HI, I had applied for DDA housing 2014 scheme through ICICI form zero. I did not get flat in the draw and my money should have been refunded by now. Form zero shows refund status as release on 8th January. But I have not received refund in any form. I have sent mail to [protected]@icicibank.com but have not received any reply.     Greetings. DDA Application no. 1 :[protected] Nikhil Baluja DDA Application no. 2 :[protected] Sheena(Wife) I've filled 02 applications from ICICI netbanking account which is on my name only i.e Nikhil Baluja. The cheque issued to me was correct but the one issued to my wife was on her name but they have mentioned my account number of ICICI bank beside her name on the cheque. Unfortunately these bank people are so unprofessional & money launderers that they think we don't understand their strategies to hold the money in their domain itself by issuing to the member's but mentioning account numbers as well of their banks only beside it on the cheques issued to unsuccessful candidates. Also the courier agency with whom they have tied up - Shri Karni Couriers is also not supportive. They always come to your house when you are not at home & the day i took leave from office just to receive cheque, the guy from that agency came at 08:00 pm. They made us (me & my wife) furious & kept us lingering, infact they dont deserve to be in service industry as we had to call them 1000 times for confirmation. ICICI bank-Green park branch, who has issued the cheque, is also having very unsupportive higher management employee- Mr. Gaurav Mittal dont deserve to be in that chair when he dont understand the customer problem & can't recall & keep his words. He asked me to bring following documents for their wrong doing in mentioning the account number on my wife's cheque and when my wife took all these docs to the branch, he left us nowhere and didn't support. In fact he assured me that he'll send a guy from his branch to Jhandewalan branch for the amendment in cheque & will handover the modified one on same evening, but when my wife went their he refused & told her that this process will take another 3-4 days. VERY NON-SENSE & UN-SUPPORTIVE Lethargic Managers. I truly praise HDFC Managers who are very prompt in understanding the customer issues & crediting the cheques in your account. Very friendly too. HDFC managers are keen to help & don't linger you for anything but on the other hand, ICICI Managers will stretch the issues rather resolving & will keep you waiting rather attending.     OH MY GOD...!!! These ICICI Bank Manager - Green Park Branch has turned idiotic, he hardly remembers anything.

    As he confirmed that after submitting required documents, Cheque will be automatically deposited in respective branch within 3-4 days but nothing happened as such even after a week.

    Today when my wife again visited branch, he hardly recognised anything, and is totally unresponsive. I pity ICICI Bank if this is your CUSTOMER SERVICE...!!!

    Now he said that they have couriered the cheque again thru BluDart Courier which will be received by Monday...Such a non-sense happening all around in ICICI Bank.

      dear sir, my service request no:SR[protected].Reg. Online fund transfer without my Knowledge. As per your adwise, i went to consults to my branch manager on[protected]. He say your saved amount rs 4021/- balance is available. and credit to 25 to 30 days to your account. but until not to credit the above amount. so kindly credit the above amount as soon as possible.

              It seems one more customer non-satisfaction policy has been introduced. My credit card payment was made by cash at the bank, and for this my credit card was charged a penalty fee. How does a banking organization expect me to deal with them if not with cash. Promoting non-cash transactions is fine, but levying a charge for cash transactions is the zenith of making money out of the customers. Even the personnel at the bank did not inform of the charges when the payment was made with cash. Not sure why ICICI Bank is advancing in the wrong direction !

                I applied for DDA Flat scheme from you bank website thru FormZero.in, Dear Ankur, Your payment of INR 100161 was successful and your application is now complete. Your Application Number is 6015952. Please keep this number for future reference. The result of the lottery is now awaited. You will be notified of the result via email from us. Best Team FormZero When the application was unsuccessful and DDA has refunded the money to the Bank, why it hasn't been transfered to my account. Why is ICICI Bank holding the money with them when it was refunded on 26th Dec by DDA, it was successfully refunded by other banks on time. Why ICICI is holding the money to earn the Interest which belongs to customer. Are you going to refund the money with interest from the date it has been transferred from DDA. I was supposed to get a refund from ICICI Bank yesterday (8th Jan 2015) but haven't received a penny in my account. Moreover, there hasn't been any communication from you guys. There is no customer care number or email on the Formzero site where I could get information about my refund. Could you let me know when will I get my refund?                       This is in regard to the refund of the application fee for the DDA Housing Scheme 2014. My application number is 6020020, applicant name: Inderpreet Shoker. DDA released the funds in December. However, the form zero mentions the release date of 8/1/15. I have not received the refund till date.                       I contacted DDA and they are saying they have already released the fund.

                      ICICI formzero mentions refund date as 8/1/15.

                      Somebody shared an icici customer service phone number[protected], however, either the bell never rings or if it rings-nobody picks up. I then tried calling at the Delhi customer service number on their website, 33446699, where I was directed multiple times, put on hold multiple times and then suddenly cut off. I have also wrote emails to multiple addresses- [protected]@formzero.in, [protected]@icicibank.com and filled up the online query form at https://infinity.icicibank.co.in/salesEARWeb/web/rbi/jsp/FbescalationForm.jsp. No reply so far.


                      The worst customer service ever.

                      Still have not received the refund. However, received a reply from [protected]@icicibank.com. The provided me the tracking number, which is of no use. When I use the tracking number to locate my refund, I get the message that " there are no details available or I am not authorized to see the details".

                      Such a pain to get your own money back.

                        I manoj agarwal credit card holder have received a call from a delhi number 48981200 asking to redeem the reward points and get gifts vouchers.on asking she said she Is from the bank she had the detail of my card and the number of points i have it was the amount of rs 6999 for which she asked for CVV number There I doughted them and contacted the customer care and was Informed that it was a fraud .The lady called even gave her name as PAYAL VERMA WORKING WITH ID No 02496.                                       I have applied for DDA housing scheme 2014 and as per ICICI[protected] My DD for refund of DDA was sent thru courier BSA Logistic via airway bill number BP3406904 on 3rd Jan 15. When it did not reached me, I called up BSA on 5th and was told that ICICI Bank has recalled the cheques back to their Karol Bagh branch. When I called ICICI they told that since it is was not delivered to my home (which is false), the courier company will sent it back to our centralized mailing room karol bagh delhi by today evening i.e 05Jan'15. And now it will be refunded via online directly into your bank a/c. Since then i have followed up number of times with ICICI[protected] and each they they say that by end of day it will be transferred. I believe they are making fool o[censored]s with whatsoever reasons but I have decided that I will file a consumer court case on Monday against ICICI if I do not get any positive by today. -Pawan Bansal ([protected])

                                      By the way, after so much of delay I have received my refund via cheque on Saturday..a big respite but really bad service from ICICI.

                                      You need to call ICICI[protected] and tell them your DDA Application number to get Courier Number.

                                      Packet of Mr./Ms./M/S. GAURAV Has Been Returned To Originator Due To Reason - LOCKED ON TWO VISITS

                                      But I was always there at home.
                                      We need to file a case against them.
                                      can you please share, how did you find out the tracking number (BSA Logistics bill number)? I am also waiting for my refund.
                                      I had received a message from "PROCURE LOGISTICS" on 2nd, January, 2015 stating that i am supposed to get a refund vide cheque no. 039975 as against DDA APPLICATION No.- 0546764 . The AWB No.-[protected] was furnished as well in the message.

                                      I tried to check the same at their website www.procurelogistics.com but there wasn't any tracking detail furnished by the courier company .
                                      Its also to be noted that i tried numerous times to call their customer care no.[protected], after much effort they picked up my call only to say that the consignment couldn't be tracked and has been informed the same to the ICICI Bank Branch- Karol Bagh on 7th January, 2014 .

                                      I tried calling your customer care no .[protected] on 7th January, 2014, they informed that they are trying to track the same and will get back to me as soon as possible. It has been 9 days and a private bank (ICICI Bank) of such stature isn't able to trace the same .This isn't expected from the same .

                                      I do have account with ICICI, ACCOUNT No.[protected], its humbly requested herewith that to verify my details and simply transfer the amount (Rs 100, 000) to the account .

                                      Please do hereby help me in this regard at the earliest.

                                        "I got a call from Happy Deal 4u people, pretending to be from ICICI and told me that my reward points just got expired and can be made use of it, if it is used in the right way with Happy Deal 4u. They have acted aptly in such a way that I could not get even a single doubt. Looks so professional that they are very well trained in cheating very intelligently. I lost about Rs. 6999/- and when enquired with ICICI, they strongly say that they did not leak my credit card details to some one else. But how could my credit card details go out of icici bank... How they can generate otp password. As there is proper details for getting it. ICICI bankers should look into matter seriously and give justice for those who are cheated by reversing the amount
