Dear Sir, My name is C P krishnakumar from Chennai, my self and your bank Icici have no relationship in any course of banking activity and also I don't have any account or loan or credit card with your bank. But in last few days a regular call of 12 to 15 times for (Phone no [protected] and[protected]credit card issues of some of the known person (Shreedevi thambiya), they will pressurising me and keep on calling to pay is debt.(unsecured due amount) The bank or the recovery agent should have to contact the loaned person, not an reference person to give day and night torturing and abusing to pay his due amount. It will breach the code of conduct credit card law . The bank ICICI has no business to contact or call me, the only person that can talk to is the loaned person not me OK. Please note down the calling number. [protected] [protected] (They call us centralise department and his name is Rajeesh. No 45, college road) If still I received a call from this number, I will lodge a police complaint for assault and battery against bank and calling agent. Pls look into this matter on high priority.       I am Dr.Thangameena - SB Account holder - sholinganallur branch[protected].Since my account was idle for few months with balance amount of Rs.4375. Now it is reduced to Rs 13.75 only due to deduction of Rs.280/month from December 2013.and now 393 for past 3 months.They have not intimated through SMS, mail or any mode regarding the change of minimum account balance.I want the amount deducted to be refunded to my account and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

            Hi, I am having bank account in ICICI Bank (Branch Qutub Plaza, Gurgaon) from last 2 years and my account no. is[protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and came to know that my account has been debited by SMAB charges on 13th March 2014, amounting to INR 393.26. The same thing got repeated on 26th April 2014, 6th August 2014, 4th September 2014 and 27th September 2014. I have not received any telephonic call, e-mail or SMS from ICICI Bank informing me about this SMAB charges. I have also made a call to the customer care of ICICI Bank enquiring about the SMAB charges but did not received any satisfactory reply. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about this SMAB charges and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and approach Banking Ombudsman (if situation demands).                     I had applied for an auto loan. I was supposed to buy a car on 21 st oct 2014 since it was an auspicious day. I had submitted all documents as asked by them one week back. They updated me that they approved my loan. Also they spoke to the dealer confirming about the loan and amount to be sanctioned. Also they took money to open a saving account against loan on 18th oct 2014 On 20th oct 2014 Monday afternoon I called them they said sorry loan is cancelled. This is the approach of ICICI. and it's called cheating. I called customer care., it seems there is no loan applied in my name. Customer care guys asked for loan application no. But it seems the local Icici branch in bhilai Chhattisgarh here got no application no. What am I suppose to do. They lied. They fault committed. I would have applied some where else.

                      sir, On 20/10/2014 at 14:28 There was an incorrect transaction from ICICI bank atm palam branch. Instead of Rs 10000 that i entered the money to be withdrawn i got only Rs 9600. There was a Rs 100 note instead of a Rs 500 note. The Rs 100 note was placed between the Rs 500 notes that i received.The balance enquiry receipt shows a transaction of Rs10000 but i have received Only Rs 9600. I kindly request you to look in the matter and refund my money as soon as possible. As an evidence i have shown the transacted amount in the cctv camera of the atm. Transaction no- 3733 Atm id-SECNF519 Card last four digit no -0586 Denomination received - 500*18 =9000 100*6 =600 TOTAL = Rs 9600

                        I am not receive any reply or status to day I received the pin for credit card but still have not receive the card . The pin letter was received why not card they simply send SMS your card was return due to undelivered . I am not able to contact customer care without card no.
                        i am not able to connect customer care credit card division it take more time no clarity on phone banking sysytem.

                          Sir, On Aug 24, 2014, I received a call from mobile no. [protected] stated that he is from ICICI Bank Credit card, Head office New Delhi. He said that your present card reword points is going to expire in a week and ICICI Bank has issued a new GOLD VISA credit card. She inquired initial and final three digits of my credit card number and said that your old card has 800 rewards point that is equal to Rs. 8000/=and to redeem this point ICICI Bank has tied up a company. Soon after her call over, I received a call from company fellow for confirmation of my name and address. After a minute he called me and said verification by company is done and from your reward point (Rs. 8000/=), Rs. 7750 has settled and paid to company and company will deliver items on your choice. Immediately, I received a SMS on my mobile ([protected]) that "Transaction of Rs. 7750.00 made on ICICI Bank credit card xx6001 at KamKash sale solution New Delhi IN on 24 Aug 14". Immediately I contacted to he over her mobile ([protected]) but it was not reachable at that time to till now. I am very much upset and I feel that I am cheated. Kindly look in to the matter and take action against that fraud Men who cheated me.

                            I felt fraud in Personal loan approval and disbursement process in ICICI bank 1. I have been promised a ROI of 13.49% but i found in welcome letter of 15.24%which was dated 15th Sep 2014 and prior to that there was no confirmation given to me on the same. 2. Application was not filled with ROI and disbursement amount as i was said itis still under approval and will be communicated after approval, then they go tmy signatures, now it is a clear case of fraud. As it was not filled by me, and i only signed, i totally dismiss this theory by customer care a reason to find. I can prove this as application does not have my hand writing and it is a part of fraud-ants who have done it later. 3. Loan disbursement happened without my prior consent and my approval was not taken on ROI before disbursement. 4. My requirement was of only Rs.300, 000 but disbursed amount was Rs.4, 35, 000.Clearly indicates a wrong doing, even in this case there is no prior communication was given from ICICI Bank. 5. I was contacted by a lady called "MUSKAN" with an offer of 13.49%ROI offer saying my existing loan with Bajaj Fin will be taken as reference to balance transfer with 13.49% as ROI against 15.01% of Bajaj Finance. But not considered. 6. After i got disbursement, i have called up customer care which has informed me about ROI and was shocking. 7. After my complaint to customer care, i got call from the same lady called"MUSKAN", saying she would revert me after second EMI payment and get it corrected to 13.49%. I got call from 2 numbers in the name of "MUSKAN" [protected] (number busy) and [protected] (Now replying as wrong number).

                              Every month i used to pay my dues on time but last month i haven't received your bill on time but still according to my usage i paid my outstanding but there was balance was 2000 and now your bank has charged me interest. I called your toll free for waiver of those charges as i am ready to pay my actual usauge but your customer care team is not at all co-operative.                                 I got a call from an agent named Mr. Iqrar Khan just now. He said that my number was listed as the alternate number for someone's bank account. This person whose bank account was mentioned was my colleague 10 months ago but he quit and moved to a different job (which I am not aware of). On mentioning this to Mr. Khan, he started yelling at me for some reason. I told him that even 6 months ago they called me and I had mentioned that I'm the wrong person to contact for this employee's credit lapse. He didn't listen to me and kept yelling. I then said that I'll put a harassment charge against him to which he obliged. I also asked for his manager's name but he cut the call. I then got a call from the same number and this time it was his 'manager' Mr. Amit. Mr. Amit yelled at me for 15 minutes non-stop saying "ARE YOU AND THIS PERSON WORKING IN THE SAME OFFICE OR NOT??". I refused to give him any information. He then accused me of being a partner of this person in doing the credit default and followed it by yelling at me again. I have never felt so harassed in my entire life before. I have no idea how to bring this complaint to ICICI because their complaint form on their website needs you to give an Account Number which I don't have.                                   I have submitted one form of mba in IIM kolkata through the website of hughes communication. While submitting the form when ever i tried to submit the money through banks they give me error.later on i find out my money has deducted from the bank the 3 times i.e 6000 rupees, one transaction from yes bank and another two from icici bank. I have requested hughes communication to return the money of rupees 4000 .They have asked me to ask your bank for charge back option.I have asked the icici bank for charge back option .It is almost more than one month.I didn't back my money.when ever i called the customer care service they provide my different eta. Lasttime i called on 7th oct 2014 they said you will get the money in your account by 11th oct 2014. Today i called to know the status they said you will get the money with in 3weeks .

                                      I have opened two Service requests for closure of FD accounts on 10 Oct and it was told to me that they will get closed in one business day. These FD's should have been closed automatically on there maturity date(5 Aug, 2014 and 4 Oct, 2014) but didn't. Reason told to me was due to conversion of resident a/c to NRO a/c. It was not told to me when i get his a/c converted to NRO. 6 Business days have been passed and the service requests are not closed yet. I am calling everyday to customer care and everytime i am being told that they will be closed in 1 more day but didn't. Now they are saying it is pending at branch and they can't do anything. My FD shows the balance as 0 and the amount was not credited back to my a/c yet. I didn't expect this kind of service from ICICI bank and its customer care. Customer care is the only contact that we people have and they should own the responsibility to solve every kind of issue. They can't simply say that as its pending on branch they can't do anything.
