my wife went to ICICI Bank, Hiranandani Branch, near D mart, Powai, Mumabi to open a account, they took 11000 for new account opening on 11/05/2017.

now today its 23/05/2017, no account details given, my wife went to bank atleast 4 times, no response so far, rather they are behaving rudely.

could you please address this asap.

I just got sms today 6june 2021 at11:46pm that yranaction of rs.299 from my icici account for VSI*RSZ sony.
I have not done any such transaction nor i have given any such standing instructions.
Icici bank should take responsibiluty for this transaction

      Cheated in loan account: lphyd[protected].

      Worst exp with icici. Worst behavior from relationship manager: sudhanshu [protected].

      I already send so many emails and so many complaints to icici.

      Didn't get proper resolution for any of the emails.

      Why icici promised 11 % rate of interest
      Why deducted insurance even i said not interested (It might resolve, soon. Insurance amount promised to me that it will credit back). This is the only thing reacted and taken complaint and in progress.
      Why high processing fee. Why promised 999 rs processing fee and small amount for document work.

      Why there is no reply for any of the emails?

      Is person need to call customer care many times, and waste mobile bills??

      What is your action on rate of interest???

      Relationship manager did the fraud and cheated even after so many calls and sms.

      Why relationship manager processed even after i said not interest for loan if interest rate was not 11 %.

      What is action from your end in this case?

      Is higher officials investigated the case???

        Kindly requesting you to return my deducted amount that is Rs. 6204/-

        If this amount is deducted for any type of policy then to tell you that i am not interested in any type of policy for now.

        Dear Sir,

        Till the time the complaint is not resolve...this is one of very bad service provided from ICICI BANK AND ICICI prudential life insurance.

        No any action is taken to resolve the complaint and to get back my money to my ICICI bank account.

        This is really unwanted transaction done from my ICICI bank account.

          Hi i had 2 personal loans from icici bank, which i could not pay on time, Mr tanuj called me and i told him that i can not pay the whole amount, he offered me a settlement amount for both of my loans, i recieved a call from hyderabad office to verify the same. After that i received settlement letter from icici bank confirming the amount he gave me, so i paid the amount next day and he said i should get NOC in next 10 days, which i kept waiting, i tried getting in touch with him but he did not responded well, so i called icici back and shocker to hear that my account its showing open, they can see the payment i made, but not showing settled, i spoke to 3 different person in phone banking and they asked me to call Mr tanuj, i tried calling him but he did not respond, this is cheating from icici bank. i will make a police complain about this beacuse i have docs that says my laon will be settled once i pay the amount and how i cheated from icici bank.

              I Brinesh B Shriram, I close my ICICI Bank A/c in February in worli branch, I got the Message of Closure on 10th of March, Service Request No is SR[protected], but my Home branch is MIDC, i visit the the worli branch March ending to ask the status of DD they told you ask the your Home Branch they will help you, then i visit the MIDC branch (Andheri). the attender name is Meenal Natekar they give the POD copy number which is dispatched by courier on March only, with the help of POD i enquired by brother on same day in 3 branches of they will not response, they told co-ordinate with your bank, then i ask to Meenal Natekar (Deputy Manager) madam, they given the vising card & told sir call me tomorrow i will give the status for same, i called mam mob no. & Landline no. many times but they are not respond me, then i complaint the online 3 times, 2 complaint they called me to resolve, but sill not resolve the Problem

                    My issue is that I have made the payment of my card but i was sort of 377 bugs so 377rs was left on my card but the bank auto debit my card and imposed a charge of 450 rs as autodebit fee and do not informed me about that. Now when I call the customer care they are saying that I have signed the form about the details of the card but I never signed any form because I was offered this card on the call and I have not been informed anything about this autodebit procedures. My concern is that when I have paid the minimum amount due than why I have been charged for autodebit fee. If I am sort of some money hen with some penalty on the remaining amount I can do that in the next month. This is just cheating with me. My customer account no is[protected]

                    Icici bank branch subhash nagar new delhi 110018.ifsc code icic0003361. This bank dont accepted 10 or 20 rs notes for last 2 monrhs. Everyday they said we r not accept this currency.. Another branch accept these notes but this branch dont accept.

                      Icici bank has charged me around 500inr for the failure of autopay of credit card bill which i was not requested. When i approached customer care they told me i was requested this during the application of credit card with out my awareness.

                      Similar things happened like they call me as i accepted to open health insurance and asked me to pay 400/per day & they also opened an account of icici direct

                      Which all were the reason for multiple document during the opening of account and asked to sign on document.

                        I have savings account for almost 10 years in icici bank. I could not do
                        Online transaction getting error transaction is disabled for this user,
                        Please contact bank for further information, i have called nearly 10 times
                        To customer care and 20 times chatted no proper response they keep on
                        Saying to try again later. I have tried many times clearing my browser
                        Cookies and whatever i can do. Still didnt work. Really fed up with your
                        Services. This is happening for almost 6 months but not resolved yet. Few
                        Days before i also could not make fixed deposit through my debit card since
                        I could not do online transaction, when chatted with your customer service
                        They are trying to get away with this issue instead of solving it. Really

                          ICICI Bank has stolen Rs.21, 660/- from my account ending with 5168 since 1st Feb, 17 and gave me total loss of Rs.50, 000/- by closing pre mature FDs without my permission. I have written to Senior Management and Nodal Officer but no resolution so far. No security of money in ICICI Bank.
                          Never open an account with ICICI Bank and do any transaction...
                          ICICI Bank is the worst bank I have seen in my Life.

                              my name is Hassan Ahmed, i am a student as well as personal banking customer of icici bank since past three years. On analysing my saving account statements i found that the bank has charged me a total of inr 690/- as mab charges. This is ridiculous. And the best part is i have never been notified about the monthly deductions via sms or e-mail so i never get to know the charges, the charges were different each month ranging from feb 2016 to may 2017/- and totalling to 7300/-...

                              On speaking to my friends about this charges, they told their bank reverses them...with the hope of reversal, i went to my branch, the executive said dont u understand that you have to maintain minimum balance of 10, 000. I told her sometimes it is not possible to maintain and i do have regular deposits and withdrawal..she was not ready to listen to me. I even told her that other banks do reverse the charges, she tells lets other banks do, icici do not reverse..i lost all the hopes and completely dissatisfied with the customer support. she told me to fill the closure form and close the account...this kind of services you giving your customers? Is everything about profitability? Worst banking service i ever saw...

                              As a last try, i called up icici customer care, about lodging a complain regarding mab charges, the executive told me that you can go to branch and they will reverse it for you, i asked her two times, will they surely reverse? She replied yes..

                              the phone banking customer care did do a reversal but just 690 out of 8300

                              Now i dont have guts to fight with the branch again...

                                Hi,
                                I hold an ICICI credit card. Recelty I have purchased for 27, 000 using my credit card and converted to EMI from the store itself. Total Credit Limit in my account is only 30, 000. I was also convinced the by the shop manager that the process will be interest free. Only later i have discovered that the interest amount will be credited back to my card as a cashback.

                                So I assumed everything will be fine and since my credit balance didn't go over the credit limit and the EMI was interest free. I have made the purchase on[protected] and it is converted EMI on[protected]. During the process I was charged 500 + 75 for overlimit fee. I have also added 3000 more to my card as soon as i have discovered the overlimit fee[protected].

                                I have contacted ICICI through grievance form and i got plane email saying its against the bank policy to reverse any charges what so ever. This was rude and hurtful since this was clearly a misunderstanding. So much for a bank that is having a motto that says "Khayaal aapka". Its like they are waiting for you to make a mistake to charge you.

                                I have never went over the limit before or never have any late payment records. I made the payments on time and correctly.

                                So i kindly request you to reverse the over-limit fee as first time courtesy.

                                Thanks. They have reversed the fee. Please beware of the fraudsters calling to get your credit card details. They called around 4- 7 times within 2 hours after i post my complaint here.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I tried to contact your customer care number [protected] to unblock my card, the number is connected and i given inputs according to IVRS. but there is no useful and my problem is not solved. The IVRS of your customer care is not properly. it repeated the same statements again and again after i gave correct inputs.

                                  Please unblock my card via this mail or call to my number and do needful for me.

                                    I shashi kala singh have sb account[protected] in icici bank vibhav khand gomti nagar lucknow ifsc-icic0002376. After demonetization my account was debit freezed cause pan card was not updated in my account so after 2 months i therefore updated the pan card as i have to apply for new and i was told that debit freeze will be removed from my account within 2 working days... But today i found out that my account is still debit freezed and the reason is same "pan card not updated demonetization" while i have received the confirmation sms that pan card has been successfully updated into my account... Pathetic and reckless service by icici bank... This was not expected from private sector and customer focused bank of yours.. Im losing faith in icici bank...                                     You have to go to branch with your pan card and the massage which you got from the bank for PAN update and then ask them to remove debit freeze from the account. I also had the same issue then i went to branch and asked them to do it and then it was removed. Or contact Police for the same.

                                      I am not using my one icici bank account from 2015 suddenly in april 2017 one neft wrongly transfer in it 1500/- as i request bank to allow me to take that money and close that account. Icici bank person told me that, your account is under dormant first you open it and there is no charges if you continue this account. So i maintain minimum 10000 /- in that account.

                                      Today at 7.02 am i got a sms that your available balance is 4900/- as on 06.47 am and when i login i got 3800/- available balance.
                                      Bank donot inform me about the 8 transaction not even once.

                                        Dear sir, with due respect my name is amit kumar sharma has been long associated with your bank since 10yrs in saket nagar branch indore (M. P). But recently in three time in alternate day bank has deduducted rs 7000 from my saving account without pre information neither any hard copy nor soft copy. Even i given requisition letter to saket nagar branch, but they have not responded well. Hence i request you to looking to long relationship with your branch kindly consider about reversal rs 7000 in to my account.[protected].
