I have opened two service requests for closure of FD accounts on 10 Oct and it was told to me that they will get closed in one business day. These FD's should have been closed automatically on there maturity date(5 Aug, 2014 and 4 Oct, 2014) but didn't. Reason told to me was due to conversion of resident a/c to NRO a/c. It was not told to me when i get his a/c converted to NRO. 6 Business days have been passed and the service requests are not closed yet. I am calling everyday to customer care and everytime i am being told that they will be closed in 1 more day but didn't. Now they are saying it is pending at branch and they can't do anything. As customer care is the only contact that i have and i can't come INDIA only to visit the branch and check the reason. I didn't expect this kind of service from ICICI bank and its customer care. Customer care is the only contact that we people have and they should own the responsibility to solve every kind of issue. They can't simply say that as its pending on branch they can't do anything.

        Dear Sir, I got a call from you (ICICI BANK [protected]) today 16.10.14 from at 4.10 PM .Your representative has told me about a security system scheme for (credit/debit) card and told me to purchase for 1299/- .But I denied at all and told him clearly that I do not want to buy your scheme.Your representative had replied that it would be deducted from my credit card and I have to pay it in next bill . It is very painful for me and I want to inform you that your representative had misbehaved with me. Please let me know about all this mess. Please contact me as soon as on [protected]. Sub: - Cancelation my personal loan ID No[protected] And loan amount 100000/- Sir, The above noted personal loan was taken by me through your agent Sh. Pooja (Sale Development Manager) Mob No- [protected], New Delhi. At the time of agents visit to me he has assured the following terms for the loan. 1. Personal loan can be availed @ 13%. 2. Processing fees is 0.25% and no another charge 3. Disbursement of Loan amount after[protected]. On dated 08-Oct-2014 the loan amount (Rs- 100000/-) transferred to my account. When I asked for the details of loan from customer care they provide the detail as follow:- 1. Loan amount sanctioned Rs.960000. 2. Processing fees 0.50% Rs. 5000 3. Interest for day Rs.2000.                 Dear sir, on October 1st 2014 from my ICICI account (credit Card) a amount of 6, 999.0 rupees debited through online. The details shared by ICICI bank to fraudulent and without my permission they take this amount from my account .Who is given the details to fraudsters. Fraudsters hacked my account no. Credit card no. and mobile no. how they know my all details without bank help.They debited money from my account credit card. So kindly take complaint against this and please take immediate action. And they used my credit card purchased and send the useless stupid parcel as reward points gift through first flight courier without from address. All details attached below, please refund and revert back the amount to my account.                   I ordered a Provogue watches going by the Advertisement i received from my ICICI bank. Now the Provogue Tracking numbers- #13860495 and #[protected]is still showing processing where its been more than a week. All my emails to [protected]@provogue.com goes unresponded, No official helpline number of provogue works. I just don't get it. I did not order thinking of provogue. I ordered for the brand value of my bank. I don't get it why does a reputed bank like ICICI has to deal with a scam website shopping provogue. Please help me out of this situation. I have paid through my net banking for this transaction. I am very frustrated with this ...I don't think in future i will believe any offer through ICICI bank.

                    My brother made a transfer of amount INR 30000/- on[protected] from his ICICI account[protected] to my Kotak bank account through IMPS transfer and which is still not credited to Beneficiary account (my account with Kodak). We have called ICICI customer care and they are asking to wait for maximum 9 days for refund and also we checked with Kotak bank, they are saying that they could not locate the details. Now no one is taking responsibility for customer money.. I need file complaint against to ICICI and Kotak bank regarding IMPS - failure process and system. MY IMPS Transaction reference[protected].

                        Dear sir/mam, It is bring in your notice that I am using a credit card of ICICI bank Card no.[protected], which is issued on my name i.e. Anuj Shrivastava. From very first day I report the problem for non-receiving of details of bills. After regular follow SMS service has been started having information regarding bill payment & its amount & last date of payment & minimum amount payable. But the problem starts again from last 3 month, in September I paid late due to same problem. As the recovery department called me & ensure that the problem will resolve urgently but still not resolved. During last month bills I don’t have any information & which later on told by ICICI Bank Calling executive that total amount pending is Rs 5907. I told him problem which was persisting from long & he ensure that I will pay as soon as I got my bill details. But now I am getting phone calls again & again from ICICI BANK executive but still no one is available to resolve my problem & also they don’t bother about problem of mine ( Not getting any details ) all executives told me from this month that i will pay my dues after resolving issue & waving off the late charges which bank is imposing day by day. Kindly look into this matter & provide me details of last month, I am ready to pay from month starting my actual amount.

                          My ICICI Bank account number is :[protected]. I'm holding demat account for more than 3 years and it has been informed there will not be any charges for holding the account. But on 13/10/3014 they have debited rupees 539.97 as dp charges. I have not got any mails or sms from icici bank reg the same. I would like to recover my money back. Please help me.

The compalints are follows. 1) Your executive has told me that, your Rate Of Interest will be 10.50% and even after the loan approval he told that your car loan got approved with 10.50% but after I got the message from your bank I realised that its not 10.50%, Its 11.50%. I consulted your executive about the same but am not satisfied with his explanation. Why you people approved with 11.50% with out intimating to me? 2)I have applied for Rs. 450000(Four lakh fifty thousand INR), but after i got loan approval letter i realised that its got approved for Rs. 460000(Four lakh Sixty thousand INR). Who asked your people for Rs. 460000? 3)While processing I clearly told your executive that, I DO NOT WANT MOTOR SECURE POLICY. AFTER GOT THE LOAN APPROVAL LETTER I HAVE SEEN THAT EVEN MOTOR SECURE POLICY GOT APPROVED, WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE 4)I have not received loan approval kit from your bank. Am getting scared that what all other things you people has been charged from me.

                                Withdrawal 5000 rupees using ICICI bank ATM using HDFC ATM card, but got only 4600 rupees, in between 500 rupees notes got 100 rupees note, immediately contacted security guard of icici ATM, he has given mobile number of icici bank, called to that number, he told me that the money will automatically refunded in 48 hours, but not credited, again call to that person, he told me to contact HDFC bank only, then raised a complaint to HDFC bank, complaint number is 810296, after 10 days again called to HDFC no response. Again telling to contact icici bank, playing with each other without giving my money back. Also HDFC customer care people telling that my transaction is correct one because they got this statement from icici bank, I need one clarification from icici bank, how can you people can tell the transaction is proper and I got my full amount from atm, have you checked the CC CAMERA VISUALS PRESENT IN THE ATM, first check that, without doing that how can you know whether I got 100 rupees note in place of 500 rupees note. need my money back as soon as possible.                                         I got a call from icici bank telling that they will block my card for security reasons and provide me anew card which will be more secure on 08/09/14 at 330PMShe asked me to confirm my card number.I asked her why should I believe that the call is from ICICI bank.She said I will get a SMS from ICICI bank with an OTP.So I gave her my Icici cradit card number.Igot the sms from LMICICI which had a OTP.IT was in the same sms list which contained other sms regarding my transactions with ICICI bank.SO I did not doubt much.Then again I got a call from another number telling that she is calling from ICICI bank regarding my card.She wanted to know the OPT which I told her.Then she said that she will charge Rs8300 for it which I don't have to pay It will be deducted from my credit limit and when I will activate the new card the amount will be back to my account.Iwill receive my card with in 45 days.But to my surprise I saw that an amount of Rs 8300 has been deducted in favour of Moment deals TPSL whom I have never heard of.So I talked to customer care of ICICI bank .The customer care officer said it was a fraud and i have to pay the amount.He adviced me to block the card and and put a FIR.have already put a FIR and take the case to CBI and to all higher authorities of our country.Such people who cheat common people of their had earned money have no right to do so
