[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank - Deduction of SMAB charges without informing about the change

My saving a/c Number:[protected] . they have deducte 505 as smab charge. i have been maintaining for last 5 years . This is the first time and no information .i have to close such account .How much you would keep earning with such practices from common man. I would advise others the same, open account with government bank as they do have providing better services now.
I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking
Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

My Account number is[protected]Damanjit Singh), which was a Salary A/C. As it was left with some amount in idle condition for over a year. All of the sudden they have started debiting SMAB charges without any previous notification. I have been using this account from last 7 year and never faced such deduction before.
