      Sir I have applied icici credit card last four weeks ago in my company ( they said it is corporate offer). Verification also completed over phone, email and physical address but till date I did not receive any update on this card and tried contacting customer care over phone but asked to enter mobile number, no body contacted. Could anybody please let me know the status for this card.           I have given a cheque to Mr. Ritesh & Vikas in your bank and due to their delay cheque got bounced and now they are not accepting their mistake and behaving rudly with us which is not acceptable at all, its current account and i am not getting proper response from your team side. I am really disappointed with your service and due to this i am going to close my account in your bank and it will be reopen in another bank. you need to look into this matter and need a proper resolution from your side without fail.

                Sir I have applied for dda flats scheme 2014.DDA has sent the refund money to ICICI BANK Green Park ext New Delhi on 18th December. But they didn't provide the refund money to customers. I have visited the branch Green park ext New Delhi on 15th January but staff said they have sent your cheque via currier. Now they have no responsibility. And don't provide me the address of currier. I have search on net and found that cheque has returned to bank on 12th January. I have filled a complaint to ICICI BANK. But they didn't provide me the refund money. I have made request them to give me the refund money via NEFT. As they have already My account no. IFSC code. Then they can easily give me the refund money via NEFT. But they didn't provide me the refund money. After repeated request they give me the refund money on 18th February 2015. Now I demand for Interest @ 24 percentage p.a of the time they retain my money. But they refused to give me the interest. Kindly help sir.                   I applied for houseing loan in august mont but dont gave that loan...but the bank cut 3993 Rs in my account..that manager told me within one moth period those amount come in my account ...how many days to take...I want to apply this problem for cunsumer court...please reply...                     Dear Sir/Madam, This is Dilip Kumar, holding an ICICI saving b/a :[protected] at Waidhan Branch, M.P. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. ICICI bank is simply debiting amount from my account. I get monthly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI. I do not have any mail informing about this SMAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no message. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer & quot; of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. Please find the below details for all the transactions made by bank. I tried to get in touch with the manager but they say we can't do anything about this. With reference to the above card no, I am not getting credit card statement properly through courier. Last I have received statement for Oct to Nov'14 and I paid cheque for Rs.5323.92 vide Ch.No.085643 / 05.12.2014. So, Please send statement up to date. In that situation, I can not able to send the payment on time to time.On 20.02.2015 - I paid cheque for Rs.8500/- (Ch.No. 118047 / 20.02.2015) it was passed in our bank on 23.02.2015.                                       Hi, My name is Vijay and my card number is [protected]. I have been using this card for 2 years. I got charged the late payment fees on my credit card and my card was blocked yesterday. The payment was missed due to following reasons caused due to bad service from ICICI 1. I did not receive the payment due date reminder alert as I have been during last month. The due date reminder message I received on my mobile was from 'MH-155555' and had credit card number ending with 7003 (this is old card number deactivated one year back) hence I considered it as Spam. 2. I tried to log into ICICI E-statement facility but noted that it was discontinued. I never got notification email of discontinuation of this service. 3. To check the credit card statement online, one needs the User ID. I never received the User ID from ICICI. I talked to customer service and he responded to me that always old credit card number is used in communication which does not make sense to me. He also confirmed that User ID is provided by customer service if customer calls which is ridiculous. I need late payment fees to be waived.Thanks, Vijay Jadhav

                                        I haven't received proper response from icici credit card customer care. I complainted I have not received otp on time. They said now i will send to ur mobile number. I asking for clarification about why it was not coming and i was facing this problem last several month they dont even bother and they said now i will send to ur mobile number. When next time problem comes again i have to call back to customer care Now also i tried customer care 4 times and they put my number in automatic call back. I will never give request but now almost 45min gone they never call back to me.what kind of service provided by icici. Its really worst
