ICICI Bank - DDA Housing Scheme 2014 Refund for Unsuccessful Applicants through Formzero

Hi, I have not yet got the refund from ICICI Bank, details are as below, I applied through Form Zero : Name : Pravin Kumar Soam Application Number is 6000165 Email Id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in Contact No : [protected] Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

I have applied for DDA housing scheme, 2014 through online application using formzero. My applicant no. is 6019395. However a number of my friends have received that refund from various banks, I am still waiting for refund of money. I also request you to let me know the method of refund bcs. for refund purpose I have given Account number of another bank.

Hi Team,


I have applied in the DDA housing scheme by formzero of ICICI bank website. It is mention there that refund will be processed up to first weak of January. But I didn't received my refund amount and my application no is 6017699. please look into this ASAP.

I PATEL SHAILESH BABUBHAI THE SON OF LATE BABUBHAI CHAGANBHAI HAD TAKEN THE HOME LOAN IN THE YEAR (2003) THE LOANAMOUNT IS 3, 73, 000/- AND WE HAD PAID THE THE AMOUNT 2, 50, 000/- BUT AFTER THE DEATH OF FATHER IN 2009 AND WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY THE REST OF AMOUNT AND THE LOAN PERIOD IS COMPLETE INTHE YEAR 2011 . WE ARE MANAGE TO PAY THE REST OF AMOUNT (ONE LAKH) CLEAR THE TITLE LOAN ACCOUNT NO IS LBVLD[protected].

ICICI BANK IS NOT RETURNING OUR HOME LOAN DOCUEMENTS AND COMING FORWARD TO SETTELMENT THE LOAN AMOUNT .

I've filled 02 applications from ICICI netbanking account which is on my name only i.e Nikhil Baluja.

The cheque issued to me was correct but the one issued to my wife was on her name but they have mentioned my account number of ICICI bank beside her name on the cheque.

Unfortunately these bank people are so unprofessional & money launderers that they think we don't understand their strategies to hold the money in their domain itself by issuing to the member's but mentioning account numbers as well of their banks only beside it on the cheques issued to unsuccessful candidates.

Also the courier agency with whom they have tied up - Shri Karni Couriers is also not supportive. They always come to your house when you are not at home & the day i took leave from office just to receive cheque, the guy from that agency came at 08:00 pm. They made us (me & my wife) furious & kept us lingering, infact they dont deserve to be in service industry as we had to call them 1000 times for confirmation.

ICICI bank-Green park branch, who has issued the cheque, is also having very unsupportive higher management employee- Mr. Gaurav Mittal dont deserve to be in that chair when he dont understand the customer problem & can't recall & keep his words.

He asked me to bring following documents for their wrong doing in mentioning the account number on my wife's cheque and when my wife took all these docs to the branch, he left us nowhere and didn't support.

In fact he assured me that he'll send a guy from his branch to Jhandewalan branch for the amendment in cheque & will handover the modified one on same evening, but when my wife went their he refused & told her that this process will take another 3-4 days. VERY NON-SENSE & UN-SUPPORTIVE Lethargic Managers.

I truly praise HDFC Managers who are very prompt in understanding the customer issues & crediting the cheques in your account. Very friendly too. HDFC managers are keen to help & don't linger you for anything but on the other hand, ICICI Managers will stretch the issues rather resolving & will keep you waiting rather attending.

I have applied for DDA Housing scheme 2014 which was unsuccessful in the draw. For refund of the earnest money DDA has already notified that respective bank has to refund the money back to unsuccessful applicants. However ICICI bank is not responding to any of my queries and not refunding the amount.

Please take appropriate action regarding the same and do the needful.

Dear sir,

you have very correctly brought out the dishonest practise by icicibank. I am facing the same problem and would also like to complain to the banking ombudsman. Kindly guide me to take this to a logical conclusion.
