I felt fraud in Personal loan approval and disbursement process in ICICI bank
1. I have been promised a ROI of 13.49% but i found in welcome letter of 15.24%which was dated 15th Sep 2014 and prior to that there was no confirmation given to me on the same.
2. Application was not filled with ROI and disbursement amount as i was said itis still under approval and will be communicated after approval, then they go tmy signatures, now it is a clear case of fraud. As it was not filled by me, and i only signed, i totally dismiss this theory by customer care a reason to find. I can prove this as application does not have my hand writing and it is a part of fraud-ants who have done it later.
3. Loan disbursement happened without my prior consent and my approval was not taken on ROI before disbursement.
4. My requirement was of only Rs.300, 000 but disbursed amount was Rs.4, 35, 000.Clearly indicates a wrong doing, even in this case there is no prior communication was given from ICICI Bank.
5. I was contacted by a lady called "MUSKAN" with an offer of 13.49%ROI offer saying my existing loan with Bajaj Fin will be taken as reference to balance transfer with 13.49% as ROI against 15.01% of Bajaj Finance. But not considered.
6. After i got disbursement, i have called up customer care which has informed me about ROI and was shocking.
7. After my complaint to customer care, i got call from the same lady called"MUSKAN", saying she would revert me after second EMI payment and get it corrected to 13.49%. I got call from 2 numbers in the name of "MUSKAN" [protected] (number busy) and [protected] (Now replying as wrong number).

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My name is C P krishnakumar from Chennai, my self and your bank Icici have no relationship in any course of banking activity and also I don't have any account or loan or credit card with your bank.
But in last few days a regular call of 12 to 15 times for (Phone no [protected] and[protected]credit card issues of some of the known person (Shreedevi thambiya), they will pressurising me and keep on calling to pay is debt.(unsecured due amount)
The bank or the recovery agent should have to contact the loaned person, not an reference person to give day and night torturing and abusing to pay his due amount. It will breach the code of conduct .
The bank ICICI has no business to contact or call me, the only person that can talk to is the loaned person not me OK.

If still I received a call from this number, I will lodge a police complaint for assault and battery against bank and calling agent.
