Hi, I had some outstanding for the ICICI credit card which I am going to settle on 31st March 2015 with all charges. We already instructed to collection team to contact me on my registered/alternate mobile no for any clarification. Despite from this instruction, they are calling my HR department and using abusing words and harassing me. Due to this, I received and warning letter from my work place. If due to your such manner-less behaviour if there is any thread arise to my job. I will suit a complaint against this. So it is better to instruct your collection department to show some manners which they did not have, while contacting with customer. Best Regards, Ajit Gotad

    Not able to get the repayment statement online or by phone banking.I am currently in USA and I make partpayments. I want to have the repayment schedule but I am not able to get it online also on using phone banking. It was available online till Dec-2014 now it is not available so can someone tell me the reason why it is disabled online? in days of technology why you want people to visit branch for thsi peace of paper? and how about the people who are abroad? are you going to pay for the travelling expenses? Tell me what the option for people like me to get the repayment schedule?if not online send it on my email id or on mailing address in USA on your expenses. Also today I tried logging complains using http://icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page? but it giving the service temperory unavailable error!! wht type of service you are proving?

      the credit card rep had provided the credit card inspite of my refusal to take it obn account of submitted more documents. it was told that there will be no charges for one year . the credit card was issued inspite of my refusal to have one. I have not made any transactions yet i get a letter from icici to pay an amount due .

          My card no [protected], was blocked due to unauthorised on line transaction, three months back in November 2014' the transaction was reversed in the same month I was told i will get a card within 7 days. but i have not received the same. I have requested to release the old card several times. but that was also not done. I am reciving mail from PROMO asking me why i am not using my credit card. Please verify your records, i am a loyal customer for the past 15 yrs. Kindly do the need ful to release my blocked card... regards, USHA NARAYANAN

            This refers to ICCI Bank, recharge transaction made through Imobile app between 8-10 pm on 7th March.2015. Transaction ref BIL/[protected]/OXIGENPMR/9 for Rs.250.00 for Tata Docom Mobile Sim from my bank registered mobile no.[protected]. This transaction was debited to my bank ac, inspite of a error shown by OXIGEN, who is the vendor of ICICI Bank. Though the amount was not transferred by ICiCI Bank and the recharge credit was not processed. This is the second tIme that my recharge was not processed and I was charged. Earlier I had complained on this site for Rs.149.00 recharge, which was not processed, but still, I was charged on 27/3/2015.Ref.BIL/[protected]/OXYGENMPR/9. From this I have deduced that there is something wrong with the ICICI Banks Imobile application. It only debits you for the transaction, but does not go further in processing the transaction. Some days back their Imobile application was down, and now this serious problem. It is the job of ICICI Bank to fix this recurring problem and pass the refund of the wrong debits made. I hope the Telecom Ministry looks into these loop holes, and makes a transparent enquiry into these type o[censored]nethical practices of this concerned bank. ICICI Bank is answerable to its customers for providing ineffective applications to suit their business, whereby the customers are wrongly charged for incomplete transfers and then showing their inability to resolve the issues.

                Subject: Reversal of Transaction Charges Respected Sir, I, Asadullah Ali C Sayyed hold a current account with your bank, account no.[protected] since Last Year 2014. At the time of opening the account, I had specifically mentioned to your executive Mr. Sachin about the inflow and outflow of money and the kind/amount of transactions that are expected daily. I wasn’t told anything about transaction charges that would be levied on certain amount of cash transactions. However, since January 2013 the transaction charges are being levied and a huge amount of money has been deducted from my account without any notice. This is totally shocking for me as there is no intimation to me that why this huge amount is automatically deducted from my A/c.I am totally shocked and very much annoyed for such a behaviour.I immediately want my money back or I have to look on some other alternative for it. Plz help to get my money back... Also, my online banking facility has been disabled without any intimation because of which I am facing huge difficulty in my day to day business functioning. Such type of customer service isn’t expected from a reputed bank like yours. I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it ASAP. Regards,

                  On 27 Feb 2015, I used my ICICI Bank Imobile application to recharge my Vodafone mob no [protected] for Rs.149.00, ref.BIL/[protected]/OXYGENPMR/9. ICICI Bank debited my account for the same. Upon informing ICICI Bank about the non credit of the recharge amount, I was told to wait for a week and that the credit of Rs.149.00 would be passed. Now after a week they are telling me to contact Vodafone India to initiate action. Upon contacting Vodafone Custmr Service, I was told to contact the bank. Now I cannot comprehend, where my money is gone, while the concerned parties( ICICI Bank and Vodafone)seems to have washed their hands of any responsibility. I was even told by Vodafone to contact another thIrd party physically to get details. It seems I need to spend more than the recharge amount on transportation to try to get back my rechg amount. This is nothing new. Imagine if more than one lakh subscribers face similar problems, then who gets your money and who benefits. There should be accountability in this regard. This type of issues cannot be ignored by the Telecom Ministry. Laws should be made for acountability and responsibility and someone should be made to pay back the amount wrongly deducted without providing the service that was paid for.

                    Respected Sir, My cheque was dishonoured by ICICI Bank inspite of sufficient balance in my account. I have raised the issue in their greviance forum also, but inspite of giving me any relief they are trying to tell me that it is my mistake. I am enclosing screen shot of my account statement, and emails in this regard.Please help otherwise I will be forced to go to consumer complaints forum. Regards .                       HI, I am writing this mail with lot a grievance and lose winch caused by ICICI. Bank has cheated me terribly. How ever I made all the outstanding which I have never used also now. I was using your credit card and I have made all the outstanding payment on July 2014 and I have got the receipt on September by your agent. I asked him to cancel my card. for that they started charging interests till date. and customer care numbers are not working, i even went to the branch to sort this. but now the outstanding of 8000/- which i have never used has kept increasing also i paid. This mistake is from ICIC. for that I kept paying interest. My Card Number is [protected]. Please windrow your service to me. Please stop cheating customers like this. Attaching the Latest payment receipt. This is called daylight robing by the banks.

                        Dear Sir, Name: RajendraKumar Kusam Account number :[protected] IFSC code:ICICI0001021 Branch : Koperkhairne ( Navi Mumbai-Maharashtra) Account is from MUMBAI. Now I shifted Hyderabad. I'm holding Demat account along with savings account opened with zero balance. I lost money in trading so I am not using my savings account. Recently deposited money into my account they deducted 2400/- INR without sending any notifications. Then I spoke to customer care, they suggested to go nearest ICICI branch. I went to ICICI Bank SR nagar branch Hyderabad, they said go to Mumbai branch to discuss this issue. When I am opening account they said its free account no need to maintain balance not they are saying monthly balance has to maintain, Without informing me how can they charge. I visited to ICICI bank nearly 25 times, taking request and saying go to MUMBAI branch. Really frustrated with the ICICI bank services.                           Dear sir, I have a icici bank credit card, (card no :[protected]) i have already paid january month outstanding due date on 15.02.2015 but i paid before 14.02.2015 with icici internet banking, but the updation of payment will be on 18.02.2015. next month bill will show the late payment, interest and service tax will be included, we already paid before the due date so please made the deduction of excess amount as soon as earlier.Note: We already try to pay on 11.02.2015 by cheque but the bank will return the cheque i don't know why i have a balance on my account,

                            I have applied for Personal amount of 13 Lakhs, application reference# 63889681. Issue- I have applied after taking verbal confirmation from executive(ICICI branch in my office premise) for the required amount as I have urgent commitments. Now after applying the loan I have been told to be eligible only for 11 lakhs(Which is also visible on ICICI Portal, not required to ICICI branch executives to know eligibility) and the reason for not getting full amount is mentioned as-It is the first time applicant for Personal Loan though I am a priority customer from 4 yrs, having CIBIL score of 810, Avg balance amount from past 4 yrs in ICICI is around 1.5 lakh, handsome salaried employee, no EMI's, No Loans. I would like to seek proper explanation for misguiding the customers and giving last minute surprises. This really a pain point. Please address this issue and let me know if I reject how it is going to affect my credit report. I have also posted a complaint in ICICI bank portal.

                              A foreign DD issued by ICICI Bank on a foreign bank was dishonoured by Foreign Bank due to discrepancy with the date entered on the DD by bank officials . The DD amount consisted of retirement funds that were being taken out of the country for medical treatment . This caused the Foreign Bank to charge a penalty of 2500$ for failure to pay the amounts that were being incurred for treatment plus dishonour cheque charges of 120 dollars and overdraft charges of 60$ . All this caused me and my family unnecessary stress and delay in treatment .

No.[protected] in ICICI Bank Lakhanpur Branch, Kanpur.on 04/03/2015 I received an SMS of deduction of Rs.52, 294/- from my Saving A/c. No.[protected].This is totally shocking for me as there is no intimation to me that why this huge amount is automatically deducted from my A/c.I am totally shocked and very much annoyed for such a behaviour.I immediately want my money back or I have to look on some other alternative for it.                                       Dear Concern, I Rakshit Mahajan worked as Gold Loan Counsellor in icici bank ltd Haldwani branch from 24 March 2014 to 5 Dec 2014. I applied for withdrawal of my provident fund on 8th jan 2015 and send my documents to uttam associates madurai. As per my offer letter, 673 rs has been deducted from my monthly salary but only 7482rs have been credited in my savings account on 24 jan 2015. I recieved text message from Employee Provident fund office on 28 Jan 2015 ( Form 10C (Withdrawal Benefit) Claim ID: MDMDU[protected] Acct No MDMDU[protected] rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch). Kindly pay attention to this issue and please try to resolve it as soon as possible.                                         We had visited icici bank majiwada branch thane west for miscellaneous work. We were then told that papers and documents would be collected from our home the next day. But no one came. When asked in branch the madam in charge Laxmi lied that she never said so and now she will not send anyone to collect papers. She was rude in talking n told give her complain to whomever we want. Such a poor service is provided by icici bank. The madam doesnt have faith in the customers of the bank. On one side she said she doesnt remember that she said so and on the other side she said we never send anyone to collect papers from customers. But we remember she had said so and she told she doesnt remember she had said.so to us. We had visited icici bank majiwada branch thane west for miscellaneous work.
