So I want to know that when will I get the refund money, as I have not received the same till date. Also Would I receive the refund through cheque or it will transfer in my account as I have paid through my online account only? I had applied for DDA housing and submitted a "DD no - 211850" of amount Rs. 1, 00000 from Bank of India-dated 27/09/2014 on your ICICI Bank Rohini Sectoer-8 Delhi-110085 branch . My application number was 1194499 which was not in the draw. After anouncement from DDA i have not received my refund DD till date i.e. 31/12/2014. On 3rd January 2014 i get my cheque through courier but it has a very blunder mistake in my cheque, it has wrong Bank name Bank of Baroda else of Bank of India. Hi, I application number is 6000116. I am an unsuccessful applicant of this DDA Housing schemen 2014. As per DDA the refund must be processed by 25th December but i haven't got it yet. Who is culprit in this DDA, FormZero.in or ICICI bank. DDA is always slow, but ICICI bank have not shown the professionalism that is expected from it. Who so ever is faulty, My money is at stake and they are eating up my interest as well. There is no law to kick asses of these culprits.

Date of Deposits...[protected] Value Date...[protected]. Principal amount...Rs.65000/- Deposit Type...Cumulative Plan Period...390 days. Maturity Amount...Rs.71863/- Maturity Date...[protected] Auto Renewal...Unlimited. Auto Closure...No Now as per condition, my FD must have been renewed automatically on[protected].But about 25 days are going to be elapsed, but as yet I have not received the renewed FD, due to which I am still unaware with the next maturity date, maturity amount, rate of interest and other allied details etc.However, such delay without any specific intimation from such a reputed bank is not desireable at all. Hi, I have applied for DDA flats using ICICI, but i haven't received the refund yet. while registering for DDA i had chosen an option to transfer the refund money to my bank account. But since you guys are saying that the refund will be sent via DD. the list you guys could do if not online transfer is intimate the customers about the change in procedure of refund. In case of delay why you are not updating the information on Formzero.in account's page, at least customer should be informed about the delay and approx date on Formzero.in. 2. Sir, I had applied for DDA's flat through ICICIBANK's form zero and my application no was 6019101. As I couldn't get a flat, thus was expecting refund by 24th and then by 31st Dec as per DDA's guidelines. Unfortunately till this time i have not received any refund. After contacting them, they replied refund will be done by cheque and not online transfer. They are not even giving any dispatch details of cheque.Are they making interest on public's money? dear sir/madam, I have not yet received my refund of DDA application number 6000734 . It has been more than one month since results were announced. DDA is saying they have refunded money to all the banks and now it is for icici bank to refund the amount. All other banks like HDFC have already refunded the amount. It will be processed in 2 days from request date. Please note: This is a system-generated e-mail please do not reply. Sincerely, Customer Service Team. ICICI Bank Limited. Please note, till today I have not received any information about dispatch details or courier. I also received a call from your customer care regarding crediting the amount billed against the gift and vouchers sent by Derby Communication. I would like to confirm that I have neither received any gifts nor the debited amount was credited from my account. They mention in detail about the information provided by us to the customer care and Derby communication against redemption of points. Please go through the following points which was provided by both the customer care and Derby India Communications whose authenticity was denied by you even though he had access to my credit card number and the reward point details. 1. Mr.Manish from ICICI customer care (7th November 2014) : Like I said in my previous mail, it was the customer care who first contacted me regarding the reward points which was already expired. He insisted on using the points for some gifts and some trip tickets provided by Derby India Communications. He also suggested that I should not mention that I was using my reward points, but instead using my ICICI Credit card of the above mentioned number to buy the gifts which will be later credited by your bank. This was exclusively mentioned in the phone call. 2. Later I was communicated multiple times from both ICICI customer care (Mr. Manish) and Derby India Communications for further details and verification of card details and address on the same day (7th Nov. 2014). 3. Also, mr.Shanmugan of ICICI bank verified my OTP and address on the above mentioned date. 4. But, I did not receive any gifts nor did I get any information regarding the reward points. I contacted Mr. Uttam (ICICI Cust.care) on 21 Nov 2014. He was not sure whether it was a genuine transaction between ICICI and the customer or a SCAM. 5. On 27th Nov 2014, I received a phone call from Derby Communications and received the following details : Parcel sent from Overnite Courier on 20th November 2014 from Delhi and the parcel tracking number is [protected]. 6. On 28th November 2014, I received your email which said that you were not responsible for the transaction and you were not sure if the bank was involved. But you have mentioned to pay the debited amount so that no inconvenience will be caused. First of all, I would like to mention that I did not contact any of your customer care regarding reward points. Secondly, I have the voice recordings of all the calls with ICICI Customer Care and Derby communications. You have mentioned in your mail that irrespective of receipt of the gifts or your banks involvement in this transaction, we have to pay the due amount, i.e. Rs 7450. Please note that, any customer will not be able to identify the authenticity of the caller who might be from our bank or a prank caller. I would like to tell you that this is not my problem and I will not be paying any amount against this transaction. Since the caller was able to give details about the reward points and my credit card, I assumed it was the bank. I regret to tell this, but this feels like foul play from your side since he might have got those details from your database. I would like to conclude saying that I will not be paying any amount debited and I am ready to go to the consumer court if I have to and also cancel my credit card. I appreciate your concern regarding this matter. I made a payment for ICICI Lombard insurance charged against my credit card. The cheque no. 133513 of Rs. 3011 for ICICI Bank Credit Card Account 5177 XXXX XXXX 9008. Please note that, the paid amount is not the minimum due amount charged against my credit card for the month of november. I will not be paying the amount mentioned as a transaction with Derby Communications. (which you have called as a scam "vishing". I have not made any transactions with Derby Communications. SO please reverse the charges of amount 7450 Rs. For further clarifications, please to call my personal number Mob :[protected].

I have ICICI Coral Credit card and it has an annual fee. I did not use the credit card for few months so did not keep track of the payment date. However, the annual fee was charged and ICICI did not send me any statement/SMS and also ICICI online statement is not available. Due to this I did not know that I have to pay my bill. 3 Months passed and I received 3 times the bill amount of the annual fee. When I asked ICICI Credit Card department to refund the late fees and interest charges levied on the card they flatly refused and said that the statement might have gone to spambox. I want to let ICICI know that customers are not fool that they do not know how to operate their email. They are not willing to accept their fault and has overcharged almost 4 times my bill. I will be sending a complain to RBI Omdusman / Regulator but would caution users who are planning to buy an ICICI credit card which has annual fees.
