My name is sneha susan thomas. During the process of withdrawal the power goes off. I waited till the power came back, but the atm showed that, they are currently unable to complete my transaction and to visit nearest atm. The transaction was done in bangalore, koramangala. Atm id:sacwf836, location: metro on 9th december 2018 at 5:10 pm. Withdrawal of 400 rupees.
I request you to do the needful in order to refund the money.

    Dear sir,

    I was making payment date[protected] amount 9999/- online payment on upi mode bhim. It was asked to choose mode of payment. When i clicked upi it asked me my vpa which is virtual payment address. After i typed my vpa it asked me to login my upi app. Bhim app wnen i logged into upi app i found one notification requesting rs.9999/- which was my bajaj finserv amount. It was [protected]@icici, when i transfered 9999 rs, amount was deducted from my account, but i didn't get any massage from bajaj and my bill payment is not done. So please refund my amount immediately to my account. I have complain bajaj finserv but he told me payment not received.

      It's very disheartening to inform that icici one assist plan was activated without my consent and due to this ₹1899 was deducted. The message read:

      "dear customer, renewal of policy wa privilege single rs. 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 04-dec-18. It will be completed in 1 wkg day."

      Please deactivate this plan and i further request you to refund the amount deducted as soon as possible. I hope you will adhere to my request and take proper action to resolve the same.

          The bank has deducted the amount of Rs 1180 for not maintaining minimum balance without any prior notice.
          The bank is not regular in sending sms for debiting any amount from my account.
          Here’s the proof.
          I haven’t received any sms for any deductions and they continue to deduct money as per their discretion.
          I also was not made aware of some penal charges getting deducted.
          When i visited their branch their branch nobody seems to help me with any kind of issues.
          Inspite of having sms service activated i have to frequently visit the branch the get information regarding my balance.
          All they give you is their customer care number which never seems to connect to the operator no matter what.
          I please request the icici to look into this matter.
          Your branch iis very incompetent in providing any form of service.
          I also request you to please refund the nmmab amount.

              Hi,
              I tried to withdraw rs.6000 from icici atm in banaswadi one opposit to ammas bakery uttam sagar. While the machine was counting the power went off and the atm shut off. I got a debit message when the cash was not dispursed.

              I have an hdfc mutual fund atm card which was used to make this transfer dated 8th dec at 12.34pm. Please investigate and send email to [protected]@rediffmail.com

                I founded ecs return charges 400 plus and after 700 plus, transfer charges 100 plus many more

                I kept fund for clearing my ecs but without my knowledge and giving information amount was deducted in charges, last 1 year i just paid many charges.

                If i tried asked about charges and sharing vendor list, simple said there were no process for sharing vendor list, your company have authority to deduct amount any time without informing and acknowledge me.

                Kindly look in it and revese my all charges or adjust in my loan account.

                I am struggling financial condition because misguiding about charges and process.

                  I founded many charges last 1 year in my account after visited many branches non employee supported me actually they misguide me many time, if i trying to asked share the list of vendor who represent cheque that time said there is no process of sharing vendor list, i am struggling financial condition because of misguiding.                         Dear customer, txn of inr 990.00 done via debit card of acct xx3483 on 06-dec-18. Info: vin*google *tek. Avbl bal:inr 23, 662.67. For dispute, call [protected]

                        I tried calling specified number, after many attempt when they responded, they misdirected me stating, it has been done by google, o should ask google play store. But there is no entry of such transactions.

                            Am an icici bank customer. Today 06-12-18 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. I don't why i was having such deduction and i checked my mail and phone whether i received any notification. But i didn’t. Then i went to my personal banking app and checked for the reason.                                 In my account nov '27 - 2018 rs826 debit without my knowledge
                                I check with google that related to demat account charge, i think long back i was open demat account with icici bank, bank rep told 100% life time free for that account (No maintenance charge & yearly charges) so that only i was open, this is 100% fraudu debit, pls revert my amount as soon as possible

                                  I had withdrawn 900₹ from sbi bank atm on 10th of september 2018 from wave mall sbi bank atm in lucknow. The amount had also been deducted from my icici bank current account but i could not collect the cash from the sbi bank atm.
                                  I have also filed my complaint about my cash withdrawn dispute to icici bank over customer care on phone & also on icici bank customer grievance site online but from them i had not received any positive response & also not my cash refund till date, i had also visited icici bank branch in gorakhpur where i had my current account & i also met branch manager 2 times & told him about my complaints but he told me that the sbi bank had rejected my cash withdrawn dispute complaint & they could not do anything regarding about my complaint & the branch manager also told me that i could also go to consumer care forum court & should file a case.

                                    This is rajini sada, i have been recently contacted by one of your representative regarding icici bank credit card payment. He is being abusive and also messaging me over my number and social media like watsapp.

                                    Name of the executive: deepak salunke
                                    The number using which he has contacted: [protected].

                                    I have now blocked him over watsapp and also informed him that i'm going to report this incident.

                                    He responded in a careless manner and as your company shares personal information with your executives which i understand that there are certain people who take advantage of it.

                                    I also initially scared to report this incident but i feel if i do not report this might lead to other consequences, if i report it atleast i will have a documentation.

                                    I kindly request you to take a look at it, as this executive have my personal information he might threaten me too in future.

                                    This is a bit concerning me, as a working women i feel a bit insecure and troublesome because of this incident and skeptical about where this incident might turn up to.

                                    Considering living a society like this i think our information being shared to executives like these is a bit concerning.

                                    This is the exact message he has sent:

                                    "day before yesterday you were talking in very high volume, what happened now didn't paif, now call me talk the same way if you are born to a single father"
                                    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      This is to inform you that the ICICI bank is deducting every month some 450 charges in the name of SMAB charge.
                                      Of all the charges they have debited close to 4800 rupess since they have debited my account from beginning of January.i just happened to check my account online and i was shocked.The details of the debit are as follows.

                                      22/02/2018- 325 debit
                                      12/03/2018- 339
                                      05/05/2018- 356
                                      05/06/2018- 371
                                      20/06/2018- 390
                                      21/07/2018 - 420

                                      24/10/2018- 487.
                                      Its my hard earned money.The bank cannot do this fraud thing here.They didn't even intimate on the same .Please help.

ICIC0000780 . Insted of giving my original correct account no .[protected] IFSC CODE NO. ICIC0000738 . The salary was credited in the wrong account no.[protected]...
