My ICICI Bank account number is :[protected]. I'm holding demat account for more than 3 years and it has been informed there will not be any charges for holding the account. But on 13/10/3014 they have debited rupees 539.97 as dp charges. I have not got any mails or sms from icici bank reg the same. I would like to recover my money back. Please help me.

    In the month of September I have taken Car loan from your bank at Ongole branch, While taking the loan one of your executive Mr. Shiva has met me and his contact no is +91 [protected]. The compalints are follows. 1) Your executive has told me that, your Rate Of Interest will be 10.50% and even after the loan approval he told that your car loan got approved with 10.50% but after I got the message from your bank I realised that its not 10.50%, Its 11.50%. I consulted your executive about the same but am not satisfied with his explanation. Why you people approved with 11.50% with out intimating to me? 2)I have applied for Rs. 450000(Four lakh fifty thousand INR), but after i got loan approval letter i realised that its got approved for Rs. 460000(Four lakh Sixty thousand INR). Who asked your people for Rs. 460000? 3)While processing I clearly told your executive that, I DO NOT WANT MOTOR SECURE POLICY. AFTER GOT THE LOAN APPROVAL LETTER I HAVE SEEN THAT EVEN MOTOR SECURE POLICY GOT APPROVED, WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE 4)I have not received loan approval kit from your bank. Am getting scared that what all other things you people has been charged from me.

      Getting calls from the below numbers: [protected] [protected] [protected] telling that they are calling from ICICI head office customer care and asking ATM card number validity date ATM pin numbers and cvv numbers. Please suggest.

        Withdrawal 5000 rupees using ICICI bank ATM using HDFC ATM card, but got only 4600 rupees, in between 500 rupees notes got 100 rupees note, immediately contacted security guard of icici ATM, he has given mobile number of icici bank, called to that number, he told me that the money will automatically refunded in 48 hours, but not credited, again call to that person, he told me to contact HDFC bank only, then raised a complaint to HDFC bank, complaint number is 810296, after 10 days again called to HDFC no response. Again telling to contact icici bank, playing with each other without giving my money back. Also HDFC customer care people telling that my transaction is correct one because they got this statement from icici bank, I need one clarification from icici bank, how can you people can tell the transaction is proper and I got my full amount from atm, have you checked the CC CAMERA VISUALS PRESENT IN THE ATM, first check that, without doing that how can you know whether I got 100 rupees note in place of 500 rupees note. need my money back as soon as possible. Last two months it is not responding at the time of "online purchase".Sevarel time i was tried to put a complain regarding this problem but there is no proper response from your end.For your information till today my credit balance is more than Rs.1900.00 . Kindly take necessary action for activate my card neither i will break long relation with your bank and arrange shortly another credit card from other bank.

              Dear Sir, I am V.Vijay Kumar ICICI A/c holder for last 8 years (Account No :[protected] This inform to you last august month 27.08.2014 we try to make a Online payment for exam fees of Rs.1, 700/-for Annalamali university In online payment all the trancations completed but in the end of trancations network problem was happened, the above said amount debited in my account the same has been not credit to annamali university account. We can make another transcations for same amount & same annamalai university on 30.08.2014, the amount has been immediately debited in my account & credited to annmalai university Still date the first trancations debited amount has not been credited in my account We can take it up this issue to customer care last two months & also we approach local ICICI bank, but all the efforts has been failed, the resulted is ZERO Herewith enclosing account statement for your ready reference Pls look in this issue and solve this problem ASAP Regards, V.Vijay Kumar

                I got a call from icici bank telling that they will block my card for security reasons and provide me anew card which will be more secure on 08/09/14 at 330PMShe asked me to confirm my card number.I asked her why should I believe that the call is from ICICI bank.She said I will get a SMS from ICICI bank with an OTP.So I gave her my Icici cradit card number.Igot the sms from LMICICI which had a OTP.IT was in the same sms list which contained other sms regarding my transactions with ICICI bank.SO I did not doubt much.Then again I got a call from another number telling that she is calling from ICICI bank regarding my card.She wanted to know the OPT which I told her.Then she said that she will charge Rs8300 for it which I don't have to pay It will be deducted from my credit limit and when I will activate the new card the amount will be back to my account.Iwill receive my card with in 45 days.But to my surprise I saw that an amount of Rs 8300 has been deducted in favour of Moment deals TPSL whom I have never heard of.So I talked to customer care of ICICI bank .The customer care officer said it was a fraud and i have to pay the amount.He adviced me to block the card and and put a FIR.have already put a FIR and take the case to CBI and to all higher authorities of our country.Such people who cheat common people of their had earned money have no right to do so

                  To ICICI Bank Ltd, Shalimar Tower, Hazratganj, Lucknow(UP) Subject: Debit of Amt without intimation From my SB A/C.[protected] in ref of Old & closed Credit Card No [protected] ) Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I hold a Saving Bank salary A/C No.[protected] at ICICI Nirala Nagar Branch Lucknow, This account has been debited by Rs 15968.07 on 04.10.14 without any prior information to me. I am in surprise that how can you deduct the amount from my salary A/c without any intimation. In fact when I withdraw the amount from ATM on 28.09.14, available balance was intimated Rs 258/-so I got surprised and had a word with customer care. I was informed that this amount was related to my Credit Card dues. I immediately informed to customer care, to my bank, others that it is not correct as I had already made the payment against settlement letter in the year 2010 & nothing is any outstanding towards me. 1. Settlement letter was served to me on dated 22.01.2010 through Mr Jitendra Narain( ID NO 1252508) for Rs 15125/- to make the payment by date 28.02.2010. On my request and problems (Huge loss with Kuber Group) the amount agreed by him to be paid by me was Rs 15000/-in three installments ( Jan, Feb & March, 2010). Accordingly I gave him the cheques and cash as mentioned beolw. All the cheques were enchased by ICICI Bank ltd which can be seen in my bank statement enclosed. Proper receipts and written acceptance was recorded by your representative who came to with letter and the sane was recorded by him in the office copy of the letter, Xerox copy is being enclosed. Following receipts were issued by him : • Receipt No 0110A0441139G Dt 22.1.02010 for Rs 3000/- dated 22.01.2010 in lieu of self Ch No 028860 • Receipt No [protected] Dt 15.02.2010 for Rs 45000/- against Ch No 028861 • Receipt No [protected] Dt. 09.03.2010 for Rs 7500/- against Ch No 028867 Thus amount of Rs 15000/-as accepted by him paid my me, After that I did not received any demand, phone, from your end, neither any Credit card statement which was regularly sent at my home address, stopped. This all assured me that my card has been closed & settled. Therefore question does not arise for any more issue. Suddenly after a period of Four year, when I opened my SB A/C with you as Salary A/c at Niralanagar branch, I was informed by Mr Danish who came to me for opening of the said A/c informed me for such dues so I had given the proper receipts of payments to him and my account was activated and continued for two months and afterwards it has been happened as stated above. For the above facts said, I am regularly in touch with customer care and Bank . The complaints and request were regularly raised since 28.09.2014 to 03.10.2014 after discussion customer advised me to contact at Shalimar Tower, Hazratganj, Lko along with all papers. All the Xerox copies of relevant paper are being enclosed for your kind perusal . Request to please reverse the said amount immediately without any further delay, Any negligence would compel me to take legal action against you.                     FRAUDULENT WITHDRAWAL OF MONEY 1. I, Dr(Mrs) Kamal Nain Bhatia have an account with ICIC Bank. Details are as under: (a) A/C No :[protected] (b) Branch : Chanakyapuri Branch, 16/48 Malcha Marg Shopping Complex New Delhi-110021 (c) Debit Card No: [protected] 2. I wish to state that on 13 Oct 14, my account has been debited twice with Rs 6, 189.88 i.e. a total sum of Rs 12, 379.76 has been debited from my account while I have not done these transactions. 3. I have not subscribed to net banking and neither have divulged my bank/debit card details to any individual/company. It is evident that this is an erroneous/ fraudulent withdrawal. My debit card has always remained in my safe custody. It seems there has been an error at the bank end. I have lodged a complaint with the customer care department (SR[protected] and as advised lodged an FIR in the Police Station. 4.                           I did transaction from my account today in morning for 10 rs.(atm to atm money transfer), after transferring, i pressed cancel and then ICICI bank home screen appeared. After that i left ATM, 5 minutes later i got a message of transaction of 40, 000/-. I came back to ATM, checked mini statement and then called customer care to block my card. When ICICI bank home screen appears, how can transaction be done after that. Look into this matter because if problem is there with machine or anything, this is not the customers mistake.It is Bank`s mistake.                               Hi, I hold an ICICI bank savings account in Bangalore.On 26th and 30th of Sept 2014, there has been 4 fraud transactions. The total money got debited from my account is INR 12300. Immediately after the incident I have informed this to ICICI bank customer care and also filed an FIR . But ICICI bank is not taking any liabilities for the money which I have lost and also not going ahead with any sort of investigations. If this is the case then what is the guarantee that next time the same thing will not happen again ?

                                Sir, we have deposited on cheque no. 086025 dated 31.10.2013 issued by Mewar Anchalik Gramin Bank, Nathdwara (Rajasthan). We have deposited the cheque in ICICI Bank Limited, GNPS Branch, Udaipur (Rajasthan) on 08.11.2013. But by mistake I have mentioned wronge account number (which is pertains to my son) instaed of mentioning my account no. All other information was provided in deposit slip i.e. Name, Phone Number, cheque no, amount etc. ICICI Bank has returned the cheque on account of difference in Name, but they have returned the cheque after one year of time i.e. on 28.09.2014 to my son's address who is in Ongole (Andhra Pradesh). Now the cheque is not valid since it was issued on Oct. 2013. Yesterday i.e. 13.10.2014 i have visited the branch with the cheque & ask them why they have returned the cheque after one year of time, they simply advice me to get the new cheque and deposit again and their behaviour was not to accept their fault Copy of Cheque, deposit slip is attached herewith for you kind reference. Therefore, I request you to look into the matter and do the justify. Best Regards

While opening demat account, i was told the account is completely free of cost, no hidden charges.mI'm not actively using my demat account. Suddenly they have debited my icici bank account a sum of rupees 539.97 as dp charges. This was not told while opening, otherwise i would have closed demat account long before. Without any transactions in demat account i feel very bad to pay my hard earned money as dp charge. Please solve my problem. My icici account number is[protected]

                                    I had applied a new account in ICICI Bank. Whose service name is JAMA DHAN YOJNA as date on 28th Aug, 2014. But till date i have not receive any material from this account. I had contact to Mr. Diwakar in icici bank. My application form had fulfilled by same person as Mr. Diwakar. Whose contact number [protected]. I made a call for Mr. diwakar, many times but till date i have not receive any positive response from the bank or Mr. Diwakar. Right now i have no proof regarding this. Because he gave not me at the time of account open. Please give the response as soon as possible.                                       Dear Sir/Madam, I have withdrawal an of Rs.9000 from ICICI atm at Mini market kalkaji DDA Flats ATM Id (STCH8536) on dated 12th Oct at 13.37 pm but I cash dispense only Rs. 8500 and Rs.500 less as wife is my proof with me at the time of withdrawal and even you check the camera videos also for more clarification.                                         I am receiving calls from so many tele-callers who are calling from ICICI bank. Despite of explaining them several times, they keep on calling me. I received another call from +[protected] today. It is harassment that some one kept you calling after you have said "no" for their services. I already blocked couple of their numbers by using "true caller application" but they are calling me from new numbers. If I say "no" to get the credit card from their bank, they hang the phone like anything which is obviously very rude and a misbehaviour. Please help.
