Hi team,

It's regarding interest rate revision of home loan no lbcal[protected] of amount 18, 78, 000rs. 1st time i applied on 10/nov/2017 to revise the rate in the bund garden branch : a-wing shangrila gardens, bund garden rd, pune, maharashtra 411001 but the rate revision was not done. I have a receiving copy for the said application. The officer who handled my case was ravi (Ravi mamidi /rclg/ibank/pne)

Then 2nd time i applied on 10/oct/2018 until now the bank has not revised the rate. The officer who handle my case was kalpana rana (Kalpana. [protected]@icicibank.com - [protected])

I followed many times but it in vain.

    I am the icici bank account holder from more than 8 years. But from month of june 2018 till now around 800 rs has been deducted as smab charges without providing me any notification on the same.

    I was not initmated through any email or sms about this deduction and i haven't face any such issue with icici bank before

    Please kindly look into this issue at earliest and provide the refund for the same.

      I got msg. On 17 th november, 2018 that inr 470 debited from my account (Dipak sarkar/[protected]. I have neither subscribed not purchased anything. Info vin* google*nsh.
      I didn't receive any otp from bank either.
      So i request you to look into the serious matter & refund my debited amount. See also this incident must not happen further in future.

        Sub:- wrong imps transaction amount of rs.10000/-
        Respected sir,
        I priyanka panchal am holding an a/c:[protected] in your bank at vastrapur branch. Please note that there has been done a wrong imps by me of rs.10, 000/- dt. 15/11/2018 to the bank of baroda chattisgargh [protected] (Lalan chandan) instead of [protected] (Prakash panchal).
        I request you to freeze/record the lien on the above mentioned amount of rs. 10000/-
        I have already discussed this matter with bank of baroda at sg road branch. They advised that inform your icici bank to send an email to [protected]@bankof baroda.com to freeze/mark lien on this amount.
        I have already called on icici customer care and explained the matter in detail. Customer executive hemraj has registered my complaint and has also given me assurance that i will be credited with ₹ 10.000 within 40 days. This was a telephonic conversation and i was being told by the executive that i will be provided with a complaint reference number via sms to my registered phone but haven’t recieved yet.
        Please update my on my status or provide me the complaint number if my complaint has already been registered.
        I shall be thankful to you for this kindness.

          I Atul Dayalbhai Rathod hving account number[protected] with icici did not receive cash of 5, 000 today from icici atm due to power failure. My account got debited with 5, 000 rs at 8:19pm today. I request you to credit it as early as possible..

          Even i had a talk with your customer care excutive today on toll free number [protected] which i received on sms on my phone number when the account got debited. His name was Arun kumar and he told that within 2 days i will get the amount credited in my account.

          I am sending u the pic of sms which shows 5, 000 debited from my account. It also contains the toll free mumber.

          Even i am sending you the pic of the call log my phone as a proof that i had a talk with your cuatomer care executive.

            I recently applied for a credit card with icici bank, it was mentioned that there will not be any charges for the card. But after my first transaction they simply deducted 1399 for some one assist plan without my permission. I never wanted such kind of plan or something nor they asked my permission before activating it. Now they have added the amount in my outstanding balance. It's really depressing

                  I have been following with DMRC and ICICI Bank since past 5 months to resolve my card issue which i am not able to use but the matter is being unheard and unattended since long. Please find attached image of card at DMRC station which clearly shows that card is blocked but as per bank and DMRC card is working fine. It seems that either they don't wish to resolve or they don't know the process to resolve such queries. Whatever is the situation i am the one who is suffering since long.

                    I'm holding account with the icici bank from 2013: a/c:[protected] there's a spell mistake done in my surname by the bank authoring while opening the account. Since then i was submitting the requests to correct it - with one or the other reason they didn't do it. Recently i provided my passport, pan, driving license, aadhaar card and ssc certificate copy to correct the name along with a lawyer's affidavit - they are not ready to accept those; instead demanded for a declaration from gazetted officer who works in state secretariat. I said it's not a name change, it's a correction of spell mistake done by the bank people. I've even asked to show / tell me the proofs considered while name was typed - they don't have an answer. I don't understand for the mistake of bank people why should i suffer. Just for the reason that i don't want to loose the banking history of 6 years i'm sending the requests, but now i would like to close the account. Thanks, rahul

                        Hi,

                        It has been 10 days since i've applied for a personal loan and the current status is under process. However, i was conveyed that the amount has been approved and will be disbursed within 48 working hours.

                        The assigned relationship manager - nagaraj (N. [protected]@icicibank.com) is the most unresponsive person i've ever come across. Doesn't pick up the calls, doesn't reply to emails but messages that he is on leave and so is the entire loan department.

                            I am Karthick.K. I was take loan in ICICI bank. The amount credited after few dates one courier came from ICICI. My EMI NACH Mandate sent for registration to NPCI It has been rejected. So i asked my near by redhills branch they gave me 2 forms fill and go to my salary account Karnataka bank give one copy and another copy gave to anna nagar icici bank. I asked if i pay in NEFT They told we don't know. If i go to bank Its takes one day in my office they don't gave leave. Then i Call my loan relationship manger. he told i[censored] have icici customer you can try to pay it successes means leave it. i also Pay the emi amount earlier 6 days. But after payment success. So i leave it then they again try to debit in my account. At that time in my account no balance. So they debit over due Rs 472/- and my Salary Karnataka bank also debit Rs 590/-. I have 3 questions.

                            1. I paid the EMI amount after success why the bank debit money in my account.

                            2. Then Why bank send the courier until your mandate get registered you can pay alternatively make the payment cash/check/NEFT/RTGS/UPI (The Courier Copy Attached for you information)

                            3. If i can't to pay above mode means why the bank don't reject the amount.

                            I Call the bank they don't have tamil representative its very difficult for me. so i send mail they take five days but again they told to pay over due amount.

                              Just few minutes back got a call from a mobile number. They said that, to verify my credit card application that was applied recently. Asking for my company name, company location, father name. Answered those questions. Then they ask my date of birth. The moment i started suspecting the call and ask for their authenticity. Then she mentioned that they are from third party to verify my credit card application. When i insist for the authentication they immediately disconnected the call. How icici provided my personal data to a third party where there is no security. Now i am worrying about my personal data, personal identify, having high risk of compromising or to be hacked all my existing bank accounts and financials maintained online.

                                Hi, i had icici card which i have closed long ago by making full payment. I had service request for the same and i received the service request has been processed. Now after all these days when i check my cibil report the card is still showing active in my cibil report and no closure date was updated. This is adversly effecting my cibil score. Provide me the noc for the same and update the closure date to cibil.

                                My card number [protected]. Please find cibil report where in it shows no date was mentioned in close date column.

                                    I have never requested for debit card upgrade. Why am i receiving this mail?
                                    Even i didn't get the card.

                                    I already email icci customer care but didn't get any response.

                                        By mistake i have done balance transfer from sbi to icici bank to wrong account. Payment reversal request has been done to icici bank, but they have closed by complain against complain no sr[protected] as the person in whose account wrong payment is done is not picking the phone.
                                        While doing the transfer system doesn't ask anything other than credit card no due to which this mistake is happened due system flaw.
                                        Request you to address my grievance
