      Dear sir, I Manish Kumar, holding credit card of your bank since a long time, having credit card no.-[protected]. I received my credit card statement for the month of Dec.2014 late, so I make the payment on 26.12.2014. After that in each bill (Jan.15, Feb.15 and Mar.15) you are charging late payment charge/ interest /service tax. When I talk to your customer care regarding this matter, he replied that we have dispatched on time, when I ask to produce my receiving, he replied that I (Manish) self contact to courier person. But I am not able to contact to your courier person, because I have not nominated that courier co. and I am not paying them for their service. I am attaching the scan copy of bill for three month (Jan.15, Feb.15 and Mar.15) for your reference.           Thers have been five unauthorised transactions from my account worth Rs 10, 703. I had raised a dispute with icici bank but within a week span of time they have cancelled my dispute without providing proper explanation. This is a huge amount, i have also raised a complaint at cyber crime police station.

                Hi, My name is Rohit Tailor. I have a Salary account in ICICI Bank. I am employee of Adobe Systems and as per Employee Stock Purchase Plan sold out my shares using my account in Etrade. To initiate Wire transfer from Etrade to ICICI bank I called ICICI NRI customer care and they informed me to use JP Morgan Chase Bank swift code. Which i did and my wire transaction was failed and $40 charge deducted from my account. Second time I requested to ICICI NRI Customer care and they provided some additional details. I initiated wire transfer and again it was failed and $40 charge deducted. Etrade account customer services told me to check wire instructions and that I confirmed two times with ICICI NRI customer care but both time transactions failed. Since 2 months I am requesting ICICI NRI customer care to check what's wrong with the instructions and provide me correct details. I provided all information they need but they are not helping me to check what's wrong with the instructions they provided. ICICI customer service is pathetic and I am very disappointed because they are not properly responding to my queries and not helping me to check details. $80 charge deducted because of wrong instructions and now they are not giving response of my email. I am now planning to switch to other bank account who can provide proper services. ICICI customer service is really bad for me.

                I am having the exact same problem with ICICI Bank. I filled in the details for wire transfer in etrade only after speaking to the ICICI customer care and ensuring that the details are right. But, the wire transfer has failed twice and as a result I have lost nearly 80$.
                Now, I am still wondering how to get my money transferred to my account in India.
                ICICI customer care is pathetic. Looks like money transfer never works with ICICI.

                      I haven't subscribed to My Money service but still annual fee for MAR-15 to FEB-16 337.08 rupees got deducted.The same amount was deducted last year also from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to Customer Care didn't help, and I never got the amount back.                       I did not agree to the "My Money" service.

                      I agreed to go to the third party "My Money" website, but this is a deceptive way of charging customers, where the fact that it is a paid service is not mentioned clearly. For any payment, ICICI requires me to provide authorization in the form of Debit Card Grid, OTP, etc, but no such authorization was asked of me before my account was debited this amount (Rs. 345). This is fraudulent.

                      Same has happened to me as well. This is a very deceptive way of ICICI back. I got charged Rs 345 and i did not have a clue about the reason for the charge.

                      So after doing some research i found the option 'My Money' under 'Exclusive offers' in that some where at the bottom it is written in small letters that the annual fee of 300 will be charged after the demo period. So this the consumers will never know of this. I dont even remember going to this page. May be i did it while just poking around.

                        I have been a credit card customer of ICICI Bank for last 7 years or so. But was literally shocked to see the so called "overlimit charges" of rs 500/- in my current statement. My credit limit is 1, 48, 000/-. I made a transaction which resulted in total purchase amount going beyond 1, 48, 000 by about 3000. ICICI Bank should have declined the transaction as it was going beyond agreed credit limit. (I then could have used a different card to make purchases). What shocked me was that ICICI Bank permitted the transaction and levied "overlimit charges" of rs 500/-!!! . To me, this is a totally customer unfriendly act by ICICI Bank (a prudent step would have been to either decline the transaction or to permit it without any charges as a gesture of goodwill to a long term customer). I hope ICICI Bank would have a look at this complaint and do the needful

                        Yesterday they have communicated reversal the over limit charge of Rs. 500.00 along with service tax of Rs. 61.80.

                          As Demat account maintenance charge an amount of 590 was deducted from my account without my notice. And when i spoke to customer care they informed me regarding the amount will get reverted once the account closure request is sent. But till date this has not happened. And even 1 rupee deduction from any salaried account should be brought into the notice of the customer. I strongly disagree the approach of bank towards customers

                            I wish to bring to your notice a serious issue with my last ATM transaction using ICICI ATM machine (Kanchan Gaga Apartments, Magarpatta Road, Hadapsar, Pune-28) I used my CITI bank Debit Card to withdraw Rs. 3000 from ICICI bank ATM located in Pune, Kanchan Gaga Apartments, Magarpatta Road, Hadapsar. After punching in my PIN and the amount to withdraw, the ATM worked on for a while and finally the Transaction was declined. I was stunned later to find that my account was debited with Rs. 3000 even when the cash was not dispensed. This has happened on Saturday 14th, March 2015 at 1.51 PM. Below are the details: ATM WITHDRAWAL SUBJECT: NFSATM 14MAR1359 Card no.: 5497XXX0XXXX6112 Ref: 836509 KANCHANGUNJA APARTMENT HADAPSAR MHIN Ref No :- 14MAR1359 Name : Mangesh Sawai Mobile no : [protected]/ [protected] Somehow this machine does not have functional Transaction advice printer, due to which I did not even get the receipt but amount has been deducted from my account. You can also check the CCTV footage of above mention date and timings to clarify if any doubts. When tried to look for a customer care number to register a complaint, I could not even find it anywhere in ATM. This ATM has neither ATM code displayed nor urgent helpline details mentioned. Whom to contact in such cases? I consider this as a complete lack functional machinery and deliberate use of faulty machines. Who is to blame here? We are at an age of sophisticated machinery and hi-tech and yet a small transaction fails dude to faulty machinery and no help is present. Can someone please help me in this regards. Or help me with the next course of action.

                              I have created a new account for my wife, when i login it says its disabled. When i call customer care it get disconnected every time i choose the right option, i tried for 4 days almost 20 times. Went to icici branch they suggested to mail to customer care. I did, in response they say its dormant. please submit the documents. I have deposited around 25k now they say its dormant. its already 4 days i dont have any clue what to be done.

                                I Mohammed Rafi having SB account no.[protected] ICICI BANK in ratnagiri branch, Maharastra-415612. I had applied for a Car loan and submitted all the documents asked by ICICI.But on submitting of all the documents still my Car loan was rejected. On asking i was said that i should have a self owned property. I applied for loan against my salary & submitted all the documents. I have submitted following documents: 1. 3 months salary slip 2. 2 years form-16 3. Attested Address proof letter (Gazetted officer) 4. Pan card 5. Aadhaar card 6. Quotation of vehicle. Dear Concern, I Mohinder Singh having 2 bank a/c in icici bank feroze Gandhi market Ludhiana branch as given (Non Resident a/c no.[protected] and HNI a/c no.[protected]. Actually I Lived in USA and coming occasionally in india, In 2010 I visited icici bank to want some fixed deposit because I was go back to USA they people told me that they invest in fixed deposit Rs.20 Lacs and 5 lac in my wife’s name Ardaman Kaur.So when I come back in 2012 they people again done 3 fixed deposit of 5 lac each and 2013 again they do 2 fixed deposits of Rs.4 Lac and 1.5 Lac in my absence they debit my a/c a/c for 4 Lac in 2014 and now I come back again and ask about my older fixed deposits they said that these are life insurance policies because now all the bank staff are new and and older staff which deals with me are not there.I am senior citizen and my age is 71 now they people fraud with me and destroyed all my life savings and I am very upset and don’t understand what to do please help me to recover my all amount from icici bank.                                     Here is the complaint raised with Cyber crime department against ICICI -Credit card fraud calls: Please stop my transaction against this fraud team. ================================= Dear Sir/Madem, Sub : ICICI - Credit Fraud calls and lost Rs 6990. This is Raghavan, Murugeshpalaya Bangalore and long time customer of ICICI Bank and own credit card. Last week, On March 9th and 10th I was getting repeated calls from ladies claiming from ICICI Bank Credit card division and saying verification of card and needed more details which to claim my unused ICICI redeem points. Initially i was hesitated but later again called me telling my name and card details and require more clarifications to transfer my redeem points to rewards and gifts. This time, because of multiple calls and busy work, I provided the details of my card with CVV number which they did using 3D security details but unknowingly I provided my OTP details. This was my big mistake. It resulted a transaction made on my credit card with "Shopping Gyan" for Rs. 6990. During my busy work schedule i have not inquire with ICICI. Later Yesterday, when i called ICICI then they told me that its a fraud call and immediately i have requested to block my card. This amount is pending for claim but ICICI can not stop the payment as this has been 3D secure transaction. As the transaction had already been done and advised me to file a Police complaint with cyber crime department. Bank can take this action only once complaint raised against on this. I request you to take the immediate action against this fraud team.                                       I had Created NRE FD for Rupees 9 Lakh on 28/01/2015 by dividing from NRE Account #[protected] for 7 days. BUT THE BANK CREATED NRO FD WITHOUT HAVING ANY NRO ACCOUNT DUE TO WRONG FEEDING OF FD CODE FROM ICICI BACK END HYDERABAD. 1- On Maturing the FD ( FOR 7 DAYS ) on 4th Feb, I requested to close the FD . But request denied from ICICI Back end . 2- FD continued for Further 7 Days .Continued for another couple of weeks till 4th March 2015 .And when on asking of the cause Costumer care Instructed to open NRO account through online in order to get the Matured FD amount. 5- Same instruction followed, Amount Credited, but as I am A NRI Costumer i wanted to Debit the Amount from NRO to NRE so that i can use the Debit card overseas. ---- But Because o[censored]ntrained Staff of ICICI Branch TIKONIA CHOWK HALDWANI IFSC code : ICIC0000240, I am Suffering since last week and they don't know the procedure of Transferring the Amount from NRO to NRE, Even I guided the Staff showed them the " NRI Services Form " Request Letter For Transfer of Funds from NRO account to NRE Account " ---- Hence requested to Credit the fund from NRO to NRE account at the earliest without further legal complications.
