I santosh pandey received my credit card before a week but till now i didn't receive my pin.
When i called to customer care for generating the pin they told me we cannot generate pin so i am totally disappointed by ur services.give me solution on urgent bases and re-delivered my pin as soon as possible to my residence address or on my office address otherwise i will cancel the card so im requesting u plz contact me asap.

    wrong commitment from branch manager i also complaint last month but till date money deduct from my current account Subject: Reversal of Transaction Charges Respected Sir, I, Asadullah C Sayyed hold a current account with your bank, account no.[protected] since Last Year 2014. At the time of opening the account, I had specifically mentioned to your executive Mr. Sachin about the inflow and outflow of money and the kind/amount of transactions that are expected daily. I wasn’t told anything about transaction charges that would be levied on certain amount of cash transactions. However, since 2014 to till date the transaction charges are being levied and a huge amount of money has been deducted from my account without any notice. This is totally shocking for me as there is no intimation to me that why this huge amount is automatically deducted from my A/c.I am totally shocked and very much annoyed for such a behaviour.I immediately want my money back or I have to look on some other alternative for it. Plz help to get my money back... Also, my online banking facility has been disabled without any intimation because of which I am facing huge difficulty in my day to day business functioning.         Dear Sir, I have been issued above credit card in year 2013. I have used it & done payment regularly. But now, as Iam suffering with severe health problem I do not want to have this more and want to close immediately for safety reason. I earlier tried to close it through customer care on telephone, didn't succeed as my mobile no. Changed . (i.e. [protected]) and card pin no. is not know to me.           I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 2 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction "55864689 DP CHGS TILL FEB-15'---- INR 299.66.When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.             Hi, I got call from ICICI bank and offered credit card limit of 5 lakhs and along with 1 flight return ticket any where in India, 1000 rupees cash card and without any annual or card fee. but when I received card yesterday I was totally shocked that limit of card is 40 thousand, annual and card fee is 1000 rupee for first year and nothing mention about the offer they had except one Tie . So I am requesting you to investigate why ICICI bank cheating people and selling credit card showing greed of many things . I never expect this type of fraud from ICICI bank . Please decommission my card at earliest . I have recorded all conversion which I was with ICICI bank person and I can provide those for your reference . Hoping for quick action on this scam.               I am ICICI Credit Card holder for the past 20 years and I have been provided by Privilege Card. This card is due for expiry during March 2015, I have requested in January 2015 for the up dation of new card renewal and requested for enhancement of credit limit as the old card limit was based on 10 years back values. I am using this card very sparingly and I am not a defaulter at any time and promptly paying all the expenses. Later new Coral card is provided vide cr card no. [protected] valid from Jan 15 to Jan 2019 with age old credit limits. Once again I have requested for enhancement in Jan 2015 itself since I am salary Public Sector Insurance Company Executive where I am now drawing gross of salary of Rs. 1 lakh per month. This age old Credit card limit is sufficient for me in case I go for major expenses like any Hospitalisation or tour to abroad. The SR No.[protected] and provided my salary slips and confirmation of salary. No response. Once again I have raised SR[protected] dt. 11.03.2015 provided my attested salary slips thro ICICI Bank, Thanisandra Branch. Right now other banks are offered me with 10 lakhs credit limit with additional features/benefits. Since I am ICICI old customer, to continue with the services with ICICI, a request was made several times to enhancement of credit limits. I am not getting any feed back and proper response. Now I am requesting you to enhance at least now to 10 lakhs immediately considering my prompt settlement and spare use of card.

                Hi, I hav come across bad service with icici bank which im not really happy.the 1st issue is I have taken a personal loan it was deducted from my a/c and today I got a text stating I have not paid plz update me on this. My second issue is I applied for cc ur bank person advised me approx 10days last weak I got a verification call and also they informed some1 will come for residence and office I told k but the person who supposed to come called and demaded I should pay for his service I dont know y I should pay for verification im totally psyched up I think I should cancel my icici A/c I need an explanation.asap Regards Chalestenraj- [protected]

                    Sir, I am from hyderabad and using icici bank credit card since ten years. recently i come to know from one of my friend about reward points for using credit card. I called up to the Icici Bank Credit card department for asking about my reward points, i though that i was using icici bank from long back and my reward points can be huge. i Come to know from the customer service department that i have 9000 points and i can redeem it for shopping. I asked to them to send prepaid vouchers for Pizza hut worth of same point. i received the same from the bank. But the problem is that the prepaid vouchers are not valid as it showing invalid when i went to order at pizza hut branch, even i was tried to place an order through online it showing invalid prepaid voucher. The same thing i told the customer service department but no action has been taken since five days. Requesting you to please Look into this and do the needful. Thanking You.

                        Dear Customer service agent, Recently I lost my debit card, so I had it blocked and received a new card. The dispatch details of debit card and ATM PIN number were sent to me on separate messages 1) Received a message on the registered mobile number saying the debit card was dispatched on the16th march 2015 through blue dart courier services 2) Received another message on the same mobile number saying the ATM PIN of the debit card was dispatched on the 17th of march 2015 through metro express courier services 3) I received the debit card on the 18th of march 2015 and the message saying that I have received the document and signed by xxxxxx 4) I did not receive the ATM PIN of the debit card so far, yet I got a message saying that you have received it the ATM PIN on 25th march 2015 but nothing about the signature of the recipient Kindly track the missing document the AWB is 2339829; service: Metro Express; Dispatched by ICICI bank on the 17th of march 2015

                            Dear Sir / Mam Subject : complaint regarding Icici Bank – Gaya Main – Branch Most humbly I, amitesh kumar roy is your account holder for more than four years for your CP Branch Delhi. I had been transferred to gaya in dec 2012. Then after I had been servicing with your gaya main branch but service level is always below par as compared to your other branches. I had so many services isssues during these periods but I never complaint but now it’s gone above the limit especillay in two cases. 1. Last month on 16th February I had visited your gaya main branch for investment purpose in sip in your icici mutual funds. I had been serviced by Mr.Dilip & Mr. Kamal. They had asked me several query before investing and said that you have to fill the application form and rest of the things would be taken care. But after one month when I called on 21st of march that my account is not debited for the second instalment then they said that that my forms has been rejected. They told me to deposit new kyc. Even they had not asked the same on one month back. They had not even informed me regarding the same in one month time. Even I found that my a/c had been debited on 18th feb 2014. Atleast they had to credit back the amount of dd which has been deposited. Yesterday I had visted and given my rest of the documents. 2. Last year I had taken a gold loan from your gaya branch wth the support of kamal ji. This year I ahd asked for the detail of my loan a/c but they had always taken time for the same but never ever given the details over the same whenever I got call from your call centre i.e. Kolkata and asked to deposit I always asked give me the a/c no and total details of the loan but they also said me to visit the nearest branch. When I visit your gaya branch I am frustrated of your service level at gaya branch they always make me sit for one hour for one job. Yesterday one of your employee had lastly given me the a/c no of my loan a/c where I deposited 5000 amount after asking all the query about my gold loan. Even yesterday also they didn’t told me anything over it. I just taken the a/c no and deposit the amount. Today Dilip ji and kamal ji called me had talked to me in very rude manner and told me that “apko jo karna hai kar lijiye ab dekhte hain ki apka gold lona koi kya kar lega” . I have been your regular customer and taken so many services from your different branch at different centre but the level of service at gaya branch is below the limit of any of the other branches. I just want to close my all my accounts with your bank rather it is gold loan a/c or saving a/c s or mutual funds a/cs and want all my belongings(gold) and money. Please do the needful so that I can easily withdraw all otherwise I had to go banking lokpal or rbil-ombudsman for the same.                               I have been maintaining my salary account in ICICI since 2006.I have been using the coral credit card and i have a loan account against which i am making payments in time every month.Even after having such a long association with ICICI without any issues anytime, i was still treated as a new customer and on the name of processes and procedures of ICICI, when i was in need and applied for a personal loan, i had to prove my identity once again for multiple times.At this juncture i am thinking, if this is the case, why i should continue to be associated with ICICI anymore.Where did my loyalty go towards ICICI.Lack of professionalism and relationship building skills of your customer care executives made me to think this way.An executive named Miss.Swarna from loans dept., did not even bothered or worried about putting the phone down and lose the business.This behavior is very much unexpected from such a reputed organization.As all your services are not "ICICI One", people working in one dept., does not know the history of a customer and they treat him/her new and is causing the issues.Due to many reasons, today i ended up cancelling my loan application with ICICI.You made me to feel sorry and embarrassed.I don't see any point in being with ICICI and i have become one of the most dis-satisfied customers of ICICI.I had referred many of my friends and colleagues to ICICI and today i am seriously repenting on myself for that.Not a customer friendly Org.                                   Hi Sir, I am your consumer having credit card no.[protected]. There is a discrepancy in my latest bill as one entery of my repayment is missing.I have tried repeatedly to contact customer care executive, at least 20 times through different numbers & at different customer care numbers shown on your website, but none leads to your executive except phone banking & consumption of 10-15 minutes every time.I have RECORDED few calls which can ESTABLISH that it`s next to impossible to contact your executive in case any clarification is required to be done by any customer.Delay in repayment by me has occurred now due to want of clarification.Please email my last 3 bills along with repayment details to avoid any further delay & Please tell your recovery boys not to call, unless they have billing & payment details to explain your customers.It would be appreciable if you update your website with latest phone numbers to approach your executives.Levy of interest may also be waive off till clarification.                                     My complaint is related to the debiting of minimum account balance charges. I am holding saving account since last 10 years but ICICI bank did not inform me about such rule about MAB charge through telephone call or E-mail or flashing text on net-banking screen. Recently without notice ICICI Bank deduct an amount on12/03/2015 MABChgs-Feb15+STax 30.9 Dr. 280.90 I am not really happy with the service of bank and do needful to revert back my deducted amount ASAP.                                       ICICI Complaint No : SR[protected] My card information was given to fraudster and so called to ICICI bank to block my card and request for the new card on 10th of March 2015. The executive informed to upgrade my card to Coral debit card which will have many features and is chargeable of 200 rupees a year. I opted for the same and when I received the card they charged me 560 rupees. I called back to the ICICI bank on 18th March and escalated the same that I have been given wrong information for the card upgradation and I want to get the normal card and also my money back. They promised to get the solution in 3 working days. As they didnot get back I called them back on 23 March and they replied to hold for one day and issue will be resolved and they will call me back. Again as there is no information I called them back today on 25th March and now they told me to wait for 1 more day and also the maximum resolution time is 1 month. Every time I called them I have to talk for 15 to 20 minutes which charge me around 20 rupees each time. I am not sure if they are taking this seriously as they have given me wrong information for upgradation.

                                        Hi, I got call from ICICI bank for credit card and i rejected their offer for credit card then they spoken in very bad abusive language. Name of Employee:- Sunaina (call center person who used abusive language) bank name - ICICI I have also phone recording for that communication. Please suspend such kind of employee who don't know how to talk. Please do need full ASAP. Regards, Manish
