I have recharged my fastag account through bhim app which is linked to sbi bank account. The amount is deducted from sbi account but not credited to fastag account. I have contacted sbi and confirmed that the transaction is successful from their end.

But there is no proper response from icici bank regarding the same. The customer care staff is useless and they are not able to solve the issue.

The ticket cmp[protected] is open for more than 75 days now.

    This regarding my credit card. Icici bank did not sent me statement on my address. Moreover they did not call and just levied rs 500 charges. Annual fee was also levied. For my transactions of rs. 600 in september and october they are demanding 2400 moreover they are not even cancelling the card. Requesting you to please help me.

      This is K N RAJU, holding an ICICI saving AC My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying there policy changes, if any. I get quarterly statements but I have never got any information about the policy changes. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI. Even though I maintained minimum balance
      i called customer care they told two months mab charges we will revert to your account they credited 510 again deducted 719rs please take action

            In my account debited rs.413 without my knowledge. No mail and no sms received about this charges.in my account no emi, no loan but the amount will be debited. I don't know.               I was depositing the college fees vide eazypay and the amount got deducted from the bank but transaction failed.. The amount is not refunded yet.

                This is about the internet banking website of icici bank.
                1. When i click on the login button for personal banking, all i want is to login. The website forces me to view promotional material and i have to click again on the continue button to reach the actual login screen. This is unprofessional. 2. I make a mistake entering my userid/password the first time and although i have made the mistake only once i am told that i have made 2 attempts and have only one remaining. This is poor design
                3. I am not sure why, but many times i get the session expired message and i have to go through the login process over and over again. This is probably because of poor infrastructure or resources required to maintain high traffic that a banking system needs.
                4. On the atms and on internet banking if the service fails, the angry emoticon face that is displayed with the message of 'sorry' is entirely incommensurate with the spirit of apology.
                5. I submitted a complaint online about the first three issues. It was obvious from the email i got in response that no one had actually bothered to even read the complaint, because the reply i got was that from stock meant for someone having issues logging in.
                This is what i call fake customer service. Not surprising since after all it is an indian entity.

                  Without prior information you people deducting amount from my account for demat account. I never used such demat account in icici. By 5th dec 295 rs deducted and todat 11th dec 500 rs got deducted for these dp charges.

                        I'm an icici bank, india customer. I hold a savings account which used to be my salary account.
                        My account is being deducted with ecsrtnchgs every month without my notice i'm not sure what's the reason behind it.

                        I'm not sure why the deduction is happening every month. As a result my account balance dropped to zero.

                          I am having my salary accout in icici bank. But few days back rs/- 29.50 rs * 5) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atm dec chg". And when i tried to explore it over internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason.

                                My 5+ years saving has been freezed because of multiple account guideline without any intimation and i was put in a situation of not paying my emi and credit card bill in time (Which never happened) on time and levied charges for it.

                                I made a written request to unfreeze the account on 3rd and even by 10th the active still inactive.

                                For the technical fault of icici and delay processing of their team, i had suffer mentality, pay late payment charges and having a blow on my cibil score.

                                The emi and credit card also aging with icici bank only. The system is highly inefficient to provide complete financial services, but at the same time highly efficient in charging additional money in multiple ways for their own inefficiency.

                                I bought 4 bonds of Rs. 5000 each From seems Malik
                                Bond holder no.[protected] certificatee no. 401065, 066, 067, 068 duly transferred in my name Inder Kumar monga on 9th Nov. 2001 transfer no.77 folio no. 0656143 . Due to some reason I could not redeem them kindly let me know the procedure to encash them now.

                                  I am icici bank account holder since 7 years. I did my last transaction on 27th november 2018. But after 2 days when i was trying to do the online transaction then a message is appeared, "account blocked / frozen."
                                  After that i talked to customer care. He told me to visit the branch. Account has been blocked from the branch. I have sent an email to [protected]@icicibank.com but its been 6 days still not received any reply. I am staying in malaysia, how i can go to india just for unblocking the account. Its ridiculous that bank has blocked my account without any prior instructions.

                                        I have kept enough balance in my account even after my account was charged about 412.99₹.
                                        I just want to know that why the # this is happening.
                                        They bank people are deducting money trivially to recover their bed debtors.
