Hi, my name is varsha zumbre my mother is taken loan in 2007 of rs.50, 000/- from icici bank after seven years they are calling n trouctering us. using bad language infact they are calling me and from social networking (facebook) they are contacting my friends and troucring me also my mom is 55yrs old n m only the earing person at my place .she is having a heart and bp problem daily from afternoon 12 to eveng 5 they are calling me and my mother 100 times and threating and using foul and raw language .we are feeling to commit suscide pls help me out from this situation nw we are nt going to pay anythng n we cant .     Hi, were you able to resolve this issue? Please let me know as I am also struggling with this issue and I live overseas so it is very tough for me to handle it from here.
    I am also facing the same issue, my mother name is showing in my account.

        I wrongly transferred INR61000 to wrong account holder. I called Customer care and requested the Information on how can they revert this transaction so I will get money back to my account. They said they will need an authorization letter from the person whom I wrongly transferred the money. They also leaned that much of amount so that nobody can withdraw it but its been 3 months now but money is still not back in my account and bank staff is also not supporting me to collect the authorisation letter from that customer. I would your appreciate your help on what else I can do to get my money back. My account is in Maharashtra and the wrong account found to be in Punducherry.

              This case is about Debit card fraud that happened with me on10-Jan-15 at 8:11 pm. Somebody had fraudulently ithdrawn NR 20, 000 from my ICICI bank account, i got the SMS alert and rushed to ATM and found no one was there.I immediately called the customer care and after waiting for20 minutes they answered my phone and i requested them to block my card immediately.After that I went to Samta nagar police station, Kandivali east and explained them the issue and they told me first confirmed with bank on Monday (12-Jan-15)and after that they will file FIR.On Monday i visited the branch and told them about my problem and they said i have to wait for branch Manager to come so that they will check the CCTV footage and confirm.After waited for 2.5 hours branch Manager came and from CCTVfootage it was confirmed one person was fraudulently withdrawn the amount using some chips and blocking the Cancel and REJECT buttons of ATM using fevi-quick and withdrawn the money after spending10 mins inside the ATM. Bank suggested to file the FIR and we visited the Samta Nagar police station and submitted the application about problem but they did not lodge the FIR, they acknowledge the application and told to submit that to bank, once we came to bank and they refused to accept as that was not FIR, They want FIR and police is telling first they will check and then lodge a FIR. Still after 4 days there is no response from bank or Police.As per bank they don't chase the culprit as its responsibilities of Police, 1. Question to ICICIBank is when they were aware of my account being skimmed and seeing CCTV footage they are asking customer to follow up. Is it just the responsibility of victim to follow up with police no responsibility of bank?2. As per Bank Branch Manager they don't have any security guard during 6 to 10 pm every day, why bank is so careless?3. We deposited our hard earned money with Bank and bank is always Dependent on Police for support on such fraud transactions.4. I got 2 calls from ICICI bank and they are selling the chip based debit card at INR 499 per annum fee as they come to know fraud Transactions are happened with my account. They are more interested on taking money from customer instead of safe keeping the hard earned money.5. When ICICI Bank is custodian of our money how can the ygive vague answers and why they are not taking ownership of the same. 6. How the common man will get to resolve such case?

                ICICI & fellow complainants, Like many others on this forum, I am waiting for my DDA application refund. My application number is 6020020, applicant name: Inderpreet Shoker. I have been trying to get in touch with ICICI to check the status of my refund, but no success so far. Somebody at the forum shared an icici customer service phone number[protected], however, either the bell never rings or if it rings-nobody picks up. I then tried calling at the Delhi customer service number on their website, 33446699, where I was directed multiple times, put on hold multiple times and then suddenly cut off. I have also wrote emails to multiple addresses- [protected]@formzero.in, [protected]@icicibank.com and filled up the online query form at https://infinity.icicibank.co.in/salesEARWeb/web/rbi/jsp/FbescalationForm.jsp. No reply so far. Does anybody at this forum, know of any other way to reach ICICI. Thanks in advance.

                  Pay back acc no.[protected] is linked with my ICICI credit card and all the reward points are getting accumulated in the aforementioned payback acc no. However my details are not updated with the mentioned payback account due to which am unable to make use of the reward points. From the past three months i was continiously writing to memberpayback and contacted customercare thrice but they never bothered to attend the request. still they are not in a position to listen to the issue.payback.in is cheating customers by creating new account no.s without profile updating details and adding reward points which are of no use.

                  If you(PAYBACK) can't serve then stop your business..why fooling us????????????

                    ICICI bank people have given me lots of trouble past 2-3 years by calling my number unnecessary regardless of informing them every time that I am not a ICICI customer.

                    I am fed up with their calling and want to take action against them. I have registered my number for DND also yet they call me from different numbers everytime.

                        Deposited cheque at Camp Branch Pune, rejected the cheque as it was post aided cheque. So requested the bank to send the cheque to Pune Navipeth branch but the bank is circulating the check from one city to another since one and half months even after clearly specifying the destination address, customer care representatives are pathetic as they dont know what to do, and people at the branch are very irresponsible.. what to do can any body help...                             I had applied for DDA 2014 housing scheme through ICICI form zero. I had paid Rs 1, 00, 000.00 as application amount. I was not allotted any flat in the draw. As such my application money should have refunded by this time as DDA says it has returned all application amounts to banks.                               I recently(dec'14) paid ICICI bank credit card bill (Rs 46, 000) in cash as the due date was nearing and to ensure that I do not get delinquent and be penalized by heavy interest rates. this month when i see the credit card bill i was surprised to see RS 100 as fee for paying the credit bill in CASH. This is a illegal practise and how would it really matter to the bank on how the bill is paid, until it gets paid. I would like to sue the bank, unfortunately i don't believe its an easy task

                                I am having bank account in ICICI vanasthalipuram branch from last 3 years and My account no. is[protected] My contact number is : +[protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by MAB charges S tax 43.26+ 393.26 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                                  Hi Team, My father and mother applied for DDA 2014 and I did online payment for both of them from my ICICI bank account. As they were not selected in the lottery, I was supposed to get the refund in my bank account, however ICICI bank has sent cheque to my home address. The problem here is that the cheques have names mentioned as of my Father and mother and account number of mine which local ICICI bank is not accepting the cheque. I want the transfer to be done online to my account. Due to this change in process of refund, it has already caused delay of more than a month in transfer of the amount.                                       Dear Sir/Madam Hello. actually i have a saving account in ICICI BANK JAIPUR BRANCH.my account no is[protected]. i have opened a account in November month but the Bank didn't issue my ATM CARD. when i complaint it in the bank, then the bank has deducted Rs 224. for reissue the atm. FIRST TIME BANK MUST PROVIDE THE ATM WITHOUT ANY FEE. lots of time i have complaint to refund my Rs 224.but cant success.plz refund my money rs 224 as soon as possible. MRINAL GAUR
