Dear sir/madam,
I Sumit Ranjan Ex-Employee of ICICI BANK LTD, EMP.CODE:-251400. I Served my notice period for 45 days From the Date of Resigning 19th july 2013.
As know i require relieving letter to join new organisation till than i am not getting my joining letter. When i requested for the relieving letter, icici bank employees are miss guiding me with the process from where to get my relieving letter. And asking me to send mails on different different Mail id. With feed back that Previous mail id was wrong.
Please help me with this As i m Suffring from the same and i am the only man who is earning in my family .

    Refund received but not creditted in my account no.[protected] I had got a message (LM-ICICIB) from ICICI bank stating that i had got a credit of Rs. 99999 as the merchant processed the refund on 31.01.2014 but the refund till not creditted in my icici sb account [protected], take immediate action to credit 99999 in my account. Even i am titanium privileage customer icici bank providing very worst service to me. I will take legal action against ICICI bank and teach them a lesson

      Amount Rs.12820.08 deducted on 08/02/2014 from my saving account for credit card which was closed in 2012 and amount has recovered by bank Rs 16651.91 and Rs 3787.93 from my account[protected] in 2012.

      The said amount was hold from bank in 2012, after my clearance it got detected from my account on November 2012.

        I had applied for a credit card with ICICI bank, i hold a salary account with the Bank and filled an online application for the same post which i received an email and a call from the bank representative confirming details and briefing on the documents required. A bank representative collected the documents as per my convenience after few days i received a call from the bank requesting for an Address proof, I had already provided a copy of my passport along with the Current address my rent receipt, after few days i receive a call saying that the rent receipt would not suffice and we need a rent agreement i told them i do not have an agreement i have a notarised affidavit for my stay, they said that the same would not work. I told them I already have an account and I have submitted the same set of documents which had been submitted during account opening.

        Again they requested for a clear copy of my address proof and revised salary slip which i provided to them and was awaiting a feedback for months there was no revert from the banks side. Somehow managed to get in touch with the bank credit card team and was informed that the application was rejected due to address proof not submitted.

        i was never informed on the same, did not receive a call from the bank about it, neither an email. it is very disappointing and was the least expected, would never choose to bank with ICICI again in the future.

        I have applied for a credit card around 3 - 4 weeks back but still no response from the bank .
        Even the residence verification is over but no update from the bank .
        When I called the official ( Shaloo) who was continuously contacting me to take a credit card, she informed me that she will get back to me but never did and stopped receiving my call.

          Last week[protected] i had received call from one of ICICI telecaller ( [protected] ) saying they have new offer for premium credit cards, asked me to send the documents so they can check about eligibility Accordingly i had forwarded the mail to address which agency had asked to, even had received call from verification department of ICICI on 30 - 01 - 14 who asked me few general question, at end of call asked me if i had self assist the signature !!! i had clearly mentioned them i had not signed any documents as they asked document for verification though i was suspicious i had raised my concern immediately Representative called to me and said me to say that i had submitted self assisted documents, i said how could i do when i have not done it. They even said that they would not do any signatures not to worry. I had asked them to send the representatives so that i can sign the documents, to which they confirmed they will send across soon by next week. To my surprise verification team from ICICI dropped to my office on 4- 2 - 13 which was informed to me by admin, when i had got doubt asked them to make them wait and checked the documents, my signatures were forged on the documents and application. I was able to take the copy from them, attaching the copy of documents which was forged where they hadsigned my signature. ( I am attaching all the application and documents which was submitted and forged documents which ) Application number of the documents which they had forged and submitted is Ref. No[protected]. Not to be surprised if they had given other address or if at all has I submitted any cross cheque they could have easily took loan against my name or had done any fraud against me . I had sent several mails to [protected]@icicibank.com and even had visited ICICI bank MG road branch to escalate issue where they had given mail id of Mr. Rajeev ('rajeev.[protected]@icicibank.com' ) had even sent mail to them, but no response !

                I enquired about all the details from ICICI customer care about how to transfer funds form NRO to NRE. I sent all requested documents to ICICI branch along with checklist printed from ICICI website for this procedure.On 21st Oct 2013 I sent the documents to Pune(Kondhwa) Branch though my sister. I don't remeber the name of that lady but I spoke with her over the phone she declined to take the documents saying there is no such procudure. I was shocked because it is there on their website and straight away she is not ready to accept the documents.Then I arranged it to send to my home town Bank. Bank manager got all the documents on 23rd November. Keeping a buffer I had requested to transfer the funds on 10th December. After 10th December bank manager sent the documents to Sangli and then Hyderabad. In between I followed up every alternate day and they will tell me they will do it in 10-15 minutes. Around on 20th December they told me to fill 15 CA and 15 CB forms as both have 1 month validity only. We filled it again and within 3 days we sent the forms. After that it took 3-4 days to tell me that they need one more notarised document. So we sent that document immediately on 2nd day itself. Then again we needed to 3rd time 15 CA and 15 CB form as the old forms were void because of this new notarised document. After providing all required documents again they told me after 2 days some query came up which was invalid in my couple of CAs' point of view. Then my CA told me the 15 CA and 15 CB forms we were filling were old one. Since October 2013 they changed slight format. So we asked trade desk manager, but again he was not sure about it. Again it took 2 days to confirm about the forms. After filling New 15 CA and 15 CB 4th time. This time we just sent signed scanned copies. After a week they finally transferred money. This time my frustration level was way beyond explaination. They will not tell you what is the query, if your forms are correct or wrong., they will hardly reply to your calls, emails. Pathetic service in terms of this NRO to NRE funds transfer. They don't have 1% of knowledge. In between I did send 3-4 emails to ICICI customer care, ICICI customer grievance. They just replied we will get back to you very soon which they never did. Frustrating. I asked trade desk manager if they need original form with signature they said we don't need it it is ok. Now after a week they called me and requested to send 15 CB form from my CA in India. So my CA mailed them the original form which they needed for record. Today they called me and told me to send original 15 CA form with my signature on it, immediately. They should tell me all things together not one by one. Since day one of this procedure they are doing same thing. One thing at a time. I called ICICI customer service so they told me that you can send document to ICICI USA bank as they will provide free courier service but it will take atleast 15 days to deliever it in Hyderabad. But Hyderabad bank branch needs it immediately within 3-4 days. None of them will co-operate. I lost FD/ Savings interest in these 2 months plus mental frustration within family, lost hope in ICICI customer service, now I will loose $100 to send the express courier to them. So please think before doing this transfer. All detailed and real transactions happened but still I faced so many problems.

                  Sub: Mistakes GALORE in Savings Bank Statements vis-a-vis Forms 16A and 26AS


                  I am a mandate holder for two s/b accounts held by my son GUHAN KUMARAN in ICICI Bank branch at ICICI Bank Towers, Ground Floor, Bangalore-560 025. We have our transactions through their Wealth Management branch at Oliver Road, Mylapore, Chennai-600 004.


                  In connection with responding to some queries on his income-tax returns raised by tax authorities, I had requested for transactions in the two accounts for financial years onwards as also forms 16A for the corresponding assessment years. The contents in these required to be compared for consistency with returns ICICI Bank had filed on interest paid to him under 194A and TDS deducted therefrom based on which the taxes department compiles 26AS.


                  To my surprise and horror, my studies indicated utter indifference carelessness with which such returns had been filed by and also the lackadaisical approach thereto of bank personnel.


                  In the first two of the five assessment years, the interest paid as per 26As much less than interest paid as per Form 16A while the figures of TDS deducted as in both sources was identical. In the third year, the figures of interest paid as in 26AS was much more than in the Form 16A while figures of TDS deducted were identical.


                  I had sent the details as well as information on missing returns as identified by me to the Chairperson of the Bank by e-mail, on 2nd Feb 2014. The same is yet to be even acknowledged till now at 8.30 hrs on 5th Feb..


                  This monstrous inefficiency in their functioning is nothing new to me. I had earlier on to battle with them in a case relating to another son of mine. In that case, a failure on the part of one of the Managers of the Bank had resulted in my son being slapped with a demand notice for over a lakh of rupees. The demand was withdrawn after the Bank filed correction to an entry already filed.


                  I also find that they are in the habit of filing corrections to the entries filed by them even after lapse of TWO or more years of the date of transaction.


                  God alone knows how many customers they put into inconvenience day in and day out with this total irresponsible functioning. The sooner they install a sense of commitment to customer service in their personnel, the better. As of now, THIS COMMITMENT DOES NOT APPEAR TO EXIST.

                  It is now 29 days after I had registered my complaint with the Wealth Management Branch of ICICI Bank at Oliver Road, Chennai-600 004 on 30th January 2014.. I have kept their Chairperson, Head Service Quality, Head NRI Banking, Senior Management et al in loop through E mail. Even as I write at 18.15 hrs on 27th February, my complaint is yet to be addressed completely, comprehensively and correctly. If I were in the positions of these executives, I WILL HANG MY HEAD IN SHAME. ICICI BANK EXECUTIVES ARE EITHER INDIFFERENT TO CUSTOMER NEEDS OR ARE A THICK SKINNED SHAMELESS BUNCH.

                    Hi, When I got a call from ICICI Bank representative regarding coral credit card, they made a false assurance about the features, discounts and coupons that will be applicable on the above mentioned card. And none of the assurance is fully applicable. For example, it was said to me that I will get a 3000 rupees gift voucher for Phoenix mall, Pune and 2000 voucher for satyapaul. But, after receiving the card they are giving only satyapaul voucher. Also, it was mentioned that discount will be applicable on any restaurant but that is not true. Like this, many other false things were assured. Please take the serious action against the bank. Hope this complaint is considered at a high priority. Thanks, Saurabh Agrawal.                     I got a Coral Credit Card from 2 months and still not validating it with bookmyshow.com

                    I complained several times to Bank Customer Care and they were asking numbers and then no reply.

                    Totally fraud!!

                    ICICI Bank is selling credit card by offering movie ticket offers. It's totally fraud.

                    Bookmyshow.com is not validating my credit card even after 2 months,

                    I complained on movie site and they are saying that bank has not provided latest number database.

                    Totally useless bank,

                    ICICI bank is fraud bank..

                      All the calls came from the same number [protected]... I am receiving abusive calls from ICICI recovering agents saying LIC policy /TATA AIG policy cheque is issue to me. I am paying all my credit cards health, my credit report is good to have loan. The recovey agents are calling for the debits incured my brother, but instead of chasing him. They are calling me and creating bad fame to my family and relatives. Lady spoke with me not even ready to listen what i am talking insead she is using abusive words.They are calling my company and abusing our receptionist. Got the couple of calls to my cousin (hyderabad) on last week and asking details about me. my brother rejected, then 28/Jan, she then started harassment to my cousin saying that she will go home town and put cheating case on him. Then cousin had given my contact no to her. She had called to my ex-colleague (Karthik T in Bangalore) as Tata AIG customer care (Sapna) on 28/Jan saying that one of my Tata AIG policy is activated and i am not reachable and asking my details. She started calling to my on multiple times 28/Jan onwards, as i was busy in meeting i could not able to attend. On 29/Jan (09:12am) morning, i lifted call then started harshly why you are not lifting call and then started asking my brother details. I told him he is not available and not sure where he is now. Then she started using vulgar language in telugu and english. When i asked where you will there, then she will be telling that i will be there ICICI bank, bommanhalli branch in bangalore (5th Floor). After that she called more than 20 times on 29/Jan and 30/Jan. Called to my office on 29/Jan as name of Deepa, CITI Bank executive and telling him to connect to my extn. Reception rejected him, and after continuously dialing 10 times my reception seriously told him not to call otherwise raise compliant on her. Then she stopped call to my office. She tried to get my in-law number by contact to one of my relative. she is telling same story as Tata AIG policy is activated and needed some details regarding on me. She collected my another number and my residence address from my wife which presently stayed in my in-law home. This happend today.

                        Hi, Few months back I had closed my LIC policy and asked for Matured Amount to be transferred to my ICICI Bank account. While filling up my NEFT Form, I had filled incorrect Account Number but IFSC code was correct even though it got transferred to some dormant account. I had requested both LIC of India & ICICI Bank to correct the mistake and transfer it to my correct account. LIC Of India helped me with request letter asking ICICI bank to revert the transaction along with Transaction number. But ICICI Bank is saying that they cannot do anything in this matter as they require consent letter from the Dormant Account Holder. They also said that they tried to reach the Dormant Account Holder but they are not able to. Please help me in solving this issue. Required Details: 1.Name of the Bank: ICICI Bank 2.Account number:[protected] 3.Debit /Credit card number (in case of complaint against debit or credit card) 4.Amount involved in the complaint: Rs. 13363/- 5.Cost of damage: Rs. 13363/- The below is the email contain sent from LIC of India to ICICI Bank: "With reference to above, please refer to NEFT payment mode for Rs.13363/- to a/c no.[protected] vide UTR no. CMS[protected] dated 29/08/2012. Please note the corrected a/c no. of policy holder Sumedh U. Awati is[protected]. Kindly take corrective action under acknowledgement to us."                           Today night arount 8.30 pm i went to icici atm(chennai - chromepet) on market road to withdraw money(Rs 16, 500), money not received due to system level error on atm machine and hence transaction declined. But i got message from icici saying the amount(16500) is debitted from my account(icici bank acc no:[protected]. I'm from chennai and pls do the needful to refund my money at the earliest.                           Hi Consumers,

                          Don't post your bank a/c info, phone no in public forums. Yesterday someone(fraud from bihar/jharkand - ph no: [protected]) called me and said they are from icici and they cheated my remaining balance(Rs, 2500) after getting my a/c details. I was in thought that icici bank officials asking the details for solving my earlier complaint and stuck in the cheat.

                          Pls be aware and don't share your complete details to anyone !!!

                            My account no is[protected] Base Branch: Hubli I requested a grid card on Jan 2 as the bank site was tickering the message " No internet banking without grid card from Jan 14." On Jan 6 the request was closed! I ma yet to receive the card. In the meantime, bank called up to collect the card from the branch. I let a full week pass and visited the branch today (31.01.2014.) After half an hour's struggle it was found that the branch is yet to receive the card. What next? Many customers have either abandoned this bank or thinned out. Normally, one would see the staff quarreling among themselves while the customers would look on. But today there was relative silence and hardly any customer around. U S Kakodker
                            Very poor performance on service front. Beware of agents when you accumulate some funds in your account. This bank promptly alerts the agents of their sister concerns like ICICI Lombard, ICICI Direct and ICICI prudential, if they find some money lying in your account, and then they hound like no ones business.

                              Hi, I have a very serious issue with ICICI BANK. I bought a premium ad pack with Quikr in OCT-2013 and also Quikr agent took a cancelled ICICI BANK check from me. On 21-Nov-2013, I got a message from ICICI Bank that my A/C has been debited with Rs. 8333.33 for Quikr ECS. Let me tell you that I did not even sign any mandate or ECS form. The most surprising thing is that my signature on Quikr form were not matching with my ICICI Bank A/C. Now, the serious question rises on ICICI Bank security. I also asked ICICI Bank and Quikr to produce the evidence of my signature on ECS for which both of them failed to produce. After getting harrassed by this act of ICICI and Quikr, I made a fund transfer of all money in my ICICI A/C to my other SBI A/C. Due to this, my electricity check was also dishonored due to funds insufficient in my ICICI A/C. Now, ICICI BANK again charged a penalty of Rs. 393.26 on 3-jan-2014 and 4-Jan-2014. I request ICICI BANK to STOP my ECS which has been started without my consent and also refund my complete money back to my A/C to avoid any big dispute in district consumer court.                                 As a ICICI customer, I have applied for ICICI credit card 2 times and got declined without proper reason in a gap of 7 months. Verified my documents, Came to home, Call verification, office verification all happened. Even Credit limit was finalized. but declined in the final approval.Checked with customer care for more than 5 times and finally they attend my call and said that application got declined, but they refused to give the reason. Checked with ICICI branch for the reason. They simply said its declined. The declined code is HD. They themselves don't know what is HD means, HD stands for?. According to my cibil score and salary, i am eligible to apply for credit card.I don't have any loans, credit cards. For getting the documents & proofs, they called me more than 10 times a day, but when i want to track my application status no body turned up. Credit card rejection is not a matter. But I need a proper reason. So that i can check from my side Application no for reference. Can anyone please guide me to know the reason. Finally i came to know that icici bank outsourced their credit card service to some private agencies. The agency guys are working for their targets. Very bad

I refused so many times, They didn't get any conformation from my side, they have taken the money from my account. I didnt get any letters from CPP but bill generated for my credit card.                                       on 11.1.2014 a sum of Rs.5735.00 have been transferred from my icici bank a/c no.[protected] towards credit card payment. Actually the amount credited into the old credit card no. [protected](visa card) which expired on october 2013. We received a call from customer service on 23.01.14, they said that credit card payment is not done. we told that it was paid on 11th and amount got deducted from my account and i can see online credit card transactions that the amt is credited. They failed to hear and insisted to pay once again. Then we contacted customer service, bank manager in person, but there is no response. When we asked what happened to the money paid we got a shocking reply"not traceable". We never expect such a reply from a reputed bank like icici bank. here with i am attaching the proof of payment which i received through gmail and sms. We request you to resolve the complaint. kindly request the amount already credited in the old card mentioned above may kindly be adjust to new card [protected] (master card) which stands at due.your kind cooperation is requested in this regard.

                                      In 2003, when I started my career in a software company, based on my salary account, Bank issued a credit card. And after using this for some years, Due to some problems with the bank folks, I've pay ed(36768) all the out standing amount and closed account. I got a confirmation letter saying there are no dues pending on that card. This is happened on 2010 and the card number is 4477-xxxx-xxxx-3005. And after 5years, ICICI bank folks again coming to me by saying I need to pay 24000 more on other card. I don't know about any information bout the card, which they are mentioning [protected] and who is the owner and on whose name they have isseued the card.

                                      Can any one help me on this

                                        I am an ex-employee of ICICI Bank (Employee code: 141794) and I had resigned from ICICI Bank on 31 July 2008. I have been trying to transfer my Provident Fund from ICICI Bank to my present employer and I had sent an email to payroll.[protected]@icicibank.com requesting for key information to enable me complete the necessary formalities (as per Form 13) 1. PF Account Number 2. Name of PF Trust 3. Address of PF Trust 4. Total amount of PF to be transferred However, till date I have not received any acknowledgement of the communication and there is no other contact information mentioned. I am clueless about how to take this forward as it has been more than 5 years now and I have still not been able to transfer the PF account
