Hello sir, Debit card was issued to me on December 2013. and today its October 2014 approx 1 year ...and i am still unable to use my ATM because of activation of my debt card is not done... I tried Alot to contact customer care and even i visited ICICI bank Patiala manier times. but their response was zero..its my request please activate my debit card by providing me the pin no. ... Thanku

    1- I have raised a request on 1 sep for new checkbook today is 5 oct still have not received checkbook .Once a I got a call from icici bank customer care Currier guys has been visited but your door was closed even though my mom & spouse are home maker . 2- On 24 Sep again called to customer care initially ms shilpi disconnected my call later Mr Azeem given me request no SA[protected] & given me the assurance will update you asap. 3- Today 5 oct i spoken Mr Ramkumar he said same thing Currier guys has been visiting your home but your door was closed. Now I want to take legal action for icici bank to cheating the people as they have mentioned will deliver the check book in 9 working days in their website . every time i have to spoiled my day to call customer care

      Dated : 04.10.2014 TO ICICI Customer Care, Sub: Saving bank A/c No.[protected] debited by RS 15968.07 in reference to old closed credit card no. [protected] Dear Sir, I am a customer with ICICI bank with SB A/c no.[protected] at ICICI Nirala Nagar Branch Lucknow, The said salaried A/C was initiated by my employer and at the time of opening it I fulfilled all the requirement, a query was asked by your representative Mr Danish regarding my credit card due as mentioned above. However It was explained to Mr Danish who processed the opening of SB A/C( Salaried) as asked by him as below : ( A copy of the documents was given to him.) That the said credit card was settled wide ICICI letter no. APP[protected], dated : 21/1/2010 for settlement of Rs. 15125/- Mr. Jitendra Narain (ID No. 1252508)agency Name : Vcutex, came to me along with the said settlement letter and asked me to deposit the said amount in part as mentioned, on my problems stated to him he advised me to make the payment in round Rs 15000/- in three installments after talking with his seniors on phone. Accordingly I had made 3 installments as mentioned below: • Cheque no. 28860 for amount 3000 that was self encashed 22/1/2010 • Cheque no. 28861 for amount 4500 that was self encashed 15/2/2010 • Cheque no. 28867 for amount 7500 that was self encashed 9/3/2010 All the cheques were being encashed by ICICI bank through your representative Mr. Jitendra Narain (ID No. 1252508) and the receipts were being issued to me which are as below.(Scanned copy enclosed) • Reciept no. 0110A0441139G for Rs. 3000 dated 22/1/2010 • Reciept no. [protected] for Rs. 4500 dated 3/2/2010 • Reciept no.[protected] for Rs. 7500 dated 9/03.2010 After that I have not received any ICICI credit card statement/ Giving me a clear indication that the Credit card was settled and being closed. Further neither I have received any call or any letter from your bank till date in this regards.Which assuring me acceptance of payment and settlement of card. Now in the year 2014, my salary a/c which was opened with your bank in the month of July running smoothly and was active till few days ago. Suddenly few days ago I was unable to withdraw any amount from my Account as the balance was only around Rs 260/-, Thus I shocked that Despite of having sufficient funds my a/c balance reflected low which on further researching with customer care I was being told that the A/c has been marked lien due to dues of my above said credit Card no. In fact the same was settled by me for which I have mentioned all the details above in the year 2010, I have send all the scan copied of receipts and letter to my Branch Manager Nirala Nagar (Mr. Arvind Chaudhary) and to the Branch Manager Indiara Nagar (Ms. Bhoomija Joshi) and also to the ICICI customer care by email. On dated 25.09.14 & 28th Sept, 2014 I am really surprised that till date I have not received any response from your Bank despite of me being following this every day. I have discussed the same with Credit card section at Shalimar Tower Hazratganj Lucknow with Mr. Jaiswal. He told me that nothing can be done from his end as dues/settlement not done and now I need to talk to customer care. While calling customer care they again redirect to credit card team. Where my paid amount has gone ? This is really just harassment to the customer as the query is being unresolved and my money being stuck. I cannot operate/utilize/withdraw the amount while many of my urgent requirements are on hold at this festival time in spite of having sufficient amount in my S.B. Please note that any further delay would compel me to take legal actions against your bank. It is therefore requested to withdraw the lien immediately without any further delay.           I have cancelled the credit card request as the statement was issued by calling the customer care number... instead of card being recvd by me.. But still an amount of 223.00 has been deducted from my account and this is the worst service I can say about the ICiCI bank... I have been dealing with axis bank and the best service i recvd by them.. This is the 2 largest bank in india, , i don't know in which sense. I have contacted the nearest branch and they informed me that they don't have access to the credit card details, , , , worst service.. amend the rankings please.           Got a call on the same day of the complaint raised but still didn't received the refund after providing the atm details.

          For security just to make sure that no amount is been taken aftr this credit card deductions, cleared the account so that once the refund is been issued can deposit the money back, , even after giving a call back to the advisor on the same number, issue hasn't been resolved.

Amount debited from a/c but not credited to recipient. I got message that your fund transfer timed out and status amount is deducted from my account. Please do need full URGENTLY .                 I am having very worst experience with ICICI bank i have applied for home loan from the ICICI bank Indore. from the first day the bank official is telling me no need to worry you can get easily home loan. after submitting all the documents my documents as well as my builders documents that bank official told me now we are doing technical verification and one legal verification after that we will clear your home loan at that time they deduct my processing fee also after some the bank official told me he required some more documents from your builder once we get all these documents we will clear your home loan my builder provided all the documents to the bank. and after that bank official again called me he required some more documents and told me once we get all these your loan will clear again my builder provided the request documents to the bank like this he requested me 5-6 times for the different different documents and telling the same thing once we requested document your loan will clear and my builder provided all the requested document to the bank and these whole process took more than 3 months. at one day again bank official called me he required one more document some old deed copy my builder told me he is not having that deed copy because it is misplaced from me but if required i will get the certified copy from the registrar office same thing i told to bank official then he is telling we want the copy otherwise your loan will not clear. so i told to bank official if you required all these document you would have told me at the first place why you took 3 month time for all these non sense. then he is telling i just following my bank process. i really pissed off from that because he took 3 month of time for the verification of all the documents and every time is giving me false commitments and at the end of the day he is telling your loan will not get approved. it was a very worst experience for me some of my friends also looking for home loan they wanted take from ICICI bank then after seeing my experience they switch over to some other bank. they applied after me there home loan got approved.

We understand from your mail, that you have still not received the refund for the Paisa Pay Id - [protected]. As we checked with our bank they confirmed that refund was successfully processed by them and also provided the ARN no. ARN no.:-'85215224191427968535437 ARN no.:-'85215224191427968533564. We would like to inform you that ARN no is generated post debit to merchant and passing credit to card holder. Every issuing bank has their own process of reconciliation hence it may not have credited. So we request you to check with your issuing bank only. We trust this information was useful to you.                         Respected sir, I have my A/C in ur bank branch and my A/C No. is[protected] Ajay bir Singh . My debit card was destroyed and i applied a new one . The second card didnt get activated i vested ur bank branch and there was a mam i didnt remember the name she said that i have to apply again a debit card. So i applied again she said me that u wl get new debit card in a weak but i am very sorry to say till today it has been 29days since i applied my debit card. Please see to this matter as early as possible. My account is privelege account in ur branch but ur service is not up to mark . Please do solve my issue and reply me soon sir. Thanking you

                          Dear Sir

                          I received a call from ICICI Bank yesterday night. The person (mobile : [protected]) who gave me a ring was under the impression that there is some wrong debit in my account for which I have asked for a refund.

                          I asked him to go through the mail for details and contents of problem but he choose to disconnect the phone stating that he is not fool that can't understand the complaint.

                          I fail to understand what should I do ? Paisapay has provided me proofs that they have processed the refunds in my account in July'14 but ICICI Bank is neither listening nor responding nor solving the problem.

                          Please come clean. You have received the sums from paisapay or not ?

                          If no, state this .

                          If yes, then please proceed for credit in my account... already late by two months.

                          Quite disappointing that both paisapay and ICICI Bank are washing their hands.

                            Dear Team, I have raised complaint against dispute against credit card transaction on dated 10 Aug 2014 o[censored]SD 434.99. Same day I call to customer care and block the card, customer care tell me to submit credit card Xerox, company letter copy with duly signed form at Ghansoli branch within two days which I submitted as required. (documents submitted request number : SR[protected] Now 29.09 I have receive the letter mentioning my request rejected because of documents not provided they required passport copy. I call to customer care and tell them I don't have passport (till I not apply for passport). they say its cumpulsory otherwise you wants to pay total due amount.                                   Hi Sir, I am having a salary account in ICICI BANK My account no is ICICI Bank:[protected] [Michael Midhun] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank E-Statement and got the shock. My account has been debited by SMAB charges. [protected] SMAB Chgs Jun14+Stax 1.76 Rs 16.00 [protected] SMAB Chgs AUG14+Stax 43.26, Rs 393.26 I have no information about deduction of SMAB Charges from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. ICICI Bank will be debited on SMAB Charges continuously, Please resolve my issue and get back to my money.

So I call this above no. new number [protected] given of Mr. Ved Prakash Sharma. He told me due to wrongly your amount will be deduct and your loan amount cheque & your deduct amount cheque is ready please send 12, 000/- cheque in favor of Dream Yatra Solution. I am send cheque of Rs.12, 000/- again deduct from my account. Ved Prakash Sharma told your 1, 00, 000/= Ch.No.007731 & 22, 333/= Ch.No.007732 ready to deposit this is dated[protected], as on date 27-08-14 their final call come for deposite our cheque, But Till their no. proper response above both numbers
