Hi,

Following is my case and complaint:

I was supposed to get a refund of Rs 40000 into my SBI account(details) :

SBI A. F. S Jalahalli west, Bangalore, Karnataka
IFSC: SBIN0004767
Account No. [protected]

Refund was initiated through ICICI eazypay platform, following are the details as attached in the picture also:

Merchant Id: 129611
Transaction Id: [protected]
Transaction date:[protected]:14:08)(14 November 2018)
Debit Account No:[protected]

It has been 15 days since the refund was initiated and it is not reflected in my bank account. I am attaching my account statement also. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

    I have received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 03/04/18 without my permission.. I am not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

    I am trying to call on icici bank costumer care number but i found this number wrong and it disconnected automatically.

    Please deactivate it immediately and refund money asap

      I have a demat account in icici bank for 9 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct18 β€” inr 826. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

        I hold a icici credit card. On 02.11.2018 i checked my credit card on icici i mobile application that i have still have around rs.99000 in my credit card that i can use and subsequently i made a payment of rs.95580 and i got the msg that i have around rs. 3500 still in my credit card. But what shocked me is the statment that i received on 23.11.2018 in which they have levied overlimit charges of rs. 2139 + gst because one of the payment that was made in last month have been added to the bill due to which limit exceeded even though i didn't made any transaction after 02/11/2018. Its really pathetic that i'm charged even when there is no fault of mine.
        I have contacted icici customer care i got reply its against the bank policy to reverse any charge what so ever. This was rude and hurtful this was misunderstanding.

        I have never went over limit before or never have any late payment record. I made the payments on time and correctly.

        So i kindly request you to reverse the over limit fee as first and final time courtesy.

        I received no response from ICICI even I mailed them as per their advise
        Made a UPI transaction on ICICI poket app these fraudster still haven't refunded my money even after regularly reminders they still haven't refunded my money

            My account has been freezes on october 1st 2018 with no prior information...
            Its been 2 months plus... I m roaming for no reasons to near al d branches of icici... I m not able to take my own money out and i m so frustrated becoz of this computerised customer care... Worst customer service,,, debit freeze by mumbai cyber... So should i travel to mumbai and say wat? I can't even raise sr number

              I recharged my Jio number on 27th Nov, 18 and I did not get the recharge done on my phone. I am not able to attach a screenshot for some reason. Please refund my amount. I see the same issue everywhere in internet. Being fraudulent so publicly and no actions taken at all too. Looks rediculous with big names added up like ICICI and Jio. Solve this at earliest

                Recently, i opened a women's advantage account on 9th nov, where in the icici official ms. Ashiya herself came to my home to open it. She told that the account would get converted to zero balance account if we opt for rs.3000 sip which i did promptly. After opening of account, the bank deducted rs.177 as dcardfee0955nov18-oct19+gst on 27th nov. They should have told me about the deduction which is very unprofessional on their part. Please have the amount reimbursed immediately and also let us know of any deduction before hand.

                      I have no current, outstanding loan with ICICI on my name.

                      I am getting calls stating a acquaintances is taken loan and given your reference. I have no connection with the person.

                      I have not signed or given any of my documents here still i getting call on my personal number and now on my office number too.

                      If i have not signed any document how m i getting these calls and why calls in office. The call center person say we have call rights but they not able to even produce any document or this.

                          I got a icici womans account and while opening the account the person said that the debit card provided will be free. After a month of opening the account they charged me rs. 177 as dcard fee when i called customer support they say womans account doesnt have a free debit card. If this is so why did the person say while opening account that this is a free card all crooks sitting at icici.

Issue price per bond - rs 5000 x 6 nos, face value per bond - 6660 /- rs x 6 nos, purchase date or date of allotment : 27.03.2002, redemption date : 27.07.2005.
                            Due to my job problem, i was transferred to another place, i could not withdraw above six bonds, also i didn't not get any refund cheque. When I checked my balance on icici app the balance was deducted by more than 700rs. and I checked my mail and phone whether I received any notification.                                 I have applied for personal topup loan above the existing personal loan. They called me regarding interest and loan amount. Iam not agreed with interest and the loan amount. I told them hold and asked few days time to confirm. But without my knowledge they credited the amount. How can i cancel. Its is very expensive for me. Now from bank no one responding to phone. Pls give me the solution. I want to cancel the loan amount credited.

                                This is regarding ECSRTN. I have salary account with ICICI bank on 21st Nov 2018 around 8000 thousand rupees has been charged for ECSRTN. Please get it issue solved. And I'm having personal loan in Fullerton India Pvt Ltd. This is not the first time.
                                My father passed away on 17 th October 2017.I am the nominee for my father's ICICI Bank account. I submitted all required documents six months ago.but I am till waiting for settlement.why so late?

                                  i made a payment on watch shop (the heavens) which it was wrongly billed so the shopkeeper Voided that sale and gave me the receipt saying that money will be refunded within 7 days but it has been 1 month my money has not been refunded, i am attaching the receipts, transaction date was 22.10.2018

                                    Am an icici bank customer. Running month i. E. November 2018 5 times money has been deducted from my account as ecsrtnchg charged of 1769 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                                     On 14/8/2018, experienced an unauthorized fraud transaction of Rs.149000.00, compained to band on 16/8/2018, unfortunately bank is not resolved the iissue.I require amount should be refunded.
                                    I have missed my car noc my car number ap11r7677 please send me my noc
                                    I've never activated my demat account. Infact told no when asked for activation. Still rupees 826 was deducted from my account. Ridiculous service!

                                      Hi, i am shalomsandesh... I lost almost rs. 500 through this vin google in three transactions.. First rs.49 then rs.129 and now its rs.320 without my knowledge... It is highly unauthorized.. Its a very big scam.. Continuously the amount deducting is increasing... Please refund my money back and make sure to stop this transactions further and look that they donot occur once again

                                      Complaint about credit card wrong
                                      I received a call regarding one assist plan and they activated the service without asking permission . They deduct rs.1899 from the account. I want to deactivate the plan and my cash back. Kindly note this complaint and do accordingly.

                                        I get my icici credit card 2 month ago and till now i am not open thier credit card from envelope and i get message from icici bank dear customer, total amount of inr 999 and minimum amount of inr 100 is due by 05-nov-18 on your credit card xx6007. Please ignore if already paid.
                                        I contact customer care about that, they said me that i activate one assist service, no such service activate by me... Deactivate this and revert back that money... Icici bank agree to revert back that amount and assure me... But today i get another message that... Dear customer, stmt for credit card xx6007 has been sent to [protected]@intecc.com. Total amt of rs. 1677 or min. Amt of rs. 180 is due by 06-dec-18.

                                        Till now i am not open my envelope, i am not generating any username password... Yhen why that much amount is deducted without my permission..

                                        Plz revert that amount as early as possible
