By mistake i have done balance transfer from sbi to icici bank to wrong account. Payment reversal request has been done to icici bank, but they have closed by complain against complain no SR[protected] as the person in whose account wrong payment is done is not picking the phone.
While doing the transfer system doesn't ask anything other than credit card no due to which this mistake is happened due system flaw.
