I was holding an ICICI Credit Card bearing No. [protected]. During the year 2005-06 I was acutely sick and completely bed ridden. Hence, I was unable to continue with the Credit facility, so I made a settlement with the Bank for a amount of Rs. 32, 000/- which I paid in CASH on 09/11/2006, the date on which the onetime settlement letter was issued to me. The proof of the payment is being attached herewith.

After a period of more than six years, i.e. in the year 2012, the banking authorities suddenly started asking me to pay the amount for the same credit card which I had settled and closed. During that time I could not locate the payment receipt, hence I kept on delaying the issue. Later on I found the payment proof and went to the Credit Cards section of ICICI bank after much frustration and met the concerned man one Mr. Suresh in Visakhapatnam and submitted the proofs and explained him the situation. But unfortunately, now again, persons are coming to me from ICICI and asking me for payment.
Yesterday, i.e. on 01/06/2017 a message came to my mobile that I had done a transaction of Rs.206 on this card. I closed this account 12 years ago and destroyed the card. Then how can I do transaction on an expired card?

    I have repeatedly received spam calls from [protected] and [protected]. The caller's name is Pankhuri as identified. The call was regarding a 10-14 year old credit card due payment against which action (lawyer's letter) was already taken. The loan was taken in my Father's name but I and my office colleagues has been repeatedly troubled by these numbers. The caller is passing derogatory remarks and faking details to my colleagues (I have referred them to the bank).

      Dear sir,
      I have been un neccessorily charged with autodebit charges for my credit card since two month, even though i have already paid all my dues on and one day before the due date. (Manualy)
      But previously i have paid my dues similarli on due date since 1 and 1/2 year there was'nt any amount charged on me but since last two months the autodebit charges has been levied on me. I ahve talked to your customer care executive first time he told me the the amount will be reversed but there wasn't and also he did't informed me of the exact reason for the charges.
      And the again the autodebit charges has be levied on the second months even i have paid one day before.
      Later on one of your executive told me that i have to pay 3 days before and another executive told me 5 days before.
      Please tell me which is currect.
      Kindly do the neeful to please reverse my autodebit charge whic is incurrect even after paying my dues on time.

        Respected sirs,
        I am a frequent credit card user since the past 15 yrs. I had dropped my last payment cheque no. 00650 of icici bank in icici drop box much before the due dt i. E 11/5/2017 for amt 20000.
        In my new statement there are four entries
        12/05/17 chq received amt 2000 ref. 00650
        15/05/17 chq received amt 20000 ref. 00650
        15/05/17 chq reversed amt 2000 ref. 00650
        15/05/17 late payment fee amt 750
        I fail to understand why am i charged late pym fee for the error being occurred by the bank.
        And on complaining to customer care i got this reply:
        Dear ms. Chadha,
        Thank you for writing to us.

        We understand that you need a reversal of the below mentioned charges on your icici bank credit card xx4000.
        [protected] late payment fee - db 750
        [protected] service tax - db 112.50
        However, based on the bank's policy, we regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse the charges levied on your credit card.
        We request you to pay the outstanding amount to avoid the levy of further financial charges on your credit card.

            This is to bring in your notice about the bad practices happening in icici bank. I have been using icici ban credit card fir a few months and the lat month i was informed by the call center of due amt of 59, 900 and due date as 11 june, but when i went to confirm it at the bank, first of all they didnot entertain me and my father as well. They were extremelly rude and they didnot know anything at gomti nagar branch, gomti nagar icici bank, they gave no assitance and even were very disrespectful, when forced they told to contact a person who gave us a different amount, when told by us we never get timey bills and they are sent after due dates the bank gave a very pethetic answer that thats not their problem and said again to contact call center, soo i am writing this soo that all are aware about the malpractices this bank does, i now would not be paying anything, only option is settlement. I would also be bringing it on public platforms and write blogs and social media. I have been annoldbcustomer with the bank and this is what the bank do and this is how they treat thier customers.

              Today i got a msg from icici credit department saying that "dear customer, your icici bank credit card application has not been approved. Pls re-apply after 6 months from the date of your current application.",
              This is the second time my application got rejected.
              I got a email stating that apply preapproved icici credit card.
              First i waited for 2 weeks after online application. No one called me for the documents process. I uploaded my documents on loan. Icicibank.com still no response from icici bank. After few days i called customer care they said wait for 2 3 days someone will collect documents from you if not then contact branch
              After the waiting period is over i contacted the branch they made a fresh application for credit card application refrence no.[protected] which is declined today after the long waiting period.
              I have contacted mr. Aman (Icici credit card executive) he told that the reason for rejection is cibil. I have applied after checking cibil report in which my cibil score is 783.
              How can it be rejected on the basis of my cibil score
              According to banks 750+ is required
              I dont have any settlements or any errors in my cibil.
              I pay all my dues on time
              I cant understand why the reason for rejection is cibil
              I am not satisfied with the icici credit card approval process
              Worst service provided by icici bank
              Kindly look into this matter

                Today I check my e-statement, I found that today dated 01/06/2017 Rs.5000/- was funded to Dr. Tran for funding A/c[protected].

                I don't know who has transferred and I did not get any mail or message on phone.

                It seems like a cyber fraud.

                Please help asap.

                    I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 5years,
                    Now they have charged 521.29 under this category DCardfee0410MAY17-APR18ST68

                    I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                    They never informed me regarding these charges either by email, letter or by SMS.
                    Who has given rights to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                    Because we kept the money in bank that give rights to bank that they can do anything whatever they want or what?

                    There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happend in last 9 months back again its happen.

                          This is to inform you that i g. L. Rao from jamshedpur i had taken loan amount of 22000 r. S in 2001 from icici bank agent at yamha show room sakchi that time he did not give any documents to me my loan has been cleared in 11 months continuously. But i don't have any idea to take noc because i didn't take any loan befor. The icici bank did not send to me any noc till now and i don't have any loan number also, i complained twice till date but they did'nt take any action now i need noc from icici bank on urgent basis because my life is over now i want to make re registration without noc i can't do the same. My bike no is jh05b1114 i don't under stand if i don't have any loan in icici bank why they not giving noc. So kindly do the need full.

                            One cannot book train tickets in irctc via icici bank account. No icici credit card/debit card/net banking is listed out under the payment options in the irctc site. This is causing a hassle among the icici account holders and are forced to use other accounts.

                            What is the alternate option icici is providing for their customer for booking train tickets via irctc site

                              I dont't know, for what you have deducted the amount of 564.14 on 26th may 2017 and my account came to zero balance and it was mentioned with the reference of dmc/[protected] dp chgs till a pr-17.

                              I want to know the reason and it should be returned to my account. How did you deduct the amount from my account without any prior information. I did not activate any other services also.

                              This is very bad and make me angry also. It seems a fraud activity.

                                Hi, i am harshitha j k, on last year march 10th 2016 i used my icici bank debit card in canara bank atm. But unfortunately i did not receive any amount, the system was just buffering and finally it showed transaction was successful, where 3000/- was deducted from my account.
                                The same issue was took to icici home branch as well canara bank but no response. Later matter was taken to rbi where they instructed banks to credit the money along with the fine.
                                After one year finally on march 10th 2017 i only received 3000/- but not the fine. Hence request you to kindly take necessary action against both the banks.

                                  In my ICICI Accout No :[protected], Rs.113.85 debited as "RwdRdmFee/1521890/27-04-17". When I asked Customer care, they said it is against IRCTC train ticket Booking on 27.04.2017. How come IRCTC can debit amount for a past travel without notice? I Hope it is not so by IRCTC.

                                  Then, Kindly Confirm the transaction details to recover the debited Amount as well as little bit care while using online transfers.

                                        I have my account in icici bank. I check my account online through net banking and i found my account has been deducted with amount 120000 on date 19 april 2017 and 20th april 2017 and at that time atm card was with me. Then i went to bank they are not giving me any response. I registered a call to customer care and my complaint no. Is sr[protected]. Even i am not getting any proper response from there. Customer care told me that the amount withdrawn from icici bank atm nirmal plaza palwal.
                                        Please look into This matter and help me to get cctv footage from bank. This was my hard earned money.
