Hi,
I had multiple calls, mails and follow-up's on the loans I applied online as per your commitment provided during the loan application. And on the same day Feb 9th 2021, Vishal Sahay, relationship manager contacted me and informed your loan can't be processed further due to the different guidelines we have and told me the processing fees gets refunded as nothing will be progressed further if the property is not as per their bank sanction rules. From that day I am waiting for the processing fee amount to get refunded, days are also passing, just to know as next week, by next week Thursday, like this only I a hearing, why you need to keep money with you when you already confirmed you can't sanction the loan on the same day of loan applied, why with out checking you collected processing fees online, why you told to pay it during the loan application filled.
Two SR's been created, no reply to mails, Relationship managers don't answer the call, you are a reputed bank right, why to make customer to get frustrated this much and why you make customer to follow-up with you for these many days?
Please provide the update on these 2 SR's SR[protected] and[protected].
I must say one should not take or keep others hard earned money for no service done, when they are already in need of money for their immediate needs, you shouldn't hold their money with you is it?
Please refund the processing fee of 15694 rs I paid.
I am badly in need of money. I am asking my money only back as I know the pain of earning it, you are Bank having lot of money but not we like people. Hope you don't make me depress further for this issue.

Just by giving a 1 sec call and disconnecting, why you are following such cheap tricks?, today I received 3 times call from your back number, because green the same number previously i spoke 2 times, now all the calls your so called representative is disconnecting with in 1 sec after I received the call, I really don't understand why such an international Bank is doing all this, I have the proof of the call list, try to resolve the customer complaint/concern don't keep making things so complicate to spoil the value by your self.
If you have done some service then charge for it, with out any service why you charge a customer by giving it a name as processing fees ?
Looking forward to see you resolve my concern at the earliest.

Updated by SubashSai What is the update on this issue reported? How long you drag the issue? You already communicated with the SR as amount will be refunded then why it is not refunded till date?
When do you refund as per this SR[protected]?
