I did transaction from my account today in morning for 10 rs.(atm to atm money transfer), after transferring, i pressed cancel and then ICICI bank home screen appeared. After that i left ATM, 5 minutes later i got a message of transaction of 40, 000/-. I came back to ATM, checked mini statement and then called customer care to block my card. When ICICI bank home screen appears, how can transaction be done after that. Look into this matter because if problem is there with machine or anything, this is not the customers mistake.It is Bank`s mistake.       Hi, I hold an ICICI bank savings account in Bangalore.On 26th and 30th of Sept 2014, there has been 4 fraud transactions. The total money got debited from my account is INR 12300. Immediately after the incident I have informed this to ICICI bank customer care and also filed an FIR . But ICICI bank is not taking any liabilities for the money which I have lost and also not going ahead with any sort of investigations. If this is the case then what is the guarantee that next time the same thing will not happen again ?

        Sir, we have deposited on cheque no. 086025 dated 31.10.2013 issued by Mewar Anchalik Gramin Bank, Nathdwara (Rajasthan). We have deposited the cheque in ICICI Bank Limited, GNPS Branch, Udaipur (Rajasthan) on 08.11.2013. But by mistake I have mentioned wronge account number (which is pertains to my son) instaed of mentioning my account no. All other information was provided in deposit slip i.e. Name, Phone Number, cheque no, amount etc. ICICI Bank has returned the cheque on account of difference in Name, but they have returned the cheque after one year of time i.e. on 28.09.2014 to my son's address who is in Ongole (Andhra Pradesh). Now the cheque is not valid since it was issued on Oct. 2013. Yesterday i.e. 13.10.2014 i have visited the branch with the cheque & ask them why they have returned the cheque after one year of time, they simply advice me to get the new cheque and deposit again and their behaviour was not to accept their fault Copy of Cheque, deposit slip is attached herewith for you kind reference. Therefore, I request you to look into the matter and do the justify. Best Regards

          I have icici bank account for more than 5 years and have demat account for 3 years. While opening demat account, i was told the account is completely free of cost, no hidden charges.mI'm not actively using my demat account. Suddenly they have debited my icici bank account a sum of rupees 539.97 as dp charges. This was not told while opening, otherwise i would have closed demat account long before. Without any transactions in demat account i feel very bad to pay my hard earned money as dp charge. Please solve my problem. My icici account number is[protected]

            I had applied a new account in ICICI Bank. Whose service name is JAMA DHAN YOJNA as date on 28th Aug, 2014. But till date i have not receive any material from this account. I had contact to Mr. Diwakar in icici bank. My application form had fulfilled by same person as Mr. Diwakar. Whose contact number [protected]. I made a call for Mr. diwakar, many times but till date i have not receive any positive response from the bank or Mr. Diwakar. Right now i have no proof regarding this.               Dear Sir/Madam, I have withdrawal an of Rs.9000 from ICICI atm at Mini market kalkaji DDA Flats ATM Id (STCH8536) on dated 12th Oct at 13.37 pm but I cash dispense only Rs. 8500 and Rs.500 less as wife is my proof with me at the time of withdrawal and even you check the camera videos also for more clarification.                 I am receiving calls from so many tele-callers who are calling from ICICI bank. Despite of explaining them several times, they keep on calling me. I received another call from +[protected] today. It is harassment that some one kept you calling after you have said "no" for their services. I already blocked couple of their numbers by using "true caller application" but they are calling me from new numbers. If I say "no" to get the credit card from their bank, they hang the phone like anything which is obviously very rude and a misbehaviour. Please help.

                  I was approached by an ICICI bank customer support lady asking for an upgrade in the credit limit of my existing ICICI HPCL credit card and benefits on it.They have collected all my pay slips and the required documents all over again as they did it for the first time.But finally i ended up receiving a card which has same benefits as the previous and no upgrade in the credit limit.My salary has increased two folds to what I had while applying for my existing card.Your credit limit is less than my salary, what do you expect me to do with it.If you cannot upgrade my limit to three fold as what you have given now please please deactivate the card.Please contact me on [protected].

                    Dear Sir, I have opened a saving bank account in Vaishali branch of Ghaziabad on 30.09.2014 and on 09.10.2014 an amount of Rs. 335.96+ Rs. 100 (total Rs. 436.00 ) have been deducted from this account towards DMRC dabit card, without taking of any dabit card of this type. You are therefore, requested to check the wrong debit entry in my account and tell me the name of person who has received the card as mentioned in the debit entry. Since I am sure that I have not requested and taken this type of card, hence debited amount may please be credited in my account at the earliest.

                      Details of my complaint are as follows: 1. On 30/9/2014 I dropped one cheque of value Rs.50000 issued from Vijaya Bank, Dwarka branch, New Delhi at one of ICICI bank ATM located in Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad. The ATM code is STCH 9851 2. The said cheque no 235238 hasn't been credited to my account till date. To add even the Bank authorities are not aware as where the cheque has been misplaced. 3. Since last many a days I am following up with head of branch banking & head of ATM from ICICI bank but as usual they have yet not responded back. 4. Now I am being asked by Bank personnel to get the stop payment for said cheque and to get a new cheque from the party who originally issued the cheque to me. 5. Already one cheque has been bounced due to insufficient funds as the subjected cheque hasn't been credited to my account. 6. Also by 15/10/2014 few more transactions are scheduled. Who shall bear the financial loss? What about the mental trauma I am going through these days due to such irresponsible attitude of bank in rendering basic duties. Solutions needed:- 1. Bank can not only crosscheck my statement as whether I had dropped the cheque but also as when the said drop box located in ATM bearing code no STCH 9851 was opened last to collect dropped cheques with the help of CCTV footage installed in ATM. 2. Strict disciplinary actions to be taken against the person found guilty. 3. All financial losses to be compensated by bank. Other serious concerns:- 1. Why ICICI doesn't deploy needed security guards in ATMs? None of the ATMs in Vijay Nagar & Pratap Vihar have security arrangements. Why the security of customers is at stake? 2. Why licence related info, ATM branch code related info remains missing from ATMs? Is it not mandatory for banks to affix proper metal plate carrying all sorts of info? 3. Why the basic VM's are not fixed in bank ATMs? No security guard, No VMs, NO license plate...how come bank ensuring that customer doesn't face any inconvenience? 4. Is bank following the time frames as being displayed in addressing the complaints or even acknowledging the complaints? Why the high profile officials mail address being displayed when they cant respond? Is this what bank claimed to be transparency? Highly disappointed...!

                          Hello, I got a call from icici lombard regarding some general insurance plan today (i.e. 10/10/2014 at 4:50pm). The executive on call said that there is a compulsion of availing a general insurance on my newly issued credit card. He was saying I have to pay Rs 945 per month for the next one year. But I was not told about his on the time of issue of card. Apart from this, now also I don't want to take any general insurance policy. If this is the compulsion. FROM LAST EIGTH YEARS THEY HAVE NOT TRIED TO CONTACT ME BUT NOW SUDDENLY THEY COME AND TREATHEN ME AND MY FAMILY WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCE, THEY ARE ACTUALLY GOONS SENT BY ICICI BANK, THEY ARE NOT PRODUCING ANY ID CARD ISSUED BY ICICI BANK, THEY HAVE NOT PRODUCED ANY DUE STATEMENT AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY FULL STATEMENT OF MY CREDIT CARD, THEY ANE NOT WILLING TO GO THE LEGAL WAY.I.E FILE A LAW SUIT AND I WILL FIGHT IT IN THE COURT.THE PERSON FROM ICICI BANK IS VILAS AND HIS PHONE NUMBER IS O[protected] AND HIS TEAM IS TREATHNING ME THROUGH PHONE AND COMMING TO MY HOUSE AND USE FILTHY LANGUAGE AND PHYSICALLY MAN HANDLE ME.SO PLEASE I REQUEST THE CONCERN AUTHOURITY TO LOOK INTO THIS.

                                ICICI money 2 india service has indulged in a unfair trade practice lately. I started using its competitor Xoom for money transfer to my ICICI account in India as it is much faster service. Xoom came back saying that my recipient bank (icici) returned saying the account is frozen, I did put an enquiry and Xoom came back with same details. When I called ICICI to enquire about my account details, they told its not frozen. Then I tried transferring the money from ICICI's money2india service and it got transferred. Surprisingly, ICICI has indulged in an unfair trade practice as it is unable to compete in the market.

                                    Hello, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Siliguri branch since last three and half years and my account number is[protected]. My contact number is [protected]. I was just checking my mini statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by SMAB charges for more than 11 times since last 1 year or so!!! From my bank statement, I can see that the charges were deducted on dates respectively 26/12/2013, 15/01/2014, 16/01/2014, 22/02/2014, 13/03/2014, 26/04/2014, 02/06/2014, 30/06/2014, 06/08/2014, 04/09/2014 & 27/09/2014. Each time the deduction was for 393.26 rupees which adds up to an astounding 4328.86 rupees. I tried calling the Siliguri branch but there was no response. I don't have any mail informing about this SMAB charges. I have no prior information from ICICI. No call, mail or text. I used to get notification if I did shopping using my debit card for even 10 rupees but no notification message in these cases where the sum amount was far more. Obviously the reason must have been to cheat me without notifying me so that you could steal my hard earned money slowly without my notice. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about charge of balance system, hence any deduction from my account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities & Banking Ombudsman as this is a CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                                      Sir, I've applied for a personal loan from icici bank online. I received a call from 2 icici executive ladies (not sure if they're from ICICI or fraud). They said that my loan has been approved. However, in order to sanction the loan amount to my bank account, I was asked to deposit Rs.12, 500 as loan security. The next day, they sent an executive to collect my documents. I've handed all the documents along with my cheque sleeves and Rs.12500 to that guy. I've the confirmation proof for the same. It was on 17 October 2014. Since then, they're not picking up my calls. I've visited the ICICI bank to help in this matter but they didn't help me. So, I'm contacting you to trace these people and check if they're genuinely from the bank or fraud people. I've given the details of the ICICI executives below: 1. Swati - [protected] 2. Anshika- [protected] 3. Sekhar-[protected](he collected the documents and 12500 cash as loan security). Sir, please help me in this case so that no such frauds don't happen to other ignorant people.                                         I, Piyush Agrawal hereby wish to inform you that I am receiving ICICI Bank's Credit Card statement belonging to Mr. RVS Bramhananda every month on the address 306 B, Kusum Apartment, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703, Maharashtra. The said property belongs to me only. Mr. RVS Bramhananda had left the that property since 2008, then also I am receiving the statement every month till date. We have submitted letter regarding misuse of residential address at ICICI Bank's Vashi Branch, on 26th Sept 2013, inspite of this, any action has not been taken from their side and still I am receiving the letter.

                                        We have sent mail to customer care @ICICI but still any action has not been taken.

                                        Recent Credit Card statement copy of Mr. RVS Bramhananda & Address Proof of mine has been attached herewith for your reference.

                                        Kindly take the immediate action to the above matter.
