Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Vakola branch from last two and half years and my account no. is[protected] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by MAB charges thrice in last 3 months. 26/12/2013 SMAB Chgs-Nov13+Stax 43.26 393.26 16/01/2014 SMAB Chgs-Dec13+Stax 43.26 393.26 22/02/2014 SMAB Chgs-Jan14+Stax 43.26 393.26 I tried calling the vakola branch at[protected] but there was no response. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. I Checked my balance on 25 sep the balance was 1300 Rs.
And on 29 Sep. Without informing me the Deducted 613. Rs.
There is no response from branch exec...

Afterwards, i have got job and still working at that company. Last month my friend deposit 1000 rs in my account and i withdraw 100rs and recharge my mobile number of Rs 90. Afterwards i was checked my account, i was shocked, they was deducted Rs 512 and on 31/12/2015 Rs 354 as SMAB charges without any prior notice and no other information related to SMAB charges. Now, i am having balance of Rs 3. At the time of opening this account, the officials told, it was a 0 balane account. Now, they are deducting these kind of charges without any notice. Kindly take action against this issue and refund my amount.

I have same problem, SMAB Chgs FEB16+Stax65.25 this is the number, by which my balance has deducted, i don't understand, and on this issue thier customer care executive also not answer, they say we transfer your call to right department, and after it takes several minuted, almost 30 minutes and above . Many times i have tried.
There are lots of complains about same problem here, Please take a correct action as soon as possible,

In 2014 to 2015 You have not deduct any SMAB charges from my account, but now from November 2016 to Jan 2017 you deduct 26, 64, 26, ans so on.
