Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Sidharth Singh Saini, worked with ICIC Bank Ltd. from Sept. 2005 to March 2007 Employee Detail: ICBK/HRMG/[protected]/84414 (EMP. ID - 84414) Still struggling for getting the PF A/C No., But there is no support from HR Dept., ICICI Bank, Delhi As i worked here on contractual basis so emp. id changed every financial year, salary was directly credited by the ICICI Bank only.     Hi, I am writing on behalf of Rahul Vasant Bobade. Rahul has received credit card statement claiming total amt due as Rs.3228 out of which Rs. 500 is late fees. The irony is Rahul has already received a replacement card after clearing all the dues on this card for which we have received the statement of dues. Please check and confirm as the dues should be nil for this account and there should be no late charge then. We do not even have this credit card number now since we were given a replacement card after clearing all the dues. Awaiting your swift response. Rgds Preeti Bobade

      Hi, I have not yet received a confirmation from ICICI Bank for the payment submitted online to DDA housing scheme 2014 . I contacted DDA and was told that the payment is not received from the bank, however the amount has been debited from my account. Please look into this ASAP.         Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Gurgaon branch from last two and half years and my account no. is[protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by MAB charges twice in 1 month. There has been no intimation of tis by bank. Can somebody suggest any corrective action. Regards

        Hi,

        I am having a zero balance, salary bank account in ICICI BANK for more than 10 years.

        I am based abroad and on checking my detailed statement online found to my utter shock that
        My account has been debited by MAB charges many times over!

        I have no information from ICICI and to begin with its a zero balance account hensce deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will
        be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher
        authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule
        8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the
        customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

          Hi Sir, My name is Gurpreet, and I am holding an ICICI BANK Credit Card. I wanted to report one of a highly disappointing and frustrating experience I had with the credit cards divisions and I would need your help in getting this resolved. Recently I got my Credit Card Bill for the Credit card number [protected]. The details are as below Previous Charges : 24, 876.35 Purchases/Charges : 14, 433.42 Payment : 29, 625.53 Total Amount due : 9, 684.24 Due date : 03/10/2014 A few notable things were that the purchase/charges of 14, 433.42 included an interest amount of 1, 439.78 and service tax of 177.96. I made a payment of 23600 out of the total outstanding amount 24, 876.35 before due date. On the remaining 1276.35 I have been charged an interest of 1439.78 + Service Tax which makes it to around 1600+. I mean interest on balance 1200 Rs is 1600 +. This is really unacceptable. and also in a span of 4 more days I made the complete payment. I spoke with the customer care official also. His name was Shiv Kumar, the reference ID for this communication is SR[protected]. I spoke with him and tried to explain him the same but instead of reversing the wrong charges he asked me rudely that this is the process that I need to follow. He can't do anything on this, and its my wish to continue with ICICI bank. I followed up with more customer care executives but no one is at all ready to reverse these fraudlent intereset charges I need your help in getting this resolved as ICICI bank is not even ready to listen to me

          I hav contacted customer care many times and asked them why I am supposed to pay interest for the whole amount when I have paid more than 95 percent of the amount before due date.. They have simply ask me to send an email to [protected]@icicibank.com and they will reply within 24 hours. It has been over 48 hours now but no one even bothered to contact or reverse the fraudlent interest charges.

            Respected sir,

            I am using icici account 2008 onwards[protected]. Because i like your services. Yesterday on 27/09/2014 i visited your thalassery (Kerala, kannur district) branch. And i lost my atm and i visited your branch and requested to a loose cheque withdraw the money from there. The urgent was my nephew was in hospital so that i requested a loose cheque. In my account 1, 85, 000 was there and i was plan to withdraw a 25k. But your employee informed that there is no option to give a loose cheque, i requested them and they told they will provide. After that they asked my id card. But i didnt carry the id card but they informed that they will not provide the cheque and they told that go and come with id card. I am requesting cheque from my home branch and i told him you can cheque id from your system, they replied that but they are murmmuring something. It was very bad experience for me. There are n number of banks in my hometown, if there is urgent we can withdraw by loose cheque. But why should your bank. I asked them and they are thinking that i am their slavery, i traveled 12 kms and taken my id card and submitted in bank. Then they informed me bank time is over. Then i closed my accout from at the time itself and after that they are threatening me we wil providethe money by d.D only not by cash. Because they also knows that i need the money.

            I deposited my money in your bank and i want to come in your staff feet for withdraw. What rule it is. What they think.Inside the branch they are not working they are thinking that in saturday bank rules are in their hand.

            Its my personal request sir, dont appoint these kind of employees in the bank. Its going reputation of your bank. There is a negative impression for your bank. Because n number of people are saying this, it was very shame for me she is behaving to me like a slavery, so i am not leaving this. Its my mannerse to submitted complaint to you. Now i will share my experience to every social media and i will complaint to banking ombudsman. Your bank and employees insulted me so i am going to give complaint.

                      My name is pushpa chatterjee and I m staying in delhi now I have applied a credit card of icici banks and
                      icici bank taken all the documents behalf of this but after my card approve they send this card to blue dirt
                      courier and employee of blue dart courier is very indiscipline person and they don’t dispatch my card at my resident
                      address courier person said thy send the card to the bank for cancellation in this time I called customer care of icici bank and said all those thinks about blue dart courier that they never picked the call and field employee are said lie always
                      and etc.
                      Now ICICI bank said they cant do anything for this...after a long processor they said they dont know any thing.
                      My question is if customer is harassed by that courier then why don’t they send the cared by another courier.
                      card cancelation is not the solution .I fact after card dispatch Icici bank never given me any mail on my mail Id which I
                      already given to icici bank.
                      Because of this card apply I taken 10days live form my office and at the verification time I given my 72 hours time .
                      I raly given much time to icici bank for this processor.

                      So,
                      I need judges.This is one type of corruption.

                        Dear sir, I got call from icici bank credit card department they offered me a coral credit card by saying that i vil get this card within 7 days with these facility like their executive said i will get 2, 75, 000 credit limit and 40% cash widrwal facility . I said ok i[censored] are this facility . I needed money that time so i said ok to that executive name sunny . Now when 7 days passed away i did not got any card from them sso i called to that executive name sunny, he said mera kaam ho gaya aab ap jaano or apka kaam jane .. then i called in customer care they said we did not get your file, whenever we will get your file then we will start your card process .. i was helpless due to my personal reason i was staying in hotel their charges was rs 2500 per day and i waited for this card for almost a month now because bank has told me i will get this card in 7 days but i did not after waiting of this card finally i got this card but till then my hotel bill was made around 50000rs . And when i opened the envelope there was a blunder happened with me. I saw there was credit limit of only 45000 rs and there was no cash withdrawl facility on that time i really money but bank has cheated me . I called in customer care there was a executive name jayant i asked him to sort out this problem he said i will clear this problem till then you use this card and call me after 2 days, i did not resolve my issue then i called him mr. Jayant but i found he was not there some other executive said to me that he is not in office call after sometime . I was just calling them but nobody was responsing to me then i thought of going direct to bank, the bank person said to me we cant do anything from here you have to contact to customer care. Since then i was just contacting them but nobody was responding to me . Now the situation is i have used this card so they are continously calling me and harashing me by their executive everyday . I am saying please i will pay your amount but first of all as a customer you have to solve my problem . But they are just calling me and harashing me everyday... I Have a request from you please take some necessary action and please solve my query . Regards a helpless customer

                          I have a salary account in ICICI bank for an years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '57110544 DP CHGS TILL AUG-14'---- INR 674.16'. When I created the account, No one told me about any DP charges or any other hidden charges, ICICI representative told that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable!! Please refund my amount as soon as possible else i will send a mail to senior authority of ICICI bank regarding my issue .                           The same has been happened with me on 26 Sep 2014 when I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '57117124 DP CHGS TILL AUG-14'---- INR 561.80'. Before deducting such amount no alert transaction message has been sent to my mobile.
                          My ICICI account number is[protected]. Kindly refund this amount as soon as possible other wise i will raise this issue till senior authority.
                          Kindly coordinate.

First of all let me tell you that I did not require any certificate for my credit worthiness from you, because Govt has agency for that.You do not have any authority regarding above. Secondly, the reason cited by you for refusal of loan is not correct.If the nature of the land characteristics is a bar then how could have the ICICI BANK had disbursed me loan for the same plot of land+house in the past.(vide your record -LBASL[protected], WE HAVE CLEARED THE LOAN IN FULL). Thirdly, disbursement of loan is Bank's right, but they can not cheat us which your staff Chandrachur goswami of Durgapur branch has done.He has several times told us that ''your loan has been sanctioned'', after looking through the papers/documents provided by us in duplicate. Fourthly, you mentioned nothing about the return of the processing fee and documents[some of them are in originals] and advocates fee. Awaiting quick response from your part. Thanking you .                             No solution.Only assurance, that your payment reversal has been approved.Refund order draft/cheque is being issued in a day or two and so on.
                            The whole ICICI bank is run by fraud people.

                              This is to draw your kind attention to the fraudulent transactions reported by you through SMS in my above said Salary A/c on 21st September, 2014. On 21stSeptember, I received two consecutive SMS from the bank informing of A/c debitof Rs.74, 381.89 &amp; Rs.41, 323.27 info * YUM PAYPAL.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I wish to confirm that neither I have made any credit or debit card transaction, issued any cheque nor I have made any Net Banking transaction in my subject Salary A/c during the time of the above said fraudulent transactions. Actually when I received the SMS from ICICI Bank, I was attending a meeting at my office ( L&amp;T) in Kolkata. On receipt of the SMS, I lodged a police complaint at Kolkata Police, Shakespeare Sarani Police Station vide General Diary No:1609 Dated 21.09.14. Subsequently I have registered an On-Line complain in ICICI Bank and also have sent a mail to Customer [protected]@icicibank.com vide SR No:[protected] dated 21.09.2014. I would now request you to kindly investigate the above fraud executed in my salary A/c and arrange to compensate the debited total amount to me immediately. This is a matter of great concern that such fraud is taking place in savings A/c of ICICI Bank and that too this A/c being my Salary A/c. I am really threatened and clueless on the security of my salary A/c held with you.

                                i was having a current account in icici bank for last 5 years and one day last month they closed my account w/o valid reason . Now I am struggling to get my 26500 from bank and they are giving excuse but not returning my money.

                                One month gone but no refund from bank

                                I request if any one one icici bank pls get my money refunded to me.

                                  This is regarding merchant ID 50079997 and terminal IDs 43089755 and 43089758 and the corresponding current account number[protected]..
                                  The TID 43089758 was surrendered on 21 sep 2006 and the TID 43089755 was surrendered on 24 may 2014.

                                  I suffered a debit towards terminal recovery charges and after submitting the proof, the same was reversed.
                                  But even then the bank is continuously debiting my account towards balance recovery even after I have sent them the proofs towards the terminal surrender.
                                  Today also, my account is again debited for Rs 24802.32, which is very harassing.
                                  I have already sent several emails to [protected]@icicims.com but no one is listening. and the harrassing continues till date. ICICI bank need to reverse below all charges.

                                    I, m the another victim.Today 23rd sep. 2014, at 10:48 am transaction on same merchant location i.e. Aryma Group Delhi of amount Rs. 7990/-, there seems unauthorized involvement of bank's personnel in these fraudulent transactions, Also bank personnel's (Customer care) is neither interested to track the merchant location or beneficiary nor revealing the merchant location and address to the customer or cyber crime team of police. -Sandeep singh

                                      Dear Cnbc awaz,

                                      This is with reference to that I had applied for a car loan at icici bank of Rs1.5lakhs (loan no. -LALUC[protected]) on date 31st July'14 for which i will paid all the installment through ECS, but till date I didn't get any updation for ECS process from your side though I have deposited its first installment in august month by cash as i have received a call from your bank to paid this installment by cash for this time only .
                                      Then again submit ECS formalities to icici bank in lucknow branch.Then so many times icici bank agent call him for give a instruction for give manual payment done.icici agent call him and he told him there is no sales agent for lucknow then i am not collecting a payment then he advice me for going a manual payment.
                                      So I am very disappoint for Icici bank.
                                      so i request you to please update my ECS system for my loan installment on priority basis as its not easy for me to go to your bank .

                                        Dear Sir, Today I received a life threatening call from ICICI Sector 8 branch from Mr. Singh (Ph No. [protected]) and follow up call from Mr. Bisht ([protected]) regarding not making loan payments by my distant relative. Even when I informed that I don't know that person that well and I don't have anything to do with that loan, They threatened me that they will hurt me and my family and will take the money back from me as I am his relative. I have recorded the call conversation and I am going to take it to court as it is completely unacceptable and very inhuman. I need the apology from Mr. Singh.
