I tried to take Rs.700/- from Lakshmi Vilas bank ATM, Nungambakkam with using my ICICI debit card. But one message came like Unable to Process. Other than that, no receipt or cash came. but my account got debited with Rs.720/-. It was on 31.8.2013. Then Rs.720/- credited to my account on behalf of that transaction on 2.9.2013. Indicative exchanges rates are not getting updated(Deliberately?!)

Hello ICICI Bank NRI Services, I'm frequently observing that in recent days that you are just updating only the fixed rupee transfer rate but not the indicative rate. Normally you use to update the indicative rate very first and the fixed rupee rate used to be lower than the indicative rate. Deduction of rs 28 TWICE on the name of ATMDEC CHG

i observed 28 rs were deducted from my savings account twice despite of not using the card on any other bank ATMs and maintaning the account properly. When I google it, I saw many complaints lodged on different consumer portal. ICICI should start giving explanation to all the deductions they do apart from customer's knowledge....
