[Resolved] ICICI Bank — wrong credit card delivered. had asked for amazon pay card | |||
I had requested for amazon pay card on aug'19 end. I received a coral credit card instead. The mulund east branch is not giving any proper response rather just avoiding the problem. I had submitted the required documents but the staff of branch (Ms. Simpy garg) said she is awaiting revert from team and has no answer why this mishap happened. I had plans to shop using this amazon pay card but now have no clue if i will get one before the festive season. I need to cancel the coral card as i did not requested it. Also i had submitted adhaar card but the address was not changed as per my adhaar card and cheque book was issued with the old address printed on it. The credit card was also delivered to the old addrress Really frustrating while dealing with icici bank executives and poor service. This is another instance where i faced issue with icici. Today i got a text of deduction of amount 129 towards VSI*amazon. I didnt even buy anything i didnt get any otp and then i realised it was deducted last month also on the same date. Trying to reach the ICiCI bank but no customer help numbers are going through.
