I have requested for my auto loan pre closure. I transfer the money to loan account on 14 OCt and directly gone to the branch on 28 Oct and filling the form and requested for the loan closing. now it is almost 18 days no response from bank. At the time of submitting loan closing request they ensured that with in 7 days my loan will be closed and with in next 15 days you will be receiving NOC for the loan. now it is almost 20 days and no update on the request. while checking with branch executives their reply was, loan closing is done by central team we have to do nothing.

      My name is Shubham Arora and my customer id number is[protected], I’ve got three fraudulent charges of ₹22615 on Aug 19th 2020 by a merchant named “NORDSTROM” and I disputed at the same day, but bank told me that they forwarded my complaint on sep 1st 2020, the complaint number is SR[protected]. Moreover, they told me that it will take 14-35 days. I called after 36th day from Sep 1st but the bank didn’t give any info and said they need more time. I want my money bank because I have no other money left in my account. Now they have sent me an email with a copy of the false purchases done by my debit card. I never visited USA and neither I have any friend or connection. Somebody hacked ICICI server and got my info.. It's been a long time and I need my money back

      I already disputed and your bank declined to pay me any money because they are now talking about the terms and conditions like I was in the possession of the card while this transaction held. This is really funny to read in your emails because this is how hacking works. hackers hack servers and steal information and that is why every bank provide dispute options. if I disputed in just 1 hours of that transaction then I believe that's so late. I have called your representative like almost 8-9 times and they always promised me a call back but I never received it. I don't trust your bank anymore. so either you call me or send me my money. you have my Customer number to track my account.

        Dear Sir,

        I am a customer of ICICI bank and based on that from ICICI customer care department I got a call that I am going to get lifetime free ICICI Rubyx credit card with no joint or annual charges. I received ICICI Rubyx card recently and in the first month statement Rs. 3000/- joining fee plus 450 GST that I was shocked to see. There are annual charges of Rs. 2000/- also along with this. Kindly resolve this issue.

            Amount deducted but transaction failed

            Dear sir/mam,
            I was making the payment of DU admission 2020 from my PNB debit card through eazypay.icici on 15/10/2020.The payment was failed but the amount(24, 100) was deducted from my PNB bank account.I paid again using a sbi debit card and the payment was successful. It's been more than 20 working days.Now plz refund the amount deducted as soon as possible. I'm attaching screenshots for your reference.

            As an EX-IAFian, I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs. 199/- has been deducted from my ICICI BANK SB Account and the transaction message says 'VSI/AMAZON STAN/20201112.

            Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any OTP during the transaction.

            Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.

            I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 12.11.2020.

            Could you please assist me regarding this.

                  OTP COMES WAY LATER DURING PAYMENTS
                  THE TRANSACTIONS GET DECLINED UNNECESSARILY

                    I have been charged with (105.59 and 484.41)total of 590/-, for a ECS return for 293/- due to insufficient fund. And infact Airtel is saying they have already received the amount. Can you please confirm why am in charged with 590 for 293.

                      I tried to recharge 500 rupees for my Fastag through icici mobile app. It gave some error, saying recharge could not be done. But money got deducted and fastag balance is still not updated. I bought my Fastag from ICICI app only, they have all the details but still this happened. And i am yet to receive the refund....

                      Dear sir,
                      I'm Vijay Birari holding icici savings account for past 3 years. A/c No.[protected] in CKB Archade, Near Deopur, Bus Stand, Agra Road, , , Deopur, MH, IN, 424002.
                      Without any intimation, my account has been debited. My account has a balance below 500 for many times but i have never come across something like this before.

                        And my concern is well said in earlier complaint of false or wrong deduction from my fastag on kherki Daula toll plaza near Manesar Gurgaon
                        I was being charged double when I hadn't a fastag for my vehicle but now I am harrased by this toll related problem please let me know how it is happening when I am suffering from fewer and my vehicle didn't moved an inch from my home it is totally harrasment

                          "With regards to your below mentioned e-mail, we would inform you that the 8% Govt. of India Savings Bonds (2003) has been reflecting in ICICI Direct Account under Portfolio >> FD/Bonds and also in Consolidated Portfolio Statement. However, the same got matured on 30th October, 2020.

                          Hope this clarifies your concern. Looking forward for your co-operation in helping us serve you better."

                          This is the response I get from ICICI Direct They don't even understand the query. Needless to say my proceeds have not been credited as yet and I am at a huge loss. Please take up the matter so that I can get a closure in the matter. So much for customer care from ICICI Direct.

                                A deduction of Rs.999/- was made from my ICICI Bank account on 09/11/20. I did not do this transaction and I wonder hoe the bank made the payment without my authorization and knowledge. The bank owes me an explanation in this regard. The amount stolen from my account should be paid back into my account with an explanation of how this happened with an assurance that such organized frauds will never be committed again.

                                  Fuel Surcharge on Debit card dated: 30/10/20 mcc 5541

                                  ICICI is deducting Fuel Surcharge even on debit card.
                                  Govt is promoting cashless transaction.
                                  On the other hand they are charging on debit card transaction.

                                  Surcharge dt: 30/10/20 mcc 5541 — rs 29.50
                                  Surcharge dt: 30/10/20 mcc 5541 — rs 31.90
                                  Surcharge dt: 03/11/20 mcc 5541 — rs 38.35

                                  I request the refund of the amount debited from my account...
