I am Saurabh Jain, an mount of 757.48 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till Feb 21

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed.

    My name Is Jyoths Annangi, i have been with icici bank since 2017 jan, 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till feb-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

      I have paid 4910 on 19th March and also sent a pic of the screenshot as email to confirm my payment, and individually gave the transaction id to a phone agent, still bank people are calling multiple times and harrasing me, same day they asked me to again pay 4910 +2550 on some upi link their people want, i told them i already paid but still they kept saying since their system will take time to update so if i pay with their link it will reflect fast. Again i get a email saying their is a lien of 4910 marked against me, again they sent another payment of 7420 to be paid by 6th April and another text i got saying 2550 lien again has been debited. What is going on? Why are these banks ripping off common citizens? Please take action

        Dp charges till Feb 21 deducted without any intimation. Moreover I requested for closing the account about an year ago.

        809.86 INR (Says deducted on March 29th but denied actually on 27th March) And 16.14 INR on 25th March. Both without any notification.

        Need refund of this ASAP and close the demat account.

          I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 1770/- (590x3) has been debited from my account on[protected] not executed by me.

          The transaction came to light when I checked my bank balance in the statement.

          I am enclosing a copy of my account’s balance status, which reflects the transaction number and other details of the fraudulent transaction.

          I request you to take up this matter urgently to help me recover my money.

            I have found there is a deduction of Dp.charges and when I googled I found its related to demat account .. unfortunately I don't have a account I created so far..not sure how many times bank has deducted like this ..pls close any such account and do a refund as soon as possible Icici team

              Hi,

              Previously I had mailed regarding the maintenance of MAB in my account. In response, I had received a mail stating that my Salary Account (which was 0 balance) will be converted into a normal Savings Account under the following scenarios:


              -If your management informs the bank that you are not working in that organization

              -If your salary is not getting credited into the account for a period of 3 months or more

              In both the cases above, the bank will have the authorization to change your salary account into a normal Savings Account where you have to maintain Rs. 10, 000.00 per month.

              I have used this account for all my primary banking needs till now, and it is a shame that now I have to pay MAB, especially when I have no stable job as of now. I am scheduled to join a job within a few months, actually, and I would be grateful if you could delay the cutting of MAB expenses from my account till then.

              The coronavirus pandemic has put a lot of stress on middle-class families like mine, and I was upset enough with the debit of INR 826. for the Demat Account as is. I request ICICI Bank to kindly hold off the charges for a few months post which I will make this account the salary account again.

              If not, I will have to take the drastic step of switching to another bank which will be difficult for me considering I will have to undertake all the difficulty of opening up a new bank account.

              I request ICICI Bank to hold off on the charges and let this almost 6-year relationship blossom into a 60 year one!

                  Hi,

                  This is regarding late payment charges of rs 599 levied to me on my credit card even after clearing outstanding amount.

                  I had called customer care regarding this and explained to them. All my past payments have always been done before due date.
                  This is very disappointing and discouraging to see that i have been a customer of icici bank for such a long time and i have received this kind of response even though it was not my fault that i didn't receive the statement.

                  So, request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than clearing all my dues and closing this credit card for good.

                  Looking forward to your positive response.

                  Ps: I have raised service request over customer care center with SR[protected] still no response

                      I have been a regular user for ICICI bank credit card for years now.

                      Then i applied for 2nd card of ICICI bank, Amazon card. I did some shopping online on Amazon using this card. Meanwhile ICICI could not deliver this card to me, even though correct address is updated on ICICI bank portal.

                      As they could not deliver the card, they removed the card from my payment options of ICICI bank portal. Hence NOT allowing me to make the final dues payment. Hence the payment got delayed. Now they keep on adding fines to this dues payment.

                      I called up customer care, they mentioned that as a resolution - 1) they will revert the fines 2) I shall make payment of actual due (without fine) 3) then this card will be cancelled.

                      Now, I made the actual due payment (without fine), but then send me a message that they cannot cancel the card and cannot revert the fines.

                      So, ICICI tricked me into making a payment by making false promise over call. I have recording of this call with their customer care for reference.

                      Now, 1) Will ICICI resolve this and revert my fines as promised on 2nd card OR 2) I as customer shall consider closing my 1st credit due to the hassle on 2nd card.

                      Kindly guide.

                      PS : It has been frustrating and a mental harrasment dealing with customer care. As the Customer care has clear intent of not helping the customer but just wasting time.

                            All of a sudden without any notification or prior information DP charges against the Demat account from my ICICI direct have been deducted. The comment against transaction is as following...DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL FEB-21. This is not at all acceptable.

                                  I have a savings account with icici and never applied for demat account.
                                  however inr 826 has been deducted from my account as charges DMC DP on 25/03/2021.No deduction msg on phone and no intimation from icici

                                    I am Zeeshan. 757.17 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/[protected] dp chgs till feb-21) on 25-March-2021.
                                    I never given any permission to open my demat account till now with icici.

                                    Then why my money was deducted and why this Demat account was opened in my name without my permission. My icici account number is[[protected]]. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I already put mail to icici customer care regarding why my Demat account was opened without my concern but I got no reply. So I request you kindly refund my amount deducted amount. My phone number [[protected]]

                                      Amount 757.17 is deducted from my saving account, without any intimation and msg alert also.

                                      I am not using any Dmat/trading accounts.

                                      from 2015, I am maintaining account in ICICI bank, this is the first time. the money debited from the account with out any msg alert.

                                      anyone please guide me, how i do proceed to get my money back.

                                        Hi,

                                        I received a mail stating the charging from ICICI Bank if I don't maintain my MAB. I have several issues/doubts/questions regarding the same-

                                        1) My ICICI Bank Account was created in November of 2015, and it was my salary account. During that time, it was stated that I would not have to maintain any MAB for my account (it was a Zero Balance Account). But recently, I have been getting emails from ICICI Bank stating that I will have to maintain my MAB; otherwise, I will be charged for the same

                                        2) I have not been maintaining my MAB for years now, then why am I suddenly being harassed for the same? This is reaching a tipping point wherein I will be now forced to end my more than 5 years of relationship with ICICI Bank. I had called the customer care today morning (which again takes a lot of good fortune to get hold of) and the executive was asking me to go to my nearest branch during the pandemic in order to get this issue resolved

                                        3) Previously, I have been harassed by deducting INR. 826 as Demat charges for which I was again directed to go to my nearest branch! It has become a joke at this point when all other corporations are doing everything online. I am sorry to say my trust and fondness for ICICI is slowly evaporating, if at all left

                                        It goes without saying that I need this resolved ASAP failing which I will be permanently leaving the services of the bank and will go to one of its many competitors where customer service is still existent and customers are treated as being more than just a means to make money!
