ICICI debited my money 10, 674INR when i was booking my flight ticket in indigo airlines(goindigo.in)...on 21/12/2013 BIL/[protected]/Bill Desk/INDIGO_MICI32 DR INR 10, 674.00 !! but ticket is not booked nor that site dint recieve any money from icici !! My account number is[protected] My account name is--Rachamalla Saimithru ...This thing has happened to me several times with icici bank, ICICI is using this technique to cheat people !! THey will just deduct the money suddenly and use them for some days and then they smartly refund them after weeks !! i want consumer court to take severe action on icici bank on behalf of this matter, and i want my money back as soon as possible please help me, Thanks !!     This is with reference to the multiple complaints raised against with ICICI bank me towards an transaction happened on 11 Nov 2013. It is dissapointing that i have not received appropriate resolution for my complaint from any of the channels. Please find below the summary of incident :
    •On 11th Nov'13 at 1 pm my father has visited nearest ICIC ATM center in Shivam Road, Hyderabad to withdraw some cash.
    •Initally he requested for 10, 000 but there was no response from the ATM. He again tried for INR 5000 and the result was same, no response from the ATM.
    •He waited at the ATM for 15 min until the next cutomer visited. Another customer tried using the ATM and he was unsuccessful as there was no response from the ATM. My father approached a staff from ICICI direct branch located near to the ATM and he advised that it might be a technical error and generally it gets credited within 6 hrs
    •Upon the notification of debit of INR 5000 from my account, i raised a complaint with the customer care and they credited the amount back and mentioned that if they find discrepency they will debit the amount again from my account for which i agreed.
    •On 14th Nov'13 the amount of INR 5000 has been debited again advising reversal of the transaction.
    •On 16th Nov'13 i visited the ICICI bank at Nallakunta to register the complaint. On 18th Nov'13 i have received a response stating that the they cannot reverse the transaction as it has been paid completed.
    •On 19th Nov'13 i visited the branch again to seek help for further investigation into this matter. A written request has been made asking for CCTV footage. I have not received any response till 2 Dec'13 till i visited the branch again.
    •Mr Kishore deputy manager updated that the images would not be available due to camera error. I have requested the branch manager to look into the issue as i was confident that the ransaction didnt happen. They advised that they will get back to me with a response.
    •There was no response till today and hence i visited the branch on 7 Dec'13 and finally Mr Kishore mentioned that they cannot do anything on this matter. I have requested for the response in writing and i was given in ICICI letter head.
    I have been associated with ICICI bank since 3 yearsand i have never registered this kind of complaint. I am confident that the transaction did not happen and hence i request you to look into this matter with appropriate investigation and evidences. The CCTV footage is not working, and there is no presence of security guard at the ATM center. PFB my details

        Respected Sir/Mam, I have taken a Two Wheeler loan from ICICI Bank, which was started from 13/03/2002.Loan agreement No: 2852. The loan as completed on 16/01/2004.repayment was through EMI for Rs.1422.00/- pm. Still I have not received NOC from ICICI bank...Bike Registration No: KA-05-EH-4325, Chassis Number: M1112f113893, Engine No:m1112m115449, I have been visited to the bank for than couple of times the issue doesn't got over. I kindly request you to cancel the loan.           This is with regards to Service Request Number - SR[protected]. A transaction for Rs. 1027 done on firstcry.com through my debit card was cancelled. The amount was however debited to my account. I have contacted the merchant in this regard and they have confirmed that the payment has not been received from their end. Even after a year long chase with the bank, I have still not received a credit for this amount in my account. I have spoken with ICICI bank's customer service and have also emailed all the proofs to them several times but have not received any reply from them. Kindly reverse the amount back to my account.             I am ICICI bank Holder A/C:[protected] past two months repeatedly when i am booking tickets from IRCTC, kesineni travels money is debited from my A/C but its not been credited to the second party .When I post a complaint to customer support to ICICI bank they are not responding the issue properly .so some serious action to be taken .

              i am holding a icici credit card No. [protected] my payment date is every 20th of a month but i am keep on paying exactly on 18th but each and every time they are deducting excess amount of mine as auto debit even if i pay the amount...at the same time ICICI is not lessen my auto debit amount each and every time..they are taking my money from my account even though i pay credit card amount they are cheating cleaver...

              i felt so upset that each and every time we have to monitor icici accounts and payment properly or else they will do like this...again and again we have to raise a mail like this again and again...

                Hi, My name is Rubi, Resident of India. I hold a salaried account in ICICI bank. Unauthorized transactions happened from my account on 16/12/2013. I got first alert message on mobile at 8.40AM saying you have made a Debit card purchase of INR64.73 Info.VIN*PAYPAL. Afternoon at 3.09PM at a time I got 2 messages saying you have made a Debit card purchase of INR2, 717.74 Info.VIN*PAYPAL. I lost 5498/- rupees from my account. Transaction details are attached below. Immediately I tried to transfer the remaining amount to another account. At that time it stopped me saying your Debit card is not active, but for my best information I haven’t blocked my Debit card. I called Customer care immediately. I had to wait for a long time to connect to the customer care. After connecting to the executive I said him my problem. Instead of assisting me he said he has to speak to his senior manager regarding this and he kept me on hold. For a long time he did not return because of which, the call got disconnected automatically. Again I had to wait for a long time to get connected to the customer care. Twice it got disconnected because of ICICI line issues. After having the tough time with the customer care I directly went to nearest ICICI Bank to register my complaint. I went to the complaint section. Even after telling her that it is an emergency she made me wait. Finally, after sometime she took my complaint. But the response which I got from her side was really very poor. No assurance was given to me when I asked for it. She told me that my Debit card is temporarily blocked so I asked her to block it permanently. My account number is[protected] and my Debit card number is [protected]. My complaint reference number with ICICI bank is SR[protected]. I am posting this complaint here with great hopes. Please help me find Justice. Please let me know what the reason for decline. I asked to ICICI Aundh Branch relationship executive, he told me following reason for decline my personal loan request 1.                     Hi Team, This is Prabhjot Singh from Bangalore .I have opened a new salary account[protected] in your bank a few months ago.Bank has processed my first salary cheque and after they processed the cheque, I have received a call from your bank saying "We don't open two accounts with same customer name. And they kept my new salary account in inactive state which is having 6000 amount". Though I am having one old account but that is joint account which I am not operating which my family only operating at my hometown at Amritsar. I went to the Bannerghatta branch in order to close my new salary so that I can ask them to give me back my amount and close the new account. But they said they will send the person who collected my docs, before opening the account in order to recollect the same for closing it and also they shared one mobile number.Now its more than a month no one came to collect those docs and when I tries to reach out that number no one picks up the call. Even I tried to close the joint account at my hometown but that manager said "no need to close this account because its hold a FD, you are not operating your family is operating". Kindly escalate my query to the concerned team and help me out in getting my money back.I cant close my joint account because my family utilizing that.In case I need to close my new salary account, I don't have any problem in the same but only I need my money back from that.                       I am an ICICI customer for the last 7 plus years and I moved to the US about 2 years ago, I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number. My Indian mobile number is updated in ICICI but no longer exists. I need to update my US mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. Its depressing to see that customers at international locations were not thought of when implementing OTP. Ridicule is, I can't even email to ICICI Bank Customer Care, through their 'so-called' website. It asks to login to my account, which is not possible without an OTP. Please somebody help me to get my US phone number updated or suggest a way to go about getting it updated. Appreciate any help. Thanks

                        I am an account holder, share holder & Senior Citizen. Yesterday my wife & I (Both Senior Citizens) walked into the Mehboob Studio Branch at around 10.00AM in response to an SMS that was received by my wife regarding submission of KYC information in respect of the Safe Deposit Box held in our joint names. There were 6 executives near the Service counter and just one lady client. We stood there for a while, No one looked at us. No one welcomed us. No one even offered us a seat. One executive lifted his head and we told him that we want to visit the Vault. After some delay the Cashier locked up his cabin and then attended to us. We signed off and waited for the Forms For KYC for the Lockers. The Cashier resumed his position in his cabin and gave some instructions to some staff member, which were not audible and we waited and waited!! I then asked to see the Manager, I was told that he is away on some Seminar/Training. It was only then that some staff member very sheepishly went and fetched the KYC Forms. We are called "PRIORITY CUSTOMERS" God help the Ordinary Customers. Owen A. Dias

                          I saw an offer on ICICI website on booking hotels abroad on ezeego for a cashback of 10% upto a maximum of Rs.3000. I booked the hotel with ezeego and while booking ensured that the IVRS booking agent for ezeego keys in the right deal code, which he ensured me too. This booking was made on Oct 18, 2013. On Nov 15, 2013 I filed a complaint with the ICICI bank as to when the cashback will be reimbursed (Complaint Reference Number:SR[protected]. On Nov 23, I had to make another complaint regarding the same thing and I was assured that post payment of the previous bill, the cashback would be reimbursed within 7 working days (Complaint Reference Number: SR[protected]. On Dec 7, I called the bank again and asked and after waiting for 35 mins, requested to be connected to the supervisor in-charge. I told him about the problem again and led him to the link on his website, where the details of the offer were present. On seeing that offer he accepted that there was an offer, but later refused that it was prevalent at the time of my booking which was Oct 18, since the website had updated the offer from November 1. I have dug out the cached version of the website (August 17, 2013) which clearly shows that the offer was valid in the period the booking was made. The bank is not ready to accept.                             Hiiii, Last month an amt of Rs.56 (28+28) was deducted from my account as ATM decline charges. But at that time of related transaction I have 120rs balance in my account and i was tried to withdraw an amount of 100rs in Andhra bank ATM. But the transaction was declined I don't know why. Then ICICI was charged 56rs for same transaction as ATM decline charges. I don't know whats the mistake I had done there. Now yesterday again same amt of Rs.56 (28+28) was deducted from my account as POS charges. Initially 6 months back they have charged around Rs.330 saying that I have activated Money Manager service but I did n't. I don't know why these guys are deducting my money unfairly without intimation. I don't even receiving any messages for these type of transaction. Please take necessary action and make sure this type of things won't happen in future.

                                Bluedart not dispatch Credit card giving false reasons

                                Hi,

                                I am customer of ICICI bank from last 12 yrs. I applied for credit card on 14th Nov online and provide all documents to ICICI representative.

                                I got msg on 28th Nov rfom Blue dart that they unable to deliver card due to wrong address ( This was not case as i am staying here from last 4 yrs).

                                Further I called to Blue Dart Representative on 29th Nov and they noted down my both cell# and stated...

                                Detailed description of fraud *Fraud through debit card via online shopping *dt 23/02/2013 received email for updating your debit card- * dt 27/02/2013 or 28/02/2013 reply given details of debit card and message received updatation completed. *dt 02/03/2013 at 3.15am- 3d pin generated successfully At 5.15 to 5.20 a.m(four trn.)-online shopping -trn.-Rs.1000, 1000, 1000, 1000 *received message through sms alert service. *dt 02/03/2013 at 9.15 a.m. complaint lodge on phone to your customer care excutive, then the executive told him first of all i blocked your debit card and take request for new card and lodged complaint fraud through debit card the money will be reversed in your account 10-12 days or in this connection our sr. officer call to you. *dt 14/03/2013 –on the above period not any person contact to him and no money reverse in my account.Then again contact to customer care excutive then the person said your complaint is lodged but you also fulfillup complaint form and send it to consumer dispute @icicibank.com email id.I also go to mehsana branch the manager told same thing. *dt 16/03/2013 & 17/03/2013- send consumer dispute form on the above email id. *Then again contact two or three times on your customer care executive, They said the above fraud complaint dt 02/03/2013 complaint no.-SR[protected] is given resolution dt 13/04/2013.So you wait up to 13/04/2013. But till dt 13/04/2013 no person contact to him in this regard. *dt 15/04/13-2nd level comlaint lodged . *within 48 hours officer contact two times to him and I gave all information related to this fraud.Then he told again send consumer complaint form but I told him already sent on dt16/03/2013&17/03/2013. Again he told you give 40-42 days for resolution and now registerd your complaint, and intimation by revert sms and your email id. *dt 15/04/2013 complaint is registerd no-SR[protected] received by sms and my email id. *dt 03/05/2013 again received sms your account dispute initiated give final resolution in 35 days. *dt 27/05/2013 again received sms it is verified transaction done by you. *dt 01/06/2013 again complaint lodged on level3 by complaint box. *dt 08/06/2013received mail the trn was successful . so all complaint is closed. *dt 04/10/2013 again comlaint lodged on 4th level. *dt 09/10/2013 received massage merchant present all slip so trn. Was successful.case closed. Sir, I am sending detail case to you .pl see and investigate it . it is totally different type of case.it is delayed action taken by banks end . So it is happen.                                       Server Down. www.icicibank.com not able to access at very critical time

                                      Hi, I'm outside of India and i wanted to access icicibank account, but website was not accessible. I counter check other bank's website just to confirm my internet connection, but my internet connection was working. Now, as i was not able to access my bank account through www.icicibank.com, i failed to pay my fees....
