I have been charged approx Rs.2000 by ICICI Bank as Demat Account Charges for 4 yrs. My Savings account and Demat account was in DORMANT status for the last 4 yrs, I reactivated my savings account a month ago. The ICICI customer care executive said only a savings account will be in dormant status and a demat account will NOT go into dormant status. They intentionally didnt put the demat account into dormant status so that they could charge customer unknowingly & cunningly. When I did the account the guys who sold the service said the demat account is completely free of charge. I also havent signed any document authorising the bank to deduct any demat related charges.Hope they refund those charges else I vow to raise a campaign against these wrong actions by the bank. -sidharth

    Sir This seems to be a common cause of grievance for customers on this forum, and I'm sorry to join the bandwagon but fear that I must. I have an account with ICICI bank, with number[protected], which I have been operating for the better part of the last five years. I work overseas at the moment and obviously use the ICICI bank account during my occasional visits to India. I logged into my Estatements today after a prolonged absence and realised that you have been charging me an MAB deficit for over two years - since 2012. I would expect there to have been a notification given to me each time an MAB penalty was deducted from my account. This is also what the latest round of RBI guidelines says, which urges banks to "notify the customer by SMS, email or letter about the intention to apply penal charges if minimum balance is not restored within a month. Banks have also been barred from the practice of having negative balances in accounts due to imposition of penal charges." http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/RBI-revises-minimum-b... I would be grateful if the vast amounts deducted by way of penalties from my account could be refunded, or otherwise I will be compelled to close this account since what I am gaining from it is definitely not worth the amount it has cost me to maintain it.       My account is nill balance account!

      So many times i raised mail to icici bank for charging me unwanted for keeping nil balance for few days...My account is a demat account and nil balance account but still charging me...Many times i raised mailed but still they are charging me for no reason..

      I want my cash back so i got fed up and took out all my money from my account...I enquired about current account in icici bank local branch but cancelled immediatly...

        1.I have taken ICICI card before 5 months till now I have not received any month statement. 2. I am not receiving any information related to my monthly statements on my mobile or on my email which is registered. I have complained about this repeatedly every time customer care people noting down my email id but still they are not sending my statements. Recently I requested for monthly statements of last 3 months which I have not received, executive told me he sent and asked me to check my email. But I have not received any statement. 3. I have paid Rs6000/-(Approx.) extra for the late payment charges as I am not receiving my statements I am not clear about dates and exact statement amount due. Now I cleared all the dues(whatever they told me over phone), I am demanding the loss of Rs6000/-(Approx.)to be paid by ICICI Bank. The amount is approximately, it may be more or less as I don't have any information about the dues it can be calculated If I receive statements. 4. When I check my name on credit card it is misspelled as SOMWAHWARARAO. I have submitted my documents as per the documents name should be printed but how come this kind of mistakes are happening. 5. The way the customer care executives talk to customers is also very bad manner, they won't even tolerate to scold the customers when asking any information. This needs to be improved from the bank side. ICICI bank is India's worst bank.

          Dear Sir/Madam, As i have spoken to customer care relationship manager and made stopped one payment being swiped on my credit card ICICI on 23 Dec 2014. Below mail to dealership for your reference as they have swiped my ICICI credit card twice for single service bill of Rs. 7437.00 on the same day in two intervals. And when same has been communicated to them they are refusing to claiming payment on the both transactions. So i request you to please cancel one payment and release only single payment to the merchant.             Grid Authentication Disabled even when i entered the grid values correctly.

            I tried to transfer some money to other bank account through NEFT and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter GRID values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "Your Grid card authentication has been disabled, Call our 24 hour Customer Care Centre and ask to enable Grid card authentication".             I got a call for ICICI Coral credit card, they offered me a life-time free credit card so I applied for it. But after getting the card I got a sms about the credit card bill which was 1123.6 i.e. joining fees. Worst marketing from ICICI Bank . Please don't apply for ICICI credit card. Bank will cheated with you. Worst bank and worst service and worst marketing from ICICI employees.

              Recently I have received a call from Neha Gupta who is working in ICICI Branch office, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, AP. She called me from Land Number-[protected]. She had explained me about new offer on American Express credit card which ICICI bank is providing to corporate employees with zero annual charges. I was interested in this offer and agreed for Amex credit card with zero charges and submitted all required documents to concerned ICICI person. As Neha was not picking up my call later on, i have called ICIC customer care and got to know that the application has been rejected due to the low CIBL score. But yesterday when i checked my Internet banking, I could see a credit card has been registered as a payee without my knowledge, though i am not using any credit card. Regards Nikhil

                Hi Team, My name is Stephan Crasto and I received a call from (So called) ICICI Bank stating that I have a pre approved credit card due just have to send a copy of id proof and card will be sent to me at my residence. We had this conversation on 5th Dec 2014 they asked me to send doc on their email id I.E [protected]@gmail.com I said to them that iam not interested for which they said that its confirmed that the card is available and I even had a word with their Manager Rohit Sinnha who also gave me an assurance that his office is in dadar and he confirmed that if I don't get the card I can go and complaint to consumer court he was so sure for it so I went ahead and sent my doc on the same day now I received a text form ICICI that application is in process application no is [protected] on 11th of Dec and then on 18th I received an text stating that card has been declined... since then iam trying to contact the person but I cannot reach them and Iam very frustated with this kind of mis selling with such a reputed bank ...

                Hi Team, My name is UMESH and I received a call from (So called) ICICI Bank stating that I have a pre approved credit card due just have to send a copy of id proof and card will be sent to me at my residence.
                We had this conversation on 12th jan 2015 they asked me to send doc on their email id I.e [protected]@gmail.com
                I said to them that plz send me a mail confirming the card name with required docs. They say that they cannot give the mail but after receiving docs they will give application number online.
                Its just a fraud. Don't go for this types of calls.

                  immediately called ICICNI Bank customer care, as per their review the
                  call was fraud. Never share any details on Phone. Better to cal Customer care or nearest branch.

                    My name is karteek i am using icici credit card over an year card number 2 months back one lady as called me and told that she is providing another icici card with 1123 as processing fee. and when i asked her whether it is an add on card she told it is not an add on card and even who have done verification call even she did not informed me that it is an add on card even in that kit it did not mentioned that it is an add on card. based above confirmation i have accepted the card and paid 1123. today when i discussed with phone banking officer i have came to know that u r credit card sales team have fooled me by saying that it having different credit limit Am having three different bank credit card but mostly i will use icici credit card pls check my transaction history . i am kindly requesting u to return my 1123 which i paid as a Joining Fee for

                      ICICI Bank Customer Care all of them are Cheater & making FRAUDS on Credit Cards with collabration of Happy Deal 4U HD4U in facts ICIC Bank Employees only making Calls, from landline numbers +91 [protected] & +91 [protected], and confusing the customers, & making Transactions of Rs.6, 999/= by FRAUD, they are telling the customers about the Credit Cards numbers email IDs etc. to get other 3D secured Info from Customers, more than half the info they already know, thats why the innocent customer share 3d info. & got CHEATED, when you Call ICICI Bank you get nothing but blame on you, all in vain. I request the CyberCHrime Dept of New Delhi to investigate these serious matter & STOP the FRAUD catch the Culprits involved, so the hard earned money of Customers can be returned.

                        Requested loan interest revision request. Got a call that the request is confirmed and visit the branch between 9 am and 12 pm to know the details. I went to branch around 9 40 am and there are only few staff present. No loan servicing representative present at ICICI branch located at Kondapur, Hyderabad. The manager has no idea if the staff are coming are not. Waited for more than 30 minutes and no one cares about a customer. Pathetic branch I have ever seen in my life. It looks like you are not worried about customer. If you are serious about complaint, I need the service at my doorstep otherwise I will close the account and move to another branch. Pathetic service and no responsible manager..I don't know why people get paid for.. Does anyone care about customer ???

                                I have ICICI Debit card which provides Zero Liability in case of fraudulent transaction from my account. My account was hacked on 13th Oct 2014 and 5 transaction were done on the same day. I blocked my card immediately and submitted a written complaint to the nearest branch. I received the response that Bank wont be taking any responsibility of the fraud and will not refund the amount. They have ignored all the transaction details and have not done proper investigation. They have not giving me the rights of Zero liability which my card features as to refund the amount within 15days of the transaction.

                                  On 30th October due to misguide and also it was my mistake wherein I disclosed OTP to defaulter who made a transaction of Rs.7999.00. I immediately refer this matter to ICICI Bank customer care executive who block my card immediately. I request them to hold the payment on which they told me that it is not possible because you had disclosed the OTP i.e. One Time Password. Further he told me that if merchant did'nt claim this amount within 48 hours, we can take your case for verification. Accordingly till 1st November that merchant did'nt claim this amount, I again requested them to please hold this payment, however they refused to do so. At last merchant claimed this amount on 6th November 2014. My question to Bank is when Bank was having almost 7 days in their hand why they did'nt hold this transaction on my request. My name is Atul Bendre, I am from Pune. My credit card number through which this transaction was made is [protected] of ICICI Bank Ltd. My cell number is [protected] and second number is [protected].                                     I have my salary account in ICICI bank Chennai. When i recently checked my account balance, I was shocked. They have deducted Rs.56(28.09*2) under ATMDEC CHG and Rs.112 under POSDEC CHG(28.09*4). Its ridiculous. Just because the ATM Machine doesn't have sufficient money and because of network failure, i lost my money. I need a clear explanation for this and i need my money back. Its not acceptable to lose Rs.169 when its not my fault. Kindly do the needful. Regards, Sujithra

                                      There was a call on 15th of December 2014 about increasing my credit limit by 25000 to 75000 from ICICI representative. There was a detailed enquiry from an executive representative from ICICI about my card details along with my personal details. They also confirmed my age proof and address proof, but asked my expiry date. Since, they confirmed all the details, I believed it was not a bogus call. After a while, they gave another call about my reward points and they also mentioned about an offer which included Lotto shoes and Rayban sunglasses worth Rs 6999/- which will be delivered in 10 days. Since, I believed it was an authorised Executive of ICICI, I agreed for the deal and they mentioned that this offer should not be revealed to Amtec Engineers. They confirmed the transaction by asking me to send the card details along with OTP over the call. The amount 6, 999/- was also credited on the same day for Amtec Engineers. Hence, I passed the details after receiving an message from ICICI. After 10 days, I didn't receive any confirmation from ICICI or Amtec Engineers. On further investigation, I realised that it was a fraud call, hence a complaint has been raised. So please respond on what steps must been taken further ?
