I had applied for DDA housing scheme, 2014 through online application- Form zero . As lottery result is declared and I am not selected for housing scheme.I had done the online payment of registration of rupees 100161/- through Form Zero ICICI bank net-banking. However I have not received the refund yet. Kindly let me know when i will get the same.

same thing to me.. ICICI bank is worst bank once moeny is taken.. take insurance, demat account, any product.. after sale service is zero.. I WOULD GIVE THEM RATING IN MINUS!!!

This is very shame full for a big bank like ICICI to use the services of such third party (form zero) for DDA registration. They still not released the amount to the customers while other third party already released the money before Christmas.

Please look into it and think about your goodwill.

We applied for DDA Housing Scheme through ICICI Bank and formzero. Our application no are 6010885 (Dharmendra Kumar) and 6010915 (Bhawna). We were not lucky enough in the draw. ICICI bank is now delaying the refund. First, they did not transfer back the money to our accounts and instead chose to refund through demand draft, The demand drafts were given to Procure logistics for delivery only on 31st Dec 2014. Usually ICICI Bank couriers through more reputed courier companies like Blue Dart. Our courier no of Procure Logistics were [protected] and [protected]. The courier company sent back couriers to the bank as they could not find our place or us. The courier guy never called us to reach out and returned back our packets. Actually, they never came to our address and we were all the time present to our address and reaching out to our address is quite easy as it has house no, sector no and pin code with other details. I think ICICI bank and Procure Logistics have formed a nexus to further delay refund. I am yet to receive it and my apprehension is that they might deliver us a demand draft with wrong account no or name to further delay it.

ICICI is a CHOR Bank.Will never apply thru it.Even DDA is culprit .Why it is not sending money thru check.

Same issue with me.Application no are 6001710 and 6002471.Pathetic service by ICICI bank. Never expected such things from renowned ICICI bank.

And now ICICI is issuing checks to refund the amount. I don't know what other banks are doing but this is the most pathetic way of handling this transaction. I don't know how much time it is going to take to get that money in the account but then how come this is an fully "Internet Enabled" bank.

Hi There, I have also applied through formzero and ICICI bank and my application number is 6000635. I have not yet received any refund yet too. When i contacted ICICI bank they are asking me copy of NEFT payment or DD Details. Has anybody else got this reply from them? How can i get that from DDA?

My father applied for DDA flats and I have made a online payment from my ICICI account on my father behalf . I got the refund check from DDA but it's having my father name on it and account number is mine so cheque is not valid anyhow, please help me with this scenario.
Please guide how to get a new cheque made/old cheque cancelled

Hi,

My Parents applied for DDA flats however fees payment was done online through my icici bank account.
Now they have received refund cheque but it is an account payee cheque and have name of my mother( since she was 1st applicant) and my icici bank account number mentioned on check.

Please guide how to proceed next so that money get transferred either to her account or to my account.

hii m using icici m using this account last 7 year they are offer me credit 5 time and have already all document sbmit in bank but i am not recived my credit card i have cal in customer bt they are not solve my issue

Unnecessarily interest chared in credit card statement

Without sending account statement since last two month they have chared us interest chares with tax . I am paying regularly their all bills in time since last five years without any delay.

However at one side I am getting a written reply from customer care that refund will be done by cheque and other side you areare saying by demand draft.I have doubt because no one is responding with any dispatch details.

I have been told by icici customer care that you will get your DDA Refund by 5th of January 2015 . My application no is 6001424.But Still i have not received any cheque or money in my saving account with icici bank.It seems they are making false promises to customer. Please let me know where i can launch a formal complain against icici bank for this. I am old customer of icici bank and now i am thinking to close my account with icici bank.

This is false information by icici bank that the drafts have been dispatched by 27 Dec 14. Just today i got a mail from icicibank saying that they started despatching only on 30 dec 14 and that too in batches. I would like to take up this matter with icicibank .
