    Ms peddi pranaya one of the employee of icici branch of dr a s rao nagar said she is not having the count machine to count the cash, the branch staff is telling only above 2 lakhs cash can be deposited at the counter, below or less than 2lakhs need to be deposited under atm deposited machine only.       Hi, i am hitesh mishra holding an account with icici bank[protected].

      My account was debited with rs 791.06/- dateed 01-dec with reference # [protected] dp chgs till oct-18.

      There was no prior information for this charges also neither there was any confirmation from my end for such deduction.

      Also i have not opened any demat account.

      I want to have a full refund of my deduction at the earliest.

I was thinking why i was having such deduction and i checked my mail and phone whether i received any notification. But i didn’t. Then i went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason. Then i saw a charge of 600 rupees in the name of smab chgs-nov'17+stax 60.00.             Charged and only 400 reversed.

            Check my history with ur bank.
            I have 2 savings accounts, many fds and credit card

            As i do contract work in rural areas i dont even access internet and i only do so when am in city., kindly reverse the charges or please cancel my credit card n i will pay outstanding due and also will close other accounts

              I am zainab. Icici bank has credited amount ₹1899 without informing me. I did not apply for this policy yet i got the following message.

              Dear customer, renewal of policy wa privilege single rs. 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 04-dec-18. It will be completed in 1 wkg day.

              Sr[protected]: dear customer, your request for renewal of oneassist plan has been completed.

              I want to cancel it and get my damn refund now!!! How dare you take my money when im struggling to keep my balance in the account i already don’t have enough money.

              Give me my money back you fraud people!

                I made two transaction to bookmyshow through icici upi... Both of which failed.. But i was credited one time for it.. Actually i made two transactions for 335. 40. But i was credited for only one transaction.. Even when both transactions failed.. I have attached the photo of my account statement and msg.. Which i received from icici.. I am attaching both here.. Please look in to this matter and refund my money

                I have got sms that i have been credited with 335.40 of my refund.. On 12 December 2018...but its not showing in my bank statement account... Kindly see to it.. And reply soon.. I am attaching the sms and bank statement along with this.

                    I have never used any demat account or trading account with icici bank.
                    But without having any intimation they have deducted my 826 rs. From my account.
                    This is not at all fare. Kindly please credit the amount.

                    They even not mailed to me regarding this deductions, for what they deducted.
                    My account get deducted two times.
                    First : 579.92
                    Second : 246.08
                    Total : 826 rs.

                    There was a deduction of 588.82 rs from my a/c noted DCARDFEE370 ON 28/11/2018 which was not informed to me before. ICICI or any other bank has no right to deduct this huge amount without informing the customer.

                    By above mentioned complaint subject the amount was deducted two times from my account without any notice. On 28th and 29th November. I don't know why it is deducted. Can you please provide the reason for this deduction. How can you deduct the money without any notice or reason.

                      I'm a customer of icici bank for more than 3yrs. When i checked my account balance on 4th of dec'18, i was charged rs.497/- as smab charges. This is the first time i encounter such deduction from icici bank without informing the customer. This is not business ethics,

                      Also two times cgst charges was levied on me on 27th nov'18, for reason not known. Icici bank need to explain, the day before i just recharged jio number for 399 plan (That's including gst)

                      I request the ICCF not to allow the banks to mark the complaints as resolved. Please they do not take any initiatives to help consumers. Complaints were as old as 3yrs were not sorted out at all. And on the complaints page, they boldly put it has been SOLVED. NO NONE OF THE COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN SOLVED FROM THE SIDE OF ICICI BANK.

                      Hi team, I've been charged for SMAB from last 3 months. From first 2 months I've maintained balance above 3k, but on Jan 2020 I've started maintaining above 10k. But again this month as well, I've been charged with SMAB + ICGS Tax . Why this is happening when I've already maintained SMAB balance above 10k. It should be stop but it still continue, and I can see SMAB for this month is showing 8K, I don't know why this is happening to me. I've registered a complaint regarding this to ICICI Complaint official but not a single response from them. Please have a look on this on priority basis. Because next month is arriving soon and if there is another deduction for SMAB that will not bearable at all.
                      I'm looking forward for your help in this.

                        Ive buy a tvs apache bike @7 year ago. My loan agent tell me to give cheque of rs 1910/month. After some month my cheque get bounce cause of delay salary of my company. Icici bank collector call me for instalment & he comes my home to collect a money of instalment. I was shocked to here my monthly instalment is only 1450 or some think. I assure that to see that money figure in official list of bank. I question him that why i pay 1910/month while i have instalment only a 1450 or something?
                        Now i want to buy a new car but cibill showing that error... So please do the needful in my netter

                            My dad had a credit card and at that time the icici lombard executive called for insurance for the sale of insurance.

                            At that time my dad was unaware of credit card procedures, so that executive asked for credit card number and my dad gave him the number.

                            The amount was deducted and my dad was unaware of this incident, so he dumped all the belongings of the credit card documents. The case is of 2005 and it required to be resolved.

                                Hi,

                                I have redeemed my reward points which i got by using icici credit card. From those points i got 4 flipkart coupons worth of rs. 4000.in this one coupon is not working worth of rs.1000.

                                I have contacted bank regarding that, but not getting help from bank and they told me to contact flipkart for that. I have already contacted flipkart regarding this, they said they are not responsible for that, then to whom i have to contact.
                                And customer care also not reachable to contact, if i call them i have to wait for so long time and they wasted my 40 rs.

                                I have raised so many requests regarding this thru net banking, those tickets are closed with out resolution and with out proper comments. I am not getting any help regarding this and they wasted my rs. 1000 worth of money.

                                  I have mistakenly transferred 600 from my paytm wallet account number [protected] to an icici bank account holder in puna kumbhariya, surat branch.. I want to transfer to ky friend's account but mistakenly entered 1 wrong digit and it got transferred in someone else's account.. The account number in which it was transferred was[protected]..

                                  I transferred the amount on 02 dec 2018 at 7.00 pm..

                                  Please look in the matter and talk to the beneficiary about this matter and return me the amount back..
