about transactions failure

I am ICICI bank Holder A/C:[protected] past two months repeatedly when i am booking tickets from IRCTC, kesineni travels money is debited from my A/C but its not been credited to the second party .When I post a complaint to customer support to ICICI bank they are not responding the issue properly .so some serious action to be taken ....

Deducting my hard earned money

Cashback refusal - Denial of existence of scheme

Hi, I'm outside of India and i wanted to access icicibank account, but website was not accessible. I counter check other bank's website just to confirm my internet connection, but my internet connection was working. when i tried to withdraw rs 2000 Once rs2000 totally rs4000 from my a/c[protected] on 30 th November(Today) around 1:30 pm from the AXIS atm SRINAGAR (Bangalore) at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
