I have not don any transaction with razorpay software p bengalure in
My credit card dt.[protected] of rupees 42, 000/- please take action how i will get refund. I have not don any transaction with this company in my life. And have not know any things about this company. Also i have not received any massage in my registred mobile while transaction don on 16/11/2018 or later. So take necessary action and information to refund my rupee 42, 000 (Forty two thousand)

    I received a text that a sum of rs. 1399/- has been deducted from my debit card account to one assist plan. And it has been done so without my consent or permission. Seriously, i don't need any such plan. I am really really seeking ways to deactivate it and refund my money. I did share my concern with your representative. But nothing has been done yet. Please deactivate this one assist plan and refund my money asap. Otherwise i will discontinue all services from icici bank.

      Day by day the services that icici bank is providing is going worst, feel like its useless to have an account in ur company because waiting for 2-3 hrs to just deposit the money is waste their is only one lady who collects the money in the cash counter even the senior citizens are waiting for 2-3 hrs itself nobody is concerned about anything. Even if some customers are requesting on the continuous basis for increasing the cash counters nobody is listening and taking the action and each and everyday their is a fighting that is going on for cash counter or the atm as the atm are also not working properly i[censored] people cannot handle it then why did u show case you branch here?? The other boy doesn’t collect the cash he is doing work which is to be done later on... Are we people stupid’s here to wait for such long time. Nobody cares here bf when ever the customer gets angry and scream on them they shout them back as they rule the bank the strict action has to be taken on this branch!!!

      I need a strict action on this issue. And need a reply as soon as possible. The employee over their acts like ### with customers we are not fools to take that so I need a strict action on this matter and I would recommend you to increase the cash counter as you people can see how many people are waiting, this phone is not only for a day this happens everyday, so you people better contact me soon and take a strict action on this as even the head manager of the support the employee not the customer!!😡

        I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till sep-18' — inr 826'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is protected.

          Icici leaned my account without any pre info. I am ready to settle my outstanding as i am requsting you to deduct my minimum due right now and restart my account than i will pay rest of the outstanding bill in monthly process.
          Than if i will be not able to pay my mnthly installment than u will lean my account i will have no issue in that but now leaning my account without any info is not right.

            My imobile app is not working since the day 1 i have started using their services. Everytime i click on the proceed option, a page arrives which says that activate imobile and the procedure is given that you will have to call customer care and when i am dialing customer care no. It doesn't even connects. I have tried several customer care no but the computer ask to confirm card no. First and when i enter card no they say that it is not valid while i have paid money from that card so many times.

              Respected sir/madam,

              I'm writing this mail regarding my credit card outstanding. My credit cards ending with XX0002 is having total outstanding of Rs.28, 290 and another credit card ending with XX6008 is having total outstanding of Rs. 20, 759.

              This is to inform that me and my family has been fallen under a very hard financial situation in recent time due to some crisis. And in addition i lost my job as a result i'm unemployed since more than 11 months now. As a only earning member my family is surviving on the very edge basis.

              I want settlement, as i can pay around 25-28% of the outstanding as i'm not in the position to pay full. I have suggested the recovery team also on the same.

              However the field collection team and one of the lady from recovery department using very abusive language by calling and coming at my residence address. And they are threatening us that they will ask and pressurized my neighbors to collect the money from them which is very unethical practice. They are threatening the ladies in my house in my absence. Because of privacy i cannot write her name and number on this forum. Because of them my family has been mentally disturbed and may file fir to police station by taking legal action. Just because my family is in hard situation they are not taking any legal action. However it doesn't mean they will not do same.

              I'm requesting to please do one time settlement of the same as i cannot afford more than 30% amount of the outstanding.

              If you're ready for settlement then i'll be able to do same by borrowing some fund from my friends or relatives in week time. Kindly let me know.

                I made a transaction (Rs. 3195) in flipkart on 10th nov 2018 and cancelled it on the same day, flipkart has processed the refund immediately and i was told i would be getting my refund by 13th nov. It is 21st nov today and i have not received my refund yet. The customer care ivr does'nt connect me to a executive for my problem to be resolved.
                I visited gachibowli icici branch in hyderabad and they said they cant help with anything and i should contact flipkart.

                Pl provide my refund asap.

                  Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 18/11/2018 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
                  I have never subscribed to any policy, however, this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back and also want to get unsubscribed from any additional policy and don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                  This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me distrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                    I am writing this email as I am really having a bad time because of YOU.
                    I got cheated by one of YOUR representative and completely misguided to purchase your Credit Card. I will explain my scenario as below:

                    On the morning of October 16, 2018, I received call from your representative Mr. Ganesh ( +[protected]. Though I am already using HDFC and CITI Credit Cards, he gave me below three reasons to opt for ICICI Credit Card :

                    1. He said the card is completely free for next 5 years.
                    2. He said there will be 5 years of Heath Insurance cover of 5 Lacs for me & my family for free of cost. No need to pay any premium for next 5 years. Health Insurance will be from ICICI Lombard. Once I purchased the Credit card, Health Insurance people from ICICI Lombard will call me & will get all my details.
                    3. He said due to Diwali Festival, ICICI is offering flat discount of 3K on purchase of any 5K. This will be applicable on purchase of clothing/ garments.

                    Based on above promises, I decided to go ahead with your card. But when I received the Credit Card, I came to know that I have been completely cheated by the YOUR company and YOUR fraudster. None of above promise was true. When I tried to contact Mr. Ganesh ( The CHEATER), incoming calls to his phones are barred. This is a fine way to run away. He is not at all reachable now.

                    Now I want you to take a strong action against Mr. Ganesh for cheating me. Because of him I am really frustrated. Though I already have two Credit Cards, I opted YOUR Card only for getting above false benefits.

                    I am not at all interested to use your card now. Let me know how to lodge complaint against this fraud and deactivate my card without paying any charges. I was interested to purchase ICICI Lombard heath insurance, but due to this cheating I will never purchase any product of YOURS henceforth.

                    I know that you will read my email and will just ignore it. I ma confident that no one from ICICI will help me and will bypass responsibilities. I found myself very pity while writing this email as I got trapped into YOUR trap unknowingly.

                    Can i expect a response from so called Customer Care ??

                      I purchased Amazon gift voucher using the imobile application. I didn't get the voucher nor money was credited back to my account. I have mailed and called customer care many times.

                      They asked me to contact merchant but Amazon has asked me to contact them back and ask them to dispute the transaction. Still no step has been taken by ICICI.

                      After so many emails and calls also they have not disputed the transaction.

                      They are just transferring my request from one executive to another. Still it had not been looked so far.

                        Around 6 months back I was offered a credit card from ICICI bank. At the time of application I was told that it would be a lifetime free card without any joining or annual charges. Later I was asked to pay a joining fee of INR 500 after which I called their customer care and asked them to deactivate my card. They told me that there was nothing to worry about and they would replace my card with another card for which I wouldn't have to pay anything. Now the scene is they didn't send any replacement card and every month they kept me sending card statement which I didn't pay and it kept on accumulating. Now the total due amount is ~ INR 5700 with penalties and late fines. I have not made even a single transaction till date and I'm being asked to pay 5700 INR that too when I called customer care and asked to close my card just after one month of joining.
                        I have started getting calls from their debt recovery team almost everyday and they speak in abusive language which is completely unprofessional.

                            HI All,

                            I am an account holder of ICICI bank for about 4 y. When I went to take money from the ATM, my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why I was having such deduction and I checked my mail and phone whether I received any notification. But I didn’t. Then I went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason

                            still as of now it is deducted almost 3000kpluse it reduce from A/C.

                            SMAB Chgs SEP18 what is this stupid charges It has debit from my a/c, I have not received any msg/ call before deduction of this money since it is happen 2 to 3 times

                            I have tried to connect phone banker still it is not connected also

                            How many time this charges are charged from customer

                            I hope you people will help me, Else I am going to close my account. this my salary account I have planed again to continue the same as a salary account now I can I believe this type of transaction

Maine amit singh jo ki apke raipur head hai unko bahut baar telephonic baat kare ki mujhe wo ladki blackmail kar rahi hai magar unhone usko bacha liya ye kehkar ki head office se team ayegi or decision lege but aj tak ki tatik me koi decision nhi hua aj me or meri wife jab apke branch gaye to apke staff chakurvedi jo abm hai unhone meri wife se bahut batamiji ki or dhamki di ki agar apne mere staff ke bare me or koi plan nahi lete hai to apko account operate karne me bahut takhlife ayege unki is damki ko maine police me fir kar diya hai or apke bank ke name per bhi kar de hai or aapna account band karne ki request bhi de di hai apke ke bank me aise corruption ho rahe jisko ap log janbujhkar ignore karte hai apke staff ki ladki customer se kam nikale ke liye unki family me dispute karti hai or blackmail karti hai. Apke bank me ladkiya paise magti hai or mana karne par dhamki dete hai family barbad karne ki. Or uper complain karne ki baat per bolti hai uper se order hai kisi bhi tarah customer se paise lao uper koi nahi usenega koi kuch nahi karega or ye sach hua last 3 month se kisi ne kuch nahi kiya sab gumrah kar rahe the. Mujhe lagta hai apke raipur ke sabhi staff is scandal me sab samil hai ap log apna corruption bahut bad gaya hai is matter ko serious lijiye otherwise media me mujhe ye sab complain proof ke sath dena hoga apke action ka sirf 2 din me wait karuga otherwise media me duga age apke hath me.                                   I reside in New Delhi and have never been to Bangalore. I received a transaction alert on 5th November that my account has been debited with INR 1, 99, 800 and immediately called the ICICI customer care. They blocked my debit card and deactivated netbanking on my account and connected me with the fraud team.
                                  I was informed that the transaction has happened at Sangeetha Mobiles in Bangalore.
                                  The complaint was lodged and I was given a shadow credit the next day. On 16th November, ICICI debited my account and next day sent me SMS stating that my request has been declined as this was a second factor authentication transaction. I was already in shock and this was all the more traumatizing as ICICI took 12 days just to investigate this was a 3d secure transaction.
                                  As I had spoken with ICICI on 5th November when this scam happened, I had asked them to stop the payment from being credited to the beneficiary account as it takes time for the credit, else stop the dispatch of the goods purchased, the ICICI team has not shared any details how the transaction has happened. I have been given three different versions, it was a fund transfer, debit card payment and third that it was an online payment through netbanking.
                                  I had never received any OTP but I did receive the transaction alert. ICICI has not shared any details whether they managed to stop the amount from being credited or stop the goods from being dispatched. They have also not shared any details about what steps they have taken for the investigation.
                                  I also asked the ICICI team to check my transaction history that I had not been using this account since a long time, check the IP address from where I have logged into the account in the past and had sent the mails to ICICI on the date of this incident and also check the IP address from which this transaction was done.
                                  I had lodged a complaint with the Rajouri Garden Police Station on the 6th of November, they refused to file an FIR stating that an IO will be appointed who will do the initial investigation and will then lodge an FIR and forward the matter to the Cyber Cell. The IO had not forwarded the matter to the Cyber Cell as on the 17th of November.
                                  I am now running around to get my money which I thought was in the safe custody.

                                        We have used the icici bank travel card during our visit to usa.

                                        After a month when we checked the card summary to our shock found 11 fraudulent transactions.
                                        We filed police complaint, complaint to bank (After series of difficulties) but have not got any satisfying response.

                                        Here, on this platform we see that this is a common problem being faced - yet icici is failing to correct and make
                                        Serious enquiries to correct.
