Hello team,

I tried to make the payments 3 times for my ug admissions on august 31st 2019 and each time the amount got deducted from my icici bank account but failed at sol (School of open learning, delhi university) website.

All 3 transactions were declined from sol stating "sorry. Your admission fees of 3630 failed since payment is declined by your bank due to any of the following reasons: oops! Your transaction failed". The payment were done though merchant website icici eazypay and idbi payu. However, the last payment through payu somehow got successful later.

The amount rs.[protected] twice) has been debited from my account but not received by sol. Nobody from sol or icici bank is helping. I submitted written request more than a month ago at saket branch, icici bank, new delhi. I sent email for refund request online to icici eazypay but to no avail.in fact i sent an email to the same icici rep (From saket branch) to whom i submitted the handwritten request on his email as per his request but still no response.

The transaction details are as follows:

Transaction amount: rs. 3, 630.00 (Twice) = 7260
Transaction date: august 31, 2019

I have enclosed the screenshots for you,. I also enclosed the screenshot from the sol showing the merchant reference number. Please help me to get the amount reversed to my icici bank account [protected]Sheikh ershad) immediately. Since, it is more than 45 days now.

    This complaint is actually the outcome of my frustation with icici customer support,
    I was a customer with account number :[[protected]].
    I have done a upi transaction on 14 october for an amount of rs. 10018, online transfer to my other bank account (Oriental bank of commerce). While the amount was debited from my account, it was not credited to the beneficiary account and i received a message saying that the amount has been debited from icici account. So in view of that i thiuht that the amount must have been credited into the other account and thus i put up a request to close my existing savings bank acciunt with icici.
    The following day i recieved a mail stating that my acciunt closure process has been initiated but to my surprise the amount which i have transferred has still not credited into the benficiary account. I immediately contacted the support and asked them toh stop the account closure process and please look into the matter of my failed transaction and money refund. But they did not give any heed to it and ultimately on 15 october 2019 my acciunt was disposed off. Now my money is stuck it is neither getting credited or rolled back. Whenever i call customer support they tell me to contact the nearest branch and whenever i visit the branch they tell me to contact the customer care.

    This is not acceptable. Kindly look into it urgently else i will have to take the complaint to banking ombudsman route.

    My account was a salary account created by my previous company, oracle. Even though i have left the organisation, i was still maintaining this account just because of the previous good experiences. Needless to say, now my account was converted into savings account with min balance of 10k inr.

    But if this is the pathetic response from support, then what is the difference between icici and other tier 2 bank accounts.

    You are promoting upi. However, i feel i have been penalised for utilising upi.

    I am forced to log a complaint with the banking ombudsman.

      Hi,
      ICICI Bank has dedcuted 1899 rs for one assistants /CPP from account without my permission .
      I called customer care and now they are not ready to cancle and refund the amount .
      How any bank can deduct any amount with any permission and pre approval?
      Now they are not ready to pay full amount refund as the plan is activated.

        Its been few months i am suffereing from financial issue and i had payed credit card balance every single month and last month i acciedntally forget to pay due amount after that from icici credit card department they try to haras me every day called me again and again not just call they sent few male people to my house and gave me warning if i will not pay the rest amount they will sue me or give me notice from court and few people called me and talk to me very badly like (Agar paise ni hote baski ni hoti to card lene ki himmat kaise hoti ha tumari) and all. I already told them i have paid minimum balance but they told me to pay whole amount.

        Those are few people who tried to thretened me regarding payment and as per them they will give me Court notice and using bad language and sent some bad peopel to my house and try to thretened me.

        Yes sure I will email you but I already talk with your official team and one more thing that every person has a right for apply for any card but before apply card your Representative requested many times after your officer treat very badly. (Nisha - this lady have no sense, how to talk or how to behave ?, , and aapke kisi bi officer ko right nahi h kisi bi customer ki aukat dikhana.). Resolve this ASAP.
        I was purchased one mobile phone from flipkart... But I cancelled that mobile... Flipkart informed that automatically money will be credited... But not credited in my credit card account... Still emi is debited... Please kindly refund mu amount

        Money amounting to 1899 has been deducted from my ICICI account to some IIN/I-Debit/SI ONEAST account. I am even not aware of this service. Whatever it is i want my money to be refunded and service to be stopped.

        I should be atleast informed why any amount is being deducted from my account.

          I have a credit card of icici bank.
          In the current statement of my bill an amount of Rs 500 +gst Rs 90 is added.
          I am not aware of that what is for that.
          Amount deducted as a 'Joining fee'.
          I had not joined anything.
          I got calls from icici bank for policies.
          I denied every time.
          I tried to contact them many times but unable to contact any concern person.
          Using icici bank App, when opening Contact us option which redirect to chat tab which respond irrelevant messages.

          Icic bank debit posdec charge without any reason on today in 3 time (14oct19), this unfair with customer.

              I have salary account in icici bank and in this 15 days i got 2 mail where icici deducted 29.50 twice for posdec chg/[protected]/5026+gst, however i checked on google and found that it is charged due to insufficient balance and transaction decline, so i checked my transaction also and i have enough balance also everytime, so after having balance in my account they have charged this for twice.

                I want reliving letter but your alumni site is not working properly for last 2 days the same error was showing me in your sites i am already fill all the mandatory files but the error was showing "kindly fill all mandatory files".kindly solve this issue as sson as possible because its urgent.

                    Hi,

                    I was paying my emi's each month before due date by online banking, i didn't know anything about ecs and bounces (Even if i am paying before time) and due to which my credit score went down and i am not able to apply for any other loans. This loan account is connected to my savings account in auto debit mode. My savings account was on dormant mode as previously due to switching my job i couldn't pay my credit card bills and had to foreclose credit card
                    So this happened long back which i just requested from nearest branch to activate my savings account again. I have credited some amounts in past to check if my account is activated again or not. I found that somehow all the amounts are getting deducted due to some unknown charges. Now, to make everything regular again i want to credit emi amount each month in my icici bank savings account. But i can see that my account is showing amount in minus which is -28, 800 etc. I have already closed my credit card. Due to ecs bounces (Which i was not aware) the fine amount is now raised to 23, 000 rupees (Around). So i know that this -28800 something amount is included with my this month's emi amount which is 5052 rupees. I have applied last month in the nearest branch to link this loan account to my salary savings account in sbi. This request was not approved i guess due to this minus late payment fee on my ecs bounces. Now could you please tell me, if i am going to make payment of 5052 of emi each month (As right now i am not able to pay the fine amount which is around 23000), i want to credit this amount in my icici bank savings account but i don't want any other charges to be deducted. Suggest me something on this so i can regulate my credit score. Need urgent help please.

                      I tried several times to get otp while by ordering on amazon india during diwali sale 2019 but i am not getting the otp. There is no point calling icici bank customer care to resolve my issue unfortunately it had to forced me to use my axis bank credit card to complete my transaction.                         I have not authorized this transaction nor have i received prior intimation on the same if this is from the bank.

                          I have purchased a icici lombard insurance with years back of rs 12000 on my icici credit card with one year emi and there was no statement sent to me for the payment and after few months suddenly a statement was sent with penalty and fine and i was asked to pay and which was not my fault and the interest gradually accumulated to rs 20, 750 approx and now iam getting message for over due.
                          I have talked with icici executive, several times but still the issue is not closed and even though the penalty, & fine is not my fault but iam ready to close this with the fare deal.

                          Hi,

                          I have sent the mail kindly check and reply.
                          I’m being charged point of sale decline charges of ₹29.50 on regular intervals even when my card has sufficient balance. I have been ignoring this because I wasn’t aware it was a regular problem. To my knowledge, I’ve been charged of the sam atleast thrice in the month.

                            I opend a savings bank a/c on 26.09.2019. This is my a/c no[protected]. This a/c was opened online from icici bank website with 10 thousands rupees. My application id is[protected]. Till now my a/c is not active why bank service is too bad. When icici bank told me all process and kyc verification will done by 2 working days but why till now this is not done. Even i submit complain many times. But didn't get any phone call from customer help desk. Bank mail me debit card and cheque book send my adress but till now i did not get it. Please help me. Please refund my 10000 account opening charges.

                              Hi,
                              I have an sb account with icici bank, kalyan nagar, bangalore.
                              I also had fixed deposits (F. Ds) of rs.17 lakhs to 20 lakhs.
                              In july 2017, my relationship manager approached, suggesting to invest in following breaking my f. Ds:-

                              1. Icici prudential life insurance ulip policy of rs.20 lacs sum assured, with 2 lacs insurance payment every year
                              I invested totally rs. 4 lakhs, over 2 years - 2017 and 2018
                              Now, the fund value is only rs. 331, 644, with a loss of rs. 68, 357.

                              2. Aditya birla resurgent india fund - series 5- this is a high risk investment with more than 80% in equity funds, against my risk profile. At present, it shows net asset value of rs. 441, 000 for an investment of rs. 5 lakhs, with a loss of rs. 59, 000!

                              The total loss is about rs. 128, 000.

                              The relationship manager, co-erced me to invest, saying it will give very good return, over fixed deposits.

                              Now, they are saying, it is because of markets!

                              My complaints :
                              I was forced to invest without knowing, aditya birla resurgent india fund is an equity fund! This was never informed to me.
                              Additionally, icici prudential policy, the investments done were in such a way, it resulted in losses.

                              Mainly it was to get commissions to managers and relationship managers!

                              Kindly arrange refunding or my losses

                                  I was charged with rs. 1399/- on my icici credit card on 11 october 2019. I got a call from the bank explaining one assist and after that they automatically activated the plan without confirming with me. My one assist relationship id is 8771701. Kindly cancel my membership and refund the amount processed on my credit card. I do not want any protection plans and do not want to opt in future as well. My registered phone number is [protected]. Their customer care numbers go busy or not reachable all the time and it is very annoying. Kindly help.

                                      Its very sad to share, but icici bank is such a brand and still there is no professionalism in this organization. Using abusive language and passing personal remark towards their juniors and new joiners is a fashion now a days.
                                      And sad part, when someone requesting hr to help them in that case. Hr is also taking these senior's (Rm, bsm, bdm & bm) side. There is no place, where they can go for help. Since they are joiners and freshers they are also very new for this kind environment. What they are learning from there senior's, they are applying the same to there juniors.

                                      Rm, bsm, bdm & bm are not hesitating to do all these thing in front of everyone. Getting insulted in front of every one, gives them so much mental trauma. Even in some situation, all these thing giving them so much depression.

                                      I sincerely believe this thing should end as soon as possible. Although this is common problem in very breach of icici bank india. But right now, i just want to mention the hyderabad filmnagar, jubilee hills & madhpur breach.

                                      I don't want to mention any specific bm, rm name here, because everywhere, everyone is doing the same thing and i like to include all the hr person and hr manger here, they all are equally responsible for these kind action.

                                      Please take a necessary action and make a better work place for ever

                                        Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                                        I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                                        Please stop all these. I am very frustrated for this type of deduction. Please return me it's possible as soon as possible. It's my salary account. Give me positive response urgently or i will close this account. This very worst experience with you. Hope your reply will be positive.
