I am having my salary accout in icici bank. But few days back rs/- 29.50 rs * 5) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atm dec chg". And when i tried to explore it over internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason.

I want a proper justification

There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and please close this demat account and my money back immediately. And my money back immediately.         My 5+ years saving has been freezed because of multiple account guideline without any intimation and i was put in a situation of not paying my emi and credit card bill in time (Which never happened) on time and levied charges for it.

        I made a written request to unfreeze the account on 3rd and even by 10th the active still inactive.

        For the technical fault of icici and delay processing of their team, i had suffer mentality, pay late payment charges and having a blow on my cibil score.

        The emi and credit card also aging with icici bank only. The system is highly inefficient to provide complete financial services, but at the same time highly efficient in charging additional money in multiple ways for their own inefficiency.

          I am icici bank account holder since 7 years. I did my last transaction on 27th november 2018. But after 2 days when i was trying to do the online transaction then a message is appeared, "account blocked / frozen."
          After that i talked to customer care. He told me to visit the branch. Account has been blocked from the branch. I have sent an email to [protected]@icicibank.com but its been 6 days still not received any reply. I am staying in malaysia, how i can go to india just for unblocking the account. Its ridiculous that bank has blocked my account without any prior instructions.

                  My name is sneha susan thomas. During the process of withdrawal the power goes off. I waited till the power came back, but the atm showed that, they are currently unable to complete my transaction and to visit nearest atm. The transaction was done in bangalore, koramangala.                     I was making payment date[protected] amount 9999/- online payment on upi mode bhim. It was asked to choose mode of payment. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. Bhim app wnen i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting rs.9999/- which was my bajaj finserv amount. It was [protected]@icici, when i transfered 9999 rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any massage from bajaj and my bill payment is not done. So please refund my amount immediately to my account. I have complain bajaj finserv but he told me payment not received.

                      It's very disheartening to inform that icici one assist plan was activated without my consent and due to this ₹1899 was deducted. The message read:

                      "dear customer, renewal of policy wa privilege single rs. 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 04-dec-18. It will be completed in 1 wkg day."

                      Please deactivate this plan and i further request you to refund the amount deducted as soon as possible. I hope you will adhere to my request and take proper action to resolve the same.

                          The bank has deducted the amount of Rs 1180 for not maintaining minimum balance without any prior notice.
                          The bank is not regular in sending sms for debiting any amount from my account.
                          Here’s the proof.
                          I haven’t received any sms for any deductions and they continue to deduct money as per their discretion.
                          I also was not made aware of some penal charges getting deducted.
                          When i visited their branch their branch nobody seems to help me with any kind of issues.
                          Inspite of having sms service activated i have to frequently visit the branch the get information regarding my balance.
                          All they give you is their customer care number which never seems to connect to the operator no matter what.
                          I please request the icici to look into this matter.
                          Your branch iis very incompetent in providing any form of service.
                          I also request you to please refund the nmmab amount.

                              Hi,
                              I tried to withdraw rs.6000 from icici atm in banaswadi one opposit to ammas bakery uttam sagar. While the machine was counting the power went off and the atm shut off. I got a debit message when the cash was not dispursed.

                              I have an hdfc mutual fund atm card which was used to make this transfer dated 8th dec at 12.34pm. Please investigate and send email to [protected]@rediffmail.com

                                I founded ecs return charges 400 plus and after 700 plus, transfer charges 100 plus many more

                                I kept fund for clearing my ecs but without my knowledge and giving information amount was deducted in charges, last 1 year i just paid many charges.

                                If i tried asked about charges and sharing vendor list, simple said there were no process for sharing vendor list, your company have authority to deduct amount any time without informing and acknowledge me.

                                Kindly look in it and revese my all charges or adjust in my loan account.

                                I am struggling financial condition because misguiding about charges and process.

                                  I founded many charges last 1 year in my account after visited many branches non employee supported me actually they misguide me many time, if i trying to asked share the list of vendor who represent cheque that time said there is no process of sharing vendor list, i am struggling financial condition because of misguiding.                                   I founded many charges last 1 year in my account after visited many branches non employee supported me actually they misguide me many time about charges if i trying to asked share the list of vendor and charges who represent cheque for ecs that time your employee said me there is no process of sharing vendor list to client and ICICI bank have authority to deduct amount any time, I didn't understand, time of opening account, visiting branch non of guide me what type of charges will take in future, In a month of october 2018 I founded 18 ecs return, same time asked about vendor list or other think simply said there were on process for sharing list of vendor, Now after complain raised just share, Just asked why thinks come todays why did come before complain, , why did misguide, I am struggling financial condition because of misguiding .Complain number[protected], SR[protected].

                                  Kindly help out for reversing my all charges .

                                    I live in rural location, we maintain Minimum monthly average balance in Nov & Dec-2018. ICICI Bank Complaint Status Update [ID: 2169520].( Minimum monthly average balance Metro and Urban locations - Rs.10, 000, Semi-urban locations - Rs.5, 000, Rural locations - Rs.2, 000 ).                                         I did not do any transaction though money got deducted. Please return my money. Below is the sms i received from icici bank.

                                        Dear customer, txn of inr 990.00 done via debit card of acct xx3483 on 06-dec-18. Info: vin*google *tek. Avbl bal:inr 23, 662.67. For dispute, call [protected]

                                        I tried calling specified number, after many attempt when they responded, they misdirected me stating, it has been done by google, o should ask google play store. But there is no entry of such transactions.
