In my icici accout no, rs.116.82 debited as "rwdfee/2419291/1 70819+gs". I did not redeem any points from my debit or credit cards. How could you debit money from the account without any information?

Kindly confirm the transaction details to recover the debited amount as well as little bit care while using online transfers.
Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi all,

    My name is anilkumar. Today (04/10/2019) i have not done any kind of transactions by using my icici bank credit card. When i was checked in imobile app i realised today 3 transactions was made with my card.

    I'm shocked. I don't know who has done this transactions. These transactions are made at msw noor the fations.

    I'm not going to pay single rupee for this fraud transactions and please look into it fast and let me know who's this culprit. I tried to contact customer care but numbers r not reachable.

    I called to Icici customer care through imobile app. Hi officers, I apologise for the drafted complaint regarding fraudulent transactions. I just now called to customer care once again and MS. Vibha clarified my all queries she said these are not fraudulent transactions this is just monthly emi's amount that I'm paying every month. The amount which is reflected in the name of MSN fashions that is few months ago I made transaction of some 35k before converted in emi. Every month I get emi amount statement without any name but I dont know why this time I got emi amount with previous transaction name from where I have done this. I hope u understand my concern... As no one is answering properly from customer care I have complained in consumer forum online please ignore it. Thanks again, Anilkumar.

      I went to icici bank for home loan enquiry and to get eligibility of home loan amount as per my salary. My property parer was not clear and i had asked not to proceed further with loan sanction. But while submitting documents bank has taken cheque of rs.236 for cersai and property verification charges. Also informed me they will not process cheque until loan is finalize or property get verified.

      I have received property verification call couple of time at that time i clearly said to loan agent and verification agent not to proceed with property verification and loan sanction. Also we were not happy with rate of interest and processing fees. This is one of the reason for not to proceed with loan.

      Inspite of this they processed my given cheque of rs236 without intimation. I need clarification for the same and refund of rs.236.

        I have updated at the time of opening my savings account online went to the branch as well for kyc update but they said the account has been opened online and the process for kyc update is different so cannot do anything from our end they need to call someone at hyderabad to do so why do you have option to open account online if have so much issue now i have my 80k business money blocked in account from 7 days shall i close my business or shall i change my primary account from icici to some other or shall i close the account please help

          Mr ashish trivedi was trying to deposit cash in mindsurray technology account no[protected] on 31/05/2019 but by mistakenly it was credited to[protected]. Amount was rs 24200 and i got reciept transaction declined by atm i'd: 00281hry response code 045. But i have launch the complaint in branch on 01/06/2019.in bhayendar west branch where i have deposited the cash branch told me it take 7 working day to reconciled and we will credit to your account but i was surprised on 12/06/2019 when i was gone for confirmation branch executive told me that the amount was credited in given account so please rectify the same as earliest because almost it has passed 150 days i am following no response by branch kindly credit my amount in my account as soon as possible with interest.

            When i paying to kfc through [protected]@icici. And with phone pey i paid first time 192.5 rs and recently 221rs deducted iam also sending screenshots.

            I contact phone pay also but they are saying successful transction happened. Also kfc people saying that they didn't get any order confirmation.

            I think my money is credited to ur account. Please with transction id which i was send in screenshots

              Hi,

              I got a call from an icici personell named nandini from bangalore (Phone no : [protected]) saying that i have received a pre approved credit card, and which will be delivered by friday (October 4th 2019). But i have received no details about the tracking of the card, nor is she picking up my calls. Kindly look into it.
              I have tried multiple times to call this lady, but she is not picking up my calls, which is extremely irritating.

                Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                Please stop all these.

                    I have created account in icici bank in 2014. They have created demat account with my saving account which i was i don't know. Last year in 2018, i have created demat account in 5paisa. Now icici has deducted 850 rs from my account of demat account charges. I have done many complains but nothing happens with it. Yesterday again 42.61 rs deducted from my account and there was only 49 rs balance available in my account so 42.61 is deducted and around 750 rs is pending that i need to pay them. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'dp chgs till ' — inr 42.61'. When i created saving account that time they have create the demat account without asking me, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]. I am really not happy with it. Why amount is deducted without any notification. They really want to sell their demat account that's why they are not confirming to create. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount of both time. My phone number is [protected].

                    Yesterday I received call from [protected] and he said he is calling from ICICI bank. It looks like fraud call because he was asking me about my other bank details also because right now in my ICICI bank account 0.70 rs balance. So he was trying to ask me about in which bank i have transferred my full balance. Why ICICI official person wants this kind of details?

                      No steps have been taken by the icici bank and they are in the process of further harassment, unnecessary delaying the procedure even after more than 08 months of complaints in the consumer complaint forum icici bank has not deactivated my credit card and showing dues against me amounting rs. 5500/- for the credit card which was not even activated by me. I had requested the same number of time via mails and telephonic conversations but they keep on giving deadlines one after two by saying that issue has been raised to level 1, 2 etc. This sort of lethargic tendency regarding resolution of the grievance in which the nominated nodal officer i. E. Sh. Vinayak rao is also not helping much and that too for those issues where the customer is innocent and their cibil has got skewed because of this sort of irresponsible and unprofessional behavior of icici bank.

                      I have to apply for loan and with this pathetic grading of cibil score no bank is now allowing me to get the loan. My plan for buying a property has been delayed for more than a month and icici bank personnels are not ready to resolve the issue on urgent basis even after passage of more than 08 months.

                      Kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                        My atm has got blocked, i tried unblocking it on the mobile phone services, it got unblock only for swiping, but its not working for any online transaction. I am trying to reach to a customer care executive person, could not find a single way to reach to them,

                        Being a private bank, did not expect this. Their customer care numbers are a piece of #, not even a single way to talk to a representative.

                          I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan for one year. After that they continue this plan without my permission and deducted rs. 1899 from my account. I request you to deactivate my plan asap and refund my money otherwise i will complaint against you in consumer court.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            My name is gajendra sharma. I took a "car loan" from your bank on 06 - september -2019, the loan is in the name of my mother and i am a "co-applicant". This is my loan no. (Lajai[protected]) & my car no. Rj-45-ch-7017, this car i have purchase jaipur akar tata motors showroom in vaishali nagar jaipur.

                            The problem is that when i took a loan, that loan bank employee 'krishna rajawat' did not give information about "loan security". Then i was told that your loan was rs 5, 27, 000, then i had agreed the loan amount given by him.

                            But when i got the letter of loan information from "icici bank", then the loan amount was found to be 5, 43, 000 rs,

                            When later i talked about this to the loan tax worker "krishna rajawat", he said that he has insured you for "loan protection". Then i told him, why did not i inform him about this earlier, and why did not i tell him at the time of loan and after the loan has been processed. Then i told him that i should not give this "loan protection" then i told him that i should not give this "loan protection". Then that loan employee 'krishna rajawat' said that it will have to be taken. When he said this to me, i immediately told him that i did not loan this car but he cut my call and added this "loan security" to my loan account.

                            Therefore, i request you that i should not get this "loan protection", because of this my loan installment amount has also gone up and i cannot provide the loan installment, i request you due to the fault of that loan employee, my loan amount increased and due to that my installment is coming very much, which i cannot pay,

                            I must get rid of this. I am also sharing some details with you that this is… (Details of the loan, the loan do that came at the time of the car, and the details of the loan employee) which is the attachment.

That person using my account and withdraw my cash when i ask about that...                                 Today my account is debited with rs 199
                                By vsi/amazon st. What does this mean?
                                Albeit i didn't order anything the said amount is debited my icici account? How is this possible? Without the interference of the customer how a bank allows this kind of transactions?

                                  Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 19/09/2019 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
                                  I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                                  This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. I would request that my complaint be resolved quickly as i also sent a comlpaint on the website and didn't hear anything from the bank.

                                    Address: A 26 Jhelum apartment, pratap nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan

                                    Without my consent, rs. 100 has been deducted from my account on 02/09/2019 to 'dr. Tran for funding i wish.
                                    I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Don't want to face these deductions in future. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                                    Give me money back otherwise i have to go pmo. And don't subscribe any kind of service in future without my concern.

                                      I got the following message from ICICI bank

                                      "Dear Customer,
                                      Greetings from ICICI Bank.
                                      The Cheque Book for your Account XX1946 has been delivered by Ace Courier Pvt Ltd. on 01-OCT-19 and received by SIGN. "
                                      I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CHECKBOOK.
                                      I have contacted the customer care. I was told that as per their record it has been delivered.
                                      The courier agency earlier also gave false statement.
                                      Request immediate action.

                                        The application is under process after 2 months of application and there is no status update from icici bank, the customer repersentatives are saying the card is delivered but i have not even received any intimation about the same and moreover it says the application is under process. They are asking me for an application number where as nothing was provided by their system.
