I shashi kala singh have sb account[protected] in icici bank vibhav khand gomti nagar lucknow ifsc-icic0002376. After demonetization my account was debit freezed cause pan card was not updated in my account so after 2 months i therefore updated the pan card as i have to apply for new and i was told that debit freeze will be removed from my account within 2 working days... But today i found out that my account is still debit freezed and the reason is same "pan card not updated demonetization" while i have received the confirmation sms that pan card has been successfully updated into my account... Pathetic and reckless service by icici bank... This was not expected from private sector and customer focused bank of yours.. Im losing faith in icici bank... You have to go to branch with your pan card and the massage which you got from the bank for PAN update and then ask them to remove debit freeze from the account. I also had the same issue then i went to branch and asked them to do it and then it was removed. Or contact Police for the same.

You have to go to branch with your pan card and the massage which you got from the bank for PAN update and then ask them to remove debit freeze from the account. I also had the same issue then i went to branch and asked them to do it and then it was removed. Or contact Police for the same.

    I am not using my one icici bank account from 2015 suddenly in april 2017 one neft wrongly transfer in it 1500/- as i request bank to allow me to take that money and close that account. Icici bank person told me that, your account is under dormant first you open it and there is no charges if you continue this account. So i maintain minimum 10000 /- in that account.

    Today at 7.02 am i got a sms that your available balance is 4900/- as on 06.47 am and when i login i got 3800/- available balance.
    Bank donot inform me about the 8 transaction not even once.

      Dear sir, with due respect my name is amit kumar sharma has been long associated with your bank since 10yrs in saket nagar branch indore (M. P). But recently in three time in alternate day bank has deduducted rs 7000 from my saving account without pre information neither any hard copy nor soft copy. Even i given requisition letter to saket nagar branch, but they have not responded well. Hence i request you to looking to long relationship with your branch kindly consider about reversal rs 7000 in to my account.[protected].

        Hi,
        I applied for icici loan on 10th may through a dsa and their contact numbers are-[protected], [protected], my loan gets approved in around 4 days and the loan executive told me that there will be only one deduction in loan amount which is 1% processing fee. So for 1 lac loan i was about to get 99000 but bank transferred me rs.97394 on 17th may. When i called the dsa people again they are not replying accurately as if they are not aware about what kind of extra deduction it is, i am following up with them from past 1 week but now they are not even picking up my call, nt replying to my msgs, i am not gonna pay any emi as i dont have any information prior taking the loan that this amount of rs.1600 with also deduct. Neither bank executive called me and confirmed me with all the terms and emi amount and extra deduction. Please help

          I would like to inform you that 347 rupees deducted from my saving account for dmat account which i never opened and even never used when i opened that account agent told me that it is free of cost but now they are deducting the money for the same. I want my amount to be refunded to my account.

          Before i had 174892.36 rupees in my account but now it is 174545.36 rupees only.

            On feb02-2017, i have tried to withdraw rs.10000/- from non-icici atm, the transaction was failure but the amount have got deducted. Regarding the same i have raised complaints in icici customer care, but their repeated response said it was a successfull transaction. I didnt had anything to do with them.

            Considering icici customer care's irrespective behaviour i closed my 10 years old icici account (Sentimentaly it was my first salary account).

            Later, after months i have received a call from icici saying the other bank have returned the amount, so please do collect it as dd from your home branch.. I visited happily to the branch which is 20+ kms away from my residence in this hot summer. But they simply said, we didnt received any intimation as such, come after some time
            (Ppaa, what a response. They can competite sbi)..

            Now, i really unable to contact customer care, icici net banking portal (Since i closed my account, these are not accessible to me)..

            To recover this rs.10000/- so far, i might have spent 10000+ rupees..

            Some one please help me in this.

              Hi

              I have made call to ICICI credi card customer care, to close my credit card after paid of out standing amount with net banking with other bank. When I made call to customer care to inform about paid details, they replied if it other bank will take 3 day to credit. I asked question if we do personal any transaction it taking only 24 hrs even in NEFT why its taking 3 day he said its rule /procedure

              I ask what rule / procedure ? for that he cut the call, for customer he has to answer the know, if he dosen't know, the person need to forward to concern person know? but he cut the call

              Again I made call to customer care, first said about this issue of previous person cut the call he taken complain also no is : SR14727457 about that.

              Again I ask the same question why the 3 day taking for transaction what the rule / procedure, this person also cut call during the discussion.

              See when need the customer they all wait for us, once become a customer they dosen't know the basic sense to address the question

                Today (24th may 2017 at 12:10 pm), i received a fraud call who claims to be an icici employee with emp id as 495220 and name as prakash sharma. He spoke in proper english language. He said; some reward points are accumulated in my debit card. Icici bank is planning to replace my existing debit card with a new coral debit card (For added security). He asked me card number, expiry date verbally. Then he put me across to the ivr and asked me to enter cvv and otp via ivr. I received an sms from shopvista with otp and transaction amount on my mobile phone. Prakash said that, shopvista kerala is the icici bank's payment gateway and so it is safe to enter cvv and otp in the ivr. However, at that point i realised it is not an authentic call and hence disconnected the call. The phone numbers from which the call was initiated is [protected] and [protected]. So, please be careful with such people who can cause damage to icici bank's reputation as well as misuse your hard earned money

                  ICICI direct. helpdesk is just not responsive, they just dont bother to reply to email complaints. On line chats are useless because untrained, greenhorns man the desk and they dont know a damn thing.

                  Calling the helpline is a nightmare, after going throough the complicated IVRS system of commands and compliances, you are kept on hold for indefinite period, and then the line is disconnected, you have to go through the process all over again ! Clearly the system is designed to dissuade the customers from lodging any complaints.

                  ICICI Securities must set up an escalation ladder so that we, harassed customers are able to contact the Senior levels, instead of getting stuck at the anonymous, faceless, hapless helpdesk.

                    Sir,

                    I am Tanmoy Biswas son of Sri Tapan Kumar Biswas residing at
                    474, Rajdanga Main Road, Kolkata 700107.

                    Recently, I am receiving several threatening calls from one Anand Nath
                    and on my enquiry he told me that my father had taken a loan against
                    ICICI Bank Credit Card in the year 2006, which is still due, according
                    to my knowledge all the dues had been paid by my father in time to time,
                    and the card is also expired and lost due to shifting to our new home.

                    I advice him to go to the place of my father with valid documents & papers,
                    but the person continuously turned down my proposal and told me to come
                    his branch and settled the matter immediately and also abuse me
                    in the most slang languages.

                    He threatened my father by telephone & also threatened me several times over
                    office telephone number.

                    However, as you are aware, that Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, by diverse judgements
                    has restrained Bank Authorities from threatening, using goons and / or assault,
                    for recovery of dues. But in this instant matter, your acts are in complete violation
                    from the directives of the Apex Court .

                    Considering the facts and circumstances, you are hereby requesting not to
                    involve in such unethical and illegal acts.

                    Please send us valid documents & papers in legal way.

                    If it is happen again from your branch I will go to the Consumer Forum &
                    Bank Ombudsman & obviously case a file against your bank and your recovery agent.

                    ICICI BANK unable to send the statement as they claiming card has been blocked, its matter of ten years, but their system is showing Rs 85, 000/- due, how funny that is.customer have to come their place (31, Chowringhee Road, Hall & Anderson Building Kolkata – 700016.) that time they will be able to produce the statement and now what they are doing now, they again involved their ICICI Collection Departments Recovery Agents and again started threatening, mental taurcharing, harassment. Now I am agreed to settle down all the things, but they have to produce the valid documents why should i go there palace and why should my family and my self suffer all this things, I want compensation for mental taurcharing, harassment and threatening. I want to settle down the matter in Consumer Affair Department West Bengal.
                    I have attained age of 18 years. I have send all the forms along with 15 G but so far I have not received payment for the bonds, though it has been due on 28/04/2017. There is almost 2 months passed away and company has not send me redemption amount. My mobile No. is [protected]

                      I have been trying to close my dmat account with icici bank since last three weeks.

                      I have submitted every paper required by the bank to close this account.

                      Today i have been told that there is an outstanding charge on this account that’s why it can not be closed.

                      I thought normal practise should be that funds are available in my account.

                      Deduct your charges and close the account.

                      I have called from australia about 5 telephone calls of 45 minutes each with conferencing

                      Among bhavna from nariman point and sheetal, rupi and karan from your call centre but to no avail as yet.

                      Can you please close this account and relieve of the anguish and trouble caused.

                          Due to calculation mistack last month April I have not pay the total amount of creditcard bill, total bill was 80140/- and I have paid the amount 80010/-.it is 130/- rupees short.due to 130/- icici bank have charged 3700/- extra amount in current may bill.for 130/- thay cannot charged for 3700/-.

                          ICICI bank is telling we are following the RBI rule, but other bank like HDFC and other bank in this situtation ther are reverting the amount i[censored]ser call to the customercare.

                            My name is shubham sharma. Address- U-67/6 1st floor, dlf phase 3, cyber city, gurgaon, haryana. Pin -122002. On 11th may was the due date of my Creditcard and i informed to deactivate to auto debit service. Then your executive told me that i will not be charged for auto debit service and i can deposite the amount on 12th may. Now i chacked that i already have been charged for this service. This is the third time that it happened with me. I loose my patience. Really icici bank is providing me excellent service, that's why i always get difficulties to use my Creditcard, rather i am a privilege customer of icici bank.

                              I have approached the manager of your sainikpuri br to open a savings account with cheque book facility. I am told that i need to initially start my savings account with 10, 000/- (Ten thousand s only). Can u please enlighten me on the guidelines of rbi and oblige.                                   You mean My total amount 4014.43 due

                                  Since I did not get statement from 2 year why should I pay the amount and as per last statement I have negative balance more then 1000 rs

                                  since February 2015 I did not received any statement from icici bank do you think its my fault that I did not received any statement now also I send email to now what happen to my card you send me the email that this card does not have any record after sending you the details you are saying that I have due.

                                  kindly provide me where I did the transaction after February 2015 I have not made a single transaction,

                                  Where is excess amount which I paid

                                  As per my statement you have to return me 1000 Rs

                                  Please return my money

                                  If not send me complete statement according to that I will file a case in consumer court

                                  Hope you understand my problem

                                    I had purchased a product on amazon for rs.548 and the transaction was completed with the help of the aatm card. However, my account was debited twice the amount of the actual price. Instead of 548, the amount that was deducted was rs.1088 it has not reached amazon and it is stuck with the bank.
                                    Please credit my account with rs. 548 at the earliest. My cash was deducted on the 14th of may.

                                      There is no proper management or customer service inkalyan branch if anyone has sum important wrk in bank
                                      Than he or she has to take a leave from home or office than only thr wrk has to be done bcz everyone has to wait for minimum 3 hrs for thr turn to solve thr queiryn after that also no proper answer we rcvd n the staff thr is mannerless to answer they assume that they r the boss n we the customers r thr maids

                                        Dear sir/ma'am,

                                        My name is kanika sharma. I want to discuss about my salary account no :[protected] with icici bank.

                                        On the date of 27mar'17, i have recieved a wrong transaction amount of 25000 in my account as i was not aware about the transaction i have forwarded that money in another account.

                                        After few days on the date of 29mar'17, i got a call from that person reporting that he has done a wrong transaction and as he requested to me i returned him 10, 000 back on same date. (Transcation no mmt/ref[protected]/[protected] return money on same bank account from where i had recieved those money.

                                        And now my account is block/lein, why??? I want my account clear or unblocked, i request you to kindly look into this matter and help me asap.
