[Resolved] ICICI Bank — vsi*amazon prime debit | |||
Today on 28/09/2018 3:40pm i got mail and sms from icici bank that 'a purchase of inr 993.79 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx1575 on 29-oct-18. Info: vsi*amazon prim.' and the fact is online transaction on my debit card is blocked then how did it happen i didn't give my debit card number on amazon i didn't even have done any transaction online since last year then how it happened now i want my refund of 993rs. I tried to contact icici bank customer care but they didn't even receive my call. I send them a mail but no response Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir i had paid money to kluniversty and transaction had failed but money had debit from my account pls check but msg had came successfully

Money had debit from my account but transaction had failed
My account got deducted as DMC Charges, I don't know why ICICI bank deducted Rs 275.00 as DMC CHGS I have not opened any DMAT account with ICICI neither I have activated this services. So I want my refund at any cost that they have charged. ICICI just fooling their customer.

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 14 September 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same
