I(madan lal) have applied for new ATM card on 20/09/2014. when i talk to customer care center then they told me that they dispatch the ATM on 23/09/2014. But my nearest branch(ICICI Baddi) refuse that they did not receive any ATM card for my account number. Also suffering from from last two weeks by going nearest branch Baddi, and getting there refusal for the same. Please look up my Problem as soon as possible.     Hello, I got a call from icici lombard regarding some general insurance plan today (i.e. 10/10/2014 at 4:50pm). The executive on call said that there is a compulsion of availing a general insurance on my newly issued credit card. He was saying I have to pay Rs 945 per month for the next one year. But I was not told about his on the time of issue of card. Apart from this, now also I don't want to take any general insurance policy. If this is the compulsion. I would like to deactivate my credit card. Do revert me with the complete procedure that i need to follow for closing my credit card. Regards Sushil Gautam [protected]

        RESPECTED SIR, I S.H.SAI MOHAN RESIDING IN GIRINAGAR(BANGALORE) IS BEING TREATHENING BY THE SO CALLED ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD RECOVERING AGENTS.THEY ARE DEMENDING THAT EIGTH YEARS AGO I HAD DUES AGAINST MY CREDIT CARD. FROM LAST EIGTH YEARS THEY HAVE NOT TRIED TO CONTACT ME BUT NOW SUDDENLY THEY COME AND TREATHEN ME AND MY FAMILY WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCE, THEY ARE ACTUALLY GOONS SENT BY ICICI BANK, THEY ARE NOT PRODUCING ANY ID CARD ISSUED BY ICICI BANK, THEY HAVE NOT PRODUCED ANY DUE STATEMENT AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY FULL STATEMENT OF MY CREDIT CARD, THEY ANE NOT WILLING TO GO THE LEGAL WAY.I.E FILE A LAW SUIT AND I WILL FIGHT IT IN THE COURT.THE PERSON FROM ICICI BANK IS VILAS AND HIS PHONE NUMBER IS O[protected] AND HIS TEAM IS TREATHNING ME THROUGH PHONE AND COMMING TO MY HOUSE AND USE FILTHY LANGUAGE AND PHYSICALLY MAN HANDLE ME.SO PLEASE I REQUEST THE CONCERN AUTHOURITY TO LOOK INTO THIS.

          ICICI money 2 india service has indulged in a unfair trade practice lately. I started using its competitor Xoom for money transfer to my ICICI account in India as it is much faster service. Xoom came back saying that my recipient bank (icici) returned saying the account is frozen, I did put an enquiry and Xoom came back with same details. When I called ICICI to enquire about my account details, they told its not frozen. Then I tried transferring the money from ICICI's money2india service and it got transferred. Surprisingly, ICICI has indulged in an unfair trade practice as it is unable to compete in the market.

              Hello, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Siliguri branch since last three and half years and my account number is[protected]. My contact number is [protected]. I was just checking my mini statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by SMAB charges for more than 11 times since last 1 year or so!!! From my bank statement, I can see that the charges were deducted on dates respectively 26/12/2013, 15/01/2014, 16/01/2014, 22/02/2014, 13/03/2014, 26/04/2014, 02/06/2014, 30/06/2014, 06/08/2014, 04/09/2014 & 27/09/2014. Each time the deduction was for 393.26 rupees which adds up to an astounding 4328.86 rupees. I tried calling the Siliguri branch but there was no response. I don't have any mail informing about this SMAB charges. I have no prior information from ICICI. No call, mail or text. I used to get notification if I did shopping using my debit card for even 10 rupees but no notification message in these cases where the sum amount was far more. Obviously the reason must have been to cheat me without notifying me so that you could steal my hard earned money slowly without my notice. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about charge of balance system, hence any deduction from my account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities & Banking Ombudsman as this is a CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                Sir, I've applied for a personal loan from icici bank online. I received a call from 2 icici executive ladies (not sure if they're from ICICI or fraud). They said that my loan has been approved. However, in order to sanction the loan amount to my bank account, I was asked to deposit Rs.12, 500 as loan security. The next day, they sent an executive to collect my documents. I've handed all the documents along with my cheque sleeves and Rs.12500 to that guy. I've the confirmation proof for the same. It was on 17 October 2014. Since then, they're not picking up my calls. I've visited the ICICI bank to help in this matter but they didn't help me. So, I'm contacting you to trace these people and check if they're genuinely from the bank or fraud people. I've given the details of the ICICI executives below: 1. Swati - [protected] 2. Anshika- [protected] 3. Sekhar-[protected](he collected the documents and 12500 cash as loan security). Sir, please help me in this case so that no such frauds don't happen to other ignorant people.                   I, Piyush Agrawal hereby wish to inform you that I am receiving ICICI Bank's Credit Card statement belonging to Mr. RVS Bramhananda every month on the address 306 B, Kusum Apartment, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703, Maharashtra. The said property belongs to me only. Mr. RVS Bramhananda had left the that property since 2008, then also I am receiving the statement every month till date. We have submitted letter regarding misuse of residential address at ICICI Bank's Vashi Branch, on 26th Sept 2013, inspite of this, any action has not been taken from their side and still I am receiving the letter.

                  We have sent mail to customer care @ICICI but still any action has not been taken.

                  Recent Credit Card statement copy of Mr. RVS Bramhananda & Address Proof of mine has been attached herewith for your reference.

                  Kindly take the immediate action to the above matter.

                    Complaint is against Sunita from mittal estate branch. Due to delay in payment of my credits card she uses abusive language & started fighting with me like she is standing in a chawl. The language was so worse that it is not suitable for such a big organization. My suggestions is to the Head of department that Dont stuff your bank with such employee who dont have sense of descent speaking. It is distroying the image of bank.

                      Hello, This is Vishal Panchal Since last five days i follow icici bank customer care for my complain, I explain to you what is the my complaint to icici bank. On 05/10/2014 i attempt to withdraw 45, 000 from ICICI ATM Machine, In the first attempt i withdraw 20, 000 but i did not count same time due to i want to withdraw remaining money & other people in Que. In second attempt i got MSG in machine "Out of Service" I attempt third time for 20, 000 i got money but did not count same time. Due to some issues in machine i use another machine and in the fourth attempt i withdraw 5000, & That time i count all money and i got it 40, 000 so lose 5, 000 in first or second transactions. I complaint to ICICI bank and no buddy call me for this issues (They just send me MSG on mob "We are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been pain completely"), Last five days i call to customer care and i waste of my important time to following ICICI Bank. I hate this thing to ICICI Bank Providers no buddy believe to what happen with me Because that time i am only one person front of ATM machine.                         Dear Concern, i had taken a loan from icici bank in year 2008, after a year my financial condition was very poor due to some family reason so i unable to pay the emi's but in this year somebody called me for settlement the account i agreed for Rs.20000/- and i paid after two month again some one call me and asking for rs.4500/- which was dues as per letter. i agreed to pay than they come to me with a fraud letter and asking the money when i call to customer care of icici bank there is mismatch, i deined than they start abusing on me very hardly.                               Dear, First of all ICICI service is going towards the wards condition IIIIIIII... 1.I am using ICICI card from 2010 as salary account on the basis of Zero value in account .. But without information the money going debited from the account MAB/Chg -386.88/-per month ..? What is this ...? Why if i am using this card from 2010 as zero base salary ...?                                 we bring to your kind notice that in the year 2007, I availed home loan from ICICI & they also issued credit card with no [protected] . I was not using my credit card for last 7years (probably after June 2007) & to my surprise ICICI bank deducted an amount of Rs. 7831/35 on 10th September 14 when my home instalment was due on the said date and as a result my ECS of my home loan could not be deducted.After struggling for 10-12 days, I was able to find the reason for deduction. My concern is that if the bank has to earn money by this foul tactics, they should not provide any such facility which is not required by the customer. The bank was deducting my loan instalment from the same account no, then why it was not deducted in the very first year.You are requested to register my complaint & asked the bank to refund the above amount.

                                  we bring to your kind notice that in the year 2007, I availed home loan from ICICI & they also issued credit card with no [protected] .                                     Hello sir, Debit card was issued to me on December 2013. and today its October 2014 approx 1 year ...and i am still unable to use my ATM because of activation of my debt card is not done... I tried Alot to contact customer care and even i visited ICICI bank Patiala manier times. but their response was zero..its my request please activate my debit card by providing me the pin no. ... Thanku

                                      1- I have raised a request on 1 sep for new checkbook today is 5 oct still have not received checkbook .Once a I got a call from icici bank customer care Currier guys has been visited but your door was closed even though my mom & spouse are home maker . 2- On 24 Sep again called to customer care initially ms shilpi disconnected my call later Mr Azeem given me request no SA[protected] & given me the assurance will update you asap. 3- Today 5 oct i spoken Mr Ramkumar he said same thing Currier guys has been visiting your home but your door was closed. Now I want to take legal action for icici bank to cheating the people as they have mentioned will deliver the check book in 9 working days in their website . every time i have to spoiled my day to call customer care

                                        Dated : 04.10.2014 TO ICICI Customer Care, Sub: Saving bank A/c No.[protected] debited by RS 15968.07 in reference to old closed credit card no. [protected] Dear Sir, I am a customer with ICICI bank with SB A/c no.[protected] at ICICI Nirala Nagar Branch Lucknow, The said salaried A/C was initiated by my employer and at the time of opening it I fulfilled all the requirement, a query was asked by your representative Mr Danish regarding my credit card due as mentioned above. However It was explained to Mr Danish who processed the opening of SB A/C( Salaried) as asked by him as below : ( A copy of the documents was given to him.) That the said credit card was settled wide ICICI letter no. APP[protected], dated : 21/1/2010 for settlement of Rs. 15125/- Mr. Jitendra Narain (ID No. 1252508)agency Name : Vcutex, came to me along with the said settlement letter and asked me to deposit the said amount in part as mentioned, on my problems stated to him he advised me to make the payment in round Rs 15000/- in three installments after talking with his seniors on phone. Accordingly I had made 3 installments as mentioned below: • Cheque no. 28860 for amount 3000 that was self encashed 22/1/2010 • Cheque no. 28861 for amount 4500 that was self encashed 15/2/2010 • Cheque no. 28867 for amount 7500 that was self encashed 9/3/2010 All the cheques were being encashed by ICICI bank through your representative Mr. Jitendra Narain (ID No. 1252508) and the receipts were being issued to me which are as below.(Scanned copy enclosed) • Reciept no. 0110A0441139G for Rs. 3000 dated 22/1/2010 • Reciept no. [protected] for Rs. 4500 dated 3/2/2010 • Reciept no.[protected] for Rs. 7500 dated 9/03.2010 After that I have not received any ICICI credit card statement/ Giving me a clear indication that the Credit card was settled and being closed. Further neither I have received any call or any letter from your bank till date in this regards.Which assuring me acceptance of payment and settlement of card. Now in the year 2014, my salary a/c which was opened with your bank in the month of July running smoothly and was active till few days ago. Suddenly few days ago I was unable to withdraw any amount from my Account as the balance was only around Rs 260/-, Thus I shocked that Despite of having sufficient funds my a/c balance reflected low which on further researching with customer care I was being told that the A/c has been marked lien due to dues of my above said credit Card no. In fact the same was settled by me for which I have mentioned all the details above in the year 2010, I have send all the scan copied of receipts and letter to my Branch Manager Nirala Nagar (Mr. Arvind Chaudhary) and to the Branch Manager Indiara Nagar (Ms. Bhoomija Joshi) and also to the ICICI customer care by email. On dated 25.09.14 & 28th Sept, 2014 I am really surprised that till date I have not received any response from your Bank despite of me being following this every day. I have discussed the same with Credit card section at Shalimar Tower Hazratganj Lucknow with Mr. Jaiswal. He told me that nothing can be done from his end as dues/settlement not done and now I need to talk to customer care. While calling customer care they again redirect to credit card team. Where my paid amount has gone ? This is really just harassment to the customer as the query is being unresolved and my money being stuck. I cannot operate/utilize/withdraw the amount while many of my urgent requirements are on hold at this festival time in spite of having sufficient amount in my S.B. Please note that any further delay would compel me to take legal actions against your bank. It is therefore requested to withdraw the lien immediately without any further delay.
