              I have applied for DDA housing scheme 2014 and as per ICICI[protected] My DD for refund of DDA was sent thru courier BSA Logistic via airway bill number BP3406904 on 3rd Jan 15. When it did not reached me, I called up BSA on 5th and was told that ICICI Bank has recalled the cheques back to their Karol Bagh branch. When I called ICICI they told that since it is was not delivered to my home (which is false), the courier company will sent it back to our centralized mailing room karol bagh delhi by today evening i.e 05Jan'15. And now it will be refunded via online directly into your bank a/c. Since then i have followed up number of times with ICICI[protected] and each they they say that by end of day it will be transferred. I believe they are making fool o[censored]s with whatsoever reasons but I have decided that I will file a consumer court case on Monday against ICICI if I do not get any positive by today. -Pawan Bansal ([protected])

              By the way, after so much of delay I have received my refund via cheque on Saturday..a big respite but really bad service from ICICI.

              You need to call ICICI[protected] and tell them your DDA Application number to get Courier Number.

              Packet of Mr./Ms./M/S. GAURAV Has Been Returned To Originator Due To Reason - LOCKED ON TWO VISITS

              But I was always there at home.
              We need to file a case against them.
              can you please share, how did you find out the tracking number (BSA Logistics bill number)? I am also waiting for my refund.
              I had received a message from "PROCURE LOGISTICS" on 2nd, January, 2015 stating that i am supposed to get a refund vide cheque no. 039975 as against DDA APPLICATION No.- 0546764 . The AWB No.-[protected] was furnished as well in the message.

              I tried to check the same at their website www.procurelogistics.com but there wasn't any tracking detail furnished by the courier company .
              Its also to be noted that i tried numerous times to call their customer care no.[protected], after much effort they picked up my call only to say that the consignment couldn't be tracked and has been informed the same to the ICICI Bank Branch- Karol Bagh on 7th January, 2014 .

              I tried calling your customer care no .[protected] on 7th January, 2014, they informed that they are trying to track the same and will get back to me as soon as possible. It has been 9 days and a private bank (ICICI Bank) of such stature isn't able to trace the same .This isn't expected from the same .

              I do have account with ICICI, ACCOUNT No.[protected], its humbly requested herewith that to verify my details and simply transfer the amount (Rs 100, 000) to the account .

              Please do hereby help me in this regard at the earliest.

              I tried calling at the Delhi customer service number on their website, 33446699, where I was directed multiple times, put on hold multiple times and then suddenly cut off. I have also wrote emails to multiple addresses- [protected]@formzero.in, [protected]@icicibank.com and filled up the online query form at https://infinity.icicibank.co.in/salesEARWeb/web/rbi/jsp/FbescalationForm.jsp. No reply so far.

                "I got a call from Happy Deal 4u people, pretending to be from ICICI and told me that my reward points just got expired and can be made use of it, if it is used in the right way with Happy Deal 4u. They have acted aptly in such a way that I could not get even a single doubt. Looks so professional that they are very well trained in cheating very intelligently. I lost about Rs. 6999/- and when enquired with ICICI, they strongly say that they did not leak my credit card details to some one else. But how could my credit card details go out of icici bank... How they can generate otp password. As there is proper details for getting it. ICICI bankers should look into matter seriously and give justice for those who are cheated by reversing the amount

                  Sir, A fraudulent online transaction through my Credit Card No.[protected] took place on 08/09/2014 for Rs.15, 313.17 which I am not at all aware. The same come to my noticed when I received Sept.26, 2014 statement. Immediately I called upon Customer Care Cell and registered a complainant vide their Complainant No. SR[protected]. Against that complaint I received a letter Ref.No.112414/757929C dt. November 26, 2014 asking me to submit CDF form alongwith credit card photo copy & passport photocopy self attested. Accordingly I submitted all the relevant papers to my nearest ICICI bank at Naranpura/Ankur Branch at Ahmedabad. Later on I received another reminder Ref.No.112414/759801C dt.Dec.08, 2014 asking me to provide last page of Passport photocopy. Immediately the same has been submitted in the above mentioned branch. To all my surprise I received a statement showing disputed amount with interest. I therefore request you to look into the matter and settle the issue at the earliest. Thanks

                    We applied for DDA Housing Scheme through ICICI Bank and formzero. Our application no are 6010885 (Dharmendra Kumar) and 6010915 (Bhawna). We were not lucky enough in the draw. ICICI bank is now delaying the refund. First, they did not transfer back the money to our accounts and instead chose to refund through demand draft, The demand drafts were given to Procure logistics for delivery only on 31st Dec 2014. Usually ICICI Bank couriers through more reputed courier companies like Blue Dart. Our courier no of Procure Logistics were [protected] and [protected]. The courier company sent back couriers to the bank as they could not find our place or us. The courier guy never called us to reach out and returned back our packets. Actually, they never came to our address and we were all the time present to our address and reaching out to our address is quite easy as it has house no, sector no and pin code with other details. I think ICICI bank and Procure Logistics have formed a nexus to further delay refund. I am yet to receive it and my apprehension is that they might deliver us a demand draft with wrong account no or name to further delay it.

                        This is reg yr Dec statement where in it was shown around rs 2000/.(600+74.16+1206.35+149) as late payment charges, serv. charges etc for previous month Nov.A chq no 184 for Rs 18527.12 of kotak bank was sent by me(the chq dt was 16.09.2014) on 16.12.2014, but the same is returned to me by icici stating that kotak has returned as the cheque dt is outdated n sent by by ordinary mail n yr letter is recvd by me on 24 Dec n immediately i replaced thechq on same day, it looks this chq amount was credited to u on 27th dec or so. so i was charged the interest etc charges. Here my point is if i were to be informed return of my earlier chq by kotak immediately by e mail or sms instead ordinary mail i would have replaced the chq immediately n avoided attraction of extra chages. On my speaking to customer care they condoned around rs 1000/- n the rest extra amount is still depicting in my statement. Since this is not intentoinally delayed, i request you to fully give me credit to the extra amount charged. Since i was away from india during that time, isigned diff chqs n diff dates n in my absence the availble chq was issued to you, . Also i request you to adv concerned persons to inform to customers this kind of matters by sms or e mail, otherwise it looks like you are trapping the customers to get more mone by charging these addl charges.                               DEAR SIR/ MADAM, WHEN EVER WE UPDATE OUR NEW ADDRESS IT WILL NOT REFLECT IN STATEMENT AFTER 5 DAYS ALSO. THERE IS NO ACCESSABLE TO CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE. ONLY THEY ARE WASTING TIME AND MONEY OF OF THERE OWN CUSTOMER. WE CAN'T VIEW OUR EXISTING ADDRESS IN PERSONAL PAGE. BY CALLING CUSTOMER NUMBER WE ARE NOT GETTING RESULTS. But since you guys are saying that the refund will be sent via DD. the list you guys could do if not online transfer is intimate the customers about the change in procedure of refund.                                   Please tell when the money will be refunded.
                                  Please update the status of above compliant. Its already been 16 days past the deadline of refunding the money. This kind of take by such a renowned bank is really very disappointing. When customer delay in any payment even for 1 day, you never leave them without charging the penalty. So Please adhere to your moral & system based ethics this time too and refund the deposited money along with the applicable interest amount of same.

                                    Application No. - 6019536 Applicant Name - Shiksha Mishra I have moved to Pune and my wife (Shiksha Mishra) also recently joined me. The address which I provided is my own house but now my tenant lives there. He said the cheque came but it returned back as my wife is not there now. Now, tell me the procedure so that refund can come either in my account (from which I made the payment) or my wife's account which was mentioned with all NEFT details. I am not sure WHY NEFT IS NOT BEING DONE WHEN ALL DETAILS ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. This is ridiculous that all this was focused very much at the time of filling application. Looks like you guys are going with cheques so that many people will either delay the redemption or cheques will be returned in cases like me. So, ICICI can enjoy that money more in their account. NEFT would have deprived you guys from it in 1 minutes. Get this resolved ASAP and I want my refund through NEFT else I will go judicial route.

                                        The CEO.MD is launching digital village and probably all the staff is busy partying at the accomplishment. which is why they do not have time to approve and process pending REFUND transactions. This bank is behaving shameless. How can u hoard money which was refunded by DDA 15 days back. And what is it that you are winning from this, IRRATE customer? When the hell will I get the money back????????????????
