I tried to take Rs.700/- from Lakshmi Vilas bank ATM, Nungambakkam with using my ICICI debit card. But one message came like Unable to Process. i observed 28 rs were deducted from my savings account twice despite of not using the card on any other bank ATMs and maintaning the account properly. When I google it, I saw many complaints lodged on different consumer portal. ICICI should start giving explanation to all the deductions they do apart from customer's knowledge....
