Hello, I had cancelled my cc with 1004 on 14th July 2020, and now am receiving mail with cc bill for cancelled CC with joining fees. How does this make any sense?
Also without my consent they have issued 2 new cc under my name. This is unethical. Now am struggling to get any resolution for permanantly closing my credit card accounts with icici bank.

Again they have issued new credit card without my consent or request. ICICI Bank have the most unethical business practices.

Again you people have send new credit card without my knowledge. ICICI Bank is the worst and the most unethical business practices.

    What do you mean by this(nach_ad_rtn_chrg-INGENOT-) First explain and how come you deduct the amount from saving account Rs375.47 + 214.53. Don't you have responsibility to inform to the customer before you deduct, moreover this kind of transaction are happening very frequently. mind you if it is going to happen next time will complaint to RBI OR HRC.

      I never do a any transaction or OTP with amazon, In the morning of 5am 6th november.
      My account debited with 554 rupees. I haven't got any otp as well.
      Resolve this issue, this is very critical issue. Security bug.

          I am work in an organization and dependent on monthly salary. Expenses are calculative every single rupee maintain in the account is for a reason. Without my knowledge, ICICI charged a ###ing amount without any notification. Who the hell authorized you and what the hell that charge meant for? I am very angry about this transaction I don't know these guys are providing services for us. we want to return back my money otherwise, I will take action for that.

            Sir maine apna delhi metro smart card 19 october 2020 time 2:26 pm par internet banking se 500 ka recharge kiya par jab maine apna card top up kiya to unavailable bataya mere account se bhi paise debit ho gaye aur card bhi recharge nahi hua Maine bank mein complain ki bank ki tarah se paise transfer ho gaye hai lekin mere card mein abhi nahi aaye mere metro card no 54539413 hai reference id IGAJQUYP1 hai merchant id 74319473 hai.                   Hi I taken personal every month 5th is my due date, so this month also the same I maintain then safficiant amount for paying my loan, without any messages or mails icici bank charged Rs.555 & Rs.549.08 in my account every month they are changing the same, the customer care also not giving the correct solutions, I need a proper explanation please help me out

                      My Saving Account and Credit Card both with ICICI Bank. because of lock down in previous few months my credit card payments ware not accurate but i still managed to pay them some amount every month to avoid late payment charges on my credit card. And this charges are reversed on my statement all the time except this October 2020, they charged me late payment charges. as per my statement my minimum payment was due on 26th October so I paid minimum payment before due date. Now i come to know they blocked my saving account on 23rd October 2020, for the recovery of full credit card balance. If i am paying them Minimum charges as per my statement on due date than how can they ask for full payment in one go and block my saving account too. i am suffering too much. please remove lian from my saving account with immediate affect.

                            My loan is cleared, thus want my flat documents back but bank is not providing me any valid reason nor documents . Although I have provided all required proofs and papers asked for submission. My documents are dispatched and kept in bank and as per my knowledge it will be sent back after few days if not handed in time.

                                  On 27th October, 2020 a deduction of INR 118 was done from my bank account, with comment/summary
                                  "DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-20".

                                  Problems:
                                  1. Why there was no sms/email intimation on this deduction?
                                  How could company simply deduct any random change without intimating to user?

                                  2. Since its a charge against the Demat account, I was never intimated about any such charges on my demat account.

                                  @ICICIBank Customer Care:
                                  Please revert the charges, and stop these malpractices to rob the customers.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have applied for ICICI Amazon credit card and unfortunately the card was returned to bank due to an error from India post. ICICI sent me an email on 03-Nov 2020 to request for re-dispatch the card by logging to the account. I have no way to do this as I cant have a login with out the card number and even the customer support is not connected with out it. So somebody please help to have any contact to request for re-dispatch of credit card.

                                      On 27th October deductions of Rs 590 were made by the bank through my account, while no payment is interrupted.
                                      If it is a check bounce, then the financier has always been paid in time, so there is no question of getting the check bounces.

                                      Today, I took a loan due to some medical emergency and today the bank deducted about Rs 4700.
                                      We are going through very difficult in the disaster of Corona, it seems impossible to live here, we are feeling helpless due to the same unnecessary deduction.

                                      I also lodge complaints multiple times but bank not taken action yet .please refund my amount asap as we need the amount for health safety purpose pls do not harrash.

                                      Please reverse the amount of 4700 on high priority so that my medical work can be done .
