I have applied for ICICI bank credit card around 3 months back. I still have not received my card. I donno whats wrong with you guys I keep on asking you to deliver it to my office address and now after third time delivery to my residence address I am starting to loose my patience. and thats not all, after my previous request which was on 28th august, you guys said that it has been redelivered to my office address through speed post, but now the status shows up as it has been delivered on 13th sept. But I still havent received it. I wonder to whom have they issued my card (if at all it has been issued) and lemme make one thing very clear if anything fishy is happening with the card I am not gonna be responsible for it. I nearly 10 times have called customer care guys and haven't heard anything from them yet. I wonder how you guys do business, its pathetic. Request you to look into the matter, and solve this ASAP. Hi-I would like to know whats the status of the complaint i.e. card has it been delivered? or was just showing incorrect status on speed post site or what is it? and if at all it has been delivered to someone else..(as i havent received any) you can block/cancel card. request you to look into the matter in discussion and revert back to me at the earliest possible.     Dear Sir/Madam, My Recurring Deposit amount has been transferred to wrong beneficiary. Total amount is Rs.6248. Out of which Rs.4000 have been deposited to my account and Rs.2248 is still pending. I have raised a complaint. I was frequently receiving calls from Chennia Office, and the time given to me was till saturday i.e.19th Sept. However, till date my money has not been transferred in my account. How many times should I take follow up? You people never give proper response. I want the remaining amount to be credited to my account today itself 22nd Sept. or else I would take further action against you. Regards, Diana Pascal Dias

      HI have been constantly getting atleast 3 calls a day for past two months, saying I have an approved credit card from ICICI against my vehicle loan. I tell them I do not need any credit card as I already have one from ICICI, I ask them to remove my number from their list and not to call more in future, I am told that the best way to avoid calls is to accept the credit card. I was agahst with this approach and request someone in ICICI to screen the marketing calls made. No one is ready to remove my number from the list, even when my number is registered as DnD. Please act as soon as possible.

          ICICI Bank Complaint Filed on: 02/09/2014 | Loss amount: Rs. 1309.0 Dear Sir, I Mr.Imran Umar Batliwala, residing in Mumbai - 400003, I am holding ICICI Bank - Credit Card Product, ( Card No. [protected] ), Since last 7 years without any dispute, in the month of July my dues was Rs.6405, I had paid Rs.6500. the due dates was 13 July 2014, but due to some personal problem i had paid the same amount on 25th of July 2014 as i was 10 days late they had charged me Rs.875 in next billing cycle. So in this concerned I had visited the ICICI Bank Fort branch and Belapur Branch respectively, They told me that I have to contact Customer Service center for this matter. When I contacted the Customer Service Center, they had given me a concession of Rs.150, in this mean while my next billing cycle was issued me of Rs.1309, now the dispute is they said me to pay Rs.1309, which is wrongly charged to me.           We were going through old complaints that we were not able to resolve and came across the one filed by you (#1044177). I know this is very late but we are extremely sorry that we could not help you. Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time. We are learning from our mistakes and trying hard to get past the constraints that we still face to improve the resolution rate. Hope you will also understand our situation.

            My name is Avinash Francis Babu J. I have a ICICI bank coral credit card. I applied for the card in July but it got activated only on 01-Sep-2014. Even before the card arrived, CPP Plan was activated for Rs.1399 and I was charged late payment of Rs. 500 for the bill generated on 02-Sep-14. Hence, I unsubscribed from CPP Plan. But even then late payment fees is put against my card. Due to the above issue and also low credit amount, I have cancelled the card. Is it appropriate to charge a customer even before he activated the card? I applied for the card in July but the card arrived on Sept 1 because my name on the card was wrong. I held ICICI bank solely responsible for the delaying shipment of card, activating CPP plan before activation of card and charging late payment even when the card activated only on Sep 01. I will not pay any amount!
            Very dissatisfied.
            I also cancelled this card in the first month of activation only.

              Sir, On 20/09/2014, I got a call from mobile no: [protected] stating that he is from ICICI bank and going to upgrade my credit card so he asked me my card no., Expiry date etc and said that you will receive a number . He asked that number and told him that number and after that a transaction of Rs.8133 made to Aryma Group. Please do the enquiry about this.

                  Dear Sir, Please note that today on 20th September 2014 at 4.30pm i got a call from[protected] saying the call is from ICICI Bank and because of RBI Guidelines a new card would be issued so need to provide details of my existing card (like Card No., Name, DOB, Validity etc) and all my reward points will be transferred to the new improved card will be issued. I provided my details as they were sounding very authentic and true and than hey asked to punch my CVV No. when asked them why i need to punch that as i am not doing any transaction or something and for issuing a new card why ICICI require so much of my details. So after that they disconnected the line when repeatedly asked for the reason. I got very suspicious and called the ICICI Customer Care what was the call about and they said it must be some bogus call for doing fraud. He suggested to block this card and a new card will be issued soon. This is a very dangerous thing which is happening. I was in an hurry and would have given all the asked details and this way they can fool so many others .                     I received a call from (ICICI Rewards Points team ) from Cell No. [protected] on 26th Aug 2014 . The officer had said that, My ICICI Bank Credit card would be blocked in 15 days and a new Credit card would be forwarded to my address as the Bank wants to give the benefit of 800 rewards points which would expire in 10 days.r, men/ women responded saying that this was ICICI Rewards section.                         Dear Sir, In the year 2008 I am taking credit card from ICICI. After one month I am purchasing of Rs.373/- on 23/2/2008 I am not received any statement from bank hece I am not paid, but after when I got statement they charge me late fee and other charges. I am communicate them *PHP Spellcheck Trial* after I had paid cash Rs, 410/- and all my dues is clear. That time I am cancelled my card but unfortunately not written a letter. After six month I got another statement from bank with due amount Rs, 13176.45 on behalf of ICIC Prudential Life Ins. Mumbai. I am refuse the payment and demand the proof of any document or policy delivered on my addres. Bank not given any proof but they demand only payment, After that I am approaching ICICI Prudential Life Ins. they had refuse to take the complaint leeter and confirm me they have not issue any policy on my name. There was so many commumnication and discussion on above matter so many times but the issue is not clear till date. Bank give wrong report to CIBIL hence my credit score is not up to the mark. It expires on October, 2014.ICICI bank sent new card PIN is sent separately and card separately. However I received the PIN for my new chip card but I haven't received the card.One week back ICICI bank Thiagarajar college of engineering branch manager contacted in my presence and I spoke to a person at the customer care and expressed that the card will be delivered within three working days. Even after three working days I have not received the card.I attempted to contact the customer care, I am not able to get it done.The automatic system expresses that my telephone number is not registered with the bank.If I have not registered my mobile number how can I get transaction to my mobile.All that time transaction alert as and when the transaction takes place.What should I do?                               My ICICI credit card was due on 03- Aug -2014. I made the payment well before the due date on 31-Jul through ICICI portal through net banking. The money got debited from my HDFC bank account on 01-Aug. However ICICI applied fund only on 4th Aug and levied charges of more than Rs2000 + taxes. When I contacted the customer care for reversal o[censored]nnecessary charges instead of realizing their mistake ICICI blamed me for not making the payment on time. Even after escalating the issue, ICICI did not rectify the mistake and now when I want to file a case nobody is cooperating and giving me the details of the person to whom I need to send legal notice.                                   My mother, who had an existing account with ICICI Bank, wanted to avail of locker facility with the bank. She was informed by the branch that as a rule, she needed to purchase a Prulife policy for availing the locker. She was then made to open a 10 year ICICI Prulife policy with annual premium of Rs. 25, 000 and only then was she given a locker. This is highly unprofessional and a case of forced selling.                                     Hello there, The ICICI credit card customer service delivered credit card to incorrect address. I dont know the person who has taken this card but she has shown her identity and accepted the credit card. After few day she did purchase on credit card and I got sms on that transaction since my mobile number is mapped. As a emmidiate action, I requested ICICI customer care to block my card and look for this fraudulent transaction. I was following from past 6 month and every time I am getting new answer. Few days ago I also visited to ICICI bank and ask for their help but no positive reply. People from ICICI credit card contineously calling me for payment and I am frusted on this call.
