I opened a bank account at ICICI bank at Ashok Nagar, Ranchi even though the minimum required balance for digital current account is nil. Somehow, they forced me to deposit 11k Rs and now, even though I received sms stating that my account is activated my transaction aren't going through.
The local customer service employee who visited my home for the verification of the docummets has stopped responding too.
I want to bank issues regarding transactions and quick service be resolved.

I tried to email the authorities of ICICI bank, but the email could not go through and an error message was displayed saying that the email address that you mentioned in your previous reply did not exist. Please provide the exact and valid email address. Also, I don't have any information about the UPI id, so could you please confirm that the UPI id that is mentioned in the earlier reply is to be used. It will be a big help. Thank you!
