and someone has withdrawn the money from atm.

                        Hi,

                        I requested locker in icici bank in parsik nagar bank many times over past months.
                        Earlier we were asked to create new account and invest in term plan i protect for a locker. however they have not given us locker after we complied which in itself is breach of trust.

                        Even[protected] after half an hour of waiting Mr Hitesh Muglani manager addressed our query and asked us to invest in maximiser mutual fund, dead fund or NFO.
                        We agreed to invest in FD as per rbi rules and 1 lack FD but he denied giving us locker on this basis
                        I have raised this issue to ICICI bank customer care and now bank is saying there is waiting list.
                        But when I was ready to invest there was no waiting list and suddenly now waiting list is created for locker, I am asking to give me my waiting list number which also they are not giving me.
                        ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                        I have been charged Rs11.50 extra on swiping card at petrol pump (HP). when i called customer representative, she said they are not deducting amount but the merchant deducting that amount. i am not sure who to complain about this. that was a HP petrol bunk.

                        I have raised a request from Amazon, and they have issued the refund back on 23rd April, but I haven't received it till now. I have made the payment through my coral debit card. When contacted Amazon, they said that the refund has been raised from their side, it might have been stuck from the bank side. Hence, I am raising this complaint.

                          On[protected] from my account[protected] was debited 805 rupees for DP charges, i opened the Salary account at the time of opening the account i dint signed any document regarding any D-Mat application but now in my account money was debited because of D-mat, Since i dint opened my any D-mat how could thay can debit amount from my account. I want my money back. Please make sure to resolve my query as yearly as possible.

                            I hold a Credit Card from ICICI bank. Made a Transaction of $50k in November to buy a Digital Camera. I flew overseas after that and contacted bank that I am facing issue in paying in full and need a payment plan.

                            I am still overseas and Bank has totally refused to understand my situation and offering any payment plans. I asked for settlement to which I have not got any reply from ICICI.

                            They have started visiting my HOME and giving unnecessary stress to my Parents. I emailed again and requested bank NOT to contact my parents at my residence or phone. My brother gave the representative my EMAIL address to communicate but bank is not happy communicating through email.
                            I strongly believe its a Breach of my Privacy and I am not happy with ICICI bank not ready to understand my FIN situation. I have not denied paying my overdue but looks like they want to take undue advantage of my situation and keep charging Interest. What can I do in this scenario? Can someone help me ?

                              I have applied for personal loan of 4.5 lacs with icici bank, out of which partial amount got credited to my account on 1st march'17 and rest, balance transfer dd handed over to me at the end of third week of march (dd has a validity date of 26th march'17) and i was unable to deposit bt dd within date, so i called mr. mahesh who processed my loan to issue a new dd and handed over the bt dd to mr. kiran. mr. mahesh promised me that he will hand over the updated dd with in a week however, after so many calls and follow up he texted me one email address of mr. b. madhusudhan and ask to email for bt dd check reissue however, i have sent an email to him with all the details on 3rd may however, there is no response from him till date. therefore, i would request you to set into this issue and help me out to get my bt dd. also without my knowledge and permission they have activated the insurance and never called me to get my approval before crediting the amount into my account.

                                I had applied for a Personal loan with my Bank ICICI Bank - LPPUN[protected] - which had provided me great banking service for the past 15 years now.
                                My account number is[protected], Bangalore.
                                First of all they took lot of time to process the loan. By the time the loan was disbursed it was already time for me to recieve the salary. My salary is almost equal to the loan.
                                But this is not what is bothering me.
                                The most frustrating thing that made me post this is the kind of harassment I went through in the whole process.
                                Every day there will be a call for loan approval with proposal that never matched the promised Interest and Processing fee requested. These guys disturbed me a lot throughout my office time.
                                Almost 20 days latter I got a final call confirming a lower interst rate and a 1% processing fee. I got my loan amount reduced as I anyways didn’t need a loan as I was about to receive a loan. Just that these guys have taken so much efforts, a small amount of loan was just a token of respect to them.
                                I confirmed my processing fee. It was around 1K+some taxes. I approved.

                                Latter I got several calls saying the processing fee and interest rate being higher. I angrily but still politely (because I was at work) rejected.
                                I was about to fly to Oslo in two days and to my surprise I got a SMS for this loan amount getting deposited in my account. And that too cutting a 2% processing fee. I tried to call the ICICI Bank helpdesk. But was not able to reach any of them.
                                I complained over the social forum, Mail etc. At last on the day of my travel a gentleman calls me from the ICICI bank brank – knowing nothing about what happened, doesn’t know any maths still assuring me he will take action.

                                I told him to reply over mail as I am travelling out of India for few months.

                                Still waiting for a reply from these guys.
                                Overall – a small issue for me for me – but a major cause of concern the way these guys are governed. All I could say is these organizations are superb when it comes to a banking service. But the other services like the credit cards and Loans – they are a bunch of highly unscrupulous people. Just be careful when you deal with them.

                                  I recently noticed that ICICI bank is charging me a sum of 28 Rs for some charges which I was not clear of and on enquiring with them further they say that these ATM decline charges are levied if someone tries to withdraw an amount more than his current balance in the Bank.

                                  I was surprised to hear that any such charge also exist and on further enquiry the representative has just one statement to give me that "These charges are levied as per RBI guidelines".

                                  It is a possibility that a customer can mistakenly press a wrong amount to withdraw more money and also can be unaware of his current balance so may try to overwithdraw.

                                  But I think levying a charge for this by the bank is not fair.

                                  I think this practice in unfair and if this is wrong I would like to know a way through which I can raise my voice against this.

                                  Rs 28 Charges were levied in may 2017.

                                    I am having a saving bank account. I purchased from online shopping sites. I returned the attached items 20days back. I have not yet recd the transfers in my account.i am getting all other transfers from other sites n account transfer. Myntra people have given me reference no as a proof that they have transfered the amount. But the bank is not crediting the amount in my account. Big cheaters they r. The card doesn't take time for debit but take a long time for credit. I need my money asap

                                      above service request close with call and with out information,
                                      I Lost i my dabit card, after i am register complain in icicle bank net baking on 24 apr 2017, we not receive dabit card, rs 230/- amount directly deduct by icici 27 apr 2017. my dabit card name coral dabit. as discussed i am try to card less withdrawn that time opt not receive and and unable withdrawn by card less,
                                      after i am call to icici bank that time i am unable to called to icici bank that time demanding some like dabit card pin, so after long time i am call to icici bank that time one person telling to please visit to our brach and process for instant davit card, after i am called to his branch that time one person tell charge apply for instant dabit card, after i am call to call cneter that time infirm to me charge apply for instant card, that time i am saying ok, after visit icici bank at ghod dod road branch that time on person saying minimum 3 working days required for start instant dabit card, after i am called to call centre that time saying 24 hour required for start, i am call to call centre that time unable to unable to called to authorised because all are busy . today is 6-may -2017, till date we not receive dabit and unable to withdran by atm, all are commitment fail icici bank, no baddy was reply properly, i am face issue last 15 days, till date my deduct not credit in my accont,
