      I have requested several times to ICICI credit card team to convert my total outstanding into emi as due to my poor financial condition I am not able to pay the min due. But they never replied nor helped.

        Hi,
        There have been multiple complaints by me on home loan that I took. Latest issue is a simple one but there is no response from assigned person amarnath.[protected]@icicibank.com. The issue is:

        I have money saver home loan account. The interest deducted in my account is 3053 rs. on 1st March while it should have been 500-700 rs only. Reason for my argument is:
        1. Available balance maintained by me from 1st Feb-3rd Feb : 44, 78, 000
        2. Available balance maintained by me from 4th Feb-28th Feb : 45, 68, 000
        3. Outstanding principle on 1st Feb: 46, 63, 065
        4. Oustanding principle on 1st Mar: 46, 28, 403
        5. Rate of interest 7.3

        Please calculate and show me if 3053rs. deduction is valid as interest.

          This is shoaib, from chennai, its regards to my car loan, i taken the loan for 60 month and paid 39 month so far, due to finacial curcumsetence and no proper income i couldn't the emi's, i told to bank loan collection team on this matter, even after morantarium period august 2020 also i paid the emi's period september, october and november 2020, they are not listening what i am saying, just they need money, they are blackmailing that they will take the vehicle, i said i[censored] want to take the vehicle, pay the amount which i paid for loan and initial amount i paid for vehicle, emi i paid as of now rs.373035/- and initial amount of rs. 150000/- total i paid so far 523035, that executive name is mr.Rajesh - [protected] and his manager he spoke to over the phone i forgot his name, a simple message to bank, i will make the payment, due to not proper income so i couldn't pay correctly, i need a time to clear all dues which they are not understanding, keep on disturbing daily, even i have option to block there numbers or switch off but i couldn't do that, i can understand the situation, i very much dusturbed by the behaviour of bank, this is my humble request you to speak to the bank geting the time to make the payment till july 2021, my working field is travel based company, business if very low, cant able to survive daily basis.           Today also he came to my house. He is blackmailing me that he will take the car. I paid a car loan for March month, he asked me to pay personal loan. I said I can’t have money now to pay need time for that that guy keep on torturing telling me get sucide so that he will claim from my insurance

          I have given one option now

          I said to pay my money which paid to you in total. 9565 x 40 month Rs 382600 + 1, 50, 000 down payment for car total I paid so far Rs. 532, 600

I have received this message without any authorization, the amount was debited on 21 March 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this and refund my amount back.                   I had two failed transaction issues from ICICI forex card in Nov 2020. They asked me to wait till march 2021 to resolve it.

                  Last week I mailed them and replied me back saying resolved in banks favour hence we are unable to reserve.

                        No Service on multiwallet card

                        I hold an ICICI corporate multiwallet card since 5 years. It is going to expire soon and I am trying to raise a new request to my new address. I dont have my user Id for CMS login, when i try to get my user Id from customer care numbers, it asks for 16 digit card number and when i enter it says invalid. I can find any mail Ids to write to. Or any other ways to reset my details even. Unable to raise a complaint in icici.com as well as there...

                          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 18 March 2021 and on 20 March 2021 also. Could you please assist me regarding this.                             Hello, am a consumer of icici since 2011 and icici is freezing my account without informing me anything, today icici freezed my two transactions, one is of 19900 rupees and another is of 100 rupees without informing anything to me and in 2019 icici freezed my 4000 something, that is still showing in my total available balance which I cannot withdraw, there are two bank loans running on same account now I don’t have trust on my icici bank and i debited all my amount in my family members account, i think i have to close this account it’s really a very bad experience with icici enkay tower udyog vihar branch Gurgaon

                              I never authorized for this charge and not made any purchases.

                                Hi,

                                I had multiple calls, mails and follow-up's on the loans I applied online as per your commitment provided during the loan application. And on the same day Feb 9th 2021, Vishal Sahay, relationship manager contacted me and informed your loan can't be processed further due to the different guidelines we have and told me the processing fees gets refunded as nothing will be progressed further if the property is not as per their bank sanction rules. From that day I am waiting for the processing fee amount to get refunded, days are also passing, just to know as next week, by next week Thursday, like this only I a hearing, why you need to keep money with you when you already confirmed you can't sanction the loan on the same day of loan applied, why with out checking you collected processing fees online, why you told to pay it during the loan application filled.

                                Two SR's been created, no reply to mails, Relationship managers don't answer the call, you are a reputed bank right, why to make customer to get frustrated this much and why you make customer to follow-up with you for these many days?

                                Please provide the update on these 2 SR's SR[protected] and[protected].

                                I must say one should not take or keep others hard earned money for no service done, when they are already in need of money for their immediate needs, you shouldn't hold their money with you is it?

                                Please refund the processing fee of 15694 rs I paid.

                                I am badly in need of money. I am asking my money only back as I know the pain of earning it, you are Bank having lot of money but not we like people. Hope you don't make me depress further for this issue.

                                Got official will get in touch with me!! How or where you are in touch? Just by giving a 1 sec call and disconnecting, why you are following such cheap tricks?, today I received 3 times call from your back number, because green the same number previously i spoke 2 times, now all the calls your so called representative is disconnecting with in 1 sec after I received the call, I really don't understand why such an international Bank is doing all this, I have the proof of the call list, try to resolve the customer complaint/concern don't keep making things so complicate to spoil the value by your self.
                                If you have done some service then charge for it, with out any service why you charge a customer by giving it a name as processing fees ?
                                Looking forward to see you resolve my concern at the earliest.

                                Where your official is in touch me? Just by giving a 1 sec call and disconnecting, what kind of cheap tricks are theee?, today I received 3 times call from your bank number, because from the same number previously I had spoken 2 times, now all the calls your so called representative is disconnecting with in 1 sec after I pick the call, I really don't understand why such an international Bank support representatives are doing like this, I have the proof of the call list from this number [protected], try to resolve and address the customer complaint/concern, don't keep making things so complicate to spoil the Bank value.
                                If you have done some service then charge for it, with out any service why you charge a customer by giving it a name as processing fees ?
                                Looking forward to see you resolve my concern at the earliest.

                                What is the update on this issue reported? How long you drag the issue? You already communicated with the SR as amount will be refunded then why it is not refunded till date?

                                When do you refund as per this SR[protected]?
                                Icici bank - what it the update on this? How long you keep the issue like this?
                                You don't want customers to keep the trust on your bank? On same day you confirmed loan can't be sanctioned then why you don't refund or drag the issue like this? Already received a mail saying pf amount refund is initiated by you, but so far not got the amount!

                                [protected] and [protected] application numbers.. please don't do fraud practice, being a bank why you charge a customer for no service, people choose bank for reliability that bank shouldn't lose

                                  I am having my saving account in ICICI bank . But few days back Rs. 29.50 was deducted from my account and when I looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG" and when I tried to explore it over Internet, I found these charges are applied for when ATM of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason. Although I was having enough balance at that time.
                                  Moreover, it is also not legal as per RBI rule.

                                    WORST, CHEATING, LYING, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS icici bank specially Khopoli branch.

                                    This is to raise a complaint against your branch manager tushar patil and deputy manager sangya jain(Khopoli Branch) and siddesh kolvankar (Tardeo branch) for unnecessarily harassing me for issuing an authority letter for withdrawing the payment. And why would I do so because somebody in their branch had mistakenly deposited in my account and the money was already been blocked.

                                    But sorry to tell you there were repetitive mobile calls (7calls) from 17:24 hrs - 19:00 hrs. firstly from sangya jain then tushar patil and then siddesh kolvankar([protected], [protected] and [protected]) though telling them you can reverse the money but still they were giving me a stern warning that I can't use the money even after blocking money from my account and secondly when talking to sangya jain she was giving my CALL TO that CHEATER, FRAUD and FAKE agent geeta kokje(Khopoli branch) why she can't talk to me being a deputy manager. And thirdly when talking to your agents tushar patil and siddesh kolverkar they were literally making a fun while talking on mobile, this being a serious matter and they were laughing in between the calls and making fun of me which was intolerable and kindly take a strict and serious action against these ###.

                                    When the time was when I needed a help from your branch manager at 05:00 pm the help was denied saying that they don't work after 04:30 pm but today dated 18/03/21 they were repeatedly calling 7 times till 07:00 pm why this partiality. You should be very much particular about this and your staff's timing mainly with branch manager.

                                    The mistake was from someone else side though telling them to reverse the money why should I issue an authority letter and why was these staff of yours unnecessarily HARASSING AND CALLING me every now and then. And plus UNNECESSARILY using my name I have nothing to do with this issue, the money has already been blocked and after notifying me I told them to reverse the amount. The money(it's been BLOCKED) is neither with me nor in my account only amount figure is shown, unnecessarily these ### are involving me in this matter. You should take a serious and strict action against this CARELESSNESS, MANNERLESS BEHAVIOUR AND MISBEHAVING with the CUSTOMER.

                                    But icicibank dosen’t have the CALIBRE to take any action against their CHEAP, CHEATER and FRAUD lady or any staff. They try to SHEILD their staff members and handle the customers complaint lightly and loosely. The icici bank is IGNORANT, CARELESS, NEGLIGENT AND BOTHERLESS to the customers complaint.

                                      Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 169/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 19th March 2021 Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.
