Rupees 1399 got deducted from my account today (2/11/2020) from my account without my permission..
I need my money back..
provide me the details when and how will I get my money back..
There are many more similar complaints in the complaint box- so I see this unauthorised transaction by ICICI bank is quite common..

    From my account 1899/- were deducted showing refrences SI ONE EAST, about which i have got no idea. I need my money back asap or else i'll file a complaint against icici bank for fraud and illegal transaction through my account.

        I receive mail with SR[protected] stating
        Fee towards Expressions Debit Card will be debited from Account XX428 within 12 hrs. Please keep sufficient balance in your account.

        I request to cancel the expression services as i wish to avail the existing basic debit card services only which i am having currently.
        I opened a salary account with ICIC one month ago.and i personally didn't raise any request for the expression debit card.

        Plese cancel the expression services and charges asap.

          A fraudulent transaction has been done from my account for amount of Rs. 1699/- The transaction remark starts with "IIN/I-Debit/SI CPPAST".

          If multiple such transaction complaints have already been issued, why can't the back solve such problems and instead risk people's money.

            While opening account I was been forcefully given Demat account free of cost with annually free maintenance which I had not used for a single time also ..After not using long time also still they are continuously deducting my Money saying maintenance DMC Dp charges Rs826 ..till sep 2020 .

              I have been deducting charges for last three years, but i dont know why ?
              i dont know when my demat account openned.in this hard situation also i am paying all my icici credit card dues on time .

              on 27th Oct' 20 rs662.52 has been debited for DMC/[protected] dp chgs till sep-20

              on 02 Nov'20 rs 163.48 has been debited for [protected] dp chgs till sep-20

              please refund atleast this year charges above mentioned, on 02 Nov 20 i received 400 rs from my friend, immediately got debited of rs 163.48 without my knowledge, No msg too.

              i am requesting you to refund the above charges immediately. also suggest me how to close this demat account

                I am going thorugh issue, but no solution from ICICI bank, they always hung up my call with no solution in my bucket, bajaj is claiming that this is not done by them but by Icici Bank itself, i have lost somewhere around 16k just because of this, Someone please come up with a solution, why this charges are putted on me whenever i fill my account with any amount of money, Rs.6 to Rs, 700 is always deducting, i am fade up with this unwanted debits

                      I have not been noticing because, i was never notified, only today, looked at the statement and got shocked.

                      DP charges DMC this is for the share trading, this facility was supposed to be free, I do not know, why they said, it is free, and they have been deducting.

                      There was no notification for these deductions, and no person has answered my call responsibly with regard to this.

                        Auto debit from my account VSI WWW MONEY - 999 deducted

                        AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

                        OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval, how was the transaction approved?

                        Only support that is to block the account?

                        ICICI Bank is not helping on waiving-off the outstanding of the Credit Card which was expired and blocked by the bank itself, even post escalating to their ombudsman there is no helpful response till date, it has been more than a year I am receiving bills every month since November, 2019

                          I Apply for amazon pay ICICI Credit card and it was approved.
                          and received confirmation of shipment through Kerry indev Logistics, but after some days I search for my shipment at Indev side that shown my shipment reverse to consignor due to consignee shifted.
                          But I am not shifted anywhere and also I am not received any call or Messages from Kerry about my delivery.
                          So Kindly look into this matter or redispatch my credit card ASAP.

                              688.33 rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC/INXXXXX DP CHGS TILL SEP-20. I have never used my demat account till now.

                              They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                  On 29th of October 2020, I received an email from icici stating there was a transaction from my debit card for Rs. 7999. Since I was sure I had not done any transaction, I logged in to online banking to check what the transaction was about and found that it was from a remark (MIN/GOOGLE). While looking at my account statement within a span of 2 mins, there have been nine transactions recorded amounting to (Rs. 100 each) Rs. 900 in total. And all these transactions were suspiciously from (MIN/GOOGLE). So I have lost about Rs. 9000 on the same day within a span of 5 mins.

                                  I have lodged a complaint on the icici website and unfortunately, I have not even received an acknowledgement for the complaint. Kindly assist and initiate refund.

                                    ICICI Safety Bonds October 2000 (Tax Saving Bonds ) were allotted in respect of Nayani Veena Hemantha and Nayani Sri Bhavana on 16Oct2000 and details are as below. I have forwarded couple of mails at [protected]@icicibank.com, [protected]@icicibank.com since 28Aug20 for redemption procedure but no response till date (31Oct20).

                                      RS 826.00 has been deducted from my account, as dmc/ dp chgs till Sep-20, on 27-Oct-2020. I did not get any message regarding this deduction ! Proper explanation is expected on this.

                                      FYI I do not have any demat account in ICICI Bank.

                                      We trust ICICI Bank and so we maintain our accounts, but deduction of amount from customer account without customer notice is not good. I can see n number of same complaints from ICICI Bank customer. Proper explanation is expected on this

                                      Hope will a proper positive response on this issue.
