[protected], where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked me to input the cvv & otp and connected me on...

On May 10, I received two transaction alerts for cash withdrawals of Rs 20, 000 and Rs. 5, 000. I immediately called up the Bank as soon as I saw the transaction alerts to confirm as my debit card was with me at home and I had not made these transactions. After which I immediately blocked the debit card after speaking to Ankit on the NRI helpline for UAE customers.
