As Demat account maintenance charge an amount of 590 was deducted from my account without my notice. And when i spoke to customer care they informed me regarding the amount will get reverted once the account closure request is sent. But till date this has not happened. And even 1 rupee deduction from any salaried account should be brought into the notice of the customer. I strongly disagree the approach of bank towards customers

    I wish to bring to your notice a serious issue with my last ATM transaction using ICICI ATM machine (Kanchan Gaga Apartments, Magarpatta Road, Hadapsar, Pune-28) I used my CITI bank Debit Card to withdraw Rs. 3000 from ICICI bank ATM located in Pune, Kanchan Gaga Apartments, Magarpatta Road, Hadapsar. After punching in my PIN and the amount to withdraw, the ATM worked on for a while and finally the Transaction was declined. I was stunned later to find that my account was debited with Rs. 3000 even when the cash was not dispensed. This has happened on Saturday 14th, March 2015 at 1.51 PM. Below are the details: ATM WITHDRAWAL SUBJECT: NFSATM 14MAR1359 Card no.: 5497XXX0XXXX6112 Ref: 836509 KANCHANGUNJA APARTMENT HADAPSAR MHIN Ref No :- 14MAR1359 Name : Mangesh Sawai Mobile no : [protected]/ [protected] Somehow this machine does not have functional Transaction advice printer, due to which I did not even get the receipt but amount has been deducted from my account. You can also check the CCTV footage of above mention date and timings to clarify if any doubts. When tried to look for a customer care number to register a complaint, I could not even find it anywhere in ATM. This ATM has neither ATM code displayed nor urgent helpline details mentioned. Whom to contact in such cases? I consider this as a complete lack functional machinery and deliberate use of faulty machines. Who is to blame here? We are at an age of sophisticated machinery and hi-tech and yet a small transaction fails dude to faulty machinery and no help is present. Can someone please help me in this regards. Or help me with the next course of action.

      I have created a new account for my wife, when i login it says its disabled. When i call customer care it get disconnected every time i choose the right option, i tried for 4 days almost 20 times. Went to icici branch they suggested to mail to customer care. I did, in response they say its dormant. please submit the documents. I have deposited around 25k now they say its dormant. its already 4 days i dont have any clue what to be done.

        I Mohammed Rafi having SB account no.[protected] ICICI BANK in ratnagiri branch, Maharastra-415612. I had applied for a Car loan and submitted all the documents asked by ICICI.But on submitting of all the documents still my Car loan was rejected. On asking i was said that i should have a self owned property. I applied for loan against my salary & submitted all the documents. I have submitted following documents: 1. 3 months salary slip 2. 2 years form-16 3. Attested Address proof letter (Gazetted officer) 4. Pan card 5. Aadhaar card 6. Quotation of vehicle.           Sub: Wrong Selling Done By ICICI BANK LTD. Dear Concern, I Mohinder Singh having 2 bank a/c in icici bank feroze Gandhi market Ludhiana branch as given (Non Resident a/c no.[protected] and HNI a/c no.[protected]. Actually I Lived in USA and coming occasionally in india, In 2010 I visited icici bank to want some fixed deposit because I was go back to USA they people told me that they invest in fixed deposit Rs.20 Lacs and 5 lac in my wife’s name Ardaman Kaur.So when I come back in 2012 they people again done 3 fixed deposit of 5 lac each and 2013 again they do 2 fixed deposits of Rs.4 Lac and 1.5 Lac in my absence they debit my a/c a/c for 4 Lac in 2014 and now I come back again and ask about my older fixed deposits they said that these are life insurance policies because now all the bank staff are new and and older staff which deals with me are not there.I am senior citizen and my age is 71 now they people fraud with me and destroyed all my life savings and I am very upset and don’t understand what to do please help me to recover my all amount from icici bank.             Here is the complaint raised with Cyber crime department against ICICI -Credit card fraud calls: Please stop my transaction against this fraud team. ================================= Dear Sir/Madem, Sub : ICICI - Credit Fraud calls and lost Rs 6990. This is Raghavan, Murugeshpalaya Bangalore and long time customer of ICICI Bank and own credit card. Last week, On March 9th and 10th I was getting repeated calls from ladies claiming from ICICI Bank Credit card division and saying verification of card and needed more details which to claim my unused ICICI redeem points. Initially i was hesitated but later again called me telling my name and card details and require more clarifications to transfer my redeem points to rewards and gifts. This time, because of multiple calls and busy work, I provided the details of my card with CVV number which they did using 3D security details but unknowingly I provided my OTP details. This was my big mistake. It resulted a transaction made on my credit card with "Shopping Gyan" for Rs. 6990. During my busy work schedule i have not inquire with ICICI. Later Yesterday, when i called ICICI then they told me that its a fraud call and immediately i have requested to block my card. This amount is pending for claim but ICICI can not stop the payment as this has been 3D secure transaction. As the transaction had already been done and advised me to file a Police complaint with cyber crime department. Bank can take this action only once complaint raised against on this. I request you to take the immediate action against this fraud team.               I had Created NRE FD for Rupees 9 Lakh on 28/01/2015 by dividing from NRE Account #[protected] for 7 days. BUT THE BANK CREATED NRO FD WITHOUT HAVING ANY NRO ACCOUNT DUE TO WRONG FEEDING OF FD CODE FROM ICICI BACK END HYDERABAD. 1- On Maturing the FD ( FOR 7 DAYS ) on 4th Feb, I requested to close the FD . But request denied from ICICI Back end . 2- FD continued for Further 7 Days .Continued for another couple of weeks till 4th March 2015 .And when on asking of the cause Costumer care Instructed to open NRO account through online in order to get the Matured FD amount. 5- Same instruction followed, Amount Credited, but as I am A NRI Costumer i wanted to Debit the Amount from NRO to NRE so that i can use the Debit card overseas. ---- But Because o[censored]ntrained Staff of ICICI Branch TIKONIA CHOWK HALDWANI IFSC code : ICIC0000240, I am Suffering since last week and they don't know the procedure of Transferring the Amount from NRO to NRE, Even I guided the Staff showed them the " NRI Services Form " Request Letter For Transfer of Funds from NRO account to NRE Account " ---- Hence requested to Credit the fund from NRO to NRE account at the earliest without further legal complications.

                  I had applied for personal loan and was told by the relationship manager charges excluding the loan amount.But was shocked to see the reduced money from the loan approval amount and was not infomed about the insurane deduction.when I spoke to the relationship manager, he asked me for a cancelled cheque and a xerox of the pan card.but after few days i was told that they cant canceI and cant refund the money.I am going to circulate this everywhere, even to the media

                    I have a saving account for which Internet banking was working till last week. Recently on opening Internet banking I was informed that I have been upgraded to new version and open account through new version. To my surprise my mobile number and email is deleted from new version. I was asked to update email id which was unsuccessful and as such unable to view my account. I visited NIT Faridabad branch on 12/3/15 and submitted form with all ID proof to update email and mobile number. This is not done and making complaints through helpline suggests visiting any branch or use ATM which I don't have. I am being tossed from branch to customer care to phone banking with solution from none. I have demat account attached to this account and information which I need on daily basis is unable to track. This account is operative since last 20 years or may be more. It will be painful if I had to switch account to other bank for such an issue. At NIT Faridabad no one is responding. On 11th Feb 2015 I received a call from Ph. no[protected], a hindi speaking Boy Srinivas Reddy(Mob-[protected]) offering me a ICICI credit card with discount and lot of gifts instead of my old card .He told my DOB, address, and card no he also knew my Mob no and asked me to share some more details, He told me it is all free for reward point in your previous records . But my credit card was debited with Rs. 8956 at Painimo Eco mm on 11th February. Again 12th February debited in my card Amt Rs.5070 at Airtel Pymt bill.Then a lady called asked for my shoe size.Next morning I phoned and told Srinivs Reddy to transaction in my account, he said when the card deliver to you just shown the sms for delivery boy, debited amt deduct for your bill.Again 26th February 3time Transaction Rs.1000 for ACCELYST SOLUTI. Then i talk again Srinivas Reddy about these incident, He said nothing worried .He also assured that this is not a fraud I send a mail to my higher authority to check the all incident. But i am not convinced his conversion.Then I phoned ICICI helpline 27th Feb they said its a fraud case instantly I BLOCK my Card, and I register a compliant on ICICI helpline[protected], Ms. Priyanka give me a SR No[protected]. I also lodge a complain in local Thana (Patui PS.KOL-94)G.D.E No-1901(27th feb) . I wonder as to how a third party knows all my details .My card expiry date 08/2015. Please look into the matter as early as possible. Caution to all ICICI card holders.

                      On 17th February 2015 same incident happens to me. I received a call from a lady and Mr. Rahul, Executive of ICICI Bank Gurgaon Branch for card verification and then I received a message alert from ICICI regarding transaction of Rs.5070/- at Airtel Pymt Billdesk from my ICICI Credit Card.

                      And ICICI Bank Customer Service Team has replied me same as above. They are having framed answer.

                      I have noticed from the consumer forum, about more than 56 of such complaints in just 6 months, in fraudulent payment made to AIRTEL PYMT only.

                      Again another call I have received on 4th March, 2015 from Ms. Anuradha Mishra, Executive of ICICI Bank, Gurgaon Branch Mob, .No.[protected] for the Visa/Master card verification.

                        Dear Concern, This is to complain that I have been cheated by one of your agent (Mausami) from Noida branch and promised the wrong date of instalment, I was promised 5th of every month starting 5th April as the date of instalment but when I received the letter it was 15th of every month starting 15th March Moreover while sanctioning the loan I have been getting call for compulsory insurance also which I denied 10 times but still her colleague was forcing for that and saying its compulsory Pls note that such agent might get you few quick business but will harm the image of your bank in long wrong Looking for a quick response, meanwhile I am taking out all cash from my bank till the time you resolve the issue of instalment Regards Kunwar Vaibhav Singh

                          Dear Sir/madam, I am rajakumar fro chennai and my account number is[protected] which was tfopened as salary account while am working in bajaj, after, some years i didnt used this account because of my job change, now i using this account for past 10 months but it was converted to savings account(10000 balc account) i come to know about this i approached bank to resolve this but no one is responding me with proper answer instead of which am getting deducted of minimum rs 800 to1000 regularly, they asking me to go and approach my home branch which was 600 kms far from me and currrently am working in chennai, still am wish to continue my salary account with icici bank request you to please solve this and refund my total amount deducted from bank which creates me more depression, kindly do the needful

                            Dear team, My card was lost at 25 feb and same day i give request for new card. They charge 499 for this and till now i not receive any card . While they sent me pin number but when enquiry for card then they told they can't do anything .Also i track my courier via tracking number but at website showing no landmark 3march, then at 6 march i update the address at courier company websites ( blue dart ) given all details.i called to icici bank at 9 march they told wait for 10 working days, if card return to us then they will do something, i request them to give my correct address to Blue dart but they refused . Now i have question that when in EMI they cut in sat-sunday also then why when customer service area they told that we do only working days mon-friday only . JI given complain to ICICI bank, present this is at STEP-3, i give ruppess to icici bank for lost of card, then i follow up, then no result, no response for complaint, why customer bear all problem .Bank has no active role in this, call centre and bank can't do anything then why they are there ? My all finacial activity are stuck due to card not comes, no Internet transition Need your team help in this matter .

                                Copy of mail sent to Mr. Krishnan Govindan, Head, Customer Service on 12 march, 14. On 13 feb'15, made a transaction of Rs. 10, 000 from yes Bank ATM ( Hari Nagar/Jail Road, Delhi), but I received only Rs. 5000 and balance of 10000 got deducted. I given complaint regarding this with ICICI BANK Customer care with SR[protected], but I did not get any msg regarding closure of my request, which was closed on 23 feb'15. when i called again on 12 mar 15, customer care told me that yes bank is saying that they paid full amount of 10000 from ATM but did not given me any proof of their response., another SR[protected] is submitted for escalation. It is a serious fraud concern. Please provide me video footage of the same transaction by which they can prove that I received Rs. 10000. I want urgent action . Further I am very upset with the non responsiveness/ lame responsiveness of ICICI Bank. due to which I suffered so much pain and time loss on following up again and again by personal visit and phone calls to ICICI bank. Action Required. 1. Credit my Rs. 5000. 2. If yes bank again response in negative prove that I received 10000 with help of vedio footage at ATM. 3. Why I did not receive any msg from icici for closure of my application at 23 feb 14, due to which i bear so much pain and time loss. Hoping for quick solution CA. VISHWAS RASTOGI MB.                                   Subject: Reversal of Transaction Charges Respected Sir, I, Asadullah C Sayyed hold a current account with your bank, account no.[protected] since Last Year 2014. At the time of opening the account, I had specifically mentioned to your executive Mr. Sachin about the inflow and outflow of money and the kind/amount of transactions that are expected daily. I wasn’t told anything about transaction charges that would be levied on certain amount of cash transactions. However, since 2014 to till date the transaction charges are being levied and a huge amount of money has been deducted from my account without any notice. This is totally shocking for me as there is no intimation to me that why this huge amount is automatically deducted from my A/c.I am totally shocked and very much annoyed for such a behaviour.I immediately want my money back or I have to look on some other alternative for it. Plz help to get my money back... Also, my online banking facility has been disabled without any intimation because of which I am facing huge difficulty in my day to day business functioning.                                     I am using the ICICI B2 Bank account since 2009. I am facing the site error for the past three days. When I contacted customer care, they are giving the vague time lines for resolution of the same as they do not know any appropriate resolution time. I have raised a request SR[protected] for the website issue and the team has closed the same next day with the comments "Your request for site issue has been resolved. For any other queries, please call our Customer Care". When I contacted customer care on the same day, they are not aware why the SR is closed even though the issue still persists. There will be some time line's (SLA's) for the any issue. If the issue can not be fixed with in the same, should provide the work around solution like temporarily to do the transactions via help line to a registered beneficiary account, so that customers will not experience the worst situations like me. (Because there is no physical banking facility available and customer care is only the point of contact to customers, hence request you to provide some alternative solution in such situations). Request you to take this at a serious node and help us to provide the work around solution at the earliest tomorrow, as the website is not working for more than three working days.

                                    I am facing the same issue again with in two months time.Kindly take it at a serious note and do the needful, else there is no other go apart from closing the account as I don't want to face the trouble so frequently during the first week of the month which leads to penalty as well as loosing my credit rating due to non-payment of my credit bills.Request you to take the action immediately.

                                      There were few fraudulent transactions happened on 29th DEC 2014 on my credit card without my notice. The transactions were happened outside of India and I received an sms saying the amount debited from my credit card. So immediately i called the ICICI customer care and informed about the transactions happened. I had raised a service request/copmplaint for the same transactions. The ICICI bank given a service request no (SR[protected] and asked me to submit my passport and the credit card details. I have submitted both the documents in the Ramamurthynagar ICICI branch on 30th DEC 2014.After that I called the ICICI customer care for checking the status of my request.Then they said like they have not received the documents from Ramamurthy nagar ICICI branch and again they had raised a new request (SR[protected] for the same and asked me to submit the documents again.For the second time also i had submitted the documents and to the Ramamurthynagar Branch.Again they raised a new request saying the documents were not received and they had raised a new request (SR[protected].I am not sure what exactly the issue is and they keep on deducting and crediting the amount into my account.

                                      As of now I did not get any response from the ICICI bank and not even a single call from the customer service. Not sure when it will get resolved the days are passing away.. Its almost 3 months over but till now there is no proper response or communication from the ICICI bank. I hope you understand my problem and my pain. So please help me in resolving the issue asap...

                                      I would like to file a case against the same. Can you please help me in filing the same..

                                        I went to Kotak Mahindra bank ATM for cash withdrawal, I inserted my ATM card and enter a sum of Rs. 3000 but the ATM transact only Rs. 2000 and debit Rs. 3000 from my account.
