    I purchased a pair of Asics shoes on Amazon.in on 20 Sep 2020, ORDER #[protected]
    Due to some issues I initiated returns of this shoes.

    Amazon initiated the return and did the refund to my bank account.

    However as I had moved form US to India and had a NRE account, I closed this account on Oct 12 2020.

    Amazon is saying the refund is completed from there side and have given a RRN # 74766510300042981804566 on Oct 27, I need to check with bank for any further issues.

    Now I'm not able to track or get this refund, neither bank nor amazon is helping me out.

      I bought new Oppo F15 mobile, I try to log in imobile app, i insert my registered number sim in default sim and also complete first step verification successfully (Mobile number verification) but in the second step verification loading few mins and got error message "sorry the app could not connect to your system, please try in some time later".

      I tried reaching out to customer service but that is also not working, this is really frustrating. Other bank apps are working as expected.

      Can this be resolved ???

        i have icici credit card from 10 years.
        In the month of September i expend Rs.1150 from credit card but icici credit card not sent any statement.

        I deposit Rs.1160 on 27.9.20 without any bank intimation.

        now bank charging late penalty.

        Sir this is bank mistake they not sent any statement & charging extra charges

        Please help to 7 instruct bank to sent statements on time & waiver following charges for this transaction..

          I got charged with DMC charges. I am not using DEMAT account and never did a single transaction. I was told that its free that's why I joined long back. Now all of a sudden they started charging BIG. Last month they charged 68 Rs and now I see a charge of 826 rs in my statement.
          This is cheating

            I recently opened a savings account in icici bank. I registered on imobile app, generated app login pin, received the otp on my number even. Then i had to complete 3 steps to get access to my account. Final step being setup o[censored]PI. When i try to do it, it says "no account found linked with this number" even though I'm able to receive transaction alerts on my same number.

            And now since two days when i try to login again, it...

            I have made a payment of Rs. 2120 to MSEDCL via tpsl upi gateway (tpsl.[protected]@icici) on 15th October 2020. The amount is debited from my account but on contacting MSEDCL, they mentioned that they haven't received my amount. Also my MSEDCL account doesn't reflect the payment.

                I have requested for my auto loan pre closure. I transfer the money to loan account on 14 OCt and directly gone to the branch on 28 Oct and filling the form and requested for the loan closing. now it is almost 18 days no response from bank. At the time of submitting loan closing request they ensured that with in 7 days my loan will be closed and with in next 15 days you will be receiving NOC for the loan. now it is almost 20 days and no update on the request. while checking with branch executives their reply was, loan closing is done by central team we have to do nothing.

                    My name is Shubham Arora and my customer id number is[protected], I’ve got three fraudulent charges of ₹22615 on Aug 19th 2020 by a merchant named “NORDSTROM” and I disputed at the same day, but bank told me that they forwarded my complaint on sep 1st 2020, the complaint number is SR[protected]. Moreover, they told me that it will take 14-35 days. I called after 36th day from Sep 1st but the bank didn’t give any info and said they need more time. I want my money bank because I have no other money left in my account. Now they have sent me an email with a copy of the false purchases done by my debit card. I never visited USA and neither I have any friend or connection. Somebody hacked ICICI server and got my info.. It's been a long time and I need my money back

                    I already disputed and your bank declined to pay me any money because they are now talking about the terms and conditions like I was in the possession of the card while this transaction held. This is really funny to read in your emails because this is how hacking works. hackers hack servers and steal information and that is why every bank provide dispute options. if I disputed in just 1 hours of that transaction then I believe that's so late. I have called your representative like almost 8-9 times and they always promised me a call back but I never received it. I don't trust your bank anymore. so either you call me or send me my money. you have my Customer number to track my account.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am a customer of ICICI bank and based on that from ICICI customer care department I got a call that I am going to get lifetime free ICICI Rubyx credit card with no joint or annual charges. I received ICICI Rubyx card recently and in the first month statement Rs. 3000/- joining fee plus 450 GST that I was shocked to see. There are annual charges of Rs. 2000/- also along with this. Kindly resolve this issue.

                          I was making the payment of DU admission 2020 from my PNB debit card through eazypay.icici on 15/10/2020.The payment was failed but the amount(24, 100) was deducted from my PNB bank account.I paid again using a sbi debit card and the payment was successful. It's been more than 20 working days.Now plz refund the amount deducted as soon as possible. I'm attaching screenshots for your reference.

                          As an EX-IAFian, I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs. 199/- has been deducted from my ICICI BANK SB Account and the transaction message says 'VSI/AMAZON STAN/20201112.

                          Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any OTP during the transaction.

                          Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.

                          I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 12.11.2020.

                          Could you please assist me regarding this.

                                    I tried to recharge 500 rupees for my Fastag through icici mobile app. It gave some error, saying recharge could not be done. But money got deducted and fastag balance is still not updated. I bought my Fastag from ICICI app only, they have all the details but still this happened. And i am yet to receive the refund....
