I have applied for DDA housing scheme 2014 and My DD for refund of DDA was sent thru courier BSA Logistic via airway bill number BP3400198. Unfortunately it is not delivered and courier company has sent it back to your centralized mailing room karol bagh delhi today 07Jan'14. I would request you to resend it to my office address as mentioned, Sachin Porwal, Shriram axiall pvt ltd, 2nd floor, plot no-52, institutional area, sec-32, gurgaon-122003, haryana. Please do talk to me or mention my mob number in courier packet +91-[protected]. I have sent several mails but there is no progress/response so far.

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The same thing has happened with me. BSA says that bank has recalled the checks, whereas Bank says that due to failure delivery the courier has returned back and now they will return via online direct into account. This is a game being played between the two affecting customers at large. My courier no. was BP 3406904.

      I have not received the EMD paid to DDA Housing through ICICI Bank site Form Zero in, though the refund is initiated by DDA for all the applicants who has not got the result in the draw. I have also not result in the draw but no refund till date. Please help. Regards Prakash

        Dear Sir, I want to bring to your notice that I receive a call from this no. +91-[protected] . They told me that he is working with ICICI bank credit card department working at 2nd Floor; Block-a/75; Sec-65; Noida. His name is Rahul Mehta /Neeta Singh having employee code 242849/246289 and inform me that some refund have come on my x- credit card xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-9004 which need to refund to my existing credit card & need verification on my existing card. I share credit card details understand that they are ICICI bank executive after getting the following information of that person (for e.g. Name, address of bank & employee code). I was shocked to see sms on my mobile no-[protected] on 05th Jan. 2015 that multiple transaction of INR 40, 868.00 on card no-4477xxxx1011 is made at online shopping & bill payment. Following transaction details in Credit card statement Card Number :447747******1011 - SANTOSH KUMAR Date Ref. Number Transaction Details Transaction Amount 05/01/2015 74568225005270582801276 AIRTEL PAYMENT 5, 070.00 Dr. 05/01/2015 74332745006500537823293 AMAZONS SVCS 17, 899.00 Dr. 05/01/2015 74332745006500535356569 AMAZONS SVCS 17, 899.00 Dr. I requested ICICI bank credit card dept. Through SR[protected] not to make any payment to this transaction, because the transaction was carried out without my authorization/consent. It is clearly fraud on my credit card. I never use this merchant to make any payment. Next day, they replied me saying that the card holder is responsible for the security of his/her card along with his / her personal 3 D secure pin and should therefore take all the possible steps ensuring its safe keeping. The bank does not incur any financial liability arising out of misuse of 3 D secure pin. As the transaction was qualified by information known only to you, the bank is not in a position to repudiate the transaction with the merchant on the basis of your dispute. We, therefore, regret to inform you that the bank will not be able to accede to your claims with regard to the disputed transaction. Now what to do? I am worried because bank also doesn't help me in this matter. I have also register an FIR to Local police station but I understand they will take own time for investigation. Hence I request for a through re-investigation of charge dispute form for all the transactions. I also want the Bank to provide me some Sensible & authentic Proof of the transaction being done from my Computer { IP Address } before accounting me liable for the Debit. I regard such accusations highly unprofessional & unethical from ICICI BANK. Hence I request you to find the real Culprit and not blame me for the Online Fraud, which I am a target of.         Based on the above response from merchant I forwarded these mail to ICICI BANK Customer support /Dispute team & Anti Phishing team along with scan copy of FIR to raise a dispute request for above transaction (i.e. INR 40868.00/-) with Merchants directly to take further action.

        I understand that ICICI bank are responsible to raise the dispute charge request with Merchants & reverse the above transaction amount (i.e. INR 40868.00/- ) into my credit card account.

        Past 4days I did not receive any response from ICICI bank regarding this matter. I have sent him multiple mail related to this matter but they are not bothered to sent me at least acknowledgement of those mail.

        I understand that ICICI Bank service is very poor related to this matter.

        Note : Please find the attach scan copy of FIR for your reference.

        I request Admin of this site to help me on this matter to resolve this incident with ICICI bank.

        I would appreciate if I get a prompt response on this matter

          1.I have taken this card before 5 months till now i have not received any month statement.? 2. I am not receiving any information related to my monthly statements on my mobile or on my email which is registered. I have complained about this repeatedly every time customer care people noting down my email id but still they are not sending my statements. Due to this poor communication (mails and sms) I have paid extra Rs 6000/-(Approx?..I am not sure as I have not seen my statements). I want this money to be reversed to me as this is purely mistake of the bank.? Recently I requested 2 times for monthly statements of last 3 months which I have not received, executive told me he sent and asked me to check my email. But I have not received any statement.?3. When I check my name on credit card it is misspelled as SOMWAHWARARAO. I have submitted my documents as per the documents name should be printed but how come this kind of mistakes are happening.?

            With reference to the above I requested you for cancellation of card subsequently I received a mail from you on[protected] stating that my card has been de activated and there are NO DUES on my card. Surprisingly today I received a mail that I have to pay 3005/- and my name put in CIBIL.. For your information I am informing you that I am not using the card Since 7 months, How can be dues on my card. I never expected thi type of behaviour of such a big organisation. Please correct and inform me accordingly.               I had applied online for DDA housing scheme, 2014 through www.formzero.in (ICICI Bank), using ICICI Bank netbanking. However, the refund for the booking has not been initiated yet, whereas many people having done the booking through manual registration process have already got refund cheques dated 23-Dec. Ideally, the refund amount should have been credited to my account on 23-Dec through an online fund transaction. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest, else I can stake claim to get the interest amount on this delayed refund, for which DDA is not liable but ICICI Bank is.                 DDA Application No-6003335 Hello myself Saurav Sheemar I have Submitted DDA application for housing Scheme 2014 via from zero using my ICICI account and I was declared unlucky for the same. The amount was INR100000(One Lakh rupees). As per DDA, amount was refunded to all the Banks in the month of December. Till now I have not recieved any information from the ICICI Bank regarding the refund. Will the money refund will now include the interest on my amount which is purposely delayed by the bank. SBI refunded the amount for my wife's application on 24 Dec itself. Why the delay by ICICI BANK.Is it earning some interest by delaying payments.                           I have opened a Savings Account in ICICI Bank Sec-1 Noida.
                          However, despite two months having passed, the bank is:
                          a) Not giving me the account passbook, and,
                          b) Not providing any information regarding charges they will levy for various services.
                          Pl instruct the bank to provide the passbook and also, clear information on their schedule of charges I Visited 8 Times To Branch but the executive Giving me Same Dialog Sir pls Visit Next Week.i Think ICICI Bank Is Poor Bank They Dont Have Passbook to Give Custumer.

                            Appln no. 6009787 applied through Form Zero for DDA housing Scheme 2014. As per DDA refund credit has been given on 24.12.2014, my account details are also of ICICI Bank, then why is the refund not credited through NEFT/RTGS ? I have still not received my refund.

                            I have applied for DDA housing scheme, 2014 through online application using formzero. My applicant no. is 6019395. However a number of my friends have received that refund from various banks, I am still waiting for refund of money. I also request you to let me know the method of refund bcs. for refund purpose I have given Account number of another bank.

                                I had filled my correspondence address in DDA form as: H.No. 5, XYZ Nagar... But in the refund check issued to me, was containing following address: H.No. XYZ Bagar ----means no house number was mentioned and "Nagar" was written as "Bagar". I tracked my speed post myself and went to post office to collect it on time otherwise it would have returned back. When I complained in the ICICI Sector 14 Branch, they did not care about my complaint and said that you have finally got it then why are you creating the issue now?

                                      I have applied for DDA Housing Scheme through ICICI bank on Form Zero. My Application Number is:-6001159. According to DDA they have released my refund but I have not received the same in my bank account So please let me know that in how much time I have received my refund.                                       i received cheque from ICICI bank from my postal address.as i prefer to deposit my refund on line. what they pepole are send cheque.

                                      I've filled 02 applications from ICICI netbanking account which is on my name only i.e Nikhil Baluja.

                                      The cheque issued to me was correct but the one issued to my wife was on her name but they have mentioned my account number of ICICI bank beside her name on the cheque.

                                      Unfortunately these bank people are so unprofessional & money launderers that they think we don't understand their strategies to hold the money in their domain itself by issuing to the member's but mentioning account numbers as well of their banks only beside it on the cheques issued to unsuccessful candidates.

                                      Also the courier agency with whom they have tied up - Shri Karni Couriers is also not supportive. They always come to your house when you are not at home & the day i took leave from office just to receive cheque, the guy from that agency came at 08:00 pm. They made us (me & my wife) furious & kept us lingering, infact they dont deserve to be in service industry as we had to call them 1000 times for confirmation.

                                      ICICI bank-Green park branch, who has issued the cheque, is also having very unsupportive higher management employee- Mr. Gaurav Mittal dont deserve to be in that chair when he dont understand the customer problem & can't recall & keep his words.

                                      He asked me to bring following documents for their wrong doing in mentioning the account number on my wife's cheque and when my wife took all these docs to the branch, he left us nowhere and didn't support.

                                      In fact he assured me that he'll send a guy from his branch to Jhandewalan branch for the amendment in cheque & will handover the modified one on same evening, but when my wife went their he refused & told her that this process will take another 3-4 days. VERY NON-SENSE & UN-SUPPORTIVE Lethargic Managers.

                                      I truly praise HDFC Managers who are very prompt in understanding the customer issues & crediting the cheques in your account. Very friendly too. HDFC managers are keen to help & don't linger you for anything but on the other hand, ICICI Managers will stretch the issues rather resolving & will keep you waiting rather attending.

                                      I have applied for DDA Housing scheme 2014 which was unsuccessful in the draw. For refund of the earnest money DDA has already notified that respective bank has to refund the money back to unsuccessful applicants. However ICICI bank is not responding to any of my queries and not refunding the amount.

                                      Please take appropriate action regarding the same and do the needful.

                                        It was shocking to read your message which I received in my mobile on 04.01.15 at 4.15pm saying that transaction of INR Rs. 39, 320.50 using my credit card 4XXX0001 is made at SHOPPERS STOP on 4th January 2015. Infact I am very much at home and I have not lost my credit card. I have not done any transaction using my credit card since 17th of December 2014. Later at 4.42 pm a day on 4.15pm I received a message from your credit card department saying my card has been blocked and advised me to call customer care. I contacted customer care person by giving a call to [protected] Karanataka customer Care No at around 7.30pm with great difficulty I could able to contact him and by giving all the evidence he promised that he will put forward this matter to higher authorities and assued me not to worry. This incident is very serious and I feel I should discontinue with the ICICI credit card business. It was just horrifying incident. Through the customer care person I have come to know that the transaction taken place in Bombay shopper stop but not in Mangalore. Kindly rectify the matter and kindly accept my request to cancel my credit card. Kindly oblige. I regret for inconvenience. Expecting your early reply. Thanking You
