I filled the form through ICICI bank and made online payment but as of now i have not received the amount. I application number is 6009396. Please check the same and confirm. I had submitted the application for DDA housing 2014 through ICICI bank[protected], Rohini branch and had opted for an electronic refund of the 1 lakh deposit. ICICI instead of doing a direct refund, issued a cheque on 23rd Dec, 2014 and instead of posting the cheque immediately, deliberately posted it after year end closing thereby delaying the refund process. This has been a planned delay from ICICI to show higher deposits and I seek to get adequately compensated for this delay failing which I would approach the ombudsman. Please explain why the cheque was issued instead of electronic credit and why there was a 2 week delay in dispatching a cheque which was issued locally in Delhi. At the minimum, I demand to be compensated at the rate of 10.5% at which I have taken a home loan.

I am writing to you in relation to the default charges that have been applied to my saving account . The five times fee was charged to my saving account in jun 2014 to nov 2014. I will request you to MAB charges was refundable.Icici bank is really better service provider. I hope you can understand my problem . You are requested to look into the matter and take some concrete steps to solve the problem. I hope that your attention will solve the problem at the earliest. Dear Sir, My Application No: 6011952 during my application for DDA 2014 scheme. I haven't received my refund till date from ICICI Bank. I received sms that my cheque has sent to me by courier BSA, My courier tracking number is "BP3401340". When I tracked the package sent through courier BSA I am getting invalid pod no. always And also tried to call customer care no [protected] but always its too busy. Please let me know how will I get my cheque now and if you will send that again please send through some good courier company as BSA is very bad for not even pick their customer care phone. Please help me in getting my refund money.

I Gunjan Vaishnav have been atleast a decade old ICICI Bank customer using various ICICI services . Of all I also use a ICICI Bank HP /Coral Card (one having an HP logo ) .Card No [protected] Recently I used the card on 23 Nov at HP outlet for paying Rs 3100 towards fuel. To my surprise the bill in my statement if for Rs 3187.08 (an excess of Rs 87.08 ) (Extract details from Bill : 23/11/2014 74505144328211780392907 MECLOIDS GARAGE, KHAR W MUMBAI IN 159 3, 187.08) I spoke with services team (Malesh ) and they mentioned that the machine must not be of ICICI and so the charge . Have sent the slip for ready reference (both sides) .Your team member Malesh verified and agreed that ICICI logo is on back side however as there are no Bank details on front the case it rejected ????? Am suprised with such cold and indifferent approach by ICICI member to a decade old customer .If you check your details and track my dealing you would find several dealings of self with ICICI . To such a customer for a small amount such cold and indifferent approach is VERY VERY SHOCKING . Would request to reverse the excess charge immediately . Also such indifferent approach by your team (especially the case handling of Mr Malesh ) to a decade old customer leaves a bad taste . Have been offered credit card of various other banks with 10 to 15 times the credit limit as offered by ICICI however still as I was comfortable, have been using this card .If such approach is of Bank towards its consumers than one really needs to think about future business transactions . Shall await for your positive revert towards same.

Dear Concerned Officer, This is with reference to the refund of my DDA application number 6025918 which was filled in the name of Vivek Malhotra. The payment towards security deposit was however made from my spouse's account. Now, yesterday I have received a cheque of INR One Lac in my name but bearing my spouse's ICICI account no. Please let me know the process how this issue can be rectified and I can get either a cheque in my name with my account number or in my wife's name with the same account number mentioned. Hi, I have a account in ICICI bank and raised a request for linking aadhar card to my bank account number, I Submitted my documents to the nearest icici branch, I get the information that Aadhar Card is already link to another account with ICICI but I do not have any other ICICI bank account. Hello ICICI Team, My father purchased six tax saving bonds (Rs 5000/- each) for Rs 30000/- on dated 11/03/2005 at interest rate of 6% Their redemption date is 11/03/2010. Bondholder no[protected] Certificate No 113493 Bondholder Name- LAL MAN SHARMA. Now can you please tell what would be the total maturity amount. Hi, I am Govind Singhal and had applied for DDA Housing scheme 2014 through ICICI Form Zero. My application no. is 6002574. My name was not selected in the draw. As per DDA website the money is returned back to concerned banks before 24 of Dec. I have not received the refund in my account. IM VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED with icici bank services and my relative what is the use of core banking if we cannot deposit 7000 cash out of our branch my account number[protected] in patna frazer road branch and my relative tried to deposit 8000 cash into my account from delhi paschim vihar branch there he standed in 40 minutes into Que and after he was refused to take cash coz they said they do not take outside branch cash im looking forward to close my accounnt from ur banck and withdraw all my fix deposits from it

I had applied for DDA housing and submitted a "DD no - 211850" of amount Rs. 1, 00000 from Bank of India-dated 27/09/2014 on your ICICI Bank Rohini Sectoer-8 Delhi-110085 branch . My application number was 1194499 which was not in the draw. After anouncement from DDA i have not received my refund DD till date i.e. 31/12/2014. On 3rd January 2014 i get my cheque through courier but it has a very blunder mistake in my cheque, it has wrong Bank name Bank of Baroda else of Bank of India. Hi, I application number is 6000116. I am an unsuccessful applicant of this DDA Housing schemen 2014. As per DDA the refund must be processed by 25th December but i haven't got it yet. Who is culprit in this DDA, FormZero.in or ICICI bank. DDA is always slow, but ICICI bank have not shown the professionalism that is expected from it. Who so ever is faulty, My money is at stake and they are eating up my interest as well. There is no law to kick asses of these culprits.

Date of Deposits...[protected] Value Date...[protected]. Principal amount...Rs.65000/- Deposit Type...Cumulative Plan Period...390 days. Maturity Amount...Rs.71863/- Maturity Date...[protected] Auto Renewal...Unlimited. Auto Closure...No Now as per condition, my FD must have been renewed automatically on[protected].But about 25 days are going to be elapsed, but as yet I have not received the renewed FD, due to which I am still unaware with the next maturity date, maturity amount, rate of interest and other allied details etc.However, such delay without any specific intimation from such a reputed bank is not desireable at all.
